Amazed to be accommodate for my MRI so soon after my consultation! Literally within 15 minutes of leaving the doctors office! The staff were so very kind and made sure no question was left unanswered.
Appointment for mri booked at 3pm arrived at 2PM still hadn't been seen at 4.10pm had to leave and go across the road for another test elsewhere told to come back or rebook but we drove 6 hour round trip rebooking wasn't really am option We were told by receptionist if we can't hold our place in the queue we would have to rebook but in theory it wasn't us who didn't hold our place Receptionist had a bad attitude for a private imaging centre!
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the delay and frustration you experienced. On the day of your appointment, an unexpected medical emergency at the start of the list caused significant disruption and delays for subsequent patients. Whilst rare, this can occasionally happen owing to the nature of our service. We always try to minimise disruption and inconvenience as far as possible, whilst ensuring each of our patients receives the care they need. We did contact patients in advance to offer the option of arriving later or rebooking; however, we appreciate that this is not always practical - particularly when you have travelled a long distance and have other appointments to attend. Our team worked hard to manage the list as fairly as possible and minimise overall disruption, but I’m sorry this was not your experience. I’m also disappointed to hear your comments regarding the interaction at reception, as this is not the standard we aim to provide. We truly appreciate the time and effort it took for you to attend, and we’re sorry we fell short on this occasion.
coulnt fault a thing. Staff were proffesional and friendly from start to finish
Radiographers & receptionists very friendly and professional. Had to move my appointment time due to machine maintenance, second time this has happened to me. Thankfully I was called the friday before the monday appointment..frustrating that the machine seems to need such regular servicing/maintenance/repair. Otherwise its ok. A coffee machine in the waiting room would be a nice touch.
Wonderful service. Accommodated me last minute. Kind and professional
It all went very smoothly. The medical staff were extremely organised and efficient and also very friendly.
