Outstanding experience with Mr Ibrahim. 5* rating. My mother recently had Total Knee Replacement and what impressed me straight away about Mr Ibrahim is how caring, personable and friendly he is – he listens to you with great patience and humility, and then answers any questions you have (of which we had many!) with great attention and detail. Having a Surgeon with this kind and compassionate manner makes you feel more reassured about going ahead under his hand. His professionalism is second to none, and we are very grateful for his care. It's also worth mentioning his outstanding secretary Emma – who is so helpful, friendly and communicative in all matters, such as always being available to take calls and/or get back to you swiftly, which she does with great clarity and detail. This can feel so important ahead of a big surgery. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Mr Ibrahim for anyone needing knee surgery or treatment. He goes out of his way to help!

I am a medical doctor myself and so have an idea of what good quality care looks like and Dr Jose is excellent. He is caring, detail-oriented and highly evidence-based in his assessment and individualized treatment planning. My case was a bit of an outlier in that I had a lung infection that is very rarely seen for my age and baseline level of fitness and so I was essentially passed over by the NHS and another physician because I seemed not sick enough for more definitive treatment and investigations despite my complaints that I was not getting better and expressing that something was not right within myself. Dr Jose listened and gave me the inpatient treatment, thorough investigations and outpatient follow-ups that I needed for curative treatment and I am now back to my healthy normal self. I’m very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.

I had 8 'bits and pieces' (moles etc) removed by Elaine Agius on 17 November at the Moorgate Centre, ably supported by two nurses (April and one other - sorry, didn't catch her name). The whole exercise was incredibly efficient and carried out in an obviously super-clean, sterile environment. 'Doc' Agius was wholly professional, with a caring 'bedside-manner' eg she provided helpful, accurate and reassuring 'warnings/prompts' prior to every single one of her procedures (including the frequent and slightly cool sterilisation wipe-downs). This avoided any surprises and instilled instant confidence in the guy under the knife. Thank you for a relatively enjoyable experience - I would strongly recommend that team and venue to anyone thinking of having similar treatment.

I recently had a consultation with Miss Katie Sanders and had an excellent experience from start to finish. She was thorough, approachable, and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Throughout the appointment, she explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood the possible factors contributing to my symptoms. What I appreciated most was how supportive and knowledgeable she was. She provided me with a detailed plan to help manage Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and shared a range of helpful resources and tips after the appointment, which I found extremely valuable. Overall, I felt heard, understood, and well-guided. I would highly recommend Miss Katie Sanders to anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and comprehensive dietary advice.

I cannot praise Mr Hassaan enough. Things didn’t go quite as I, or indeed he had expected, as I had dreadful nosebleed in my appointment. He dealt with it in a calm & professional manner & some lovely nurses sorted me out whilst Mr Hassaan saw his next patient in the hopes my nose stopped long enough for him to numb & cauterise whilst I was there. He did an amazing job & has a lovely sense of humour. Made me feel completely at ease during the hours I was there. He also phoned me today to check on my progress. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The Spire is a very clean and well equipt hospital but with limited parking. However, my last trip to the spire hartswood had an hours delay before I was seen, which isnt ideal. My thoughts on this is if Reform get their way and sell off NHS that private sector is no better equipt to deal with volume than NHS. Tjat daid onve seen I was treated by a lovely nurse Marianne who was very caring and jolly which made yhe appointment a very pmeasurable experience.

The appointment was arranged very quickly, and the entire process through telemedicine was smooth, efficient, and convenient. His explanations were clear, thoughtful, and genuinely reassuring. Dr Dulay is a truly excellent Rheumatologist. He was incredibly kind, supportive and clear, he really listened to what I had to say, answered my questions, and I didn’t feel rushed in any way. He is clearly very knowledgable in a wide range of ateas and I would recommend him without hesitation. For reference I visited regarding an hEDS diagnosis. Dr Dulay was a breath of fresh air - validating and helpful. The best experience I’ve had with a consultant.

The ADHD coaching I received was excellent. It was so nice to work with someone who had lived experience; it made all the difference. My coach was understanding, compassionate and a great mentor as well as a coach. She asked really thought provoking questions which helped me to think deeper and come up with solutions that would work for the challenges I was facing due to my ADHD and being Mum to an AuDHD daughter.

I had some balance testing done due to vertigo I’ve been experiencing and it was incredibly thorough. The audiologist who ran the test explained every test in detail to me so that I would know what was about to happen and what I had to do. She also answered all my questions about what was happening and what she was looking for as we went along. I don’t think it gets more thorough and detailed than this.

Mr Jonathan Walczak

After suffering pain for some time I visited Mr Walczak. He explained everything including all the pros and cons as a hip replacement was. It something o envisaged having to have done at the age of 45. He put my mind at rest and I couldn’t have asked for clearer details as to the whole Procedure and recovery. For anyone in same position as me needing a new hip I would 100% recommend Mr Walczak.

I walked up 12 floors as there were no lifts available.Only 14% capacity.I got to the Thames view suite via the cardiac lift because a cardiac unit staff member took pity on me and put me into lift 14 to complete my Access Path to the private patients unit. What on earth is going on and why does the lift maintenance contract not have a 50% minimum functionality profile as a term for service?
