Recognising the clinical urgency, Dr Sujay Chandran took steps to expedite her assessment, ensuring investigations were performed and reviewed without unnecessary delay. He reviewed the echocardiogram and ECG promptly and conducted a thorough clinical consultation immediately thereafter. His explanation of the findings was clear and precise, and his diagnosis and management plan were well considered and evidence-based. Dr Chandran demonstrated excellent communication skills and engaged in shared decision-making, taking into account my mother’s preferences and her ability to comply with treatment. His recommendations regarding medication optimisation, diuretic therapy, and onward referral were balanced, appropriate, and clearly explained. Notably, Dr Chandran provided ongoing follow-up after the consultation, checking on my mother’s condition and offering clear guidance should her symptoms change. This level of continuity and professional diligence is uncommon and highly reassuring. The consultation was conducted in a formal, focused, and highly professional manner, reflecting the highest clinical standards. I met Professor Ben Miranda at the Spire Wellesley hospital in Essex. He was very approachable and I felt comfortable explaining my condition to him. He showed genuine interest and we discussed my options. I was booked in for surgery very quickly and the communication from his office was prompt and concise. On the day of surgery I felt completely at ease. We discussed the procedure again and I was excited to start! We chatted throughout the procedure, it all felt very calm. Before I left the hospital, I knew about the aftercare, what to expect in terms of recovery duration and my follow up appointments were all booked in. The whole experience was so much easier than I thought it would be, it's been a total pleasure being in Professor Miranda's care, I genuinely couldn't be happier with this whole process. Would highly recommend him for your surgery, he's not just a great surgeon, he's a very warm and considerate man.

Apprehensicw,about todays appointment lead to an afib episode prior ,on.arival professionally asked whether a studenr could be present i had no objection. He allowed me to explain my situation history and current feelings ,i did not feel ant time pressures and felt he was genuiniely listening to my concerns. Presented my options regarding my afib maling a point many tines to reassure me about my issue. I felt at ease,he didnt hokd back about my bicuspid aorta valve preparinf me for what im sure will inevitably be needing to be replaced. Talked about my exersising and current routine and advised to keep up every thing im doing suggested no increase to my medicatiin as already bradycardic and in fact this might be a trgger this i was not aware. Overall a very professional dr whom i would have no quarms about seeing

I attended Spencer Ashford Hospital which was easy to find and was able to park nearby in the carpark using a Blue Badge displayed. Access was at ground level with no steps. Reception staff greeted me straight away and booked me in, provided necessary to complete my procedure. Toilets were easily accessed just off Reception and there is a water machine free. All staff including the medical team that I saw were engaging, jovial yet professional. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with about three patients waiting. Mr Georgios Papadopoulos explained the procedure that I was undergoing in depth and was unrushed and very calm and inquired whether I had questions. His team were as fantastic ensuring that I was at ease throughout. At no point did I feel under pressure to leave after the procedure.

This was a follow-up appointment with David Cumming for MRI results regarding my back pain. As with with my first appointment, he provided excellent assistance and advice. His feedback was detailed and clear and he answered any questions I and my son raised. He ran through treatment options, but without putting any pressure on me to make decisions there and then. Indeed, throughout my consultations, I always felt listened to, and never felt that we were being rushed through. Throughout, Mr Cumming was friendly and clear, patiently listening to my concerns and answering my questions; he was warm and welcoming - when my son dropped my crutch on the floor, this consultant surgeon did not hesitate to pick it up! I also want to praise his secretary, Emma, who has been most helpful.

I was diagnosed with a tumour in my spine that was compressing my nerves, causing numbness in both legs and difficulty walking. During this time, I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr Budu. Dr Budu was extremely patient and thorough, taking the time to explain my condition and the surgical procedure in detail. His knowledge and expertise were very reassuring, and he always made sure I understood each step of the process. This gave me great confidence that I was in safe hands and would recover well under his care! Just a few days after surgery, I was already able to feel my legs and toes again. Nearly two months later, I am almost completely back to my normal life and can now run and jump again. I am incredibly grateful for Dr Budu’s care and professionalism！🙌

This is truly a very pleasant clinic. All staff put you at ease and treat you very well. I had an upper endoscopy performed by Dr Craig Mowat. He is a really patient, polite and conscientious professional man who listened to my concerns and talked me through them. He was very thorough and suggested how I could relive my symptoms mean time until my procedure, which was only a few weeks later. He explained exactly what would happen. The experience was very calm and I was put at ease. Dr Mowat told me of his findings immediately after the procedure and called me to discuss biopsy results a couple of weeks later. The whole experience was calm and quickly put my fears to rest. Thank you very much for lifting a huge weight off my mind - I can now get back to enjoying life!

Although the appointment wasn't satisfactory for me because the doctor couldn't give me a second opinion on my back and neck pain since his specialty is lower extremities, he sent me for updated MRI exams so he could give me a responsible and accurate second opinion on my knee and ankle. I emailed the doctor and am waiting for him to reply with his diagnosis from the previous appointment so I can provide my employer with the information they need to continue helping me with the MRI costs and get positive results that will allow me to go to work without any health risks. I saw Dr Alicia Ng for an incredibly itchy rash around my eyes and neck that just wouldn't clear up, even after trying over-the-counter creams. She was very thorough during the examination, identifying the issue as allergic contact dermatitis and noticing patches I hadn't even seen behind my ears. She provided a clear management plan, including a Protopic prescription and helpful advice on avoiding fragrances. I’m really relieved to have a proper diagnosis—highly recommend her.
