Very thorough, detailed and gave excellent guidance and relief.
I couldn’t walk 11 years ago, as recently last summer I thought I’d never do one (but I'd done triathlons, half marathons), but last year I set out to do the London Marathon to raise money for charity. I felt good until I turned up with very bad shin splints at Anthony's door in December. He helped me manage this injury throughout my training and I can honestly say, without him, I'd not have made it to the start line let alone the finish line. Super physio, excellent to work with and great company. I'm sure he'll be on his way into some sports institution in good time. So here's hoping I get all my injuries out of the way before then.
Anthony was brilliant. He was understanding of my situation, enabling me to get back to training as soon as possible. He was incredibly thorough in supporting the rehab of my injury, and was continuously reviewing my progress to ensure that nothing was missed. He was incredibly encouraging during my 9months of physio and willing to go the extra mile to get me back on my feet (quite literally).
