I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved in my care, including the doctors Mr Acton, Dr Brian OG McLary and their team who showed exceptional expertise. Not forgetting the physio. Mr Omar Mulla

ENT Surgeon

Dr Mulla listened... fortunately he is up to date on my particular, rather ambiguous, condition. I get the impression that he keeps up to date with latest developments and findings in his field of ENT. If only I had been able to see him 18 months ago, I would have been sorted in just one consultation. He is very personable, professional, friendly and efficent (by that I mean he dictated his letter to my GP in front of me before I left my appointment). This was a moment when you feel the NHS is at its best.

Dr. Sabatini made me feel comfortable throughout the consulations, especially during the HyCoSy procedure, and explained each step clearly and thoroughly. I recently visited Lanthorn Clinic in Farringdon for an advanced blood test and a shoulder ultrasound, and the whole experience was genuinely excellent. I received excellent person centred care. I came for wax removal and discovered I had an ear infection that needed treatment first. The audiologist was very helpful and gave me a referral letter to see the Doctor and once the infection has cleared I could return to complete the wax removal . My initial visit was for trigger thumb release surgery. The waiting time following arrival was minimal. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The surgery itself was amazing despite being anxious - the team were very friendly and focused on making you relax. The aftercare visit was in line with this.
