Both procedures went successfully, and I always felt safe and confident under his care. He gave me a sense of calm and trust during a very difficult and emotional time. He prescribed all the necessary medications and physiotherapy, and whenever I had questions, he responded promptly and kindly. His support never stopped outside appointments — he was always there when I needed guidance. Beyond his exceptional professionalism, Dr Gautam is a genuinely kind, compassionate, and empathetic person. I was extremely happy with the hospital and the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, all of the nurses and staff were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. I felt genuinely well looked after at every stage before and after surgery. The nursing team made me feel comfortable, reassured, and supported, always checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. Their calm and caring approach made a big difference and helped me feel at ease throughout my stay. The hospital environment was clean, well organised, and very reassuring, and the overall standard of care was excellent. I am truly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone undergoing treatment or surgery.

I attended an appointment with my mum as she has been referred for cataract surgery. Upon arrival we had a warm friendly welcome. When mum was called in I explained to the lady that mum is profoundly deaf and she lip read's and asked if she could look at mum when talking to her. Naz was absolutely amazing, she spoke clearly and looked at my mum when speaking and explained everything to her. Both myself and my mum were really impressed as it's not easy for my mum when people don't understand her deafness. The lady we saw after Naz was good with mum too. With our experience yesterday it put our minds at rest that mum will be helped and understood when she goes back for surgery.

Both occasions on visiting the practice have been fantastic. Having a fear of the dentist isn’t great, but the reassurance from the staff is absolutely second to none. Talking through the steps to give you an indication of what’s going on etc. checking in constantly to make sure everything is ok with the procedure taking place! The staff are professional and very friendly, the practice is probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t have a normal sterile dentist feel to it! Again a great experience for someone who isn’t particularly keen on visiting the dentist.

I injured my back the week before Christmas — I could not even walk with the pain. I emailed Dr Swan over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday. I should’ve known from my previous experiences that he really cares about his patients and their outcomes so I was not surprised when he called me at home in the evening to discuss what I could do to immediately to relieve the spasm and a plan of next steps for investigations and treatment. I could not think of a safer pair of hands to be in when you are in severe pain and dealing with a spinal injury.

Her knowledge and expertise in dealing with my health condition (Ulcerative Colitis) definitely helped us identify the nutrition gaps in my diet that were influencing some of my gut issues, which allowed us to implement changes in my diet to improve my health. Even beyond just nutrition, she also provided me with some really helpful information and guidance on living with my health condition and has given me tools and knowledge to be able to live with it moving forward.

Dr Yeo saw my daughter who is 10 and had been having severe headaches. I’d read that pressure in the brain could cause changes to your eyes and headaches so we sought his expert advice. He used the latest technology available to check that the pressure in her eyes was ok and this really put our minds at ease. Dr Yeo was very thorough and his manner put me and my daughter at ease. Would highly recommend seeing Dr Yeo and cannot thank him enough for the care my daughter received.

I found the reception at ground floor level the only weakness as I was left standing feeling a bit aimless when no one else was at the desk and also I reported someone had been sick in a toilet sink and I was just letting them know, whilst I did not want gratitude for reporting it some greater acknowledgement and action might have been expected. Anyway most importantly Dr Woodland receptionist area and staff on his floor were excellent as they were for Dr Power.

Always very friendly, attentive, a well-stocked childrens waiting room. On this latest visit we did have a slightly bizzare situation where we arrived, were checked in, weighed and measured, and put into the waiting room. We then received a phonecall - from the next room - explaining that we were late for our appointment. They were very embarrassed and there was no harm at all. Funny though!

I was amazed by the e efficiency of the staff and how reassuring they were I was introduced to everybody involved, who were all very kind.. It was painless, over so quickly, the consultant Ayad Shafiq was talking to me all the time and the nurse I Fiona was with me throughout everything, even holding my hand through the procedure. I’m actually looking forward to my other eye appointment!!

9/10 My Sonographer Rima Shah was fantastic, professional and informative. To improve the service i think it would be nice if a cardiologists could quickly glance/look over results and give a brief written note/summary of results/heart health. It is a shame that in order to get a cardiologists insight/reassurance I then have to rebook and pay for an additional appointment.
