Daniel was with us from early on in the pregnancy. He was patient with our questions, taking all concerns seriously and providing informed views (even going to do further research when we had a very specific niche question). He listened to what we wanted for delivery and supported and guided us vs pushing an agenda. I always felt like I was in good hands. When it came time for the birth, there were some complications- Daniel acted very quickly to ensure the least amount of intervention and to get my baby out safely. We are very thankful Daniel was there with us.

My septoplasty went very smoothly and healed perfectly, and the aftercare was very helpful. Marris Medical were great from start to end. Booking the appointment was easy, with friendly staff. On the day of the appointment I was taken in earlier, the MRI procedure was explained and completed with ease. I was told I would get my report in 24-48 hours (over the festive period) however received it the same day in the afternoon. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again if needed.

The MRI scan was really quick, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were really kind, and explained every step of the process so I knew what to expect. As it was an abdominal/pelvic MRI scan, I was given gowns and socks to wear during the procedure, so I didn't need to worry about having metal in my clothing. I also received a CD of my scans on request.

I saw the GP within an hour of calling. GP was friendly, confident and extremely competent. I was able to discuss the medication options and I felt part of the process in a very positive way. I cannot recommend the Practice highly enough. Within 2 hours of seeing GP, collecting the prescription and taking it I felt relief and felt on the road to recovery. Thank you

Everything was extremely good regarding the care and surgery. As someone who is usually uncomfortable with just visiting a hospital I was very relaxed before and after the operation. The only comment I can think of relates to a little more clarity as to the limits of the things I can do during my recovery at home e.g. first 2 weeks, 2nd 2 weeks, beyond.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic. I had really enjoyed staying there for the recovery after giving birth. The views of Big Ben both times were an amazing bonus for the night feeds of my newborn.
