I underwent a bilateral transpalpebral brow lift and upper lid blpharoplasty. Mr Marlborough performed the procedure. From the very first appointment visit to my last review appointment, I was taken care of effectively and efficiently. Overall a very positive outcome . Mr Marlborough has performed an excellent job and provided an excellent service. He has given me my quality of life back. I don’t have headaches, I can read books and papers , I go rambling without worrying about unforeseen dangers. Most importantly I can drive again. Another extra perk is that I can wear make up again. Having worked in the NHS for many years, I have a very clear understanding of what genuinely excellent, patient-centred care looks and feels like - and Mr Marlborough embodies it completely. From my very first consultation, I was struck not only by his expertise, but by the time, care and attention he gave me. He listened, answered every question thoroughly and made me feel that I was being treated as a person, rather than simply as a patient. On the day of my neck lift surgery, he was exceptional. He was incredibly personable, warm and reassuring, and went above and beyond to put me at ease. What could have been an understandably nerve-wracking experience was made calm and reassuring by the way he cared for me. His manner immediately instilled a sense of confidence and safety. After the procedure, he came to see me personally and was just as warm, attentive and reassuring. He also saw me on day seven when my stitches were removed, and once again I felt genuinely cared for. His kindness, accessibility and attention to detail never felt rushed or routine. It is rare to find someone who combines such exceptional surgical skill with such genuine compassion and humanity. Mr Marlborough is not only an outstanding surgeon; he is someone who clearly cares deeply about the experience and wellbeing of the person in front of him. I am incredibly grateful to him and to the whole team for the care I have received. I could not recommend him more highly. Five stars genuinely don’t do him justice. Thank you, Mr Marlborough. ❤️ x

All staff were very helpful and gave clear information on what they were checking, and what would happen when. Very knowledgeable and kept me fully informed throughout.

Dr Marlborough has been super helpful since my accident and during my time in the hospital he was always checking to make sure my injuries are improving. During his check ups he was really patient and made sure to explain the the next steps and what to expect from my recovery. Truly a great doctor
