Wow, what an amazing place with a holistic approach to recovery. Far from previous experiences that simply provide a detox and a few tools tacked on the end. Delamere provides any willing individual the opportunity to explore yourself and a way of life that can truly bring balance and happiness. The food was excellent, home cooked with minimal processed food, probably only the tofu as the vegetarian option was processed, along with bacon and sausage for breakfast. Chefs were very approachable and friendly, even gained some advice on what to cook at home. The overall environment was clean, tidy and well maintained. The liaison team were excellent and always on hand to support and guide when needed.The nursing team were also superb, always there to answer any medical questions in a compassionate way. The mentors provided clear direction without judgement or bias. My therapist was second to none and created a safe environment for me to discover myself, while always being there to catch me when I stumbled. All in all a life changing experience. I have left with a solid toolset and aftercare package that will steer me through a joyful life with my friends and family. Only negative was the insane temperature in the bedrooms…..bring some cool PJs.

I can’t recommend Mr. Richard Scawn highly enough. Before meeting him, I had seen three other surgeons and even booked the operation twice but ended up cancelling because I didn’t feel fully confident. From my very first appointment with Richard, everything felt different. He was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring — never pushy, never rushed — and both my husband and I instantly felt we were in safe hands. I trusted him completely, and I’m so glad I did. I’m now three weeks post–lower lid blepharoplasty and absolutely over the moon with the results. My bruising was minimal and disappeared quickly, and the scar line is genuinely impeccable. I’m 39, so my skin is still fairly young, but even with a magnifying mirror I cannot see the incision. The work Richard has done is truly amazing. The appointment never felt rushed; Dr Adam provided clear guidance and even highlighted the progress I’ve made, which was a reassuring confidence boost. I ended up having surgery with him, everything was great, well explained, with minimal pain, and am now well on track for recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Consigliere for any shoulder-related issues. The doctor’s assistant is also very organized and responsive, the entire process was very well managed.
