Both of my clinicians were friendly and professional. In particular, Hannah Geary was excellent - reading my report from her, I felt she really listened and understood my situation and experiences. A few negative points: I arrived around 5-10 minutes early for my in-person appointment and no one from Skylight was listed on the outside of the clinic. I tried to speak to someone else on the buzzer list, but they couldn't help. I then rang the Skylight number and got an answer machine. Only then did my clinician arrive - he said he didn't know my appointment was at 9.30am as he never does appointments that early. This was an unnecessarily stressful experience, and when relaying this to Hannah Geary, she asked for my permission to escalate this. The wait time on communication was much longer than I would have expected. My report was also delayed because my early developmental questionnaire was somehow not linked to my profile. I received initial emails saying everything was complete in October, but then the eight-week timeline passed and I had to chase up. Had someone contacted me earlier to say there was a problem (which was easily rectified), I would not have had to wait an extra month to get my final report. I also haven't received confirmation that my request for extra sessions has been acknowledged and a rough timeline for these, so will follow up on email.

I had a wonderful experience at this aesthetic clinic and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, calm, and very professional. The staff were welcoming, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. The practitioner took time to really listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and never rushed the consultation. I felt genuinely cared for, not upsold or pressured. The treatment itself was smooth and comfortable, and the attention to detail was impressive. The results look incredibly natural: refreshed, not “done.” Exactly what I was hoping for. I also appreciated the aftercare advice and follow-up, which showed a high level of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments with a personal touch. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Following quite a negative experience with the doctor I was an inpatient with at Whiston for a planned Surgery, On the day of my surgery I was introduced to Mr Raslan, who had reviewed my case and completed my surgery. He was very clear in his communications and his patience and bedside manner was excellent. I cannot thank him enough. I saw him at St Helens outpatients on Monday 26th January to review my recovery from surgery, once again Nr Raslan was very informative and supportive answering all my questions prior to discharging me and offering me access to his secretary contact details if I required any further support. Accessing any of my post operative notes at my review worried and concerned me as they had not been updated to the nhs system therefore a couple of my questions to confirm what surgery I had undergone was not available!

Mr Arman Memarzadeh

Mr Memarzadeh performed a total knee replacement on my right knee, which was quite quite badly damaged and painful as a consequence of osteoarthritis. The entire process was highly professional from start to finish. It's still early days but I'm very pleased with the result so far. Just 8 weeks after the implant, I'm able to move around easily and with only occasional mild pain. The wound has almost disappeared. Mr Memarzadeh is evidently highly skilled and experienced in this specialist field, and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I would also like to commend his PA, Tracey, who was very supportive and always responded promptly and courteously to my requests and queries.

Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8-year-old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. The whole process from consultation to operation was excellent. I was well informed about the procedure and felt at ease on the day of my operation due to knowledgable caring staff. At all stages communication was superb. The procedure was very successful and has totally improved my quality of life allowing me to enjoy many things including 2 of my passions reading and sewing with my improved sight. During the operation I was constantly reassured and spoken to about what was happening and where to look. I really liked this and felt included in my treatment. My gastro consultant, Dr Sebepos-Rogers, gave me ample time during my appointment today to ask overdue questions, and he explained matters to me in detail. It is very important for a patient to be able to trust a physician and to feel that everything is explained well. During my 2 week stay in hospital, I really had not been given enough facts about my condition despite asking, and therefore I was very anxious to be seen today. He will also follow it all up with a letter in the next few days. I felt fully understood by Dr Sebepos-Rogers and value him highly as my consultant.

Both occasions on visiting the practice have been fantastic. Having a fear of the dentist isn’t great, but the reassurance from the staff is absolutely second to none. Talking through the steps to give you an indication of what’s going on etc. checking in constantly to make sure everything is ok with the procedure taking place! The staff are professional and very friendly, the practice is probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t have a normal sterile dentist feel to it! Again a great experience for someone who isn’t particularly keen on visiting the dentist.
