Mr Coonar kept his earlier promise to phone us. He unhesitatingly gave us a lot of his precious time. He is a good communicator and clarified what had caused us concern at the pre-admission visit. He wanted to be sure we knew exactly what the surgery could entail. He gave us the confidence to proceed.

Mr Coonar knew I was incredibly anxious and did everything possible to get me home as fast as he safely could. Saw him in the post operative check and he was pleased with the progress since surgery. Although id prefer to not see any medical professionals again, if I had to have more surgery I would be very comfortable and less nervous in his care. Excellent surgeon with a wealth of knowledge

Very good overall experience. I feel that I have received plenty and clear information during the process and felt well-supported as Mr Coonar personally visited or called daily over the days after the surgery to get some news and answer my questions.
