I cannot recommend Dr. Shah highly enough. Although I was initially under midwife-led care, after two long days of labour I opted to be induced, which transferred me into Dr. Shah’s care—and I’m so grateful it did. I had met Dr. Shah once before and had already been impressed by his calm, reassuring presence and excellent bedside manner. During labour, his calmness was absolutely invaluable to me—it helped me stay calm through some incredibly intense moments. Shortly after the induction, there was a sudden panic over my baby’s heart rate and I was rushed into surgery. I had previously shared with Dr. Shah that I hoped to avoid a C-section if it was safely possible. In the midst of a very stressful moment, he took the time to double-check the situation before any surgical steps were taken. In doing so, he quickly realised something others hadn’t—that my waters hadn’t actually broken. He calmly took care of that, and from there, labour progressed beautifully. A few hours later, my healthy baby girl was born vaginally, just as I had hoped. What stands out most about Dr. Shah is his ability to balance clinical expertise with genuine empathy and respect for his patients' wishes. I trusted that he would always do what was best for my baby, while still listening to and honouring my preferences. That kind of care is truly rare. His postnatal care was equally thoughtful and attentive. If I’m lucky enough to have another baby, I’ll be requesting Dr. Shah from the very beginning if I can. To anyone looking for an obstetrician who is both highly skilled and deeply compassionate, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shah. He made all the difference in my birth experience.

I cannot recommend Dr Maria Amasanti highly enough. Miss Adib has been such a valuable partner in managing my early perimenopause symptoms. I feel listened to and approached as an individual, this means I have treatment that is right for me and not just a one-size-fits-all HRT plan. I've been able to take control of my treatment - in fact, it works so well for me that it doesn't really feel like "treatment". It feels like something I'm able to do to help return to myself, when I had previously felt challenged due to fluctuations in my body. I'm fitter and healthier, mentally and physically, having been able to return to exercise that previously I wasn't able to due to pain and lack of energy. I've now been able to achieve more than I ever thought possible and am even enjoying the process! Mine was online and the person running the assessment was great, clear to understand and was supportive during the assessment. The process leading up to it, not as good, not bad though. Being told 8 weeks after filling in the majority of the forms that I hadn't done one of the forms, about an ADHD diagnosis, is a bit annoying as I'd clearly forgotten which is to be expected with ADHD. Some way of knowing what forms have been filled out would be great. Then I had to ask what my appointment would consist of and what I should expect, this should be clearly explained in the appointment confirmation email, when I asked, the information was good, but not everyone will have the confidence to ask. Especially if they have a nuerodivergence diagnosis or are awaiting one. Other than that, everything else was really good

The meeting with Dr Din was extremely useful, it had been sometime since my PSA test and the worry of not being aware of what to expect was probably as bad as the diagnosis. My situation was explained to me in a clear manner. The options were explained and the fact that it was my choice of which to take was made clear and no one option was better than the other. I was concerned that if I went for a 5 day option there was a waiting time of 3 months but I was put at ease that this would not be detrimental to my case. I was glad that I had made the appointment as it easy my mind considerably.

I have been coming to Alien aesthetics for some years now and can hands down say it is the best in the area from my experience. The girls are so thorough, knowledgable & professional! I have regular Botox, lip filler and now going to try my first Polynucleotide injections from their recommendations to help my eyes not look as tired! I personally love the frozen loook with my Botox and Jen gets it every time, even my partner can’t be without it anymore. My appt was with Mr Muneer Ahmed and it is always a pleasant experience. The team at reception are always polite, friendly and welcoming and the nurses who are in the room with me during my examinations are empathic and kind. It's always clean and bright in the unit and ltge whole experience lessens my anxiety when visiting for checkups. Mr Ahmed is always professional but so personable and is super efficient with making and communicating my appts and results.

When I had a lesion on my nose Mr Ahmed took a skin graft from my shoulder and rebuilt one side of my nose . This was done by a absolute professional . There is no evidence of this now. Pure skill. But no surprise. When my wife was talking to his colleagues They say he is a artist !!!! I can highly recommend him for anything connected with Ear Nose and throat and plastic surgery. His knowledge is vast and his bedside skill second to none
