We had such a wonderful experience with Paediatric Diagnostics. Both of my children (aged 2 and 11) needed blood tests and a faecal calprotectin test, and I was honestly dreading it — especially for my toddler. But the team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They took their time and never rushed us, making sure both children were completely at ease. The staff were so kind, patient, and reassuring, and their calm approach made what could have been a really stressful experience feel relaxed and positive. The clinic itself is so thoughtfully set up — from the toys and little treats to the drinks and friendly atmosphere, everything is designed to make children (and parents!) feel comfortable. I can’t thank them enough for turning something I thought would be traumatic into such a calm and even happy experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paediatric Diagnostics to any family.

Review for Dr. Hill and Kingsbridge North West Hospital I had a fantastic experience at Kingsbridge North West Hospital. Dr. Hill is a phenomenal surgeon — incredibly skilled, friendly, and easy to deal with. He immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. It’s clear that he’s not only respected by his patients but also by the staff; all the nurses spoke so highly of him, both personally and professionally. They even mentioned that they can always recognize his surgical work by the exceptional standard and care he provides. All of the staff were excellent. Sku checked me in — he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process ran smoothly, and I was in and out of the clinic within an hour. I highly recommend paying the bit extra to use Kingsbridge — it’s worth every penny for the level of care, professionalism, and peace of mind you receive.

I have a heart arrhythmia and I needed to see a cardiologist, my health insurers put me in touch with Dr Lencioni. At my first appointment I felt that all that I had been experiencing and said was listened to and understood with empathy. The next step was to wear a monitor for two weeks to gather more data. At my next meeting Dr Lencioni spoke about the findings and his interpretation of that data. Dr Lencioni outlined three options for me and spoke about each one taking in to account that I am still very physically active, cycling being my passion and that I really want to continue cycling at a decent level. We agreed my preferred option and I am now waiting to confirm a time scale for that. I regard myself as very lucky to have Dr Lencioni as my cardiologist and helping me get sorted and back to where I would like to be.

Dr Douglas Brand

I attended Dr Brands clinic in Harley Street with my elderly father. The appointment was booked quickly and efficiently through Lauren, Dr Brand's secretary, and we were seen promptly on arrival. Dr Brand took great care and time explaining to my father the pathology that was evident on his CT scan, whilst showing him the images on his computer screen. My father was very happy following the consultation as had more understanding of his medical condition and was given the option for a more definitive diagnosis following further tests. Dr Brand kindly phoned the same evening after the MDT meeting looking at my father's case, and explained the outcome. We found Dr Brand very patient and kind in the attention he gave us, and we were greatly reassured by his expertise.

Mr Gordon Muir

I had a number of visits over a 2 and a half month period. Some visits were primarily for urine tests but as and when I needed to ask Mr Muir or his PA anything they were always available and welcoming. I think sometimes the explanations of my condition didn't always sink fully in because I was generally a little bit anxious about the prospects of me fully recovering. But in the end I was convinced and happy with Mr Muir's prognosis that all was well and I could carry on as normal. But was also advised that should I ever have any concerns I could get back in tough to discuss, which was a great comfort to know.

I was seen by Mr Scott after having Cataract surgery a week ago. I've had a Trabeculectomy operation a few years ago as I have glaucoma . So I have been a pasiënt of Mr Scott for 20 years. It is because of his excellent care and experience, that in spite of my glaucoma ,I still Ienjoy good sight . Mr Scott is an amazing Surgeon . He explains the procedures in a calm and clear manner and his aftercare is second to none . Moorfields Eye Hospital is very fortunate to have this fine Surgeon and caring human being as part of their team. It was an honour for me to be able to write this review .

I was more than happy with my visit. The nurse who carried out my skin examination was very friendly & of neat & tidy appearance. She put me at ease straight away & explained fully what was going to take place before the examination went ahead. When she did begin she went very slowly along each part of my body taking care to explain what any marks were & answering any of my queries fully. When it was over she gave me advice regarding a lesion on my face & how to treat it. I would be more than happy to use the services of Check4Cancer again.

I arrived for my appointment with 5 minutes to spare. I was called in within a few minutes and was greeted by 2 very friendly nurses who made me feel at ease immediately. They were very efficient and within about 10 minutes had completed all the tests required. I then visited the anaesthetist who went through everything that would happen on the day of my operation in a very understandable language. The whole appointment lasted around 30 minutes and was very efficient professional and friendly.

Every meeting from initial consultation to now 8 weeks post op have been brilliant and I’ve always had my questions answered in detailed ways, felt really listened to with any concerns so overall a very positive experience. If I had to say one thing to improve on would be to highlight how tough the initial weeks of recovery are with the muscles as even though we knew about the surgery, it still came as a bit of a surprise how limited I was.

I was kept waiting for around 40 mins. No-one informed me - I had to go and ask. The doctor was keen to hurry me because he "had to be somewhere else" He didn't examine my hips and lower back. Just said I had "very arthritic hips" which is not what Id been told before, and wasn't interested in any other possible alternatives to hip replacement. I felt dimissed and not properly heard.
