My experience at the McIndoe centre was incredible. Throughout my surgery and stay the entire team were incredibly kind and caring. I was given plenty of reassurance prior to my surgery, everyone involved during my surgery was incredibly professional and the aftercare following my surgery was incredible. All of my nurses were incredibly kind and helpful and made the process so much easier. I had a great private room and bathroom, and the food was also great! Cannot recommend the McIndoe centre enough, they will be my first choice should I have any more procedures in future

Facility was excellent, nice and clean as well as lovely and quiet. Instructions weee clear, and the receptionist was extremely friendly, as were the nursing staff I saw. The surgeon I spoke to was excellent, everything was explained and he was more than happy to explain things in more detail if I required, and I didn’t feel pressured to leave, as if I was taking too much of his time. My overall experience was excellent, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Dr. Kapur was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, thorough in her examination, and confident in creating a plan to manage and treat my condition. She has working relationships with several other physicians locally to whom I was referred for further testing. Mr Pavier is excellent in his field. He has a lovely sense of humour which put me at ease. I saw him for a Morton’s Neuroma problem that was badly operated on by a previous surgeon. My foot is finally free from the MN pain due to Julian’s expertise in decompression. I really don’t know what I would done had I not found Julian. I can’t thank him enough for all his help and kindness.

Mr Bahram Fakouri

I'm currently under Mr Fakouri's care due to a (quite severe) herniated L5-S1 which has been causing me trouble all year. He was quickly able to book me in for a caudal epidural injection which is alleviating a great portion of the pain (able to bend down for the first time in 8 months). Mr Fakouri is a good listener, a very calm and professional presence. Would recommend :)
