We went today for our gender scan. The waiting room was lovely and was nice to have a drink and biscuit whilst waiting. We were early and went in not long after our appointment time. Once in the scan the two ladies were lovely and so friendly. Our baby was being difficult and didn’t want us to see what gender they were. They checked everything else for us and did all the measurements and checks which we were grateful for. The ladies did everything they could to not have our journey wasted. I first was sent for a wee, then a walk and a hot drink. Baby was still sitting cross legged whilst cuddling the cord so told us to go shopping and then come back. Once arriving back the lady told us to sit and wait and she’ll come get us once she could. Wasn’t waiting long and went back in. Finally was able to see our babies gender. The Ladies loved seeing our baby, laughed with us about their movements as they were active and couldn’t reassure us more that our baby was happy and healthy. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We didn’t have the best first experience with NHS but this had made up for it. Will forever recommend this place to friends and family.

Mr Awad has been absolutely amazing throughout my mother’s treatment. She’s been seeing him for around 4 months for a lower eyelid growth, which was both invasive and extremely painful. Mr Awad has been so warm, kind and professional at all times and has been so reassuring. My Mum had the growth removed and eyelid reconstruction on the 18th Dec by Mr Awad and the results are truly fabulous. Mum is already mostly pain free and the surgery is so discreet that it’s hardly noticeable. We cannot praise Mr Awad enough and we would also like to say the same for his team in surgery, recovery and clinic. I was really nervous and anxious at the beginning but, from my first appointment with Dr. Metin, I felt in reliable hands. We had an extensive pre-surgery conversation where everything about the procedure was explained in details, all my questions answered in a very professional and friendly way. The procedure went smoothly. The follow-up medical checks were well organised and I felt well supported after the procedure. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the result, my breast looks much better and more natural compared with the result of my first procedure. Mr Nigam and his secretary Jessica were brilliant from the very first email response right the way through to my final review. All my questions were answered promptly and the whole process was managed in a really efficient, dignified and professional manner. My initial consult was arranged within 48 hours of my first enquiry email, and after informing the team that managing this was time sensitive, my treatment was booked within 10 days. I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

as ever, the administration has let your business down. i had an MRI scan at Cleveland Victoria at 1000hrs and the outcome should have been given to Neurologist Dr Richard Perry. Having had more than 35 minutes consultation, i asked about the MRI scan and it had not been sent to him. as a result, we had to have a lunch around the corner and had to return an hour later to continue the consultation. I have complained a number of times about the poor administartion. this is yet another.

The 2 and half hour waiting time for a 5-minute test was severely dissatisfying. The endoscope tube was much too thick, thicker than it is necessary perhaps. Nowadays the medical technology is much advanced and I truly believe a thinner tube can do the job sufficiently as well as improving patient comfort.
