From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. Thank you dream team! Take care hope you get to see this and all your bosses praise you as you should be in what is such a scary place for the patient to be. Take care.

I was extremely nervous about my appointment here, but I didn’t need to be, because from the moment I walked thru the doors I was greeted with big smiles from the receptionists, which was the start of a pleasant experience here, everywhere was exceptionally clean, tidy and organised. Throughout my visit the staff were thoughtful, friendly, caring and informative. . I can’t thank Dr Mo Faris enough, he listened to me, explained everything so I understood it and treated me like a human being and not just a number! Which made me feel much more at ease to be able to cope with the vascular problem I am having to contend with. I had my surgery on Tuesday and all the nurses were amazing, they took care of me helped me prepare myself for the surgery and then the after care was also amazing. The nurses came in every 10 minutes to check if I was ok, if I needed any food or water, or simply help me to the toilet. They stayed right to the end until I left. Thank u so much to all the nurses that cared for me that day. The room was very clean. My doctor, Dr Kelvin Chong was the best, he listened to what I wanted, advised me for the best option for me. He made me feel comfortable which was what I felt I needed as the surgery was very personal and I needed to feel safe which Dr Chong made me feel. He stayed until I was fit enough to go home. My experience here at One Stop Healthcare was just perfect.

At consultation, Professor Field provided a full explanation of my condition and what was needed - a full hip replacement. This was carried out a few weeks later and went very well. Awoke with only a little discomfort. Able to walk with crutches that afternoon. Professor Field was there to provide support after the operation and throughout. Stayed overnight and returned home the day after. Recovery has been steady since amd two wees later am now really starting to see the benefits which will hopefully continue. Professor Field was there amd his team has provided continuing support since returning home with follow up calls which have been very welcome and reassuring. Very pleased with the treatment and care.

I was greeted by a friendly team of staff at Fitness First who directed me to a waiting area, as I was a little early. I then met my Physiotherapist who went through the initial consultation. She was very professional and thoughtful when doing anything during the examination and treatment. She carefully talked me through her findings so that I could understand her diagnosis and treatment requirements. My treatment was with Selene Cavallaro, not with the suggested people on the next question.
