I recently underwent keyhole surgery for fibroid removal under the care of Mr Ganjewar at Shirley Oaks Hospital and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional treatment I received. From the very first consultation, Mr Ganjewar was patient, informative, and reassuring taking the time to talk me through various options from non surgical to surgical treatment. I opted for keyhole surgery and he explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was pleased at how minimal the discomfort and scarring were thanks to the keyhole approach. The post operative support from all the medical team was outstanding; Mr Ganjewar and the medical team followed up closely to ensure I was healing well and comfortable throughout my recovery. I would highly recommend Mr Ganjewar to anyone considering fibroid surgery, he is exceptional surgeon.

My whole experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing! All staff have been 100% in their delivery of care and support. I felt safe and looked after. The anaesthetist and theatre staff before both operations were totally dedicated in ensuring I felt at ease at a time when I felt most anxious. All ward nurses and assistants were focussed on delivering the highest standard of care with their patience and nothing being too much trouble. Pantry team kept me well fed with delicious drinks and food and always with a smile. Imaging team were so caring, cheerful and again reassuring and professional. The physio team are incredible, they have encouraged and lead me to where I am now - so very nearly there. I cannot fault my experience at Gatwick Spire. A massive thank you to Mr Panose and all teams involved in my operations and recovery.

Its a really good experience, I'm really enjoying the meditation sessions. Understanding trauma and cravings and learning tools have helped me understand more about my addiction and opening up and sharing with the therapy team has really improved my self worth and I have felt really empowered. This has been the perfect place for me. The VR is really enjoyable, its very realistic and I was put in the perfect scenario to help me understand my addiction. The therapy team are great and the support workers have been really really good which has made a really daunting experience a much easier one.

Recently had vein procedure was disappointed that not all veins were treated .I'd explained i was having procedure because of upcoming flight to australia .I returned for check up to be told I had fleabiteus on area that had been treated. I've decided to postpone more treatment until I get back from australia as I am worried of any more problems before flying. I'm disappointed that what I thought was going to be a straight forward procedure has not been .I wish I hadn't gone ahead with the procedure. Very disappointed

Staff were excellent - both clinical and non clinical team members. Nothing was too much bother and they went over and above our expectations of the care we thought we would receive. We spent 2 nights on the Clayton Ward after I had an unplanned c section. As first time parents without close family nearby, the Clayton ward offered us the guidance, support and care we needed as a new family but also to allow me to get the appropriate medical care as part of post surgery recovery.
