We travelled a long distance for a specialist blood test for my daughter, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care we received here. Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been receiving treatment following ACL reconstruction (with LET and meniscus repair), and I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I have experienced. Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. His support and reassurance that I’ll start seeing big improvements mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and expertise he brings to every session. I feel well supported and motivated, and I am very grateful for the high-quality care he provides. I am very much looking forward to continuing my recovery with Lee.

I initially booked in to see Dr Lafina as I wanted to be more proactive with my health and wellbeing. She provides a fantastic service, where she brings great professionalism, expertise, attention to detail to the individual in front of her, and genuine care. Everything you'd want from someone overlooking your general health. With regards to my own health screening, the whole process was extensive but very smooth and I was quickly provided actionable outcomes. The overall clinic experience was great, the clinic staff were very welcoming and helpful and the clinic space was of high standard. As someone into their health and fitness, and as a practitioner in a different field of the health and wellness industry, I would highly recommend Deia Health and Dr Lafina.

We took our 9 year old son to see Dr Narayanan. He has been experiencing symptoms of anxiety and potentially depression which were manifesting themselves as physical symptoms often. We wanted to rule out any physical ailment, however Dr Narayanan went considerably beyond our expectations and was able to help us consider options for our son’s current ADHD medication and other treatment and management options. He’s very quiet and lacks confidence and Dr Narayanan amazed me with her ability to bring him out of his shell and speak to him in a way which helped him to open up. Together with her, we now feel that we now have an expert who is owning our son’s treatment and care and supporting us where we need support. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I was seen by Dr Heggy and a lovely staff nurse Charlotte. Dr Heggy was fantastic he actually listened to me. He listened to exactly how I was and had been feeling. I'd been told by another Dr that there was nothing that could be done so I had to see someone for pain management. I'm in pain everyday and just wanted a resolution or at least pin point what could be wrong. Dr Heggy really made me feel heard and suggested other things before we gave up and just give me medication for my pain. Nurse Charlotte was fantastic. While Dr Heggy was looking things up and trying to find other options Charlotte spoke to me like an actual human. So thank you to Dr Heggy and nurse Charlotte for your time and patience with me. It's very much appreciated

Even my lymphatic masseuse was surprised by how minimal my scars are, you can barely see them, and I haven’t even needed to use anything special to improve them. Her follow-up letters are always clear, thorough, and truly helpful. Even her secretary is accessible, kind, and supportive, which makes the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Dr. Kariyawasam initially became my doctor by chance, as I needed an urgent appointment and she happened to be available. It is no coincidence, however, that she will remain my doctor moving forward. Her care is outstanding in every way.

I’ve had left inguinal hernia repair today. Mr Khanna was informative , relaxed , straightforward and left me feeling completely comfortable in his hands. Immediately .post op Mr Khanna came to visit me and told me my operation couldn’t have gone better, and my sizeable hernia which I believe was technically challenging has gone. it’s early days of course but post operatively I’ve got off to a great start with considerably less pain than I expected. So much so I’m barely taking any pain relief. It’s worth mentioning that the whole care team have been truly exceptional today. I will provide a further post operative review after 6 weeks.

Very Pleased with the clarity of my vision after wearing Glasses, I had the Galaxy lense fitted and I now have full contrast and colour definition. I had my procedure done at Freedom Chelmsford. The team there were absolutely brilliant,friendly, professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. I could see the improvement immediately . It took a few days for my eyes to adjust as my prescription was very strong and complicated, (lazy left eye.) The hospital is modern ,spotless with excellent facilities and easy access plenty of parking and train. Special Thankyou to Nicola who coordinated everything from start to finish.

After I got a PCO in my left eye I needed laser surgery. I had not been told this was common after Lens replacement by the opticians who did did that surgery so I was very worried about my sight. I contacted Cathedral Eye Clinic who assured me it was common and was easily corrected. They made an appointment and in less than an hour my sight was restored. I was dealth with by very friendly and professional staff and would happily recommend Cathedral Eye Clinic to anyone .

He explained what had been done and checked I understood. I was discharged from his care with no need for further follow up. Our one-year-old daughter needed an MRI and an gastroscopy,, both of which required general anaesthesia. We asked Dr. Vadamalayan if they could be performed together so she would only need to undergo general anaesthesia once. It was very difficult to arrange this, but Dr. Vadamalayan truly did his utmost and managed to get both procedures done in a single session
