About Brain Health Clinic
The Brain Health Clinic is an integrated neuropsychiatry clinic based in London. Founded in 2021, it became CQC-registered in 2023 and is the first integrated neuropsychiatry clinic in the UK. Its mission is to make specialist brain-health care available, accessible and affordable through remote consultations.
The clinic brings together consultant psychiatrists, neurologists, clinical psychologists and neuroradiologists within a multidisciplinary model to support the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the brain. Its approach recognises the connection between body, brain and mind and focuses on identifying underlying mechanisms contributing to symptoms.
The clinic provides specialist online neuropsychiatry services for a wide range of neurological and psychiatric conditions, including neurodevelopmental presentations, mental health disorders, neurological conditions with psychiatric features, trauma-related symptoms, addiction-related difficulties, cognitive and functional symptoms, psychosis-spectrum presentations and brain-injury-related concerns.
Additional services include neuromodulation and neuroradiology opinion pathways, referrals for psychedelic-assisted therapy and cannabis-based medicinal products, long-Covid and complex case management, dementia care packages with neuroimaging, psychological therapies, ADHD coaching, medicolegal and expert-witness reports, detox-related referral pathways, brain retraining and cognitive rehabilitation.

Attended a follow up appointment with Dr rathiniah today. As always he was very thorough and compassionate to my situation and current difficulties. He explains things well including medication in detail. He listens and is honest in his professional opinion. Hes an excellent psychiatrist with extensive experience. Vicky in the secretarial department Also goes above and beyond offering also a compassionate, kind and helpful voice. I have been with brain health for a few years now and to finally be listened too and get to the root cause of what could be going on.
Dr Mohan was empathic and compassionate. I felt his explanations were helpful and his suggestions around future management included psychological approaches as well as a medical perspective and suggestions for potentially useful medication. He emphasised that I had choices and his approach felt very gentle and normalising. Thank you
Treatment from the dr changed my husbands life…he has suffered many years with his mental state until we found dr mohan who took time to listen and diagnose his health and prescribed the correct medicine ….medicine that allows him to live a normal happy life….Vicky is exceptional with all her correspondence making sure prescription on time…..forever grateful we found them .
I had online consultation . The practitioner i wanted to see wasn't available and the timing changed a few times. This wasn't good given my acute state of distress. The practitioner was not particularly empathetic. He seemed a bit disconnected and almost had a fake smile. Toward rhe end od the call he tried a kind of "tough love " approach which i perceived as patronising. The prescription and advice was given clearly.
Caring doctors. Easy and quick to get an appointment. Dr rathiniah was very thorough and experienced. He listened and didn’t judge. Recommended appropriate treatment. I had an ADHD assessment.
