Great communication Made me feel at ease Compassionate Knowledgeable Highly recommended
I’ve been seeing Mr. Goyal for my glaucoma for some time now, and I have to say my experience with him has been exceptional. He is incredibly calm, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms. He even uses photos and illustrations to make things clearer, which I really appreciate. He never rushes appointments and will always make room to see you, even if you’re running a little late. Beyond eye care, he offers friendly advice on general health and wellbeing, showing that he genuinely cares about his patients. Would I recommend him? Absolutely, yes.
I have suffered with Glaucoma since a young age. When I needed Cataract surgery Mr Goyal was recommended to me by my optician for his Glaucoma expertise. I have now been a patient of Mr Goyal for almost three years and I cannot recommend him enough. I have recommended him to other family members who have also become patients and I know are very pleased. Recently my elderly father has undergone cataract surgery with Mr Goyal. The professionalism, compassion, understanding and support which Mr Goyal has provided to myself and my father is unmatched. If you require assistance with cataract or Glaucoma related eye problems, I honestly doubt you will find anybody better than Saurabh Goyal. It is a pleasure to recommend him.
Very professional, very thorough, very caring, gives you all the time you need. Very gentle and has a very 'put you at your ease' bedside manner. Explains things slowly and clearly. Excellent service all round.
A consummate professional who only has his patients best interests at heart. I could not rate my experience more highly.
