What sets him apart is his readiness to go the extra mile — whether answering questions or making himself available when it matters most. You leave every consultation feeling informed, reassured, and in the very best hands. I cannot recommend Dr Filip Zemrak highly enough.

Dr Bora is fantastic. Nursing staff are great. Reception team is friendly enough but wouldn't say exceptional. My main frustration is irregular emails sent some time after appointments asking for payment when a package and arrangements have been made with Dr Bora. Or even when we have paid LIPS directly on those days and then new invoices (lacking detail) are suddenly shared weeks later. That's what's dragging the experience down as it feels dishonest and not transparent by the accounts/admin teams at LIPS. And or like the team has not had sufficient training. It's leading to a poor experience which is a pity as the facilities are incredible

The consultation was very helpful in setting out more information about the problem and what other support I needed. I did not anticipate that an injection would be carried out at the meeting but it was all handled quickly and efficiently. The accommodation in the waiting room and the consultation room were very small and on my first visit the consultant’s room did not have an extra chair for my companion so she leaned against the bed. A chair was available for the second visit.
