With a highly professional, approachable and caring manner, Mr Sahu conducted tests and provided clear, understandable, orientation of his findings and next steps for my care. Follow up of actions, by Mr Sahu, following the consultation was immediate.

I went to the wrong hospital for my appointment but Mr Sahu very kindly said he would still see me, even though I had to drive to the Nuffield, making me considerably later than my original appointment time. He is lovely man, taking the time to explain anything I didn't understand.

Mr Sahu has a friendly, approachable manner and is good at explaining what the scans and vision tests are showing him. He outlined various treatments and what he would expect them to achieve, together with possible risks and costs. He suggested an initial treatment with eye drops, and explained how and when to put them in, and encouraged me to remain in the NHS system so that I could benefit from the fluoresceine angiogram that isn't available at the Nuffield Hospital.

I saw Mr Sahu for cataract surgery. Such a professional, assuring and calming manner. Mr Sahu really took time to explain and discuss possible options, and listened to everything I and my son had to say.

Mr Deb Sahu was empathetic discussing my medical history and explained all treatment options in detail. My GP and other healthcare professionals were kept fully informed. I am seeing substantial improvements and have every confidence in his expertise.'

Mr Sahu had a lovely patient approach, very reassuring and he gave very clear thorough explanations. The car parking is a little tricky.

I attended my usual four monthly check up at the Spire Southampton on 4/8/26. As usual the professionalism was excellent from both Mr Sahu and his assistant Jerry. I wold not hesitate to recommend Mr Sahu and his team.
