Efficient and pleasant hospital.

The staff and facilities are excellent , the appointment to attend letter did not explain if you would provide food or drinks during the surgery , there were no directions for the hospital given , the letter was 95% about how you would like to be paid !

Lovely reception team who were friendly and clean building with lots of seating available

The all staff at the hospital were very polite. The nurses and operating staff were very caring and I received excellent care during my day there.

Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself
