I have now been to all three locations (I had Hernia surgery 4 weeks ago at their Grosvenor Street hospital) and have been very impressed. The clinics are very clean and more akin to a hotel than a hospital. My issue was a bad back and painful sciatica. I was seen about 15 mins after my appointment time, but that's to be expected these days and it wasn't a problem. I was seen by Mr Montgomery who was very efficient and he gave my back a thorough examination. He said I needed an MRI and I was dreading having to wait days as I had really struggled to get to the clinic due to my injury. However, to my amazement, they managed to arrange for me to have the MRI there and then. I was looked after my Ibrahim who was first class. What a nice guy, very friendly and engaging. Made me very comfortable and talked me through the process. The MRI took about 20 mins I guess and then we made an appointment for me to speak to Mr Montgomery 2 days later on a video call to go through the results of the MRI. Overall, another very good experience.

The level of expertise is exceptional, but what impressed me most was the kindness and care shown throughout the entire visit. Dr Andrew Gaya

I attended a follow up consultation with Dr Gaya yesterday during which he gave me my recent MRI and PET/CT scan results. As always, Dr Gaya spent time explaining his findings and action to be taken going forward. We also discussed my current state of health, my planned treatment by the Rheumatology Team and the impact the most recent Rituximab infusion is having. Dr Gaya is always very pleasant, asks relevant questions and is very clear about next steps in the short term whilst having plans for the longer term. I look forward to his encouraging consultations every two weeks. Dr Gaya’s calm, measured, patient manner reflects his professionalism and care towards his patients. He keeps me sane, especially in times of anxiousness !

You can tell he really knows his stuff — the kind of expertise that makes you relax and think, “Ah yes, I’m in very safe hands.” Professional, thorough, and kind — with excellent outcomes to match. If you’re looking for an ENT specialist who combines skill with great bedside manner, Mr. Moraleda is an easy 5 stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I was an online client. My first day and many following days, a laptop was placed somewhere (usually with a very minimal view of part of the room) whilst people in the room had a conversation (often it was staff as other patients had left the room/ spent a lot of time waiting for groups to start/ group leaders). Group timings etc weren't stuck to or structured and there seemed no consistency. The hardest part was having to have an 'assessment' i.e. go through my life background in detail (including trauma) a total of 5 times with different members of staff. I'm sorry to say (and likely it's different in person) but there didn't seem to be any genuine care whatsoever. It was a waste of time for me attending here sadly.

The team at CCH were so kind and supportive that I felt relaxed at the end of the procedures. I am now on the road to recovery. Having had a history of health issues, I have never felt as comfortable with a consultant as with Dr Besherdas. He is a leading diagnostician in his field. He is kind, listens to his patients and genuinely cares for their welfare. A one-off! Karen, Dr Besherdas’s secretary, is amazing – friendly plus quick and efficient in booking appointments and dealing with queries. For me, finding Dr Besherdas was the best thing that happened for a long time.

I first consulted Dr Panchal in the autumn of 2022 when I was experiencing respiratory distress. He very quickly diagnosed my symptoms and created a care plan, which brought my condition under control. Recently I had an exasperation of my condition so consulted him again. He allayed my fears and explained the next steps in a comprehensive and compassionate manner. Dr Panchal listens to his patients concerns, explains the diagnosis and involves you in your treatment.

I was quite anxious about having an op n my foot but from the begining the first consultation Mr Majeed put my mind at rest, explained everything and is calm, warm and freindly. I felt in safe hands. The aftercare has been amazing too, as I've been slower than most to heal and Mr Majeed has not discharged me quickly and is monitoring my healing. I would highly recommend having surgery with Mr Majeed, you really feel in safe caring hands.

Professor Sanderson is a very kind and enterprising man. Other doctors have either had little ideas or will to treat me. In contrast, Professor Sanderson has never given up trying to help me. It is in a large part thanks to him alone that I’m still alive. His administrative staff are also a pleasure and make sure I’m well looked after. Do contact them if you are considering it. It will probably be one of the best things you ever do.

pleased with consultant and his diagnosis.not so with the rest of the hospital.toilets broken;no working water urns,had to wait 10 mins for someone to serve me at the cafe and when they did the coffee was tepid;had to wait over 25 mins to be seen by doctor.reception did not know where the nearest bus stop was but they did ask a local employee for me.so medical section of your hospital i cant complain about but the rest of it was poor

He made my mum feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. We now have a plan in place to move forward and feel more positive. I had a wonderful day at the Lister Hospital being looked after beautifully before and after my hip procedure. Janette, my nurse couldn't have been friendlier or more reassuring, the food I had was very good and fresh, and then to have a little sprinkling of reflexology on the 'menu' was icing on the cake! All in all a great experience.
