Excellent. I had a fully blocked nose and total loss of smell for about 3 years. Rishi was convinced he could transform my quality of life : I’d have been happy being able to breath properly again. Day surgery followed which cleared out all the pollips and disease. The transformation was extraordinary: instantly I felt less heavy headed and the sense of smell gradually returned. Need to take things steady for 2 weeks following surgery: recovery followed the exact ebb and flow as advised by Rishi. Alongside the return of smell, the sensation of taste was a revelation and I really began to enjoy rediscovering the intensity of flavours: I recall well the depth of flavour from a cup of coffee that really surprised me. Sadly my sense of smell fell away. The had picked up some form of biotic reaction a month later. I called Rishi who assured me that we could get the smell back - that we should press on with a course of antibiotics stating that i would give up on my sense of smell before he did - we have kept at it and am very pleased to report that 3 months later I have fully restored smell and taste: the simple waft of woodsmoke whilst walking outside is just one example of how much quality of life can be gained by sticking at it. Am very pleased.

Mr Wilson is not only a fantastic surgeon, he is a fantastic man. He is very understanding, empathic and very knowledgeable. Mr Wilson has been with me throughout a very difficult journey, I had a full term stillbirth back in 2022, Mr Wilson delivered my son. I truly believe if Mr Wilson hadn’t been the consultant on call that evening then my life would look completely different now. Mr Wilson then undertook bilateral salpingectomy surgery on me to investigate fertility problems. Again I was met with compassion and empathy. I then became pregnant with my rainbow baby, the pregnancy was very difficult mentally and Mr Wilson and his secretary continuously checked in on me to ensure I had the right support and care. Mr Wilson then delivered my baby again by c-section, I was asked for my input as to how I wanted the surgery to look in terms of music, talking, atmosphere etc. Mr Wilson ensured all my wishes were adhered to and he even managed to avoid further complications which were expected. Mr Wilson is truly the best consultant and surgeon and I wouldn’t trust my life in anyone else’s hands. Thank you Mr Wilson.

After haveing my surgery done by mr lamah undergoing a loop colostomy I can safely say I cannot be more happy with the treatment and would recommend him to anyone considering any kind of bowel surgery the only thing have left to say about my surgery is it has changed my life even given me independents that I never thought I’d have at this stage in my life Nobody truly understands how haveing bowel problems really impacts a young person mr lamah made me feel like he really understood how much I needed my independence back and together we came to the loop colostomy conclusion and that was the best way forward he was right and I’m glad I trusted him as a professional and didn’t trust what had been on social media And made my choice on facts and my own independent opinion thank you mr lamah It was a pleasure meeting you

It was definitely worth coming for a second opinion and very reassuring to find that our hospital was doing the right thing and providing treatment that Dr Nicolo Battisti agreed with. However we have been to the hospital today for the routine oncology appointment and the results of the PET scan. This showed the cancer is now in the abdomen and the registrar is suggesting we commence with Capecitabine chemo tablets. I would be very interested to find out whether Dr Nicolo Battisti would agree with this decision. I have a week to think about it - would he be able to contact me. had a fantastic experience at The London Clinic. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. The facilities are spotless and very comfortable, which made the whole process much easier. I underwent a gastroscopy and colonoscopy here, and everything was handled smoothly and with great care. The nursing team were especially kind and reassuring throughout. The London Clinic is exceptionally well‑organised, and the level of patient care is truly outstanding. I was looked after by Paz on arrival, and she did my my initial assessments. I then met with Dr Pattle for further assessments, and then a Portuguese chap whose name I can't recall, for the cardio tests. All were superb, very professional, personable, and informative. The speed at which my test results were available was actually astounding. Most had been done within hours, and the remainder the next day. My written assessment by the consultant came less than 48 hours after my physical assessment and was incredibly detailed and informative, with some really great actionable insights.

Paid privately for Hip Replacement, initial appointment was disappointing with an hour wait, and a non interested surgeon. A few blips along the way, upon arrival on surgery day, they had me down for a knee replacement not hip, staff on night shift not the friendliest, and thet x rayed the incorrect hip after the surgery. Day shift were great and surgery went well. I will say I expected more for paying privately however the main thing I've had my surgery instead of the ridiculous wait time on the nhs.

I found the reception at ground floor level the only weakness as I was left standing feeling a bit aimless when no one else was at the desk and also I reported someone had been sick in a toilet sink and I was just letting them know, whilst I did not want gratitude for reporting it some greater acknowledgement and action might have been expected. Anyway most importantly Dr Woodland receptionist area and staff on his floor were excellent as they were for Dr Power.

Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

I was very happy with my visit. From the start the booking process was quick and painless. The visit itself with Dr. Cowie was a positive experience.. She was attentive, interested and of course knowledgable. She has helped me greatly with my symptoms with the information provided as well as the medication that was prescribed. All of it was spot on and just hours after receiving my medication, I already feel my symptoms easing.

Very happy with my consultant and the nursing staff but (as I have previously said in feedback) that waiting area (on the first floor) at Parkside really needs improvement. The reception staff are unfriendly, talk noisily amongst themselves, the coffee machine was broken today, there are sirens (or alarms or phone rings?) going off regularly which is not good for anxious patients

He listens and gives you time to explain your concerns, and importantly clearly explains each step to be taken with any tests/ treatment. Results are clearly explained too. I’ve been waiting for almost a month now and his secretary never answers the phone It’s unacceptable
