We went today for our gender scan. The waiting room was lovely and was nice to have a drink and biscuit whilst waiting. We were early and went in not long after our appointment time. Once in the scan the two ladies were lovely and so friendly. Our baby was being difficult and didn’t want us to see what gender they were. They checked everything else for us and did all the measurements and checks which we were grateful for. The ladies did everything they could to not have our journey wasted. I first was sent for a wee, then a walk and a hot drink. Baby was still sitting cross legged whilst cuddling the cord so told us to go shopping and then come back. Once arriving back the lady told us to sit and wait and she’ll come get us once she could. Wasn’t waiting long and went back in. Finally was able to see our babies gender. The Ladies loved seeing our baby, laughed with us about their movements as they were active and couldn’t reassure us more that our baby was happy and healthy. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We didn’t have the best first experience with NHS but this had made up for it. Will forever recommend this place to friends and family.

He acted swiftly to organise appropriate imaging, arranged expert surgical input, and ensured seamless physiotherapy follow-up. What was most valuable was that Dr Barke took overall responsibility for coordinating the entire process and leading my son’s return to sport. As a very keen sportsman, my son was understandably devastated at the prospect of missing out, but Dr Barke was incredibly reassuring, supportive, and clear throughout putting clear plans in place. He not only managed the injury expertly but also recognised the emotional impact of being sidelined, which made a huge difference. After a mole on my shoulder began to grow, I booked a private consultation with a specialist who had removed others by Crotherapy. He told me that he could only do it after the infection which had caused it to change, had been cured and prescribed a course of antibiotics. The infection increased after several courses of six different antibiotics which were prescribed by my NHS practice were not able to halt its progress. My daughter Annie convinced me to book an appointment at Essex Private GP. I was seen on the same day and the correct antibiotics to target the infection were identified and prescribed at my first visit. There is already a significant improvement, thank you.

I came in today for surgery feeling incredibly nervous after a bad experience on the NHS previously, all I can say is I am so impressed with how different the process has been with the team today. Everyone from reception to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and of course Mr Banwell were genuinely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. No question or ask was too much, I truly felt genuine care and warmth from all the staff. They checked on me regularly, reassured me constantly. My pain has been managed incredibly well and Mr Banwell’s precision has most definitely aided this too. I can’t be more grateful for everyone that cared for me today, Thank you all so much.

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

The Clinic was a little difficult to find but once there the staff were excellent and very efficient. My appointment was on time and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. The consultant was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. I wasn’t rushed or meant to feel unimportant. The nurse was helpful and reassuring. There had been an administrative problem that I had mentioned to the lady on arrival and that was completely sorted out by the time I left which was extremely efficient. I went at 11 weeks for a scan and for a NIPT test. The booking process was excellent, the members on the phone were so helpful and considerate. My appointment with Dr Desi was on time and extremely thorough. She was so compassionate, caring and kind throughout the appointment, explaining everything each step of the way and being extremely thorough through the scan and explaining our NIPT options. It’s the best consulting experience I’ve had throughout my pregnancy. Reception staff were extremely helpful too. I would really recommend LPC to any expecting couples.
