Found the process of booking appointment online easy enough and once checking in for the appointment very smooth and all staff at the New Victoria Hospital friendly and helpful. Dr Bailey was amazing and I’m so pleased I’ve found this service.

The GP Service was efficient, easy to access and there was virtually no waiting time involved. Everything was very clean and all staff were helpful and reassuring.

This new service is excellent. Friendly and proactively friendly staff. Clean. Efficient. All follow up on site. Very speedy turnaround of test results. Just one thing - it would be nice to get a follow up phone call after a few days to check on progress rather than have to decide whether to call in. That would be a bonus.
