Mr Blackburn was simply amazing - right from our first meeting, to the last consultation. He has always been kind, patient, professional, and always has his patients interests at heart. So much so in fact, he gives out his personal number to patients so we can contact him anytime. I once messaged him about a concern at 10pm and he responded immediately! I am beyond thrilled with my results and my only complaint is with myself in that I should have gotten this done sooner! Mr Blackburn also used gentle words such as "happy weight" whenever we spoke and didn't discriminate based on BMI. I felt very well looked after throughout the entire process. He is incredibly talented at what he does, and I cannot recommend him enough. I got married this year, 8 months after my surgery and I cannot describe the confidence I have gained from this! I finally feel in proportion and all my back and neck pain is gone! Now living my life in bralettes - something I never thought possible for me! Thank you, Mr Blackburn. This experience has truly been life-changing, and I could not be happier.

Absolutely brilliant. I had a serious Psoriasis flare up and getting an NHS appointment had a waiting time of 6mths, thankfully I managed to get to see Dr Salam within 2 weeks of looking for a consultant. He was very sympathetic to my situation, went through the possible treatments, listened to my concerns and discussed how we should move forward, but I never felt pressurised into anything I was uncomfortable with. His 'Bedside manner' is excellent, in follow-up consultations he fully explained where he felt my condition should be (considering the treatment I was undergoing) and this helped allay any concerns, or frustrations, I was having. All-in-all he made the process very easy, was empathetic and made me feel comfortable with the progress. Most importantly, the treatment he suggested has had a massive impact on my condition and made my life so much better, I cannot recommend Dr Salam highly enough. If you are suffering make him your No1 port of call!

Dr. William Eysenck

Dr Eysenck is an excellent doctor who has restored my confidence in NHS. In June 2024 I had previously had open heart surgery on both valves and bypass surgery. Unfortunately, there was an unrelated ENT surgical accident during my operation which impaired my recovery and the need for further heart intervention relating to the lower valves went undetected. After fainting numerous times, I found myself in Lewisham Hospital under the care of Dr Eysenck and his surgical team. The care I received was thorough and I was quickly diagnosed with the need of further heart intervention by having a pacemaker fitted. Dr Eysenck fitted the pacemaker himself at Royal Brompton Hospital, he was attentive and kept me informed of the process both prior to and after the procedure. Thank you for your kindness and giving me back my quality of life after fifteen months of anxious uncertainty. I am over the moon.

I wish I started visiting Dr Lola earlier! She has extensive knowledge in the treatment of specialist issues like MCAS and the natural treatments and alternative testing have changed everything for me and my health after 10 years of struggling and NHS prescribed antibiotics and waiting times causing damage. Being looked at as a whole person is so comforting but also makes all the links to see what the causes of symptoms are instead of temporary and damaging solutions. Would highly recommend and well worth the price especially with a detailed report afterwards and the option to buy some of the supplements online without taking a cut like other practitioners. I’ve seen a naturopath before but also having a specialist doctor is a game changer and know you are taking exactly the right things and not wasting money.

I had been in severe pain in my knee for nearly six months when i had a full knee replacement operation after a consultation with Mr Ismail. Obviouslty i was worried but I was reassured that although i would experience pain after the operation the long term result would be successful. After my 3 month check i am virtually pain free and well on my way to a full revovery although it could take 6 to 12 months. I booked a Women's Health Check and had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Emma Sloan. I felt totally comfortable with Dr Sloan, who was kind, considerate and very easy to talk to. A couple of weeks after my appointment I received all my test results and a really detailed and comprehensive report with a lot of advice on what I could do to ensure I stay healthly. A couple of of test results were slightly abnormal and I was able to follow this up with my GP when I showed her the report. I will definitely do this again. Thank you!

Not a good outcome- I had lens replacement surgery in one eye earlier this year. It has left with me with blurred vision which hasn't improved after over 6 months. Be warned this is not the panacea that everybody expects. My particular lens also reduces colour saturation in natural light. Something that isn't made clear at the outset. There is a distinct difference in colour vision between the artificial and natural lens.
