At my initial meeting with Mr Ud-Din he examined my hip thoroughly, explained the cause of my pain (which I endured for many years) with detailed reference to my x-ray and immediately recommended a full hip joint replacement. Mr Ud-Din explained how my hip joint would be replaced and size of scar to expect. Mr Ud-Din inspired confidence throughout our meeting and this has endured pre and post operation. Before my operation I spoke to Mr Ud-Din to understand the type of femoral stem, head, liner and securing technique that was going to be used; this information ensured I had a good understanding of what was involved and helped calm my nerves. 2 hours post operation I was able to put my full body weight on my new hip using crutches for balance with no pain. 4 weeks post operation I stopped using crutches, started driving after 5 weeks, no longer need pain medication and now have better hip mobility than I have had for many years. In my opinion Mr Ud-Din is a fantastic surgeon who has returned my body to the healthy state it was in 5 years ago...and for that I will be eternally grateful.

My five year old required urgent attention for a matter of significant concern, and despite my having mistakenly booked with a non-paediatric specialist, Mr Sobti graciously agreed to see us immediately. His bedside manner is exceptional. He has a wonderful way with children and immediately put both my son and our whole family at ease. He identified the issue straight away and arranged the necessary scans to confirm his diagnosis. I must also give special recognition to Ally on his team, who coordinated everything brilliantly. When my son was unable to tolerate an MRI, Ally swiftly organised an ultrasound as an alternative. She was incredibly responsive throughout, even providing live updates via WhatsApp while we were at the clinic.

After seeing several gynecologists, Mr Raza was at last the most reassuring and straight forward in explaining why having a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy would be the best way forward for me. I have been seeing Dr.Kingswood for the last three years after being diagnosed with low kidney function. He is extremely kind to someone with “white coat syndrome “explains everything that I should be aware of. Recently he has suggested weight loss injections as I find it difficult to lose weight I was also pre diabetic. This is beginning to show great results with weight loss and the overall BP readings. Again Dr.Kingswood has explained the benefits and the drawbacks to be aware of.

Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

I found the number of emails related to the appointments to be unnecessary and extreme. I was asked to complete a pre appointment questionnaire online. I did so and then received 3 further emails and a text message asking me to do the same. I have also received 4 emails asking me to give this feedback. Please look at your system. Filling your clients inboxes with multiple emails is not helpful for anyone.
