I was anxious about my first visit following some negative experiences with nhs gp appointments. But on meeting Dr Shori I was instantly very comfortable and felt heard. I had relevant tests quickly and efficiently. I did not feel rushed or dismissed at any point and came away feeling relieved that I had some answers to symptoms I had been struggling with for a long time. The practice was lovely, clean and overall a nice atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a concern I was struggling with and would recommend anyone to do the same if they were in a position to do so.

After I got a PCO in my left eye I needed laser surgery. I had not been told this was common after Lens replacement by the opticians who did did that surgery so I was very worried about my sight. I contacted Cathedral Eye Clinic who assured me it was common and was easily corrected. They made an appointment and in less than an hour my sight was restored. Staff were really lovely. Unfortunately don’t think the doctor had read my notes or referral before appointment he kept mentioning possible arthritis but my referral was because I had trapped nerves between my discs he mentioned swimming and Pilates I can tell you now there’s No way I can get on the floor and certainly couldn’t sit on any floor!!!!!the specialist who did the referral in wye sergers maybe he needs to read it AGAIN!!!

All staff were very welcoming and their bedside manner was outstanding. The whole team kept me feeling very reassured and I felt I was in safe hands. Very caring and professional especially Alice she stood by my side throughout distracting me from the procedure. Special thanks to Mr Clerk, very professional, trustworthy and a very knowledgeable consultant, he made me feel at ease at all times. I cannot thank him enough ☺️
