had a right knee replacement with Mr. Sam Rajaratnam just over two weeks ago on 3rd November 2025, and what I had feared would be a difficult and painful operation turned out to be completely painless. Sam is extremely kind, patient and reassuring — perfect for someone as nervous as I was. I had delayed doing this surgery for a year and a half and even cancelled the operation twice before finally going through with it! Mr. Rajaratnam has built an outstanding team, including an exceptionally experienced anaesthetist, Dr. Barry Philips; a kind and highly competent nurse consultant, Ms. Christine Howis; and an excellent senior physiotherapist, Felicitas Gatti, who visits me at home to guide my post-operative exercises. I was also extremely impressed by all the medical staff at the Cleveland Clinic hospital, who provided exceptional care throughout my stay. Whilst at the Cleveland, Sam visited me daily, and even came in today after my staples were removed to check on my progress. Mr. Rajaratnam’s expertise is evident—he has performed over 7,000 knee replacements—and the level of care and support I received was extraordinary. I was expecting a significant increase in pain once the stronger medication stopped a week after surgery, but to my surprise, I remained completely pain-free. I am extremely grateful to Sam and his wonderful team. I’ll be back for my other knee as soon as I’m up and running again!

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

I felt safe and well looked after throughout my stay. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and the team always made sure I understood what was happening and what to expect next. I had a very good first visit to Harley Hearing and wish I had known about and visited this practice when I first had hearing problems 25 years ago! Now I feel very grateful to the senior clinician whom I saw. She put me at ease immediately and she understood the problems I had been having with my current hearing aids. She gave me a hearing test and explained clearly to me the reasons for the loss and suggested a maker that would be able to supply a hearing aid which would give me much improved hearing. I trust her judgment and look forward to wearing my new aids. All the staff were friendly and kind and supportive and, having had experience of both NHS and other private audiologists, I can recommend this practice unreservedly.

Prof East is extremely competent, understanding and caring. He is a problem solver. I went to him, having been let down 3 times over 4 months by 2 A&E depts and a GP. Because I take medication for acid reflux, they each wrote off my severe symptoms as gastroenteritis - because of their 'tunnel vision' they failed to care out a simple ultrasound scan. Feeling desperate and in pain I went to see Prof East privately. He listened and conducted tests,, including ultrasound scans. As a result he referred me to the appropriate surgeon for Urgent surgery. The negligence of the NHS allowed my condition to worsen and had become life threatening. In effect Prof East saved my life..

I reached out to Nadira at one of the hardest times of my life and literally had no support/help from her whatsoever. As she continually reminds everyone she is a full time mother and a full time NHS GP I don’t understand how she thinks she has the time to open a menopause clinic as she has shown me. Takes weeks to reply to any correspondence. Also she certainly has NHS GP mentality on any HRT. She has no up to date knowledge and is very nervous and unsure whilst in a consultation with her. She quoted lots of things that were wrong and outdated as new evidence has suggested. I would not waste your money and go to Menopause specialist who is only doing this full time.

Dr Nina Salooja

I honestly can't speak highly enough of Dr Salooja (and indeed have sung her praises to family and friends a lot). Dr Salooja offers a level of care that I just think is completely exceptional. She is incredibly personable, takes time to engage, listen and explain whatever medical issues are being discussed, in depth. I'm in my mid-40s and believe she has the best interpersonal skills of any healthcare professional I've ever met. I feel in very safe hands with regards to the medical investigations, discussions around treatment and outcomes; Dr Salooja is clearly extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very grateful to be under her care.

Very Pleased with the clarity of my vision after wearing Glasses, I had the Galaxy lense fitted and I now have full contrast and colour definition. I had my procedure done at Freedom Chelmsford. The team there were absolutely brilliant,friendly, professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. I could see the improvement immediately . It took a few days for my eyes to adjust as my prescription was very strong and complicated, (lazy left eye.) The hospital is modern ,spotless with excellent facilities and easy access plenty of parking and train. Special Thankyou to Nicola who coordinated everything from start to finish.

I first saw Dr Seth two years ago and recently returned in October/November 2025. He’s exceptional at what he does, and absolutely worth waiting for. As always, he took the time to explain everything properly and map out a sensible plan and next steps. What I really value is how comfortable he makes you feel—he’s generous with his knowledge and never rushed. He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. Dr Ajai Seth is consistently outstanding, and I feel very well looked after under his care.

Mr Sherif Monib

Mr Sherif examined me at the one stop breast clinic and Hemel Hempstead, reviewed results of the scans and explained next steps. I wish I had asked more questions about what he could see on the scans etc, as when I questioned the macmillan card he gave me and said I presumed that it was unknown until the results of the biopsy, he said from a clinical perspective he suspected cancer and in hindsight I would have liked to have I understood what it was that indicated that. Next time I will take a list of questions.

Emily had evidently done some great in depth background research on my particular symptoms and concerns, she then conducted a very thorough consultation to find out all the background facts and history surrounding my health as required, thereafter she explained everything to me in a very clear and concise way, and provided fantastic solutions, advice and follow up appointments that made me feel entirely reassured, alleviated my concerns and I left happy that a proactive plan is now in place.

I visited Dr Dexter for acupuncture sessions for my chronic migraine. Dr Dexter is a very helpful and kind physician, who takes time to really understand the patient’s history. He has managed migraine sufferers like me and he has helped my symptoms through acupuncture and general advice such as exercise, sleeping position, hydrotherapy, mindfulness and further advice around medication use. I would highly recommend Dr Dexter and will go back to see him again for further advice and treatment.
