It was nice and welcoming, great place, nice massage.
Richard was exceptional in supporting with my ongoing knee pain. He deeply cares about his patients, and I felt well looked after from the initial consultation through to treatment. He walked the line between genuine empathy and practical advice - making sure I felt listened to and comfortable with next steps. The clinic itself was really welcoming and well-presented, with friendly staff. I’m now on the road to recovery, and I have Richard to thank for the guidance I have received, and the progress I have made.
I recently visited Richard for physiotherapy following some ongoing back pain, and I’m really glad I did. He was incredibly thorough in his assessment and took the time to explain what was going on and how we could address it. I felt listened to throughout, and the treatment and exercises he provided have already led to noticeable progress. The practice itself is clean, well-presented and professional, and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. Richard is knowledgeable, professional and clearly cares about getting the best outcome for his clients. I would highly recommend him.
