Essex Private Doctors provides an excellent service throughout from the moment you walk through the door. You are greeted with a warm smile from the lovely reception team and the consultation is thorough. I felt listened to, without being rushed which is refreshing and reassuring. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I have previously visited the practice but this time was a FaceTime review meeting which meant I could fit it in between work amd had no need to travel. Professional, personable and knowledgable are 3 words I would use to describe my doctor. She is brilliant!

I got an appointment the same day which was important as it was to do with temporary hearing loss which had occurred for 9 days. Upon arrival, the receptionist offered me a glass of water which was welcomed (perfect for a hot day!) and I was seen soon after my appointment time. Doctor Grundy-Wheeler was very thorough and immediately worked out the issue and I left post-treatment with hearing in my left ear having not been able to hear properly out of it for over a week so I was elated! He was engaging, professional and very informative and treats his patients with real care. I also bumped into Dr Scott (who I have seen for HRT many times) who was also friendly and warm and it was overall a super and successful visit. EPD make it easy to not only get seen quickly but they all work hard to provide a kind, professional, super clean and lovely environment to make their patients well again, no matter the issue. Thank you to the entire EPD team. I walked out very happy!

i was very impressed from the time i booked my appointment over the phone to attending the surgery. The staff were very welcoming from greeting you on arrival and even whilst in the waiting room. i booked the appointment as my daughter has been suffering with her skin and just to amount of knowledge Dr Beddoe provided to explain what has been happening and to discuss her personal options and solutions on how we move forward with dealing with it and it has made all the difference. i have left the appointment feeling positive and confident with new medication and knowing there is an end goal we are working towards.

Everone was efficient, friendly and kind. Dr Bailey was lovely, so calm. Will see how the treatment plan goes but it gave me hope for the future. Thank you x
