My entire treatment plan and visits have all gone extremely smoothly. I suppose the first point is that the pain I had prior to the operation is now gone, so that has been a huge success. The recovery has also been remarkably straight forward to this point. From my first visit to the latest post-op visit, I have found Mr Stafford to be very clear and precise with all the details of my injury and options to treat it. There was no pressure on what option to choose, the facts were simply given to me and the prognosis for each treatment explained. The booklet provided gives a very detailed and comforting explanation of all that was involved, including the full journey back to recovery in the future. I am very pleased with my choices and very grateful to Mr Stafford for the treatment and consultations during this process. Mr Stafford is obviously very skilled in his work and this, along with the many successful procedures he has completed gave me full confidence to proceed with the successful arthroscopy.

Mr Baker and his entire team have been incredible from the minute I was referred to him. 42 yes old diagnosed with DCIS and requiring a mastectomy and did not want an implant. Mr Baker took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure of a reconstruction using my own body tissue. Making sure it was the right decision for me. No question was too small. I went into surgery with absolute confidence I was in the best hands. The precision of the surgery is so impressive. My scar sits neatly under my new breast along the natural crease. Unless I lift my arm, even I cannot see it when I look at myself in the mirror. I was terrified when I got my diagnosis. That fear vanished after my first meeting with Mr Baker. He gave me and my husband all the confidence.we needed to move forward.

I had a difficult knee surgery, and working with Lucas has been exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, carefully adapting the training load based on how my leg responded each session. What I appreciated most was how he tailored the rehab specifically to the sports movements I needed to get back to. Lucas has also been incredibly accommodating and flexible with scheduling, which made the recovery process much smoother. Even during holidays, he took the time to give me advice and medical guidance over the phone — a testament to his dedication and genuine care for his patients. Beyond his expertise, Lucas is also a very kind and personable individual. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

I saw Mr Wek for a consultation and a hip nerve block , done under x ray. I have seen Mr Wek, both in his NHS clinic and privately. On both occasions he put me at ease straight away and I was encouraged to ask any questions throughout the appointments. Mr Wek has a calm, approachable, professional and friendly manner. During my consultation, Mr Wek took time and care in showing and explaining the results of my MRI scan and x ray. He also further demonstrated the stages leading to advanced osteoarthritis using plastic hip joints, which was helpful. I would highly recommend Mr Wek, especially if you want a Consultant thats patient, and makes you feel involved in your care.

I was under the care of Dr Syed Ahsan for just over a year, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He provided exceptional care for my postviral autonomic dysfunction (a condition that is often difficult to get proper care for). He took the time to listen carefully, investigate properly, and tailor a retreatment plan that addressed the root of the problem rather than just the symptoms. Thanks to his expertise and genuinely holistic approach, I am now recovering well. I’m deeply grateful for his care and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor who is both knowledgeable and compassionate and who truly goes above and beyond for his patients.

Came across Southside Medical on FB ....my own GP practice has no online appointments for all of November and December. I had mine booked and completed in just a few hours. Doctor took time to understand what was up (sciatica) and what he could do to help. Did a complete check to make sure it was sciatica and not something else and gave me advice should my symptoms change. Then after a discussion he arranged for me to get some medication which is certainly helping with my sleep. Can't fault the timeliness and the expertise of the doctor. Very warm and empathetic and can't recommend highly enough.

No problems with the medical teatment. Not sure why I was sent an invoice for medications some days after the treatment. It would have been much easier to pay in the hospital on the day. The invoice doesn't say if you can pay by card by phone or on line. This is a basic service these days. The menu offered for kosher food was limited and most of the items marked as being available weren't. If you're going to offer this service then you need to make sure you have available what you are offering - this is the private wing and one is paying for additional levels of service - not provided here.

Avni is absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend her enough. She started treated me during pregnancy but I have continued to see her after. Avni is really caring and intuitive and the only osteopath that I have been to who really manages to address any pain that I have been experiencing. She doesn't insist that you come back week after week, unless the treatment specifically requires a few sessions. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and provides really useful tips and recommendations that have helped me in all aspects of life.

My nurse had to queue for a very long time at the dispensary for my take away drugs whichdelayed my discharge unnecessarly. It was not her fault. I had surgery on my eyelids which by it's nature meant that I would have impated near vision for some days. I could not read the instructions for some days as my eyes were badly swolen due to the surgery. I just guessed. Why cannot the instructions be provided with lasrge print? Ralph T.
