Four front teeth (old root canal treatment) replaced with a two implant bridge. Whole process clearly and patiently explained in a very friendly but professional manner and followed through as explained. As a nervous dental patient I was particularly impressed with the ease and remarkable effectiveness of the conscious sedation I was offered. During the normal short interval between surgery and final teeth, a temporary bridge is (instantly) fitted; these are effective but, by design, less sturdy. I cracked one on a nut and Vermillion were easily able to replace it as part of their service the same day with no inconvenience or fuss - very reassuring. My new final teeth fit well, feel and look natural, and bring a tremendous relief at not having to constantly worry or feel pain from my old ones. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My experience was some what mixed your nursing staff were friendly and professional.my consultant Mr Hemanth Venkatesh was excellent! But unfortunately thats where it ends, your after care is nonexistent over a period of 2 days I made over 20 phone calls to practice plus, I was in excruciating pain ,and could not get any help .it turned out I had trapped the pudendal nerve in my buttock and after 30 hrs of pain and distress I finally got to speak to someone I give that a big 0 out of 10 ! Do not advertise a 24/7 help line because it does not exist !!

From arriving at the reception , the staff were very friendly and greeted me with a smile . The areas I went into including my room were spotless . Nothing was too much trouble for anyone I met . When I returned to have the bandages taken off the nurse who redressed my wound was fantastic , again very friendly and informative . My whole experience in Spire was fantastic , the whole team who I met made me feel I was in good hands , and I would definitely recommend this hospital to friends , family and anyone else . A pleasure to speak to a professional who is clearly highly experienced in this specific condition (vestibular issues/vertigo and dizziness). Dr Paviour was 'all business' and discussed the issues using clear medical language - there was no talking down to the patient, and I felt I was being told exactly what was going on (not always the case with doctors!). I came away feeling reassured, better informed and with a clear pathway to recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr Paviour to anyone suffering from a similar condition.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and consoling when things didn’t go quite how I had hoped. . Having been given a date for the operation very soon after my initial visit to see the surgeon, it was held up by blood test results and the op had to be postponed. Otherwise everything else seemed to go smoothly. I am very pleased that persevering with the exercises in the early stages when my knee was really hurting, has paid off. My walking has certainly improved greatly.

I am also going to have a bone scan to determine if there are signs of osteopenia which need to be addressed.

Our 3 year old daughter went in for an adenoids removal operation. The children’s waiting area had some toys in which was nice, and all the staff were super friendly and patient. They were very clear with her, and us, what was happening, and had suitable distraction techniques where needed (eg when delivering the general anaesthetic).
