For years, I contemplated breast enhancement and even attended a consultation before having children. I met with several surgeons, but from the moment I met Dr McLean, it was clear he was a cut above the rest. His knowledge and experience truly shone through, and his personal approach and guidance made the decision easy. The most daunting aspect wasn’t the surgery itself—I knew I was in safe hands—but the general anaesthetic, I had never been under anaesthesia before. However, I was thoroughly reassured by the anaesthetist and the entire team led by Dr McLean. They all provided a personal touch, which made a huge difference and gave me the reassurance I needed. Even though I had wanted this for years, it was still a big decision. The aftercare from Dr McLean has been nothing short of outstanding. He makes everything feel easy and straightforward, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and more importantly the result. I love my new additions and wished I met Dr McLean years ago! I’ll be forever grateful.

I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

I have recently undergone a series of treatments at Gatwick Park Hospital to correct swelling in my lower legs. All achieved a high degree of success but there remained a stubborn residual level of swelling in the lower left leg. The coordinating Gatwick Park GP referred me to Mr Maytham to investigate. After an examination including scans he decided sclerotherapy treatment was needed to correct vein damage. The results of the treatment were quite remarkable, accelerating the healing process within a couple of weeks. The swelling was eliminated and the skin which had been ravaged by severe ulceration and various infections had returned to normal. Very pleased to say the least!

I recently had my gallbladder removed by Mr. Adam Frampton at the Cromwell Hospital, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first consultation, he was exceptionally informative, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure and putting me completely at ease. On the day of surgery, his calm, confident manner reassured me that I was in the best possible hands. The operation itself was flawless, and my recovery has been smooth and trouble‑free — a testament to Mr. Frampton’s first‑class surgical skill. I’m genuinely grateful for his expertise and care. Everything went ok but if I had one criticism it would be I felt that the surgical area was very busy and needed more nurses . I was left in my room with no one coming in for quite a long time and although offered a coffee after the procedure I eventually had to ring my bell and a Dr came and brought me a coffee . Luckily I am not a nervous patient but if I had been there wasn’t enough contact with nursing staff . They’d appear and say they were going to do something and then disappear and not come back .

Facility was excellent, nice and clean as well as lovely and quiet. Instructions weee clear, and the receptionist was extremely friendly, as were the nursing staff I saw. The surgeon I spoke to was excellent, everything was explained and he was more than happy to explain things in more detail if I required, and I didn’t feel pressured to leave, as if I was taking too much of his time. My overall experience was excellent, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Vast majority of the people were super friendly and made my hospital stay very comfortable. Hospital was clean and everyone was extremely professional. I did get the feeling though that you get rushed a bit when it gets to recovery and need to get going post-surgery which is not ideal as sometimes you are just not feeling fit enough or ready to go home straight away, especially after general anaesthesia. Overall extremely positive experience.

I underwent a shoulder operation on the 17th November. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout: the room I was allocated for the day was clean, tidy and comfortable as was the bathroom. The post-operative tuna sandwich was delicious! All the staff were excellent, including admin staff, nurses, physios, anaesthetists and my surgeon, Mr Jahnich. The followup care has also been excellent, with especial praise to my physio, Chris.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

Prior to the surgery Mr Greg Jones explained everything about the procedure with empathy. During the operation Mr Jones and all his team were pleasant and courteous at at times. At the post operative visit I was impressed at how much detail we went through and even viewed some images of the surgery - this element is an optional extra service. Overall an excellent service which I would not hesitate to recommend..

Mr Ahmad Mobeen Ismail

This was the second time I had had surgery by Mr Ismail. He replaced my left hip for two years ago and just recently my right hip. Just as my first experience with him, I couldn't fault any aspect of the care or surgery.
