Nurses and clinicians very friendly and made the experience much more bearable (Dom, Karen, Svetlana and Maria - thank you!) Main issue with my experience was inability to get basic medication required for pain relief post-surgery. Was told my procedure would be finished and we could leave around noon. But my pain medication (codeine and paracetamol, so nothing complicated!) had to be couriered from a local pharmacy. We waited over 4 hours for it to arrive and it never came. In the meantime my numbing had worn off and I was in a lot of pain - my partner had to go and ask the nurses if there was any spare codeine I could have while I waited. We eventually gave up and went home after many hours wasted, and had to pay for a private prescription at a pharmacy near home. Appreciate delay was with pharmacy and nurses did their best to get updates, but this system is not working.

Mr Ben Yates is in my opinion an excellent podiatric surgeon who gives a very good clinical opinion. I was unhappy that Mr Yates charged me for a “new patient” appointment when this was in fact a follow up appointment lasting about 12 minutes following previous surgery by Mr Yates. Furthermore, I did not receive a clinic letter from Mr Yates until I chased it up more than 2 weeks after my appointment. I received no apology for the delay in sending the letter. Mr Yate’s clinical letter did not contain all the information promised at the consultation and I was obliged to chase this information again. I emailed Mr Ben Yates to raise my concerns but I did not receive a reply from him.

I was very pleased with my visit to The Forbury Clinic, and was really impressed with how clean and tidy it was, the receptionist was very pleasant and showed my wife and myself upstairs to the waiting area, it was very nice to meet Alexia, we both thought she was extremely pleasant and was very pleased with her examination of my issue, and look forward to my next meeting with her. It was also very nice to meet with Doctor Savage, a very nice gentleman, very courteous to the both of us ,was very patient and was again ,pleased with his time and advice, Thank you all very much. I have been a patient of Dr Rahman for over 20 years. He always takes time to see one and one never feels rushed. He explain's your condition and treatment. Although I have seen Dr Rahman due to a respiratory condition he takes a holistic approach and has saved my life when I had kidney failure and a rare auto immune illness. I have the utmost respect for Dr Rahman and have been so lucky to have him treat me. I would highly recommend Dr Rahman to anyone. I should also add his PA Emma is also exceptional and she has helped me dealing with hospitals and my medical insurers.

We are so grateful to have found Paediatric Diagnostics to support us with our little one’s tongue tie. We were welcomed warmly by the practicing nurse and were swiftly met by Dr Khemani. Our little one was examined and treated with great care. His tongue tie release was completed within minutes and he was happily feeding moments after. We felt at ease for the duration and would highly recommend their services.

Excellent service, Jeanette (Mr Barber's PA) was very helpful, responsive and secured the earliest slot available for my procedure. Mr Barber was very professional, he explained each stage that I had to go through clearly and with empathy, a great communicator Both is pre and post procedure care was exceptional. Clearly a leader in his field and if asked I would highly recommended him.

The Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital

I was seen in the endoscopy unit not in the private wing. The receptionist had disappeared for nearly 20 mins and I waited along with 3 other NHS patients one of whom was very elderly. Clinical care was good and as expected. Recovery nurse was not welcoming either and didn’t even offer anything for patients who had nothing for 24 hours plus.

The only thing is I was unaware my follow up appointment today had been charged as I was meant to have an follow up appointment on the 12 jan and was only text a few days before this was not a problem this time as I was not at work but could be a problem if I was at work and might be for someone else but overall 5 star

Dr Eduardo is a gem of a Dr! He is super patient, willing to take in a lot of context and has excellent and pragmatic viewpoints on holistic health. Through his care I have made significant inroads towards a healthier lifestyle and pain management. Its an amazing private GP service that I use for my entire family and child.
