Shalini was recommended to us by a friend who sang her praises after she delivered her second child by elective caesarean. We are so glad our paths crossed and we could not have asked for a more wonderful person to accompany and guide us on the journey of pregnancy and the birth of our first baby. We will forever be grateful to Shalini for that. Her kindness and warmth put us at ease from the first time we met and each subsequent meeting felt a bit like getting together with an old friend - albeit an incredibly professional and knowledgeable one, at the top of her game. We are in awe of how Shalini has the strength and energy to so serenely navigate the many professional roles she holds, whilst still being so present and down to earth, taking time and care to answer every single question we had, during our in person meetings or via WhatsApp at all hours of the day. I had quite early on started to consider an elective c-section, a decision that I subsequently went back and forth on as the months went by but ultimately settled on, mostly to avoid being induced at 39 weeks due to my age. Shalini took a lot of time talking us through the risks and benefits of both a vaginal and abdominal birth and when the day came I felt so safe and well taken care of, knowing I was in the best possible hands to ensure a safe delivery for myself and my baby. The birth didn’t feel clinical or scary, the whole experience was so calm and serene. Almost 4 weeks later I am recovering really well and regaining my strength. One of our midwives said my scar was the neatest she had seen in a long time. We are full of gratitude to Shalini that the birth of our daughter is a day we will forever remember to be such a beautiful one, that got us off to the best possible start on the incredible journey that is parenthood.

My experience with Albion Dental has been brilliant from start to finish of my treatment. My dentist Dr Ghadimi is very kind, and is very skilled with the procedures he can perform. I have severe hypodontia and even after extensive work throughout my life I was not quite confident with my teeth, so after some discussion and planning, I decided to pursue new crowns for my top 4 teeth; a big decision for me but it has been well worth it and I have no regrets. The treatment was explained well, and my questions were answered fully and meticulously. The nature of the treatment was more cosmetic compared to previous work I've had done, and a big financial endeavour for me, but there are payment plans available to make it more affordable and accessible. The dental assistants are really lovely and look after you well, and the receptionists are always a ray of sunshine when entering the building; their client care skills are exemplary. Some advice for if you have a complex condition and have had a lot of dental work done before coming to the practice like myself, would be to make sure to let the clinic know as much information as possible, as there was some communication that needed to be had to get on level ground with the team. But this was to be expected for me with my long medical history and the clinic was very open and receptive to my concerns about my teeth, and devised a plan sensitively and effectively to help me feel more confident with my smile, something I've felt self-conscious about since I was little! So I would recommend this clinic to anyone for routine, or more involved treatment, and am grateful for everything they've done for me!

Mr. O'Brien had been recommend to me by another medical professional whose judgement I trusted. As a nervous patient I met with Mr. O'Brien, who instantly put me at ease. Mr. O'Brien listened to the issues I was having with both of my knees and gave me a full and thorough examination. We discussed best options and he sympathetically explained the procedure to me, in terms a non-medical person could easily understand. On the day of my first full knee replacement I wanted to "run away" but again he alleviated my fears. The operation proved to be a success. Mr. O'Brien visited me later in the day, post my operation, which I found a very kind thing to do. My follow up appointment, six weeks later was also very re-assuring. Following my recent second full knee replacement, this amazing treatment was replicated. The entire group of professionals involved in my treatment were all tremendous, they worked as a team offering excellent care whilst I was being treated by Mr. O'Brien's. I cannot personally thank him enough and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the future. THANKS

This is , or should be: a two way experience betweeen the Consultant and the Patient , This morning Mr Daron Smith , ENGAGED in explaining what technical medical info he needed , before he would decide how to deal with the three problem areas . The Loose stones in my bladder , seen in earlier scan (s) at C W S. His need to talk to Consultant Owen Warren , and others already in the C and W loop . The purpose is for absolote clarification . Similarly Mr Smith would discover any facts unclear in the abdominal area . I attempted to give Mr Smith to my best endeavour, my understanding of our discussion . Such a discussion had never taken place with me before ..at C ans W . I agreed the next steps .. the first one being for me to have relevant scans on Thusday 18 the Sept. followed by a second consultation with Mr Smith with me , one to one .

I have recently have several appointments with Mr Shukla because I broke my shoulder and the NHS cancelled appointment after appointment to repair it. So i decided to try my private medical and I am so glad I did. After my first appointment with Mr Shukla I felt such relief. He instantly sent me for a scan after which he booked me in for surgery within 1 week! The surgery went so smoothly and the stay in the hospital was fantastic. Mr Shukla explained the whole process to me so I had no questions. I have since had follow up appointments and x-rays following up on my progress and healing. 7 weeks later I am having physio and regaining movement in my arm. Thank you so much for such a smooth experience and for repairing me when the NHS couldn't.

I had severe pain in my right shoulder blade, couldn’t move my head downward or to the right, and had developed numbness in my elbow and index finger. After a thorough assessment, Tom gave me a detailed explanation of the possible causes. Even after the first session, I felt some relief. After just three sessions, I noticed a significant improvement — the pain gradually disappeared. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I would highly recommend King Edward VII's hospital to anyone! After being bashed around the NHS, i decided to go private and felt like I got the absolute best care at this hospital. Everyone in the team was so friendly, professional and quick to respond. I felt thoroughly looked after throughout my outpatients and inpatients. I stayed a total of 3 days/3 nights at this hospital and I wasn't desperate to leave. The food is top quality and the team have been highly trained. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.

I was looking for someone local to get some therapy for my frozen shoulder, I have to say when I looked at the cost I was slightly taken aback! Now I look at the cost as very little in comparison to the fantastic results I have had! The nurse who did the pre visit assessment was amazing. She was very friendly & put me at ease and explained exactly what was happening. I was sent an easy to read comprehensive report of my results prior to seeing the doctor which was great as I could go prepared with my questions. Again, he was very friendly & put me at ease, also carried out further tests, explained my results and advised accordingly. I really really recommend anyone thinking of seeking medical advise to use them.

Dr. Wong has done a wonderful job treating two of my children, who have both undergone different versions of braces and spacers. Her dentistry staff has also offered superb care to all four of my children. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Very quick and efficient though.the anaesthetist reassured me the most and explained what he was doing and why plus his it might make me feel. I was relieved to have me other eye covered eventually.
