He immediately put me at ease, never made me feel rushed, answered all of questions, from the intelligent ones through to the absurd and ridiculous ones, explained everything in a way I understood, was clear in identifying the options I had, and at all times made me feel empowered to make decisions with his support and guidance. He wanted to know and understand me, and managed to build a picture very quickly. His aftercare was equally brilliant; knowing I was concerned he made time on a busy Friday to call me with my results to put my mind at ease, we discussed the future and options, and everything was done in a clam, intelligent and supportive way. I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. Mr Jeffery has reviewed and operated on my teenage son recently. He has been amazing all the way through the process. He was able to explain, in a way we could all understand, both his scan results and the reasons an operation would be needed. I am very glad that I saw Miss Effie Katsarma for my hand injury. She was so helpful and kind and really took the time to make sure I got the care I needed. She walked me downstairs to get me squeezed in for a sonogram appointment, that I’m sure I could not have gotten without her. She explained everything to me, with diagrams and I highly recommend her. Her secretary Pauline is also very helpful and polite on the phone (not the case with a different hand doctor’s secretary, who was quite rude) and she responded to my email immediately. Jack has helped me manage the symptoms of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome through a tailored strengthening and fitness program. He's measured my progress over time using rep count reports and strength measuring devices as well as charting general wellbeing. We recently started adapted boxing too which I have enjoyed. I feel really supported and motivated to reach my goals. He is understanding and meets you where you are at fitness-wise, as well as pushing you to the best you can be. This is a truly excellent service. I had been to another ear wax removal specialist a few days earlier who had failed to unblock my ears after half an hour of trying. I have a particular shape of ear canal that causes the wax to sit stubbornly on the ear drum. Rekesh is very personable and knowledgable and has a lovely comfortable treatment room. Within a few minutes he had completely unblocked both my ears, almost effortlessly. I was delighted and I highly recommend this service.
