20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. It has now been about a year since I underwent my HoLEP procedure to treat an enlarged prostate, and I can honestly say it has been completely life-changing. Before the procedure, my condition had become debilitating. I was in constant pain, dreaded going to the toilet, and felt restricted from travelling, socialising, or taking part in everyday activities. It affected me both physically and mentally, and I was in a very low place. Everything changed when my consultant referred me to Dr Tev Aho, who introduced me to the HoLEP procedure. From our very first meeting, Dr Aho was incredibly reassuring and informative. He clearly explained the procedure, shared the facts and success rates, discussed possible side effects, and outlined the options available should further treatment ever be needed. His honesty and confidence immediately put me at ease and gave me real hope at a time when I desperately needed it. Despite how unwell I was at the time, I felt confident moving forward. Dr Aho told me he expected me to be up and walking on the same day as the procedure—and remarkably, that’s exactly what happened. My recovery exceeded all expectations. Today, I am pain-free, back to my normal self, and feeling mentally positive again. The benefits of the procedure have far outweighed the minimal side effects, and the improvement in my quality of life has been incredible. I am deeply grateful to both Chris Dawson and Dr Tev Aho for giving me my life back. If anyone finds themselves in the position I was in, I cannot recommend the HoLEP procedure—and Dr Tev Aho—highly enough.

I genuinely don't know where to begin in expressing my gratitude for Mr Holton. He is incredible - such a talented and amazing surgeon and I honestly feel so thankful I was lucky enough to have my hip replacement surgery with him. He is a genuinely wonderful and caring person and he has changed my life immeasurably. He ensured I was fully aware of what was possible in terms of outcomes, but the outcomes have indeed exceeded all expectations. I had regular touchpoints in the days following surgery, 6 weeks after and then 10 months after that. I am usually a bit of a worrier but I felt so informed throughout that I didn't have any worries. Not only do I have a brand new hip, Mr Holton was also able to lengthen my leg - which was a 3cm difference. I had lived my life in pain for so long as a result of my congenital hip and I'd developed arthritis in the hip joint. The difference in my leg brought many alignment issues, along with back and neck issues as a direct result. For the first time in my life I am living completely pain free, my pelvis is level and I now live such a full life. It has completely changed my quality of life and I cannot thank him enough. Genuinely from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much.

Overall the experience was great. Justyna was simply amazing, super positive, supportive and caring. I felt very looked after. Where things could be improved - better communication in terms of the order of surgery. My expectations was for a 2:30 surgery, but instead I had to wait for an elongated period without anyone communicating with me or my wife. I don’t think anyone offered my wife a cup of tea or other which would have been nice. Post surgery in the recovery room, the ladies began to inclune the bed before I was ready and to the point where I experienced a lot of pain at the surgery point. I found this very distressing and was not needed. A more progressive approach to inclining the bed would have been much better and I could have let them know I was at my comfortable limit, as opposed to being pushed passed it and into pain. I believe as a result of this pain, they gave me a heavy dose of morphine which kept me groggy for a long period into the evening. I would question if this was needed if they hadn’t pushed me past my comfortable limits.

I went to the Urgent Care Centre at Chase Lodge Hospital, Mill Hill London on Saturday Nov. 29th 2025. I was seen immediately by an outstanding Urgent Care MD, Dr. Jalal Moradzadeh. He listened, he checked me thoroughly, ordered the required tests, sent me for Chest-Xray (done on site), while spending the time explaining it all. At the end, he diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia and bilateral conjunctivitis, prescribed the appropriate treatment which was started on-site (pharmacy on site). The following day, a Sunday, he arranged for me a Chest-CT and an appointment with respiratory physician specialist for the following Monday. The whole team, each and everyone, the receptionists, the nurse, the Xray person and the pharmacist were all helpful, efficient and professional. They all played a role in my speedy recovery. I returned to the Centre on Saturday Jan. 17th and was seen again by Dr. Dr. Jalal Moradzadeh on a related issue and again encountered, professionalism, efficiency all with a smile.

My visit was entirely satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally friendly at all times and they seem to meet a lot of them. I was getting informed about what was going to happen to me at all times. The menu was amazing and the whole place seem to be extremely efficiently run My only comment of an adverse nature would be that having been shown to a room on my arrival where my wife carefully unpacked all my belongings she she know sooner had left Than. I had to pack them all up again because I was being transferred to another room and then when I came out of the operating theatre before I went home, I had to wait three hours before I managed to get my belongings back again no book to read or iPad slightly frustrating but that was the only hiccup on an excellent visit.

My appointment could have been rearranged for another date but everything was done to ensure my operation went ahead that day. This I very much appreciated because I was really worried about having the procedure. I was very nervous but Dr Ho explained what he was doing and what to expect every step of the way and this helped me to relax. I felt everything before, during and after the operation was explained clearly and fully. Back at home I found all the booklets and other paperwork very easy to follow and so I knew what to expect and what to do. After I had bathed the eye the following day I could already see clearly. Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

I have chronic pain (left elbow, right wrist, and lower back) due to sports injuries and less-than-ideal posture from long working hours in finance. I first met Simon at the Canary Wharf clinic in 2018, and he has since become my go-to physio. Not only does he provide effective pain relief, he also helps me understand the root causes so I can manage the pain myself. I highly recommend him to anyone who works long hours and also trains hard at the gym. Went to see him first week of Jan 2026 becasue my wrist was a bit flared up last month, and he's as good as usual!

I have also had a follow up appointment today with Mr Gillani. I have found him to be of the highest standards and he has always been available to explain the issues with my knee and provide reassurance.

I chose Dr Mahida for my atrial fibrillation ablation for 2 main reasons. 1. He does high volume work and 2. He has excellent patient reviews. As it turned out, it was a superb choice. He is such a nice man, talks calmly and exudes confidence. The operation itself was a success so far, 3 months without A Fib. The incision in the groin was minor and healed very quickly. I felt in safe hands from the moment I met him. A top doctor in every respect. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
