Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been diagnosed with resistant depression disorder and generalised anxiety disorder and had a recent dip on my mental health and requested urgent treatment. I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nuffield Hospital Guildford.

After almost a year of tests under another organisation, Dr Woodland was almost instantly able to pinpoint what my problem was and create a plan of action for my treatment going ahead. He also told me I was unlikely to need the tests that I was booked in for elsewhere, which would have saved me a lot of money had I been paying for them privately. Although I am still on the road to complete health, Dr Woodland was very good at putting things into perspective for me, which has given me hope! Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

Took wonderful care of him, and gave us the most generous discount, because she felt he had been traumatised enough! We will certainly recommend your service. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2025. Mr Ghosh is looking after my treatment. He performed a mastectomy with axiliary clearance in early October. The surgery went very well. Mr Ghosh has vast amount of experience and as a result I have had no side effects from the procedure. My recovery was quick. Mr Ghosh also took into consideration the areas that I was particularly worried about and made sure that I feel confident and supported. I am very grateful to have Mr Ghosh as the specialist looking after me.

During the consultation he listened carefully to how I sustained my injury and, using his ultrasound scanner, explained the structural issues involved and likely healing time. He also provided my physio with the detailed information needed to create an effective rehab plan. Marwan is clearly an expert in his field, and I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process, which was incredibly reassuring.

I would very highly recommend the Clayton ward. We have had two babies there and were really well looked after by kind, happy staff (doctors, midwives, assistants, catering and reception) who taught us a huge amount about how to care for a newborn. Having access to 121 support from midwives anytime day or night is just invaluable. The food was very good (for hospital food) and we genuinely looked forward to it each day - it really helped us recover as sleep deprived parents.
