Mr Gercek manner was warm, approachable and reassuring from the initial consultation to the follow up appointment. He explained the procedure, why he thought it was most appropriate, and the pros and cons. On the day of the operation he again explained the procedure and afterwards reassured me as to the success of the procedure and reminded me of the precautions to take to maximise recovery time. In the follow up appointment he ascertained how I felt about the recovery and examined the abdomen area to confirm a successful outcome. Throughout he was very professional whilst being mindful that reassurance is important for the patient. I would thoroughly recommend my Gercek in anyone considering similar surgery.

Dr. Robertson promptly explored the possible causes of my discomfort with the molar,visually and with an X-ray, and established the tooth was infected. He clearly explained the pros and cons of the options of dealing with my infected tooth. I agreed that extraction was the best option and Dr. Robertson quickly and skilfully extracted my tooth. He then adjusted my denture which had been supported by the infected tooth and explained how to stabilise the denture in the new situation and what to consider in the future about adjustments to the denture or its replacement. I am very impressed with Dr. Robertson's expertise and friendly manner.

Just come out of a check up today the 20 Dec and i am so very happy to hear i am healing really well and ahead of where he would expect at this time. I underwent a shoulder operation on the 17th November. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout: the room I was allocated for the day was clean, tidy and comfortable as was the bathroom. The post-operative tuna sandwich was delicious! All the staff were excellent, including admin staff, nurses, physios, anaesthetists and my surgeon, Mr Jahnich. The followup care has also been excellent, with especial praise to my physio, Chris.

Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.

I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.
