I had an operation at this hospital few day ago on the 6th of November by the amazing consultant Mr Jag Chana! To whom I am forever grateful in how kind, caring and professional he is and the most wonderful job he’s done with my operation! As for his team of anaesthetist, his lovely nurse Kate Zimmerman and all the nurses and other stuff on the ward ( apologies that I don’t know all your names) that looked after me before and after my operation I send my sincere thanks and gratitude! Every single one of you was beyond words professional, kind, caring, friendly and respectful! I am short of words in how to thank you for all the care and kindness you showed me during my stay! The hospital is so very fortunate to have you all as their members of staff! 🌟❤️

I had an excellent experience at Vitalscan. The whole team was incredibly professional and welcoming from start to finish. The radiographers — Abdo, Mahmoud, and Alice — were absolutely brilliant. They made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly before the scan. Their professionalism and kindness were outstanding. Jamie and Safia, the imaging assistants, were also fantastic — so friendly and reassuring throughout. And a special thanks to Mickey at reception, who was extremely helpful, polite, and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had in the UK. Highly recommend Vitalscan for anyone needing an MRI or any imaging service.

I first went to Cristina through a recommendation, and honestly, I didn’t have much hope left for my hair. From the very beginning, she took the time to sit with me and go through my hair history over the past few years to truly understand what went wrong. The treatment Cristina suggested has been one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s a long process, but without her help, I genuinely believe I would have lost all my hair. I attended MWH Clinic and had consultations with Ms Latthe & an ultrasound scan performed by Dr Balogun. Ms Latthe was fantastic and thoroughly addressed my health concerns - I felt very reassured. I would definitely return to Ms Latthe if I required any surgical treatment in the future. Dr Balogun was so lovely and very kind. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout & her assistant made my feel totally at ease. I cannot fault the service I have received. I saw Mr Ali Abbas recently and I was pleased with the visit. He was very thorough and explained things very clearly. He took his time to consider a differential diagnosis for my problem and the course of action he suggested has helped me feeling better after years of increasing pain. What I liked the most is that his approach was not limited to treating the symptoms now but to protect the health of my eyes in the long term. His secretary Natasha Masih-Lal was also very helpful with appointments etc.

On arrival everything was explained, my operation was carried out with minimum waiting time, the nurses and anaesthetist were excellent, as was the surgeon, the next thing I recall is being in the recovery room and being wheeled back to my room, very good after care with constant visits from staff. I was able to leave hospital after one night, now six weeks later following expert advice from physio my knee is improving all the time. I would fully recommend the Norwich Spire Hospital.

Mr Yamamoto is a lovely man and has helped me through a very difficult time recently with kidney stones. He is so re-assuring and really helps with allaying any fears and worries that you have about the unknown. He is also very responsive as is his assistant Michelle. Between them they have made the last 4 weeks far more bearable than they otherwise would have been.

I arrived 12 minutes early and was quickly shown into a private room where my blood pressure and an ECG was carried out. I then waited to see Matthew Wright for my 7pm appointment. He explained everything very clearly to me and spent a long time making sure I was happy with the procedure I had had and the recovery period and the medication going forward.
