Instead, she talked me through each procedure with clarity and patience, helping me work through my anxieties in a way that made me feel informed and supported. One of the things I appreciated most was her commitment to ensuring I never had to wait longer than necessary for answers. She arranged tests promptly and worked closely with other departments to fast‑track appointments wherever possible. She was also incredibly flexible, coordinating everything around my work schedule so that the process felt manageable rather than overwhelming. Dr Saad built a wonderful rapport not only with me but also with the family members who accompanied me. She made us all feel welcome, encouraged open conversation, and created an environment where concerns could be shared without hesitation. Her friendly disposition and great sense of humour meant I genuinely looked forward to seeing her — something I never expected to say about medical appointments. Her thoroughness was exceptional. When an initial ultrasound didn’t match her own clinical findings, she didn’t simply close the case. She pursued further investigation to ensure nothing was overlooked, and that level of diligence gave me enormous confidence in her judgement. She also made sure I had full access to my results, providing printed copies and emailing them to me so I could review everything afterwards. It was clear she wanted me to feel informed, empowered, and in control of my own care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Saad to anyone seeking breast care. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for at every stage. She is an exceptional surgeon and an exceptional person.

Where do I start - I had a failed hip resurface 8 years ago. Due to my previous experience it has taken me 8 years to build up my confidence to have revision surgery and a FULL hip replacement I was referred to Dr Hussain 3+ years ago on our 1st meeting I was told I needed both legs operated on - I was mortified & broke down in tears Fast forward to 4 weeks ago - I had my surgeries, I can honestly say it has been life changing for me. Today is exactly 4 weeks post surgery. I am completely pain free, I sleep through the night, I have equal leg length, I can weight bare equally on both legs, I can walk in the house unaided, outdoors I only need 1 crutch, I am back driving. I can bend my knees, I am not moaning every time I get up or climb the stairs., I can actually stand without leaning and needing support to free me of pain I am 💯 excited for my future something which I have not felt for a long time Mr Hussain takes his time and 💯 cares for his patients, he is not motivated by money and does not show any arrogance as I have previously experienced He visited me everyday on the ward to check I was ok and to see my progress Mr Hussain I will be for every grateful to you for giving me my life back I am generally excited about having my other hip operated on Thank you again Miss Nicola A.

My experience began with an O/P appt with Mr Horsburgh for a possible kidney issue, and led to me having three operations on both kidneys for significant stone/ mineral deposits, which were causing me considerable problems. The process from start to finish was seamless, with every dept working together to ensure there were no delays in the pathway (scans, blood tests, specialist urine analysis, three in-patient stays, follow up from surgery etc), which I have seen so rarely in NHS facilities. This level of efficiency and care gave me a real sense of trust in both the staff and the process, which reduced my stress levels throughout (and the whole process took less than 4 months). it was also very clear that every professional (from surgeon on) had excellent clinical skills, experience and commitment. The most important feedback relates to the level of compassion and care offered me by Mr Horsburgh and every one of his team (both inpatient and outpatient); I was made to feel like a unique individual with unique needs, rather than just being another patient. The importance of this must not be underestimated, as it has, in my opinion, the biggest impact on minimising distress and supporting recovery. I can't fault the service I received.

I have been with the practice for a number of years and have mostly been pleased with the experience. The only thing I have a problem with is that the staff of all kinds do not speak loudly enough. There is always a lot of noise from machines etc. and soft voices, and sometimes accents, make it difficult to understand., especially when it has a medical content. Also nobody seems to understand that they should make sure the patient is comfortable, as the chairs vary in design and all do not adjust when required. Otherwise I am pleased to have found the practice many years ago and have gone through a good few different staff members in that time, so the experience has been interesting, despite the stairs! I am lucky to have good teeth.

He treated me with such care and understanding and was extremely good at explaining things to me and made me feel at ease from the moment I saw on him in the initial appointment to my post op appointment. He is absolutely invaluable for women who suffer with endometriosis because there is so much misunderstanding and ignorance around the condition - Mr El Gohari is so knowledgeable and it’s refreshing to meet someone who knows exactly what he is talking about which makes you trust him so much.

Mr Dudderidge explained very clearly the options available to me with my 2 separate cancer spots in my Prostate, using Nanoknife on one, and Hyfu on the other, due to there location in the prostate. Unfortunately this would have involved a delay between procedures to allow for recovery. Ultimately I elected to have a different treatment performed by others, but would certainly recommend Mr Dudderige for his analysis, professionalism, communication, honesty and empathy.

I had the best taking blood experience at MUMS. Usually it takes about 4-5 goes of me being pricked with a needle and it’s usually quite uncomfortable but here the doctor really took his time trying to find my veins and kept checking in on my wellbeing. I was only pricked once and it was successful (and no bruising afterwards). I would highly recommend.
