Usually feedback is of a negative nature but this is not one of those occasions. My experience was awesome for which I am super grateful. I have had a number of gastroscopies in my life so was nervous about what was going to happen. From the moment of my arrival I was greeted and made to feel comfortable straight away. The pre-procedure nurses were very clear, helpful and showed huge amounts of empathy about what was going to happen. When wheeled into the operating theatre I was introduced to all of the team who were to perform the procedure, all of whom had welcoming smiles and a reassuring tone (a tone that continued throughout the procedure). Dr Alan Watson was super clear, professional and again very comforting. I knew I was in safe hands. I just had a throat spray, no sedation, so was fully aware of what was going on. One action that was performed by a nurse during the procedure was to, comfortingly, rub my shoulder. I couldn’t see who it was, but such a small, seemingly insignificant action, was hugely important to me and kept me connected with humanity during the brutal fact that I had a scope down my throat. Post procedure, I was greeted with the warm smiles again and wheeled to the recovery area where again everyone was super attentive. I can’t say thank you enough for everything. The team were awesome.

Recent visit was ok. My Nurses could have been better organised. On arrival no one was there to greet me despite being told to be there at 7.30 am I wasn’t told no one could come up and wait with you or be present after my procedure. The room for pre theatre and after theatre was far too small for 3 beds to be in it. It was also flat too hot in the room making me feel worse.. Unprepared for someone feeling unwell after the procedure. I did feel very rushed after my procedure despite feeling unwell! The doctor on shift however was very good. Nurses rushing to finish their shift in theatre to hand me over made me feel uneasy. Nurse looking after me rushing me out the door as it was past 8pm. I was worried about leaving as still felt pretty unwel. Overall was not tailored to my needs Surgeon & anaesthetist very good can’t fault them at all. Made me feel very at ease before my procedure.

I recently visited for an up and coming procedure I have booked in for the 12th. Dr Agha was detailed and thorough during my F2F visit. He communicates well and listened to all my thoughts, he advises well-equally is as realistic with surgery and the results. The location itself on Harley Street is pristine all of the staff and friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very easy to find- I came from Euston. It was a straight forward journey for me coming from Shrewsbury. Considering I travelled alone, it was quite enjoyable. Really looking forward to my procedure, having waited around 7 years for it after having my little girl and not wanting to jump into having surgery while she was so young. My patient advisor has also been brilliant along the way, thank you Jenny.

I had an appointment today with ultrasound specialist Vera Medic, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She is an exceptional professional, highly knowledgeable, meticulous, and truly dedicated to her patients. Throughout the scan, she was incredibly thorough and explained every step with clarity and care, which made me feel completely at ease. Vera was recommended to me by an acquaintance whose life she quite literally saved by diagnosing a condition that others had overlooked. After my own experience, I fully understand why she is held in such high regard. I’m deeply grateful for her expertise and compassion and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking top quality care.

My appointment lasted 10 minutes. I travelled 45 minutes and have waited for this appt for a few weeks. The doctor read my notes briefly from the referral letter and just told me theres is nothing sinister and if i can cope with the pain then to leave everything is as is. She gave me her opinion based on someone elses scans but did not reassure me or ask to examine me to make sure that everything was ok. I expected a little more empathy. If shed have read the notes thoroughly or asked more questions and examined me and taken another scan to see if anything had changed then I would have been a lot happier. She did not seem interested. Very disappointed.

From the minute I first walked into Edward Massa's office he made me feel at ease. He explained everything in a way I could understand. This experience carried on throughout my admission for surgery and aftercare. He talks to you more like an old friend than some random patient. I had full hip replacement and was walking with crutches the next morning - although I had done pre-op exercises I feel this was down to Mr Massa's expertise in his field of work. I cannot recommend him enough - I may need another hip replacement at some point and wouldn't want anyone else.

Dr Chronopoulou has been an incredible consultant for us as we underwent IVF stimulation and a frozen embryo transfer at CRGH Great Portland St Clinic (with which we are now pregnant after the first transfer). She went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for during the process and would highly recommend her to anyone! She also pointed out things to be about my overall health that were totally missed by my GP and hospital referrals over the years regarding my hormone deficiency impact on my bone health for which I am extremely grateful to her for.

Great experience in general. The whole thing from the emails you get, the appointment scheduling and of course visiting the doctor, all went really smoothly. I saw Dr Antbring who was really lovely and helped me through my journey including the initial scan, sending me for the MRI and helping me to decide and then actually doing the injection and of course a plan for my rehab exercises. Great experience overall. Now I need to wait a week and then start with the rehab and fingers crossed I make a full recovery. I appreciate everything. Thanks again!

I would rate it 10 out of 10 the staff were so friendly and helpful couldnt do enough the dr i saw dr mamidanna was loverly and very efficient i couldnt believe how well i was treated there i expected a long wait but might have sat in the waiting room for 5 min max then after my appointment saw a loverly lady in the ultrasound department who got me an appointment that could have been the enxt day but i couldnt make it so took the one the day after everyone was so nice a polite it was such a great experience so thank you

The receptionists were incredibly kind getting me a drink when I walked in. I have been feeling very poorly and it was a relief to book in on the same day and be seen. The doctor was so thorough in my consultation. 20 minutes is a good amount of time to have a proper discussion. Antibiotics were needed - the dr sent me a code to give to the chemist to get my prescription. All very easy and straightforward.

I was met by a nurse who took care of me throughout and dealt out the eye drops prior to the operation. The surgeon introduced himself to me and was reassuring before and during the op. He was aware my eye was stinging from the drops and waited until further numbing drops took effect before operating. He also kept reassuring me whilst dealing with the cataract.

Claire is so knowledgeable and really took the time to figure out what was going on and explain it clearly. The appointment surprised me because I thought it would be quick, as usual—drink plenty of water and take paracetamol. The doctor was very kind, discussed everything with me in detail, and made a plan for my next steps. I just hope I won't have to wait another year for the procedure. The atmosphere was super friendly.
