Thank you Mr Cooner for speaking with me this morning I'm glad I could speak with you about my ongoing medical condition I have nothing but 100% rating for your professionalism and each time you speak to me I am reassured that my situation will be looked into in depth Overall I am reassured that my condition as I understand it is resolving.
Explanations were good and the risks and benefits of procedures clearly outlined

Thank you.
Recent admission from Addenbrookes hospital very unwell, accepted under the care of Mr Coonar. Emergency surgery x 2, stay in critical care and then to the inpatient ward. Throughout the entire admission the professionalism and skill demonstrated by Mr Coonar undoubtably saved my husbands life. Balanced along my husbands clinical management was an acknowledgment of how difficult this was for me and our children, Mr Coonar showed empathy and understanding for our individual situation. No conversation was ever rushed, time given appropriately and clear information. Mr Coonar always ensured that we were not left with any questions and that brought reassurance to us at a very stressful time. We are so very grateful for everything.

Tags k you very much
Soon as i got to royal Papworth in the morning for operation i was made very welcome even though I was extremely nervous but they helped me from the receptionist to the nurses from pre opp then after the opp all the nurses and physio were exceptional looking after me and Mr Aman cooner and his team are the best thank you so much for changing my life god bless you all
Mr Coonar kept his earlier promise to phone us. He unhesitatingly gave us a lot of his precious time. He is a good communicator and clarified what had caused us concern at the pre-admission visit. He wanted to be sure we knew exactly what the surgery could entail. He gave us the confidence to proceed.

Thank you!
My wife was under the care of Mr Coonar & his magnificent team for rib fixation after a serious accident 18 months ago From the initial consultation to the operation every part of the way has been treated with respect & sympathy, the after care is truly fantastic

Thanks and glad that she is so much better, and back to an active and pain free life :)
Hospital is very clean and modern. Appointments mostly ran to time and I was treated with respect , care and empathy. Overall very welcoming and all the staff put me at ease.

Thank you. Glad that the environment was good and clean
Mr Coonar knew I was incredibly anxious and did everything possible to get me home as fast as he safely could. Saw him in the post operative check and he was pleased with the progress since surgery. Although id prefer to not see any medical professionals again, if I had to have more surgery I would be very comfortable and less nervous in his care. Excellent surgeon with a wealth of knowledge

Thanks you. So pleased you’re doing well. I’m glad we were able to make you feel more comfortable and deal with the understandable worries that you had.
Thank you for your amazing care and for all your hard work, as always. I am still here because of you, and I will always be grateful for everything you’ve done for me.

I am so pleased you are doing well and trusted in us to treat you when others had not been able to.
