This was my second pregnancy with Dr Sadia Bhatti and I couldn’t recommend Sadia enough. From start to finish, she has been an exceptional obstetrician, not only incredibly skilled professionally, but also genuinely kind, caring, and reassuring throughout my entire experience. Her bedside manner is second to none. She always took the time to listen carefully, answer every question thoroughly, and respond promptly to any queries or concerns over messages, which gave me enormous peace of mind during what can often feel like an overwhelming time. I always felt supported, cared for, and completely safe in her hands. Most importantly, both of my surgeries were absolutely impeccable. My recoveries were honestly remarkable, with minimal pain and such a smooth healing process that exceeded all my expectations. I truly believe this is a reflection of Dr. Sadia’s incredible surgical skill and aftercare/pain management. She combines outstanding medical expertise with genuine warmth and compassion, which is such a rare and valuable combination. I am beyond grateful for the care she provided and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional obstetrician.

Since my cataract operation my eyesight at night at anywhere it is dark has been blurred and "glary". I did research on the internet and found this can be expected and can be due to residual astigmatism or a de-centered toric lens. I was told during the post-op review that it was indeed astigmatism and that I would need glasses. I was disappointed at this since I was told I would no longer need glasses. None of the above is a "complaint". My complaint is that I was told I could have another appointment with the surgeon and that I would be contacted for this. Previously, appointments were always made within a day or two and it's now almost a week. My work often asks me to work at night (I'm a delivery driver) but I've asked not to be given these shifts as my eyesight is so blurry. Before going to the extra expense of glasses I wanted to see the specialist again as soon as possible as my research told me that my vision issues were easily corrected. If whoever is reading this can do anything to help, I would be grateful

I attended after feeling let down on earlier appointment in the day with NHS. I cannot believe the difference in level of care, empathy, kindness and treatment I received, it was outstanding. The doctor took time to listen to all my symptoms, took time to carry out a thorough examination and took time to look in to all options moving forward. I cannot thank him enough for all his kindness. I left the appointment feeling there was light at the end of the tunnel and a great weight was lifted off my shoulders knowing something was being done to relieve my pain. Thank you to all the staff too, who were all wonderful and very helpful. Fantastic facilities and would thoroughly recommend to all family and friends.

Jen is so very knowledgeable and supportive, I can't recommend her highly enough. Having attended Weight Watchers in my late teens, I ended up with my own set of 'food rules' which caused me to avoid eating and weighing certain foods. I decided to contact Jen and signed up for the Holistic Recovery Pathway. This was such a liberating experience and has given me the tools and knowledge to continue working on these issues and putting her excellent advice into practice, including mindfulness/relaxation and sensible exercise. Key takeaways have been giving myself the permission to eat a wider variety of foods on a much more regular basis and I am no longer weighing my porridge oats in the morning!

Dr Panagou was very welcoming and reassuring, whilst taking any symptoms seriously and working towards finding potential causes and solutions. It was greatly appreciated, having previously experienced a somewhat dismissive attitude from my own NHS GP surgery. The hospital itself was clean, staff were welcoming and ensured that I made it to the right place. Some better signage may be needed at the outpatient reception area as it turned out I had been waiting my turn, but not at the queue point, which I had been unaware of. Overall, I am very happy with my first visit and very appreciative of the care and support received.

Dr Arani Sridhar

Every time we see Dr Sridhar we always leave feeling like we've been heard and that we have had a clear plan of treatment. He always goes above and beyond to help us, make sure he can see us even on short notice. He understands my daughter's needs and how to help her get the most of her treatment while also making sure she can be as 'normal' as any teenager with a long term condition can be. Dr Sridhar is kind, considerate and passionate about helping his patients to ensure they get the best treatment they can to help them thrive in life. It will be a shame when we begin our transition to the Adult Rheumatology department.

Following my ophthalmology assessment and diagnostic testing on 8 May 2026, I received confirmation of a glaucoma diagnosis. I would like to thank Mr Chan and the team at Spire Healthcare for the highly professional, thorough, and efficient care provided throughout the process. The consultation and investigations were handled with excellent clinical professionalism and clear communication throughout. I was particularly impressed by the speed of the follow-up arrangements, with my next appointment scheduled promptly for 4 June 2026, providing reassurance and confidence in the ongoing monitoring and management plan.

Mr Sultan Qasim

I visited Dr Qasim regarding ongoing pain I have been experiencing in both feet, specifically in the heel area. Throughout all previous consultations with local GPs I was advised that I had plantar fasciitis, however following my consultation with Dr Qasim I was told this was likely not the case, and therefore many of the exercises/physio I had previously been told to follow were incorrect. I appreciated that Dr Qasim took the time to explain my condition in detail, and provided me with steps to follow to help going forward, as well as further follow up appointments and scans to check my progress

Mr Mohammed Shoaib Arshad

I was very impressed by the quality of care I received from Dr. Shoaib for my fractured hand. At first, Dr. Shoaib advised me to have a surgery to ensure the bones are aligned properly and healing fast. However, as operation was not an option for me due to personal circumstances (me being a primary caretaker of a POD child), Dr. Shoaib was flexible and gave me a few suggestions on how to accelerate the healing naturally while wearing a support. Two weeks later, the X-ray showed his advice worked, and my hand is healing well. Very satisfied.

I saw Dr Karamchandani at The Priory Hospital in April. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He explained everything with kindness and clarity. My condition is not the most common nor straightforward and as a healthcare worker myself, I appreciated that he took a thorough history and did not rush any part of my appointment. Afterwards he followed up quickly and personally ensured all next steps were done. I would highly recommend Dr Karamchandani, thank you for all you have done.

From first seeing Mr Dobson to having my 4 week check up after my operation everything went very good . Mr dobsn really listened to me and after years of suffering I now feel like a totally different person . I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Dr. Francesc Malagelada. I was struggling with my ankle after having successful reconstructive surgery on it a few years ago. It was nearly there but not perfect. Dr. Malagelada was extremely helpful and ran through all my options. I got a very quick MRI and injection. The whole process was seamless and easy, and I felt at ease with Dr. Malagelada throughout. I would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience at the hospital where my procedure took place. The staff were friendly, professional, and caring from start to finish. The hospital was clean, well organised, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I really appreciated the support and care I received throughout the whole process. Overall, the visit went very well and the hospital felt clean, professional, and well organised. Staff were polite and helpful, and the clinical experience itself was excellent. The only minor drawbacks were limited parking availability and the lack of a coffee machine or refreshment facilities, which was slightly disappointing for a private hospital. Aside from this, everything else was very good.

I came in for a check up last week and this was the third or so time I’ve been treated by Holly and Ella. Their friendly energy is so welcoming when you walk in the room, which helps for nervous patients such as myself. You can tell how enthusiastic they both are about their jobs and are very efficient in what they do - a true asset to your surgery.
