Excellent service

Clean, spacious and welcoming environment. The receptionist in the Imaging department spoke a little too loud regarding my booking, which was a concern as I didn’t like that other patients who were in the waiting area could hear. Better confidentiality could be maintained with regards to this.

This service is excellent. The New Vic is always great but the GP service is a level above even the general hospital's standards.

The staff on the main reception on the ground floor are very welcoming upon arrival and direct you to where the GPs are upstairs. The ladies on the reception upstairs check your details and direct you to the waiting area. Everywhere is clean and tidy and well maintained. The GPs come out to the waiting area to greet you and take you into the consultation room.

New Victoria Hospital is delighted to start its new private GP Service on Monday, 01 March 2021. The service will allow local patients and their families to access face-to-face consultations six days a week, during this pandemic. Virtual appointments will also be available, and patients will be able to book the services they require, online.
