Mr Duncan is a rare find: a surgeon who combines elite technical skill with genuine compassion. From the initial consultation to the post-op follow-up (where he patiently helped remove surgical glue and reassured me about my pathology results), he has been professional and composed. He successfully navigated a tricky surgery that required more incisions than originally expected, yet my recovery has been faster and less painful than I expected. Thank you for giving me my peace of mind back! p.s.: Special mention to his admin team who has been incredibly helpful and efficient.

We first went 4 years ago with our first son and had 4 scans. We are pregnant again and just had our final scan which would be our 3rd/4th this pregnancy and every time we go the ladies are just a pleasure. So kind, so thorough and just lovely lovely people. We had Lisa today asked she is so nice, patient and a lovely person. There is usually a young girl at reception who is lovely but today there was a different lady who possibly was having a bad day as she was not welcoming not friendly. Possibly didn’t want to be at work and she had the impression she couldn’t be bothered. But it wouldn’t stop me from going as everyone else is always great

My experience during my visit for day surgery was very good overall. The nurses and physiotherapist were young but capable. The anaesthetists were very helpful both before and after my operation. The surgeon was brisk and efficient. I was perhaps a little surprised that he didn't come to see me after the operation. The quality of the snack I was offered after the operation was poor: crisps and a sandwich with stodgy bread. Hardly nutritious recovery food!

Spire Manchester Hospital provides an extremely well run and professional service. The reception team were friendly and efficient, the waiting areas were calm and clean, and the clinical staff showed real care and attention at every step. I required a GP appointment at short notice. WLC had same day appointments available, which I could book hassle free on the website. I saw a GP that diagnosed my health issue and provided a script. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.
