His attention to detail, in person visit each day and genuine concern for my well-being continued through out my stay in hospital, upon discharge and until my follow-up appointment. I have had both legs treated using both ablation and foam therapy. The whole process was fantastic. I was treated so kindly by my Dr and the lovely nurses. They explained everything and took great care of me, ensuring I was comfortable. The process was very quick and I felt little discomfort. From the moment I arrived at reception until I left at the end of my assessment I was treated really well. Reception staff were really friendly and respectful and explained the paperwork to be completed and assured me that the wait would not be too long. I was called within 5 minutes by the first nurse who carried out all the necessary basic checks explaining everything really clearly. She then sent me back to the waiting area until the doctors were ready to do the final assessment again I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called to the examination room. Telephone answering machine usually and although tried to sort I was left without medication . Reacted to dressings again so not feeling good at moment 😩 Please remember conversation during the procedure makes it a lot more invasive. Hoping this time I will free from pain !

Was left waiting to go home after op - communication breakdown between day staff & evening staff and no follow up appoint for stitch/wound check - had to change dressings myself and contact BUPA for arranging appoint weeks later. Overall staff were lovely but possible lacking in cover/number of staff availability.
