It’s only been three weeks and I feel nearly back to myself but a happier and healthier version. From the very beginning, I felt listened to and understood by Mr. Kasem. He read my mind on what I wanted. Mr Kasem took time to really listen to how I was feeling and answered any questions. He clearly explained every stage of the procedure, showing me before and after images which were amazing! I felt totally supported and respected throughout the entire process. I knew I was in safe hands - the best!! On the day of surgery, I felt completely at ease thanks to Mr. Kasem’s calm and reassuring presence. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect and kept me informed every step of the way. The results are beyond my expectations and his aftercare has been professional, caring and he completely made me feel at ease. Every follow-up was thorough, and I always felt well looked after. If you’re considering breast augmentation and want a surgeon who truly listens, and achieves the best for your body and mind I couldn’t recommend Mr. Kasem enough, he is the best of. The best in his profession and so passionate about his patients and achievements. Actually ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give Mr Kasem 10 stars and more….. if I could!!

Very unorganised, got the bill twice with no explanation. Called and had to speak with 3 people and still no one knew what bill was correct. The Surgent secretary told me to ignore one of the invoices which turned out was wrong. First time I arrived for the consultation I was told that the surgent who I was going to see wasn’t there and they advised me to go home. It turned out he was there and waiting for me. Second time they couldn’t find my file and didn’t know what to do or why I was there. 3rd time lucky you would think, I was told to wait in the waiting room and I did without being told there were two waiting rooms and I was in the wrong room and the surgent called me and wondered if I was on my way. On the positive the surgent and the operation was great but I do wish it was a bit more organised and that the information given to the patients was with a follow up to everyone involved.

Dr Bajwa put me at ease the moment I went into the theatre for the removal of a BCC. I asked for him to confirm surgery was still needed after having had a biopsy previously and he said he could still see it but would check with Dr Brass to ensure a 100% which it was he showed me what would happen reassuring me constantly and give me the opportunity to ask questions he also had a manner that didn't make you feel just another day in surgery and that he was the doctor and you just the patient and this is what I am doing . I would think he would adapt his bed side manner to each and every individual patient making you feel relaxed about the procedure

I had a follow up appointment for more YAG Laser treatment. Upon entering Cathedral Eye Clinic you are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Thereafter I had very detailed tests carried out by a female Optometrist who is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Finally I had further tests and this was followed by the laser treatment by Mr Best who exudes absolute professional brilliance and is very reassuring explaining everything in detail. A truly excellent experience and I can recommend their fantastic care to anyone.

We checked in early, due to traffic, 20 minutes early at 13.10 for an appointment at 13.30. At 14.05 I returned to the reception desk to ask why a large number of customers had arrived after us and been seen before and the Team Lead stated that she would check for me. She came back 3-4 minutes later to notify us that the reception staff had not booked us as arrived. We were told that they were sorry and that we would be moved to the front of the line. We did not have a very good experience with you.

I would very highly recommend the Clayton ward. We have had two babies there and were really well looked after by kind, happy staff (doctors, midwives, assistants, catering and reception) who taught us a huge amount about how to care for a newborn. Having access to 121 support from midwives anytime day or night is just invaluable. The food was very good (for hospital food) and we genuinely looked forward to it each day - it really helped us recover as sleep deprived parents.

My appointment with Dr Seth was very good I have been under his care for a number of years and he is always professional and personable. He explains all that is needed and takes time to answer your concerns and questions. He is always determined to find the right solution and in terms of procedures he is gentle and make sure that you are comfortable and understand what is taking place would highly recommend him.

Very thorough, didn't feel rushed at all. I just don't know what exactly he found, what it means, or what it could mean long term. I am assuming he'll explain thoroughly at my next appointment once he has the test results. Though I don't know what the test entails either. An advisory in the appointment letter for patients to wear shorts under their trousers would be beneficial for modestly, or the loan of a gown.

I had two procedures at Ashtead Hospital and both were very good. Timely, calm, courteous and considerate. My only suggestion is that the need to wait about an hour for the pupils to dilate was not explained in the booklet. I knew second time around but found the wait on the first occasion slightly frustrating - simply because I wasn't expecting it. Otherwise, very good indeed.
