I cannot thank mr Rhys Thomas , his secretary and all the staff at Blackheath hospital enough they were all absolutely fantastic,and would recommend anyone who needs hernia treatment to go with mr Thomas and Blackheath hospital. He made me feel at ease and was very precise with his explanation. I had a sensitive issue and again Mr Thomas and his amazing secretary arranged everything with no complications. I have had my follow up and everything is going well and mr Thomas reassured me any issues that might occur he and his team will address it but I’m well on the road to recovery,so not expecting any complications but reassuring to know he is there if needed, so thank you again .

Polly was amazing throughout my entire journey, my original plan with ivf didn't work out but Polly was very helpful with helping me form a new plan with moving forward with my journey. She explained all of my options and what this would mean for me and my donor child. Polly also carried out my egg collection and also my embryo transfer that was successful the second time around. I constantly felt in the loop with my results and Polly always had a back up plan which i really needed when i sometimes felt like giving up, If it wasn't for Polly explaining all of my options i wouldn't have the baby i do now! I cant thank her enough.

I’ve never liked the NHS GP system. Ten minutes feels rushed and it isn’t suitable for those who want to pro actively look after their health and longevity. Luckily I’ve had a great experience with Ezra / Zenvité. Being able to schedule an appointment online at a time / day suitable for my busy schedule is perfect. I’m also able to get any medication required delivered to my door. Having regular check ins gives me peace of mind that my health is in order.

I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy and from the moment I met Mr Duncan I felt in safe hands. His manner and vast experience put my mind at rest and had no anxiety of having the operation at all. I had a wait of around six weeks. All went very successfully in the operation, in the Norwich Spire and recovering at home. The follow up appointment and detailed explanation with amazing photos was incredible. I highly recommend him and his team.

It can be strange when someone is rummaging about in your ears but when they are blocked getting them microsuctioned is one of the best things you can do, Professional throughout - would highly recommend.

I consulted Dr Ibrahim for a shoulder issue and found him very clear to explain what the issue was, and discuss pros/cons of the options going forward. He actually advised against surgery, keeping that as last ressort, opting for injection instead. Nearly a year on, my shoulder is a lot better. I think this is was the right option.

The consultation with the doctor was okay and she provided enough explanation. Although I expected to continue seeing the doctor, she explained that she couldn't see my mum because of her condition. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hospital environment was very clean.
