I feel lucky to have been under Mr Bille's care in recent months. On the basis of my experience I consider him to be an extremely knowledgeable and skilled surgeon and a very clear communicator who shows a lot of care in the way that he interacts with patients. In our initial consultation Mr Bille put me at ease and listened carefully to my description of my symptoms and concerns. He provided a very helpful explanation of the procedures that would form part of my surgery and associated risks and benefits so that I left feeling well informed. The surgery itself went to plan and in the check-ins we had over the following few days while I was in hospital he was kind and reassuring. In our subsequent follow up meeting he took the time to talk me through the histology report, giving me plenty of time to ask questions. Without a doubt the surgery has supported a significant improvement in my symptoms, for which I am extremely grateful.

It was a privilege to have both of my babies delivered by Charlotte. She is intelligent, compassionate, and has an infectious positivity. I felt reassured and uplifted every time I saw her. My second pregnancy became high risk, which was understandably a very stressful time for our family. Charlotte supported and reassured us day and night, working tirelessly to minimise and manage the risks. Thanks to her care, we welcomed a perfectly healthy baby boy at 37 weeks, for which we are incredibly grateful. I also recovered very well from my C-section, and the scar has healed beautifully. I am deeply thankful to Charlotte and would recommend her wholeheartedly.

My daughter has had cataract surgery on both eyes on the 21st January 2026 everything went according to what we were told the whole surgery went well she was very pleased with the procedure. I would just like to say Marie who was her nurse was brilliant, she was very caring, put my daughter at ease all the time, she was there all the time and answered all the questions we had and was always available on the phone . Not a good experience as I imagined paying privately would give. Unable to get prescription due to Dr putting my name as prescriber ? Telephone answering machine usually and although tried to sort I was left without medication . Reacted to dressings again so not feeling good at moment 😩 Please remember conversation during the procedure makes it a lot more invasive. Hoping this time I will free from pain !

My procedure was a day case and regardless of that I was given a private room which was very spacious and clean. All nurses and staff I came across and who took care of me were really kind and friendly. My allocated nurse and physiotherapist were really nice and explained everything I needed to know in terms of medications and post-operative recovery. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!
