I had a mixed experience with Dr. Ferguson. While Dr. Ferguson was professional during my consultation, the follow-up care was highly disappointing. I was prescribed a cream for my face that the packaging explicitly stated was not for facial use. Attempting to clarify this safety concern is nearly impossible. Their digital system, Carebit, is inefficient and wouldn't allow me to log in, and there is no direct telephone line to the clinic. The remote secretary is unable to facilitate a timely response from the doctor, revealing a significant breakdown in communication. I expected much better coordination and accessibility regarding prescription safety. Due to a complete lack of communication, I have been unable to use the medication or return it for a refund.

He diagnosed my CSR within minutes of the consultation and took the time to explain everything in detail, using scans and test results that had been carried out prior to the appointment. This level of clarity and thorough explanation was something I had not received during several previous consultations with other specialists, both in London and elsewhere. Mr Pal made me feel reassured and confident in his expertise. His team is also excellent—professional, supportive, and well organised. Pleasant waiting area with self-service drinks available. Within an hour you are called and escorted into the preparation/recovery room where you are prepared for the operation and the procedure is explained including a visit from the surgeon to check if you have any questions. The operation takes place in the adjacent theatre where again efforts are made to keep you informed as to what’s happening and before you know it you are escorted back to your recovery area for water and a biscuit. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Once thoroughly checked out you return to the waiting area to be collected by your escort who has already been called to say your are ready for collection. I was back home within 2 hours

I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . A very calm, reassuring and friendly atmosphere. The New Victoria also had the necessary scanning and blood testing facilities just a few steps away from the consultation rooms. The hospital is well served by the 57 bus route but also has facilities for dropping patients off and also limited parking.
