Our experience for the administration side, tests and the consultation were all excellent. We asked if it was possible for a short notice appointment as the person was due to fly the following week. Dr Segal’s secretary, Claire was excellent. She was friendly and very efficient. I spoke with her at midday and she arranged for a next day consultation and tests prior to our consultation. The medical report and copy test results were e mailed to me promptly the morning after our appointment. The tests went smoothly. Dr Segal was very friendly, put us at ease and explained very clearly all points. We felt reassured after taking his advice. It was amazing that in less than 48 hours the whole process, including receiving all reports, was completed. It was a stress free experience during a stressful time and we would definitely use Dr Segal again and recommend him to family and friends. Thank you to everyone.

In all, I attended at 3 different site for 1) original consultation, 2) operation and follow up check and 3) final follow up and discharge. The only common factor was Miss Gemma Manasseh, my Consultant. In all 3 locations the staff were very welcoming and friendly, making sure that I was informed of all that was going on, and making sure that I understood everything. Miss Manasseh was very pleasant, friendly, but professional. She led me through all the procedures and made sure I understood what was going to happen. She was very caring throughout the procedure and put me at ease, ensuring a good operation and recovery. I would like to commend and thank all of the staff I came into contact with particularly Miss Manasseh. I would highly commend Newmedica to anyone requiring anything to do with their eyes.

I chose Next Fertility Nordic for pregnancy monitoring during my third pregnancy. Throughout the entire journey, midwife Tiina was incredibly calm, supportive, and reassuring. I was offered the NIPTIFY test and received the results within just four days, which brought great relief—both in confirming that everything was fine with the baby's chromosomes and in finding out the gender. During the pregnancy, I also had several appointments with doctors and created a birth plan together with one of the midwives who also works at a public hospital. Overall, it was a wonderful and personalized experience. I highly recommend Next Fertility Nordic to all women and families looking for quality, private maternity care.

I had a consultation with Dr Hlaing today and making this appointment was the best decision I have made. Dr Hlaing was wonderful. She listened to me and provided me with excellent advice and a plan. I had a total right hip replacement on the 18th September 2025 and I am very pleased with the results. Mr Thakur explained the whole procedure to me, and answered all my questions. He came and checked up on me later when I was back in my room, which was really nice after he had had such a busy day. As a partner of a patient, I observed lack of acknowledgement on entering reception. Young female reception member inappropriately dressed for customer facing position. Looked like she was dressed for lounging at home. Looked bored to death on exiting. Everything else was excellent.
