Hiba first treated me for quite a serious ankle injury. From my very first session, I immediately felt comfortable and supported by her warm and friendly presence. This injury was extremely hard for me, as it meant I could not play my favourite sport, football, which was really tough both physically and mentally. However, each week my session with Hiba became the highlight of my week. Not only is she an excellent physio who guided me through a quick, safe, and thorough recovery, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I always understood what we were working on. She never rushed me and always listened to how I was feeling, which made me feel truly cared for. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour, which really helped lift my spirits and made even the hardest rehab sessions enjoyable. After recovering from my ankle injury, I unfortunately injured my knee. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted Hiba to treat me again. Having already been through a tough recovery with her, I trusted her completely and felt reassured knowing I was in excellent hands throughout the process. During my knee rehab, she was just as supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, constantly motivating me to keep going even when it was challenging. Thanks to Hiba’s expertise, patience, and genuine care, I was able to regain my confidence and get back to playing football, the sport I love. I attended Spencer Ashford Hospital which was easy to find and was able to park nearby in the carpark using a Blue Badge displayed. Access was at ground level with no steps. Reception staff greeted me straight away and booked me in, provided necessary to complete my procedure. Toilets were easily accessed just off Reception and there is a water machine free. All staff including the medical team that I saw were engaging, jovial yet professional. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with about three patients waiting. Mr Georgios Papadopoulos explained the procedure that I was undergoing in depth and was unrushed and very calm and inquired whether I had questions. His team were as fantastic ensuring that I was at ease throughout. At no point did I feel under pressure to leave after the procedure.

I recently attended an initial appointment and was very impressed with the service. All staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The optician/optometrist carried out a range of detailed tests on both the health and vision of my eyes, and explained every result clearly. In the end, I did not need to proceed with any treatment at this stage, as it would not significantly improve my sight. I was advised that waiting a year or two would give better value and a more meaningful result. It was reassuring to see that the practice prioritises what is genuinely best for patients rather than recommending unnecessary procedures. Overall, an honest and professional service that inspires confidence.

I had a great experience at Cyprus ivf hospital. Aman was our coordinator and she was immediately responding to all our worries and questions. It is a clean and well equipped clinic. The prices were fixed and no extra expenses were placed. They let you now about the price from the beginning and you now as the procedure goes on, when and how much you have to pay. Transfer of the embryos took place only when the doctor was sure everything was ready. No rushing. They followed the correct protocol for my case and were always there for us any day any time! I had a two night inpatient stay recently after having fairly major surgery at The Woodthorpe Hospital. The individual and quality care I received from my Surgeon, Anaesthetist and Nursing staff made my experience a very positive one. The room was well equipped and the food was good, with every need catered for. Special thanks for making allowances and letting me stay until late in my room on day of discharge. I would definitely recommend this hospital for an overall positive experience.
