I have been with the practice for a number of years and have mostly been pleased with the experience. The only thing I have a problem with is that the staff of all kinds do not speak loudly enough. There is always a lot of noise from machines etc. and soft voices, and sometimes accents, make it difficult to understand., especially when it has a medical content. Also nobody seems to understand that they should make sure the patient is comfortable, as the chairs vary in design and all do not adjust when required. Otherwise I am pleased to have found the practice many years ago and have gone through a good few different staff members in that time, so the experience has been interesting, despite the stairs! I am lucky to have good teeth.

He explained everything perfectly so that both me and my partner (who does not have a medical background) understood perfectly. He also gave us a good understanding of all our options, detailing positives and negatives of each so we could make an informed decision on our child's care. The team have excellent attention to detail when it comes to the care of children to make even the most undesirable of tasks (like blood tests) run smoothly with the least amount if distress to parent and child. St Giles Physiotherapy provided excellent care for my painful wrist, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physiotherapy in Northampton. From the outset Georgia understood my issue which meant we could maximize the appointment time for hands-on treatment. She used a variety of different techniques during the session, which made the treatment feel thorough and targeted rather than one‑dimensional. I was also given clear follow-up advice and tailored exercises to continue at home, which has really helped my recovery between appointments. Everyone I dealt with at the clinic was caring, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me, which made the whole experience feel very supportive as well as professional.

The support at the very beginning when I was accessing the service was excellent - the person I first communicated with was helpful, gentle and kind. I felt able to ask questions and to access the support on my own terms. Getting a regular appointment that suited my needs and schedule was also easy - as a single parent, I really appreciate the flexibility. The portal took a little bit of getting used to but here too, lots of friendly support was available. The counsellor I speak to weekly is just brilliant. They are flexible and kind, and our relationship has evolved according to my needs. It's genuinely changed my life, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Dr Coker always presents in a professional yet approachable manner. She is very clear in explaining any tests results; her treatment plan; and any further investigations she thinks should be undertaken. The language she uses is accessible. She is receptive to answering any questions I might have. She promptly keeps my general practitioner informed of my current treatment, to ensure my medical care is managed holistically. She is an active listener and always allows me time to explain my current symptoms etc. In her professional manner, her approachability and her persistency in investigating my symptoms, I have confidence that I am in good hands.

I was a patient at the EDU. I am so so thankful for the care I received. Most of the nursing staff and HCAs were nothing short of phenomenal. At times the staff were however rude and a culture of bullying from staff was present. However this was a minority of the time. When reported and when feedback was given, it was often ignored. Staff was often sourced from the agency who had little understanding of eating disorders or how to treat patients. The food options and quality was dreadful. Overall, the nurses were so so caring and kind and the dietician and consultant were amazing!
