I arrived for my appointment earlier than scheduledas it was suoposed to be 11am but was told someone else was in surgery at around 12 noon to 1pm. So decided to wait. It was around 3-3:30pm when i was taken through. The surgeon and assistants were helpful and polite and did their utmost to put me at ease. The surgery only took over an hour or so and was very precise and was shown the result of each ear immediately after it was done. One of the medical assistants gave me a hand mirror to show what had been achieved.. I was initially pleased by Doctor Sabbagh' work but wont see the final result until swelling has gone down. When this was complete i was taken to a room, had my blood pressure taken and was given something to eat and drink and had to wait until Doctor sabbagh had seen me and provided me with fresh bandaging, headbands and co-codamol for any discomfort when the anaesthetic started to wear off before i could leave. It was a long day for me and could have done without unnecessary personal questions which made me uncomfortable but overall the staff and surgeon did a great job and would certainly recommend to anyone who require ear reduction and pinnaplasty.

I've first went to see Stephen 10 years ago, over the years I've seen him for various osteo misalignment issues, plantar fasciitis and more recently kinesiology which I found fascinating and spot on! Stephen really quickly pinpoints the underlying cause and provides you with a solution to it that I know would've taken months had I gone to a doctor. I'm soo impressed I've recently taken my mum to see him and she's now walking straight after only a couple of sessions. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I cannot recommend this service enough. It effectively provided the care I needed and made me feel heard throughout. In all the years I’ve had an ED, this was the first time I was able to get out of a relapse without needing intensive treatment from services, and that’s definitely down to the support from Mental Health Dietitians! I’d highly recommend this service - I had lost trust in professionals but with MHD, I have always been treated with the utmost respect, compassion and sensitivity.

Sharing what I scribed re. the overall service which includes review of Dr Adjei: Dr Adjei was fantastic in being sensitive to my sons typical teenage physical sensitivities and made him feel at ease to an alien process. He was non-judgemental (yes, some doctors can come across as tutty), pleasant and clearly focused on the individual needs. We were further pleased as the report (which was fine) was sent by PDF to me while we were still there, by the doctor himself!

I had an appointment with Dr Fiona Kerr I have been very unwell with a chest infection, however Dr Kerr listened to my lungs etc and heard a slight crackling and I was wheezing and coughing, so she wrote a prescription for steroids, Antibiotics and give me a blue inhaler to use if my chest was tight. I thought overall I got great service from the Doctor and the staff im in a wheelchair and found the clinic fully accessible. Thank you for great care.

I ruptured a hamstring at DL Cambridge at ~12.30pm - I was completely immobile and in pain. I booked an appointment at the Perfect Balance clinic with Alex at 2pm. After assessment, She was able to apply a compression dressing which allowed me to stand and walk to the car to be driven home. Further detailed assessment is planned in around 7 days. I am most grateful for access to such expertise and experience so soon after sustaining the injury.

Once I found the Lindo Wing it was fine but with all the building work going on in Paddington it was really difficult The address said Praed Street then South Wharf Rd and Google maps was not helpful You should provide walking instructions as I arrived v stressed
