It was a pleasure to meet with Matt Wright again following our consultations and procedures in 2019 and before, when he cured my atrial fibrillation. Thanks to his specialist care, I have been able to successfully carry on running my antique business from my gallery in Pimlico.. Accordingly, it was very reassuring to discover that he had recognised my name after my recent visit to A and E at St Thomases and had been advising on further tests and treatment following the analysis of my seven day monitor. Having explained to him that I had stopped taking the prescribed Bisoprolol 2.5 mg after three days, as it very quickly took my blood pressure down to 50, he recommended that I re-start on 1.25 mg. This reduction appears to have so far done the trick, as my pulse has dropped to mid 60s which is bearable. In conclusion I am so relieved to once again know that Matt is keeping an eye on me and that his ear is available should I need reassurance.

Having suffered severe pain in my right knee for some time, I am indebted to Julian for working his magic. It's 6-weeks since my partial knee replacement and I am mostly pain free (only feeling pain if I've been standing or walking too much but that's to be expected and is improving every day). My brother recommended Julian having had full knee replacements on both knees. He now happily cycles 50-70 miles most weekends without any problem. I decided it was worth making the effort to travel from South London to get the best knee surgeon I could find. I could not be happier with the results. Julian's advice before, during and post surgery has been honest, clear and professional. He set out all my options and provided his opinion when asked. All the staff at the Saxon Clinic were amazing too, from the nurses to the anaesthetist etc. Brilliant surgeon and a great clinic!

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

Doctor Khanna who I met 5 months prior is very direct, professional and confident which I liked because it showed me his passion and commitment to his craft. The day of the surgery when he came to speak to me and tell me what was going to happen he again was direct and confident. He spoke very clearly and I felt very informed of what was going to happen which gave me an assertive and positive assurance in his ability to perform the surgery which went amazingly well. I had no worry or anxiety about the surgery leading up to it and am extremely grateful to Doctor Khanna and his team for performing the surgery and fixing my hernia. His work is extremely neat and tidy, which also gives me confidence in my ability to heal. Thank you again for all your help.

We took our 9 year old son to see Dr Narayanan. He has been experiencing symptoms of anxiety and potentially depression which were manifesting themselves as physical symptoms often. We wanted to rule out any physical ailment, however Dr Narayanan went considerably beyond our expectations and was able to help us consider options for our son’s current ADHD medication and other treatment and management options. He’s very quiet and lacks confidence and Dr Narayanan amazed me with her ability to bring him out of his shell and speak to him in a way which helped him to open up. Together with her, we now feel that we now have an expert who is owning our son’s treatment and care and supporting us where we need support. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

Dr Ali was very clear in her explanations about allergic rhinitis and the different treatments available, all of which I have taken over the years. I would like to have had explanations of results of tests in order to know more about what triggers my allergies Although Dr Ali did explain that probably I have non allergic rhinitis I'm still not sure if that is my case and I wonder if more allergy tests would give a more definite answer. Dr Ali did say she would be asking my GP to send results of the tests i had done at the surgery a few years ago.

We attended a private consultation when I noticed my 3 month old baby had a lump under her eyebrow. I wasn’t satisfied with our GP’s advice / diagnosis therefore booked to see Mr Dharmasena. His secretary was great and organised a consultation the same week even on the weekend. Mr Dharmasena was friendly, professional and really reassuring and provided confidence during an anxious time that he knew what the problem was and can help our baby with her Dermoid cyst, Congenital craniofacial malformations, Orbital surgery.

As I am severely claustrophobic/cleithrophobic, being in a dentist's chair has traditionally been mega difficult. I have been going to this practice for some years now and they have never failed to be genuinely supportive, kind, pragmatic, responsive to my needs. They have given excellent dental care throughout despite me being a blooming awkward patient! If you are fearful of dentists for whatever reason, I would encourage you to contact these guys, they can be trusted to help.

He explained everything so clearly to me and I was delighted to see that his approach was towards treating the root cause of the problem, not only the symptoms. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would recommend him to anyone who would like to see a specialist.

My appointment was a scheduled telephone call. Professor Ullah had read my medical history and clearly detailed options for the next stage of treatment. He responded to my questions and passed on the Cadiology help line number for further details and answers to any further question. He will copy me the letter he will send to my GP. The discussion was not rushed and I will now review the options and determine my preferred option.

Saheel puts one immediately at ease with his friendly smile. He was quite happy for me to have my wife in the consultation and was alway interested in her observation which he also passed onto my GP. His team were as pleasant in their consultation as Saheel himself. It all comes from the top. He turned what was beginning to be a traumatic experience into a walk in the park. We went for an early pregnancy scan for a bit of reassurance and to get a better idea of dates and it was the best thing we could have done. Deirdre was our sonographer and was fantastic. She was so reassuring and kind and made us so comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility was spotlessly clean, modern and bright. Everyone we came across was helpful and so friendly!
