This is my first consultation at Rookery Healthcare and I cannot thank Doctor Balerdi enough. Having been 6 months feeling extremely unwell and getting nowhere with the NHS, I contacted Rookery Health and with just one consultation I feel safe that I will be receiving the service which will hopefully put me back to good health. The office is in a good location plenty of parking and the venue is a modern business centre. The office is comfortable and Dr Balerdi and his secretary were very welcoming and put me at ease. I feel the information that was given to me was constructive and I am confident that this will be the way forward. I have since sent communication to Doctor Bederdi and it was answered immediately no long wait for Drs appointments such as our local surgery. The service is excellent and I can highly recommend Rookery Health Care.

I had the pleasure of attending several sessions with Mrs. Sandra. The first focused on an assessment of my overall health, followed by clear and practical recommendations for improvement. She prepared a detailed report that included a personalized list of supplements with precise dosages, which I found extremely helpful and highly professional. In addition, I experienced several kinesiological sessions that brought me significant emotional relief. These sessions allowed me to gain new perspectives on patterns I hadn’t recognized before and helped me release them with greater ease. I recommend Mrs. Sandra as a knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner. She approaches each person holistically, integrating both physical and energetic perspectives. I look forward to continuing my work with her in the future.

I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. A genuinely brilliant surgeon and a top professional. Highly recommended.

We recently visited Nuffield Vale of Glamorgan for my son’s squint surgery under the care of Dr Jewsbury. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Ms. Mahwash Babar was highly professional and reassuring during a potentially difficult time. She knew exactly what was required and made sure the imaging and blood work was organised. The LondonClinic provided a comprehensive service where the customer’s interest prevailed throughout. The total time elapsed from my initial call to the hospital to having all examinations and diagnostic test conducted and the results back was less than 48 hours. I would very highly recommend the Clayton ward. We have had two babies there and were really well looked after by kind, happy staff (doctors, midwives, assistants, catering and reception) who taught us a huge amount about how to care for a newborn. Having access to 121 support from midwives anytime day or night is just invaluable. The food was very good (for hospital food) and we genuinely looked forward to it each day - it really helped us recover as sleep deprived parents.

I saw Mr Brown yesterday for a lower back pain problem that I have had ongoing for some years. He went through the image scan with me and explained very clearly the issues I was having, what could or could not be done and things to hopefully help. Very professional, helpful and friendly so I felt I could ask any questions. Full marks also to Tracey, Mr Brown's PA, who was very efficient and helpful in all aspects of the booking and paperwork submitted afterwards.

He's very competent and professional - he did my i-uni partial knee replacement 11 years ago - and I have seen him a few times since? My other half had a new knee at the Holly Hospital, which is 5 minutes from where we live, by Mr. Kumar - and she was pushing me to go to him, being very happy with her result. But although it's just over an hour to get to London - because I had always felt very comfortable with Mr. N and his ability - I chose him.

My experience at Knightsbridge was truly exceptional. I arrived early but the team was delighted to let me wait comfortably in the warm. When I was ready to be seen, I was greeted by Dr Michael Smith. His friendly and welcoming nature instantly put me at ease, even though I was already feeling anxious. The medical exam was done with professionalism and Dr Smith talked to me throughout which I appreciated. I can not express my gratitude enough.

Spire was brilliant. Clean, Friendly staff, fast process (MRI in just a few days for example). I had a nerve block injection at Murrayfield and I had my own room which was spotless, all the staff were great from the nurse in the ward to the surgeon via the person who brought me lunch (which I could pick off a menu). Would highly recommend (though don’t injure yourself in the first place if you can help it)

Mr Al Ani is an amazing professional. He is very personable and so so experienced and knowledgeable. He explained what the medical condition of my back was and why it has occurred and what can be done to remediate the pain. I feel so much better following my injections and all the attention given by the medical staff on the day of my procedure. Mr Al-Ani’s PA, Anoushka has been great too.

Dr Paviour was a good listener, was courteous and efficient. I was impressed by the speed with which he sent the post consultation report. The reception staff were welcoming. However the link to download the report as PDF downloaded a zip file, which when I opened it, did not give me the opportunity to access the report. I eventually worked out a way to save the text on my computer.
