Highly Recommend Dr. Katherine & The Real You Clinic I’ve been going to Dr. Katherine at The Real You Clinic for my skin and aesthetic treatments, and honestly, the experience is exceptional every single time. Her Botox results are the best I’ve ever had — subtle, natural and beautifully lifted. She also does the most amazing Profhilo treatments that genuinely transform the skin, leaving it glowing, hydrated and fresh. I am so impressed and grateful with the service you provide. I can not fault anything at all! The running of your clinic was exceptional. On my recent appointment with you, I got stuck in heavy traffic and was 15 min late. I was so worried I would miss my appointment. I phoned the reception team to let them know and they were so helpful and put my mind at rest and said they would let you know and to still attend my appointment. On arrival you called me into your treatment room and again made me feel at ease. I received my treatment and you made me feel that the time constraint was not a problem. Sadly not the experience in the NHS. Your clinical care was outstanding and your manner was so refreshingly and reassuringly appreciated. We also discussed that you see some of my patients from the Lower limb service. You have given me your secretary’s email and if ever we require any advice with any of our complexed patients re infection you would be happy for us to contact you. The medical team were polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step clearly, which helped me feel reassured throughout the visit. Any tests or procedures were carried out efficiently, and I felt well looked after at all times. Overall, The Holly Hospital provided an excellent standard of care, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking prompt, professional, and compassionate treatment.

I was seen at breast clinic as a precautionary investigation I was nervous but I was met with such friendly natural staff which instantlymmade me feel at ease i was checked by the Dr then sent for a mammogram and then aent for an Uktrasound scan I am pleased to report that everything was normal and no concerns I thanked the dr profusely when he told me that everything was normal and i spoke highly to him about my having all the results within the time i was there I cannot thank you enough and thank the NHS for sending me there as I would not have ever wanted to wait for breast cancer screening results so to have them on the same night was so reassuring Thank you a nmillion times S

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

My treatment was to repair a very large inguinal hernia. This was the first surgery I have had and I was very nervous. At my pre-operative assessment, Mr Renwick talked me through the surgical options and put me completely at ease. We agree on a T2001 Robotic Repair. The procedure was carried out on October 21st and Mr Renwick and his staff were were exemplary. The surgery went well and six weeks later I have just has my post-operative consultation. I had a couple of questions about the impact of the surgery and resuming exercise. I could not be happier with the treatment I received.

Dr Treagus went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for me and my tooth. He was very direct in explaining my options, what could and will likely go wrong in the future. He persevered in very challenging circumstances to complete the work he started, which in this case was drilling through a metal lined crown to address a failed root canal treatment and clear up an infection. His warm and humorous manner helped me to feel calm and take my mind off the seriousness of what was being done. A very professional, empathetic and great dentist.

With a history of long term sunbed use and holidays abroad i decided to book an appointment for a skin check. The check was done manually and not a machine like other clinics advertise. The nurse was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable straight away. She conducted the examination and fed back to me on everything she found as she went along. I had a few questions to ask regarding sun exposure and found her very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the clinic and have gained lots of information I can use for the future.
