I had a very good experience with Visio Health when I had recent laser treatment following cataract surgery on both eyes with Ms Sandhu. The cataract surgery, which took place in hospital in July and October, has been very successful. I no longer need glasses after having vision corrective lenses. And I hadn’t realised quite how blurred and sepia my sight had become. My vision is now very clear and bright. It really has positively impacted my life. Everything looks like it did back when I was young. It’s so much more cheerful than that blurry, yellow sight that I had grown so used to. And I am so much more confident when driving. No more night glare. I was really apprehensive and anxious about cataract surgery. So much so that it was decided that I would have the procedure under general anaesthetic. But I can honestly say that despite all the worry the end result is better than I could have imagined. The laser treatment at Visio to improve my sight further with one session of laser treatment was totally painless, very straightforward and uncomplicated. The clinic was very well organised and the staff were all lovely. A very good experience.

My care at this clinic has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone needing expert psychiatric support for complex trauma. The service is psychiatry-led, with the consultant coordinating treatment plans and supervising input from psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy and trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT and embodied psychotherapy. This ensured that care was coherent rather than fragmented. I initially attended four in-person sessions per week and have now safely transitioned to monthly. The team have specialist expertise in workplace bullying, institutional power dynamics and identity-related trauma, which is unusual to find. The level of understanding and clinical leadership has made a meaningful difference to my recovery, and I could not recommend the service more highly.

My recent visit to see Mr Butler was a very pleasant experience. It was to discuss my procedure which was a Left Inbone prophecy Total ankle arthrodesis. Mr Butler explained the total procedure and what to expect post op. He was very clear and made me feel very confident in a successful outcome. Post op Mr Butler came to see me and discussed the procedure informing me that it was successful but said that it was a difficult operation. I am now in the recovery stage and looking forward to getting back on my feet. Now looking forward to seeing Mr Butler in the near future to discuss my progress to full fitness. I am very impressed with Mr Butler through all stages of this ankle replacement.

Saw Dr Thuva for a removal of what I thought was a mole, but he explained that it was actually a sebhorriec keratosis. I had no idea what that was, but he showed me some examples and explained the differences. He looked at it with his magnifying tool to confirm, and then gave me treatment options. He advised on the best one for me, and removal was done on the same day. It was quick and painless, and he gave me all the aftercare advice I needed. Any follow up questions I had, he was more than happy to help.

My partner and I came to the Agora for a fertility assessment as we've been trying to conceive for a couple of years. The doctor was kind in explaining our results and gave a clear plan of what they recommend moving forwards. I chose the clinic based on the good reviews and we are so happy that we did. All the staff we have come across have been very nice and answered any questions that we had. We feel comfortable choosing the Agora for IVF even though this is an unknown road ahead, i feel supported.

The receptiist at the imaging centre was unfriendly and uncooperative. Two toilets were out of service. The water fountain at the image centre was broken. The radio/music at the MRI machine was also broken. They wanted to charge me £4 for a coffee where other private hospitals in the area give it for free to patients. Horrible experience on all fronts. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Couldn’t recommend Ringway Dental enough. I’ve been seeing Dr Claire Spencer and honestly I’ve never felt more at ease with a dentist. She really knows her stuff and genuinely cares for you and your smile. Hannah the treatment coordinator is so lovely too and on hand to answer any question as and when. All round great dental practise. Can’t wait to see the end result of my smile makeover.

Will has a great support team - very efficient and friendly. They try to find ways of working round your life (business trips and a last minute meeting in my case). It’s just a good all round experience.
