I can’t recommend Mr. Richard Scawn highly enough. Before meeting him, I had seen three other surgeons and even booked the operation twice but ended up cancelling because I didn’t feel fully confident. From my very first appointment with Richard, everything felt different. He was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring — never pushy, never rushed — and both my husband and I instantly felt we were in safe hands. I trusted him completely, and I’m so glad I did. I’m now three weeks post–lower lid blepharoplasty and absolutely over the moon with the results. My bruising was minimal and disappeared quickly, and the scar line is genuinely impeccable. I’m 39, so my skin is still fairly young, but even with a magnifying mirror I cannot see the incision. The work Richard has done is truly amazing. If you’re considering this surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Richard Scawn. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or the outcome.

The food is world-class, with a wide range of options and affordances for those with dietary restrictions. The suite of experiential options will introduce you to new therapeutic experiences, many of which you may take away with you. The curriculum is focussed and has real depth, and is taught by professionals with real experience of addiction. The clinical staff are wonderfully attentive and caring, and will move mountains to make you comfortable. I am so pleased to have made the decision to stay at Delamere and would recommend it whole heartedly to anyone who wants to make a change.

He is always proactive and you clearly know at the first meeting that you are in safe and competent hands. He has been a life saver for me! With a history of long term sunbed use and holidays abroad i decided to book an appointment for a skin check. The check was done manually and not a machine like other clinics advertise. The nurse was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable straight away. She conducted the examination and fed back to me on everything she found as she went along. I had a few questions to ask regarding sun exposure and found her very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the clinic and have gained lots of information I can use for the future.

His skillset extended to providing an ultrasound within the same appointment which was so useful as we had immediate diagnosis support which provided reassurance that nothing major was occuring. We discussed options clearly afterwards and in hindsight his manner made me feel empowered by my decision making. An excellent doctor.

The first interview over the internet is simply a money gathering excise. To charge the same fee as that charged for a face to face is not defendable or reflective of the standards of integrity I expect from practitioners of this level. The letter that follows simply restates the facts that do not merit a charge of£450 for 27 minutes. The next steps then advocated are those which could be asked for without this money harvesting exercise. I found it insulting.

Appointment went as expected, Mr Khajuria has dealt with me before! He is polite and to the point. They are a very busy department and unfortunately on the day I went it was running quite late. I realise things happen and I have the upmost respect for the NHS and all the staff. It is always good to have a bit of humour about the job and Mr. Khajuria I find has this and professionalism. 👍

A lady called Charlie looked after me and she was just lovely, I was extremely nervous about my appointment and she was very kind and supportive towards me.

Great care, quite busy hospital with very competent staff and consultants. Everyone is helpful, especially when I get lost due to my poor sense of directions indoors. Nice and easy one stop care, no need for multiple appointments due to walk in phlebotomy and x-ray/ ultrasound services.
