I have been a patient of Dr. Urquhart for several years while working through the long-term effects of complex trauma, late diagnosed neurodivergence and profound life challenges. Through analytical psychotherapy and EMDR, he has helped me find steadiness during some of the most difficult periods of my life. His ability to understand what lies beneath the surface, to hear what isn’t said and recognise what others miss, has been central to my progress. Our work together has also helped me uncover the root causes of physical symptoms I had struggled with for most of my adult life, which no medical practitioner had ever been able to explain. Since addressing these issues in therapy, these episodes have significantly reduced. What I value most is his calm, steady presence and his deep understanding of human needs. Perhaps for the first time in my life, I'm beginning to meet myself, and learning to accept myself for who I am. The transition to Mourne Private Clinic has been seamless. The staff are warm, organised and professional, creating an environment that supports the therapeutic work beautifully. I would highly recommend Dr. Urquhart and the clinic to anyone seeking thoughtful, skilled and compassionate care. And, finally, there is no shame in therapy. I was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED that the misleading named "Disabled" toilet is still used as a storage centre. I have formally complained about this to the CEO after struggling on a number of occasions to assist my elderly disabled mother. It is too cramped to get a wheelchair and carer in there. Having moved items out into the corridor I then struggled to transfer her from her wheelchair. Naturally she was getting more & more anxious to get on the toilet, knowing that she was about to see a consultant. I suggested to the anxious person outside that he ask to use another toilet. This is a private hospital, built AFTER the Disability Discrimination Act. How did this even pass building regulations & considered acceptable? All the designer had to do was to go next door & copy the design of the disabled toilet in QEQM. We were under enough stress having to attend the hospital appointment.This just compounded the stress for my mother and me. PLEASE attend to this ongoing problem. Why is it taking so long? UTTER DISGRACE & INSULTING to all disabled people and their carers.

I saw Dr Nikolic because I was suffering from sciatica type pain which was not improving after a few months. He examined me and told me what he believed was the cause of this pain, and also organised the appropriate tests to confirm this, an MRI and an EMG and he named the neurophysiology consultant he specifically wanted to perform the nerve conduction study. After the tests he advised that an injection might help break the pain cycle, however my condition started to improve without treatment and I cancelled the injection. However if this condition reoccurs I would certainly go back to Dr Nikolic as I felt confident he knew exactly what was wrong and what might help. Since then his team have checked on my condition, which thankfully now continues to improve.

I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality care for their children

I arrived 10 minutes early and found a parking space opposite the main entrance. I reported to reception who directed me the check in where I was booked in and directed to the waiting area. Only a couple of minutes later I was called for my scan, shown where to put my belongings and then directed to the MRI scanning room. Here I was explained thoroughly what would happen and then I went into the scanner for 15-20 minutes. When I came out I was told my results would be sent to my doctor in about 2 weeks and then advised I was free to go home. I have no complaints and don’t think you could improve on the service. Very well done to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bernie.

Dr zgan was brilliant explained everything. Think he got a shock knowing a already had an operation on nose. And told me what had happened with thst healing process. While attending Dr zgan I had other issues going on and held back surgery until the other stuff got sorted which I knew would happen. The next day after operation the nose and ear was back to normal. The feeling I had had gone thankfully. Even explained ager surgery what he dad to do. Must say Dr zygan is brilliant doctor. Thank you very much Dr zgan appreciate what you did for me. Despite being very busy Mr Streeter found the time to see me very quickly for a consultation after our private insurance company let us down and I was getting concerned about the growth of the tumor. Whilst direct he was careful to understand me and re assured me . The operation was successful and the support has been great. I received a 6-8 week follow up call From Ed Streeter today which was very reassuring and I have been politely informed on what the final follow up will be from here on. In conclusion the service has been timely, professional, supportive and courteous.

On the previous visit you are asked certain points the main one was can you lay flat on this type of bed for a period of ten to fifteen minutes keeping your head still I did it but with my back problem it was a worry quite painful. On the day I was pleasantly surprised as the bed had a soft top and in three sections that could be adjusted. No pain experienced.
