Dr.N Wood and the team were excellent and pleasant did their atmost to make the procedure less painful throughout the Ultrasound, although i was disappointed about the most important part of the scan that I am interested in knowing and paid fr has showed the right ovary not clear, she should have tried a second time to get a clearer result Otherwise, they are extremely helpful pleasant thru the procedure that I Greatly appreciated God bless you GJCL wishing Mums-Midlands Ultrasound and Medical services all the success and prosperity fr many years to come with many more patients having their health checked with them. This starts the process and throughout I felt at the centre of the process, and fully informed which helped me to feel more at ease. The quality of my sight in both eyes has been greatly improved by 2 recent operations performed by Mr Lee. His surgical skills have almost completely resolved a distressing epiretinal membrane condition I suffered from 3 years ago and sight in that eye is now excellent. Recently, I had cataract surgery to the other eye and again, sight is now excellent in that eye too. His impressive surgical skills are matched by his kind, patient and reassuring manner, this is very helpful for the anxious patient. I would certainly return to him should I require any further treatments.

Jack has helped me manage the symptoms of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome through a tailored strengthening and fitness program. He's measured my progress over time using rep count reports and strength measuring devices as well as charting general wellbeing. We recently started adapted boxing too which I have enjoyed. I feel really supported and motivated to reach my goals. He is understanding and meets you where you are at fitness-wise, as well as pushing you to the best you can be. I would definitely recommend Jack to other people with long term health conditions like me.

I’ve been with Medical Prime for 4 years and I can’t recommend Dr Theodora Kalentzi highly enough. Menopause symptoms can creep up on you,. It’s easy to ignore if not extreme but over time you can lose your former self. It doesn’t have to be that way. Dr Kalentzi offers a highly personalised approach to finding the right type af HRT for each patient. Visits for me are a time to focus on me and my overall health and wellbeing. Dr Kalentzi makes her patients feel at ease and truly delivers life transformation results for women going through the menopause.

He took a thorough history and did a full examination before discussing his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan with me. I was confident of his medical expertise and really appreciated his manner. I underwent a shoulder operation on the 17th November. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout: the room I was allocated for the day was clean, tidy and comfortable as was the bathroom. The post-operative tuna sandwich was delicious! All the staff were excellent, including admin staff, nurses, physios, anaesthetists and my surgeon, Mr Jahnich. The followup care has also been excellent, with especial praise to my physio, Chris.

That said, the patience and tone in which Frankie approached the questions directed at me was always in a professional and kind tone. Time was allowed for breaks and the whole process was clear as to where and what was required. Frankie was lovely and put me at ease.

Dr. Kapur was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, thorough in her examination, and confident in creating a plan to manage and treat my condition. She has working relationships with several other physicians locally to whom I was referred for further testing. Excellent experience from start to finish for my CT guided nerve block injection. All staff were extremely professional and demonstrated high levels of empathy. Even though the doctor was delayed, the staff kept me updated and ensured I was feeling comfortable. My mum was seen by Professor Winter and he performed surgery to cure her pharyngeal pouch.He was clear in his communication with my mum .A few months later and we are back in hospital at a follow up appointment.Her condition has improved after surgery and we are reassured by Professor Winter that if problems do re occur we can always get in touch.
