Nothing felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with clarity and reassurance. The ultrasound scan itself was extremely thorough and carried out to an exceptionally high standard. Louis’ scanning technique was meticulous, and it was clear he has a deep understanding of ultrasound. He explained what he was seeing throughout the scan, which was incredibly reassuring and gave me complete confidence in the accuracy of the assessment. What really stood out was the level of care throughout the appointment. Louis is not only highly skilled but also calm, approachable, and professional. He made what could have been a daunting appointment feel relaxed, informative, and reassuring, and I left feeling fully informed and confident in the next steps discussed. He got the report sent over to my surgeon straight away which was really great as I could have a follow up appointment within the week. If you are considering getting your varicose veins treated, I would not hesitate to recommend Louis. His expertise, professionalism, and patient care are second to none, and you truly feel looked after by someone who is at the top of their field. Highly recommended.

I’ve always felt supported and confident in the care I’m receiving. She’s an excellent physio, the practice is great with lots of facilities and equipment. I have received nothing but the upmost care from all staff. The parking is simple on arrival and great to have disabled spaces immediately outside for collection post op! I have always been called through to my appointments on time and at times even earlier if I've arrived early myself. The staff that have stood out to me and taken wonderful care are Louise, Ruby, Jessie in the surgery department and Sandy in the post care department. Everywhere is always clean, with a warm welcome from reception. It's a lovely touch to use the drinks machine in the waiting area, the hot chocolate is delicious. I cannot fault any of my treatment or care by the Mcindoe staff, its exceptional.

The Clinic was a little difficult to find but once there the staff were excellent and very efficient. My appointment was on time and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. The consultant was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. I wasn’t rushed or meant to feel unimportant. The nurse was helpful and reassuring. There had been an administrative problem that I had mentioned to the lady on arrival and that was completely sorted out by the time I left which was extremely efficient. I will have no hesitation on returning for a procedure in the near future. An excellent clinic

My appointments with Dr Mallek were extremely reassuring (I went to see him with some blood pressure test results that concerned me). At the first appointment, when I was feeling most anxious, Dr Mallek listened with a thoughtful and kind approach. He took a careful history, did some tests and gave me some comfort based on this. He also recommended some extra checks, to be thorough. On receiving the results of these tests (all of which showed no evident medical problem), he provided guidance that was clear and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dr Mallek.

The operating room was VERY COLD, and the nursing staff were very polite as I was very scared,the staff were most understanding and repeatedly asked if I was alright, but the doctor who carried out the operation (to me in a hurry to go home)kept on telling me to be still,i honestly believe any patient that has to undergo treatment to the eye should be given some type f tranqualisr to calm their nerves.

I had an ankle replacement and it has made a huge difference in my life. Any pain I used to feel has gone and I look forward to a pain free existence going forward. You shouldn’t be intimidated at the prospect of an ankle replacement as the recovery is relatively quick and the pain isn’t severe. Ali Abbasian is a superb surgeon and you can trust him completely

The hospital was very clean, very friendly and very welcoming. I was shown to my room, given a menu for dinner that night as I was staying over. The staff were all very polite and attentive, even going above and beyond to get me a chocolate milkshake when the kitchen had shut. Very nice people and a very good stay after my first time going under anaesthetic

Dr Rahman was a charming man who who put you at your ease and was very chatty and amusing with his assistant which was nice to listen to. The filling didn’t take long and I was soon out and able to eat and drink without having to wait!
