My experience with CP&R…. has been fantastic…. everyone involved has been so very helpful…Becky….. Angela… Tom…. and my trainer Paddy….. (Patrick)…. he has been beyond amazing… from the start…. nothing but encouraging… always supportive…. I have had quite a few bumps along the way and he has always been so kind…. I feel so much stronger… and more confident…Paddy has a wonderful attitude…. full of kindness and nothing but encouragement…. he works you hard but understands one’s limitations… I cannot praise him highly enough…. and I shall never forget this experience…. he has become a lifelong friend…. and I wish him all the luck in the world going forwards…. I reckon CP&R are very lucky to have him!…. I would also like to say a thank you to you all but to Tom who stepped in a few times and was also so encouraging… and I always loved his texts of support…. Thank you!… Becky and Angela .. thank you too for all your support… although it’s been a much longer journey than I had realised…. out of hard times…… has come a lot of good …meeting you all!…. so a huge never ending thank you….

I am so thrilled with my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital, London, after having had cataracts removed in both of my eyes, by Mr Hove of Blue Fin Vision. I can see clearly now, both distance and close up, reading, computer etc, etc.. ; no need for any glasses. Mr Hove is truly amazing - so caring, kind and professional. He explained everything to me in my assessment on Monday 8th December, in Chelmsford and actually had the operation in such a short time - Thursday 11th December! I am a new person now ! Doctor Carlos, the anesthetist, was also so kind and caring. I felt thoroughly at ease for my operation. Many, many thanks to everybody, including the kind nurse. My husband and I were both given a delicious meal afterwards, which was really appreciated - so welcome. Thank you very, very much for everything, everybody

Attentive and thorough care received. Pitt that Benenden policy prevents sharing of imaging results so that another professional caring for patient can compare notes. Resulted in 1 month delay with MEI brain which required further investigation by CT when ENT specialist went on leave for a month and sane with CT abdo as follow up appointment planned alnost a month after test and had to be under care of another specialist abroad. The Secretary catehorically refused to send report citing Policy. Not the Doctor's fault but when Drs cantl't follow up for a month, reports should be shared.

From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and calmly. My dentist was incredibly skilled and made the whole procedure feel smooth and stress-free. The extraction was done perfectly, and I felt well cared for throughout. The team was friendly, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. I’m so grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

On arrival I was taken into a room by the Sister and given an examination, drops and told not to rub my eyes after the Laser. Just a few minutes later I went into see Mr Cazaban, after examination I was told that both eyes now need treatment and agreed to this. the actual Laser treatment was slightly uncomfortable but to be expected. After this Mr Cazaban told me that my surgery was completed and that I should never need further laser treatment. The only complaint I would have was after the initially being told not to rub my eyes I was given no after care information.

Treatment was prescribed promptly in anticipation of a potentially serious issue, with careful and attentive follow-up, and an appropriate referral arranged swiftly. The doctor listened closely, showed genuine empathy, and took time to understand how the symptoms were affecting overall wellbeing. There was no sense of being rushed, and everything was explained clearly and calmly. Overall, Deben delivered a supportive, patient-centred experience - calm, kind, and reassuring from start to finish.

I had an excellent experience seeing Dr Wamil and would highly recommend her. From the outset, she was extremely thorough and reassuring, taking the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and medical history rather than rushing to conclusions. Dr Wamil explained the possible causes of my symptoms in a clear and balanced way and recommended a cardiac MRI to investigate further. She took the time to explain why this test was important which made me feel fully informed and confident in the decision.

Despite the 2 year wait for this appointment, it was the first time I felt I was listened to about my experience. 8 years, post total hysterectomy due to breast cancer diagnosis. No HRT, no real support for menopausal symptoms. I had just accepted and learned to live with it! The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, and understanding, and I came away from the appointment feeling quite emotional. I genuinely felt heard and am keen to try the recommended treatments.

I saw Dr Gamal for ongoing pain at the back of my heel that was making walking & wearing shoes difficult. He explained the problem clearly & recommended keyhole surgery. The surgery went really well & my recovery was smoother than I expected. The heel pain that had been bothering me for so long has now settled & I can walk comfortably again. I felt well looked after from start to finish and would happily recommend him.

The Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital

I was seen in the endoscopy unit not in the private wing. The receptionist had disappeared for nearly 20 mins and I waited along with 3 other NHS patients one of whom was very elderly. Clinical care was good and as expected. Recovery nurse was not welcoming either and didn’t even offer anything for patients who had nothing for 24 hours plus.

Through his care I have made significant inroads towards a healthier lifestyle and pain management. Its an amazing private GP service that I use for my entire family and child.
