I had a breast reduction with Dr. Siddiqui, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had been considering the surgery for a long time, I was originally a size 34 GG (I am now a DD) so I booked a consultation with him. From the very first meeting, he took the time to talk everything through, showed me plenty of photos, and answered all of my questions with reassurance and patience. I never felt rushed and was given as much time as I needed. At my follow-up consultations, he continued to support me and address any additional questions or concerns I had. On the day of my surgery, I was very anxious as this was my first operation, but he was incredibly kind and reassuring, which helped me feel much more at ease right up until my discharge the following day. After surgery, I was given a nurse’s phone number that I could contact whenever I needed, whether for reassurance or any post-operative questions. That level of aftercare made a huge difference to me. Now, I feel so much more confident in my body and more comfortable doing even the simplest daily tasks. Nearly six months on, I am still so impressed with my results — Dr. Siddiqui did an amazing job. I truly couldn’t recommend him enough.

I've had a really good experience of RTN. I was referred from my GP on 31/07/25 Got message to complete questionnaires within 24 hours of them recieving referral. Got my assessment booked and completed 13/11/2025 (date I picked) Had the second stage on 29/01/2026 to discuss diagnostic outcome and to discuss next steps. Really helpful, obviously could go down the medication path but was given some really helpful advice on support groups and what GPs can offer in addition or standalone. Really helped discuss and give me an understanding and made me feel valid, great rapport with both video meetings, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Please note that there was just over 8 weeks between first and second appointment (xmas period too) There is approx 8 weeks wait for diagnostic report and 12 weeks wait for medication appointment. But they inform you of this and I've had a really good experience with them.

Around 28 weeks into my pregnancy I switched to private maternity care. I chose Dr Kunde because of his surgical experience (due to the fact that I have had an abdominal operation and I wanted to make sure the consultant I choose will be able to smoothly operate should an emergency C section is needed). He offered a meet and greet consultation, where he answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and reassured. Dr Kunde’s composed and relaxed attitude helped ease my anxiety during my antenatal care. He was fully supportive of my choice to have vaginal delivery. I liked the fact that he wasn’t pushing for unnecessary interventions. I had a smooth delivery with a second degree tear - the stitches healed quickly and never caused me any discomfort from the day of delivery. I am very happy with Dr Kunde’s care.

I was extremely happy with the hospital and the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, all of the nurses and staff were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. I felt genuinely well looked after at every stage before and after surgery. The nursing team made me feel comfortable, reassured, and supported, always checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. Their calm and caring approach made a big difference and helped me feel at ease throughout my stay. The hospital environment was clean, well organised, and very reassuring, and the overall standard of care was excellent. This was my second visit to this hospital,and as it was on the 1st visit,I can only add praise on the staff,nurses consultants,seating area with coffee machine,the receptionist was so polite and helpful as well as being friendly and smiling.It was comfortably warm on a cold day,always a nervous person even for an xray.but left the hospital with all the information I needed,and feeling calm and confident on my visit. Must add that Mr Richard Slack is a very approachable person that put me imediately at my ease.and answered all my concerns very confidently,with a very caring side also,I wish I could use those hospital for all my health issues,100%! I cannot thank Ravi Ray enough. I had my shoulder issue for nearly 30 years, with GPs constantly failing me and not giving me the right investigations to see what's wrong and saw Ravi Ray once, had an MRI and he knew straight away what needed doing and got it done. I'm now almost 8 weeks post op and it's been a real game changer. Just the rehab of building an extremely weak shoulder up now after 30 years of neglect. Ravi is one of if not the nicest, friendliest consultants I've ever seen and the only one who really showed he cared and that he wanted to help. I honestly will never have the words to thank him

Mr Nita explained everything and options I had. I had tests and trials with walking aids to determine best option for me explaining both pros and cons I opted for long leg osteotomy which gave me option to have knee replacement later in life. I am 12 weeks post operation and i’m walking unaided and I am using no pain killers. I do realise I do have lot of recovery to get 100%. I cannot thank Mr Nita enough, his professional and skills have changed my mobility, without the pain that I used to endure

My visit to the hospital was great, a lovely, clean and peaceful environment with friendly staff. Dr Hlaing was wonderful, she listened to me and answered all my questions, taking a real interest in my well-being. She corrected my current HRT treatment regime and prescribed medication that I have been on the waiting list with the NHS for over 7 months, desperate to obtain. I felt listened to and cared for, highly recommend.

Dr Nora Ng is very professional and goes the extra mile. Her specialist area is radiology, but I found (unusually with much modern medicine) that she is also able to think outside her own specialist area in looking for explanations and possible diagnosis, rather than only ruling things out. This is invaluable and beyond one can expect from many practitioners (other than at basic GP level). She comes highly recommended.

The 12-month or so wait time was out of Ravi’s hands and in fact the timing of the procedure worked well for me in the end due to it being right before the Christmas holidays. Everyone at Spire Wellesley was fab, even if my discharge at the end of the day took longer than expected it wasn’t a problem and I was really pleased with all the care and professionalism provided by everyone. From arrival to leaving, staff were very friendly and helpful. I was treated respectfully and with care. I visited the facility twice this week and on the first occasion - late afternoon, there was no option for purchasing refreshments. On my second visit, which was earlier in the day, the facility to purchase drinks and snacks was open, and was very good.

I attended for an abdomen scan, booked at 1.30am for the same day due to severe pains. It was discovered that I had gallstones. Price is excellent.
