Not only is he thriving, but you have also helped us see what we once viewed as weakness as a source of great strength. You have helped us accept him exactly as he is, and instead of wishing to change him, we now want to focus on his many strengths and find ways to support him. Your gentle and supportive approach was truly transformative during a time when we felt completely at a loss and frightened for him. The two sessions you had with him will always remind him that whenever he needs support, there are special people out there who can guide him. That is life changing. He will know that instead of suffering alone, he can trust us to support him and to seek help when he needs it. You also supported us tremendously when we were struggling . Your patience and acceptance were so comforting, even when we did not have the presence of mind to express it at the time. You have changed our sons view of the world, and our view of him and of what is possible when it comes to support. I had a Rhinoplasty here with Lucian Ion. I'm grateful to all of the staff at the hospital for making my stay so comfortable; the room was clean and comfortable, and whenever I needed help the nurses were quick and helpful, plus the food was really good. The surgery and anaesthetic itself went smoothly, and it was re-assuring to talk to both surgeon (Mr Ion) and anaesthetist (Dr Warwick Marchant) beforehand, and then see Mr Ion multiple times after the surgery. When I was soon to be discharged from the hospital I momentarily (for a few minutes) felt very rough; the hospital staff were really friendly and there wasn't any rush to discharge. One thing I did note is that there wasn't always complete consistency between the surgeon and the hospital, e.g. on the admission time, or on how to clean the wounds, so I would suggest trying to improve this (the patient, at least speaking for myself, isn't always a reliable intermediary), however this was a very minor issue.

Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital

I had a number of appointments to see Mr Warr at the Nuffield, and it was always administered well and on time. On the day of the surgery there was initially some confusion on which hospital room I was assigned to but that was cleared up fairly quickly - it was 7am so perhaps a beginning of shift handover issue. The nurses were caring, professional, attentive and very friendly before and after the operation. The anaesthetist visited and was very clear explaining the process, friendly and reassuring. A very good experience. I also appreciated that my parents could be with me before the operation as I'm quite young and not used to being in hospital. Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

They explained the procedure in plain language, answered every question without rushing, and made sure I felt confident going into surgery. The operation itself went smoothly, and my recovery has been far easier than I expected. The incision sites were clean and precise, pain was well-managed, and the post-op guidance was thorough. It’s obvious they take real pride in their work and in their patients’ outcomes.

I had a gastroscopy at St Joseph's and was extremely nervous due to a bad experience at another hospital some years ago. Dr Czajkowski and team were absolutely amazing, reassuring me and helping to put me at ease as soon as I arrived. I need not have worried as the procedure was carried out so professionally with minimal discomfort. I won't hesitate to recommend St Joseph's to anyone I know needing that procedure, or similar.

I had an excellent experience with London Blood Test. Booking was fast, the clinic was easy to find, and the staff were warm and professional. The phlebotomist was very gentle and explained every step, which made the whole process surprisingly comfortable. Results arrived quickly and were clearly laid out, with helpful notes that made them easy to understand. Overall, efficient, friendly, and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Initially I went to the London clinic hospital, but was redirected to the correct building.. Again, slight confusion for me in Filling in the registration form, which I then failed to hand to the consultant. I was again not sure where to wait as clinic D and E are on the same floor. This was all resolved by having an excellent interview with my chosen consultant

Mr Kar was informative prior to my operation and explained the procedure thoroughly and put me at ease. My follow up post op was reassuring - he went through my results with me explaining what was done. He has the loveliest manner. Top class. Little to no waiting time for appointments/surgery. This was my first taste of private medicine. I do not have Insurance so was rather worried at the potential expense, and whilst the treatment could not be described as 'cheap' it was not nearly as expensive as I feared it would be and I regard it as being good value for money
