We first met Mr Buddhdev while seeking a second opinion on our sons hip X-rays. After feeling like we had been left in the dark and our fears dismissed we we’re immediately reassured and comforted by Mr Buddhdev. We felt for the first time that we had a plan and understood our options. After a follow up it was agreed that Freddie would be booked in for a guided growth procedure with soft issue release. Amy and the rest of the team were flawless. All questions were answered quickly and the whole process was very smooth. Mr Buddhdev treats you like your the expert in your own child, listens first and then responds. All choices were our own which was very refreshing. Thank you.

Excellent 5* service all round - I booked my telephone appointment online and everything was on time and thorough. Special thanks to Joanna for helping me out with invoicing and making sure I was happy with my appointment type. Exceptional customer service. Also thank you to Dr N Bennett who provided me with amazing advice and a speedy prescription - she guided me and we made a decision together on next steps. I have been attending Cathedral Eye Clinic since May, when Mr Niraj Mandal carried out cataract surgery on my left eye. A follow-up operation to stitch the iris was also successful. Although I still experience some blurring at distance, tests show 6/6 vision, and this is due to be corrected with laser treatment in the New Year. I am very pleased with the way the consultations and overall service have been carried out. The care has been professional and reassuring throughout, and I am looking forward to improved distance vision in 2026

I saw Mr Balfour regarding a persistent long term balance disorder. He listened very attentively and took the time to carefully review my past medical tests and reports. He was then able to suggest the next step forward to find the root problem looking at my symptoms from a different viewpoint which was quite refreshing as I felt no one had considered what I had been explaining in the past. Whether the tests will reveal the problem or not I am very grateful to Mr Balfour for his knowledge and professionalism.

Mr Datta explained everything clearly without frills and I felt it was more of a converstaion than a simple consultancy. Any questons I had were answered fully and in detail. Mr Datta has what seems to me to be an open and honest/friendly approach which I appreciated. He is good at putting us at ease as well as managing expectations realistically. He was happy to answer any questionsn I or my wife had. We were not kept waiting more than a few minutes from our appointment time.

Beautiful , bright, clean patient friendly environment. The staff on reception have a lovely welcoming way about them, made a nervous patient feel less so. I waited a few minutes before being called by Dr. Very pleasnt person , who listened and then explained the procedure so i felt a lot less anxious about it . I am so pleased i chose the Candover clinic and finances permitting would use them again. I now reccomend to friends and family.

My recent experience with Freedom Vision was great. From moment of contact the staff were very attentive, efficient and very professional. I was out at ease straight away. I underwent a HoLEP operation carried out by Mr Brewin and his team. Both the operation and my recovery have been excellent. Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.
