The OCD nursing team are fantastic at what they do and the therapy team are absolutely brilliant. My 1:1 therapy was outstanding and so valuable to me during my time here. The catering team, the housekeepers, maintenance, reception.... All really friendly and professional. Two things that I want to mention that I have already fed back: 1. It was very disappointing when two team members were allocated to different wards with no transition (Greta-Mae and Carlo). I feel that when we are allowing ourselves as patients to be open and vulnerable and put our trust in people, to then be told they have moved with no transitional period is not very sensitive or fair. 2. I have also fed back about a patient that seems very unwell but does not have 1:1 supervision around the hospital. This person sometimes invades others personal space, says inappropriate and triggering things, has sometimes removed her clothing in the courtyard and I have also seen her with long sticks in her hands in the courtyard. I fed this back to the patient services manager and the board holder who agreed that this was unacceptable. I was told that until discussions have been had she should be on 1:1 care, but then the following day she was once again the courtyard thrashing round the same sticks. I think this is a safeguarding concern. Those two things aside, I have found my impatient care outstanding, I cannot fault the OCD ward team. I feel heard for the first time and have hope for my future now thanks to them. I will never forget what they have done for me.

I had a very positive experience at Spire Shawfair Park Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming, efficient, and extremely helpful, making the check‑in process smooth and stress‑free. The hospital itself was immaculate throughout, with clean, modern facilities that created a reassuring and comfortable atmosphere. The layout of the building is thoughtful and spacious, with plenty of room in both the reception and waiting areas, ensuring a calm environment while waiting for my consultation. I never felt crowded or rushed. My consultation took place in a well‑equipped room with high‑quality medical facilities, which further added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, efficiency, professional staff, and excellent facilities made my visit exceptionally positive. I would not hesitate to recommend Spire Shawfair Park Hospital to others seeking high‑quality care.

I've had a really good experience of RTN. I was referred from my GP on 31/07/25 Got message to complete questionnaires within 24 hours of them recieving referral. Got my assessment booked and completed 13/11/2025 (date I picked) Had the second stage on 29/01/2026 to discuss diagnostic outcome and to discuss next steps. Really helpful, obviously could go down the medication path but was given some really helpful advice on support groups and what GPs can offer in addition or standalone. Really helped discuss and give me an understanding and made me feel valid, great rapport with both video meetings, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Please note that there was just over 8 weeks between first and second appointment (xmas period too) There is approx 8 weeks wait for diagnostic report and 12 weeks wait for medication appointment. But they inform you of this and I've had a really good experience with them.

I visited for an US abdominal and internal after NHS scan could not find my ovaries due and I was very anxious to find out if theses were causing my pain. I was fortunately referred by my GP quickly and seen the following day. The experience was totally different to the NHS one. My questions were answered rather than the NHS “you will need to speak with your doctor “ response to every question. The consultant Christina spent time to get the necessary images and did advise further scans to eliminate any issues with bowel/colon. The whole experience was very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being a nuisance by asking questions about my body!! Thank you so much. It was ++ reassuring and did also identify a condition which I may have causing the pain.

Dr A Ashish has cared for me for over 12 months and has been outstanding throughout my treatment. He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable, and has played a key role in my diagnosis and ongoing management of bronchiectasis and asthma. He has a lovely manner — always clear, kind, and considerate — and takes the time to listen, answer questions, and put me completely at ease. Each appointment ends with a clear and well-thought-out management plan, which gives me real confidence between reviews. I was looked after by Paz on arrival, and she did my my initial assessments. I then met with Dr Pattle for further assessments, and then a Portuguese chap whose name I can't recall, for the cardio tests. All were superb, very professional, personable, and informative. The speed at which my test results were available was actually astounding. Most had been done within hours, and the remainder the next day. My written assessment by the consultant came less than 48 hours after my physical assessment and was incredibly detailed and informative, with some really great actionable insights.

I was super anxious about the tests & potential results and whether they would a) arrive in time (as I was due to travel abroad for a month) & b) prevent me from travelling. She was extremely approachable, friendly and explained everything very clearly.

My session with Dr Gratwicke was excellent in all ways. I thought him perfectly listening and helpful insightful comments. Inhave rates a 4 star experience because I arrived on time and waited 1 hour in the very comfortable waiting room. I felt a 15 min wait is reasonable A up to 30 min… but nearly an hour too much. Dr G though was worth the wait- he was excellent.
