My overall experience with nick gill was above and beyond.i honestly can’t thank and praise mr gill from the very first time meeting him to the last.iv literally gone through the worst time of my entire life but with mr gill explaining everything to me in fine detail to him operating on me more than once, I knew I was in extremely experienced hands.mr gill is so so down to earth that even though he has to be so professional at all times, you can also have a good laugh with him which makes you forget about any nerves you might have had 🤣 I would highly recommend mr gill and if I ever needed more surgery, I would actually ask if it was possible for mr gill to be my fabulous surgeon again.amazing and outstanding surgeon.

I had a vasectomy in November 2025 under the care of Mr Gill. From my first clinic appointment, he was professional, thorough, and reassuring. He carried out an examination and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, including the option of having it performed under either local anaesthetic (LA) or general anaesthetic (GA). After discussing both options, I chose to have the procedure under local anaesthetic. I was then given a date for day surgery at NPT. On the morning of the operation, Mr Gill came to see me and once again explained the procedure, ensuring I was happy to proceed before signing the consent form, which clearly outlined all the risks and benefits. When I arrived in theatre, Mr Gill was there to greet me and talked me through each step of the procedure, including when he would administer the local anaesthetic. The operation lasted around 20 minutes and was completely pain-free. Following the surgery, once I was back on the ward, Mr Gill came to check on me and make sure I was recovering well. Throughout the entire process, Mr Gill was professional, caring, and highly skilled. I cannot thank him enough for the excellent care I received. He is a fantastic surgeon and a real asset to the NHS. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering this procedure. Thank you again, Mr Gill, for your outstanding care, professionalism, and support throughout the entire process. It was greatly appreciated.
