I found MP through a friend of my sister who was having an horrific menopausal ordeal so she decided to go private and discovered MP. She spoke very highly of them and so both myself and my sister immediately booked appointments. I had an unpleasant interaction about 2 years earlier with an NHS FEMALE doctor at my GP surgery when I tried seeking help with my menopausal symptoms, as I found her quite callous and unsympathetic as she told me that I just needed to buckle down & get on with it as it is normal and every woman goes through it, but she would describe pills if I couldn’t handle it. I was so disheartened and discouraged that I never sought any further help. So struggled through this for three and a half years without any medical help. I tried a lot of natural & herbal remedies but nothing seemed to help, if anything it made my symptoms worse. I was suffering from awful hot & cold flushes and unbearable itchy skin. It was so debilitating and was making me miserable and I have always been a bright and upbeat individual. I had a talk with Zarina, the office manager, who arranges all the appointments and follow up calls and who was simply put a godsend. She was empathetic, patient, kind and very reassuring. She is an amazing ambassador for the clinic. I referred to her as My Earth Angel, she was beyond helpful. My doctor of choice was Dr Ash. I had my first appointment with her and liked her immediately. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and could answer any question asked of her. She put me at my ease instantly and asked considered and pertinent questions surrounding my symptoms. I never felt that she was just going through the motions and that I was one of many. She was very down to earth, personable and likeable. It almost felt like a chat between friends , although one of them extremely knowledgeable about the subject at hand. I came away feeling fortified and HEARD! Dr Ash immediately got me started on a prescription , and advised a follow up appointment for 12 weeks later to see how the medication had worked. I used a pharmacy that they are affiliated with to order my prescription and it was an huge relief as it arrived to my workplace the very next day so I could start on it immediately. I had my follow up appointment with Dr Ash and she adjusted my prescription as my symptoms had lessened but not disappeared so upped the strength which helped immensely. I am now receiving my prescription through the NHS and am doing really well and have gotten my life back , but I could not have achieved this without Medical Prime who put me on the road to recovery. Yes it is expensive but totally worth it in my opinion. I had no idea about where to start and it is a minefield as there are so many doctors out there who just prescribe medication without really thinking about what is most suitable for YOU. MP really take the time to find out what medication will give you the best results and that is what everyone wants and needs. . Dr Ash was very thorough and I was never made to feel that I was being dramatic about the effect my symptoms were having on me. Medical Prime made a huge difference for me and I will be ever grateful for their help in my menopausal journey.

Doctor Shan Low was our angel doctor. Without exaggeration. Initially, we sought her as a private pregnancy care consultant to help with my wife’s early pregnancy bleeding, she not only calmed us down but explained us what to expect during pregnancy. However during the later stages we had serious complications that raised our pregnancy to very high risk - SGA, single artery umbilical cord and others. Had doctor Shan Low not correctly diagnosed our baby’s bottom 1st percentile weight(!) escalated our case and recommended the safest delivery mode, the safety and health of our baby and my wife would have been significantly compromised. While our baby was delivered in public/NHS facilities, and despite financial incentives, doctor Shan Low never once tried to convince us to switch to private care delivery, her outmost focus was on wellbeing and safety of our baby and my wife. This is a shining example of professional and ethical integrity. Our baby girl came to the world healthily and we are immensely grateful to doctor Shan Low for her support, care and advice. She is not only a great doctor but a warm and genuinely caring person. Thank you doctor Shan Low!

I’ve been under the care of Mr. Larholt for over two years, during which he has operated on both of my bunions. Throughout the entire process he has been consistently excellent — professional, reassuring, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. Both surgeries were handled with great skill, and the whole experience has been smooth from start to finish. Follow‑up has always been efficient, and I’ve felt well supported at every stage of recovery. The results speak for themselves: the scarring on my first foot is now barely noticeable after a year, and I’ve regained full use of it. My second foot is still healing, but the progress has been steady, predictable, and very encouraging. At the outset I was nervous as the suspected bcc was in an awkward place. Mr Pollock talked through all the options with me and I was happy with the decision to go for a "small margin" in the first instance. The excision was done on 26th November. The surgery went well. Mr Pollock did an excellent job, particularly because it was around the mouth area. On 31st December I had a follow up appointment to find out the results. Mr Pollock reiterated the discussion we had previously had about the various options and then told me it was an infiltrative bcc with roots . I was very worried at the prospect of more surgery. He then told me he had successfully got it all out. Tip for next time: Maybe lead with "Its good news".

I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy and from the moment I met Mr Duncan I felt in safe hands. His manner and vast experience put my mind at rest and had no anxiety of having the operation at all. I cannot fault my experience with Mr Neffendorf and his team on the day, all played their part to the full. My only negative comment is how disappointing it was that the procedure was cancelled three times, and at very short notice - whilst it was explained the postponements were due to emergencies, this does not help the mental wellbeing of those that have psychologically built themselves up for what is a traumatic operation.
