I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Dr James Noake at Pure Sports Medicine for his ongoing efforts in diagnosing a long-standing misdiagnosed knee injury following several unsuccessful procedures. Dr Noake identified relevant pathology on imaging that, unfortunately, had been missed by several other private consultants elsewhere. He then carefully administered a diagnostic injection, taking considerable time to ensure pinpoint precision through a cyst and a very small joint space. Dr Noake is clearly a very busy and sought-after clinician, yet he ensured I received an extensive first face-to-face consultation, with ample time in clinic to explore the problem thoroughly using ultrasound. He also went above and beyond by reviewing both previous and updated MRI scans, speaking to me at short notice via Zoom call during the festive period in order to review images and discuss options. I found this attention to detail and direct liaison to be exceptional as more than once I have had to wait 6-weeks between appointments at other private clinics or hospitals. Dr Noake is clearly dedicated to his craft and approaches his work with diligence, precision, and honesty. From the first point of contact, he inspired confidence through his willingness to answer questions, think critically beyond the obvious, and work collaboratively to reach informed decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Noake to anyone seeking help with complex, long-standing, or less common knee or nerve-related injuries.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes on 4th December 2025 and l was discharged today, 12th January 2026. I'm so pleased to say l don't need to wear glasses or contact lenses any more. From start to finish, my experience at Freedom Vision Chelmsford was exceptionally good - and my end result is superb vision. - more than l could ever have hoped for. Colours are radiant and bright, and probably the biggest bonus for me is feeling so much more confident driving at night. After undergoing rigorous tests and scans , the actual procedure is very quick and painless. All the staff, without question were delightfully kind people and I'd like to thank them all individually, if only l knew their names. But in particular, l'd like to thank Nicola who guided me patiently and expertly throughout the whole procedure, and a massive thank you to Mr Hove , my surgeon, for being such a genius. If you are contemplating cataract surgery, l urge you to go for it - don't be scared - you won't regret it!

I was referred to Mr Bast for a significantly deviated septum that was obstructing my breathing and causing sleep apneas, occasional snoring, and resulting in poor sleep quality. He and his team were excellent. The operation lasted 4 hours, during which - given that they had to substantially reshape my septum anyways - they even managed to straighten a slight bump, which was a nice plus. But most importantly, after the recovery period, my breathing difficulties are a thing of the past and it's making a big difference in my life. I just had my one-year follow-up, and I only have good things to say about Mr Bast and his team. The professionalism, kindness and ability they showed with the results they achieved cannot be faulted.

He not only diagnosed the cause of my symptoms but offered clear explanations to me of my difficulties and his recommended treatment. After just 2 months rehab, I am back to be able to walk for an hour a day, rejoin my Pilates classes and throw away the painkillers. Plus the scar has healed amazingly well. I had a lump removed from my finger, it looked insignificant, but it was a real problem for me, making daily activities like dressing etc painful and difficult. I am still exercising to regain fell movement. The Consultant, nurses and staff were great, understanding, friendly and professional. At each step everything was explained clearly so I completely understood what was happening and when. If I needed anything my request was dealt with promptly. The hospital was clean and fresh and the staff welcoming. Overall an excellent experience.

Dr Salvia is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She didn’t make me feel rushed and set my mind at rest regarding the issues I consulted her about. She recommended a comprehensive blood test when I told her I was taking iron on my own initiative and explained a dizziness problem and took appropriate action regarding a toenail issue. possibly a fungus. (She called me with the blood tests results within 36 hours). To sum up Dr Salvia is very professional and thorough and it was a pleasure to consult with her.

I have doctors and consultants in my family and their bedside manner has diminished but not in this case .

I was here for six weeks and the intensive therapy schedule has been extremely beneficial for me. Family therapy was helpful and I'm working hard to mend the relationships in my family. Visit was easy to book via Circlehealthgroup although reception seems to be over capacity compared to previous visits particularly with all patients having to queue and book in at main reception as opposed to the previous process of checking in at the Outpatients Area reception. Queue resulted in slightly late arrival to patient waiting area.
