I recently visited John Flynn Opticians for my 2-yearly eye exam. Dr Janjua is always incredibly thorough in the eye exam, explaining each step and answering all my questions with patience. He takes the time to discuss my prescription in detail and also the variety of lens options available such as anti-fatigue, blue light reduction and anti-glare. I work in the computing industry and having the right eyewear makes the difference between a good day and one where you’re severely tired at the end of it. Dr Janjua’s expertise and attention to detail makes sure you’re confident it will be a good day. Dr Janjua is also supported by an amazing team. Everybody is welcoming and professional, making the entire process seamless and comfortable. I only needed new lenses this time which will be fixed to my existing frames, but when new frames have been required they’ve helped me choose the perfect frames that not only suit my style, but also feel comfortable. What really stands out is the personalised care and attention I received. Dr Janjua and the team genuinely care about your eye health and it shows. I highly recommend Dr Janjua and the team to anyone in need of eye care.

I recently had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy with Dr. Wilson and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. Before the procedure, he took the time to clearly explain everything — how the surgery works, the risks involved, and what to expect during recovery. Even though I was very nervous, he reassured me every step of the way and made me feel safe and confident going into the operation. My surgery went perfectly, and Dr. Wilson checked up on me straight away afterwards, then again in the weeks following to make sure my recovery was going well. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I had a great experience with Dr. Wilson and would highly recommend him to anyone needing similar treatment.

This was my 2nd visit to the Women’s Hormone Health Clinic at the One Hospital Ashford. I thought that at 67 I was too old to take HRT having been fobbed off 25yrs ago & so just battled on but I bravely made an appointment with Lexi Minter. My well being has changed in so many ways in only three months from starting an HRT course tailored for my age and concerns. My skin has improved so much & doesn’t feel it’s going to fall off. I have my energy back in spades & im advised my bones will also benefit. It goes to show it’s never too late to start HRT & I know I’m getting the best guidance.

Arrived at diagnostics centre and was just expecting a consultation with a further appointment for procedure was feel anxious but was made to feel welcomed and reassured by all receptionist was really pleasant as was my nurse Eileen I believe her name to be. I then met Mr Muen who was very polite, reassuring and empathetic. To my surprise my procedure was carried out within this appointment saving me further anxieties, travel and time. I was absolutely taken back by the complete professionalism of all at Kingsbridge Thank you from an extremely happy patient.

I visited The Shard for my appointment with Me Neeraj Garg. I last saw Mr Garg just over two years ago and he is very professional and treated me with respect and answered all questions clearly. It is also great to be able to go and see Mr Garg, complete all the tests and get the results all in just over one hour. I would totally recommend him to any of my friends without hesitation. I came away feeling relieved. Thank you to Mr Garg, the radiographer who was delightful and the lovely nurses.

Mr Tudor Jones was very clear and concise, he made the whole process easy for me. I have had a long, drawn out history of Achilles pain and he reassured me that the procedure would go to plan and I would be on the road to recovery soon despite the long history. So far so good, starting into a rehab block now and I have had a 6 week follow up with Mr Jones who was very accomodating to have this for me on zoom as I live in Ireland which saved me a trip! Would highly recommend.

Although I felt well cared for during my visit, I was unsure why I was asked to come in at 7am only to not have my procedure done until around 11.30. I was originally scheduled to come at 9.10 but got a call earlier in the week asking to come at 7am -reception didn’t seem to be aware of the time change when I arrived. They still managed to accommodate me, but there was just too much time spent waiting around between my initial checks and the procedure.

I went to see Mr Platt as I needed a full knee replacement. He was extremely professional and at the same time allowed me to raise concerns which may have been slightly outside of the reason I went to see him in the first place. If my concerns were justified he would address them and if not he would explain why they were not. I felt very at ease with him handling my medical issues and would highly recommend him. He is a credit to his profession.

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"

Very clean and nice waiting area, the coffee & biscuits are much nicer than the Hampshire Clinic. Reception stall very helpful and efficient. The Polish lady who undertook the ECG was excellent, very helpful and explained what was to be done. With the excellent parking area, coffee & biscuits the whole experience was very pleasant. In addition Dr Bowers was very informative, clear on the results etc. Thank you

This was my first treatment session with Mr Raf Niziol and from the outset he was warm, helpful, personable and kind. His friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease and he was patient and understanding. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly and also gave plenty of space for me to share my own thoughts and ask questions. I will be switching to Mr Niziol for all future and ongoing treatment.
