In terms of booking I didn’t have the greatest experience. I filled out the form online the night before and got a call the next morning. It cut off before I could answer the phone. I called straight back but it rang out to answer phone. I must have called back more than 10 times that day over the course of a few hours but no response. I finally got through to someone in the afternoon, by this time all the appointments had gone. I was in desperate need of a blood test which had to be done on a certain day of my cycle, hence the urgency. The lady I got through to firstly wrongly assumed I was another patient (a cancer patient) which I thought was unprofessional, as I shared the same surname as another patient. She apologised for not answering the phone and said that she would ‘put me at the top of the list’ and treat me as ‘priority’ and would call me back to let me know if she can fit me in for a blood test. I waited for the rest of the day and never received a call back. I believe the way bookings are dealt with is highly unprofessional and does not reflect the service you say you aim to provide to your clients. I then decided not to keep chasing this appointment as I had a negative experience with the booking staff and the booking process. Two days later I received a call early in the morning which woke me up. The lady realised I was half asleep and apologised for the ‘early morning call’. She asked if I still wanted to book the blood test. I said I would let her know. After some consideration I decided to go ahead with the blood test even though I had missed the ideal window. I then called back and booked, the lady on the phone was evidently a young girl who may be new and clearly lacked customer service training. She was unable to answer basic questions during the booking process and came across as new and untrained. I was then sent an invoice which had an additional 30 pounds added onto the expected 150 charge. The invoice didn’t state what the 30 pounds was for. I called back just to check, and again the girl was unprofessional and could not clearly explain what the fee was for. I would like to stress that I am generally the most down to earth and open minded/non judgemental person. So when I give feedback it is generally from a good place and when I feel a service falls below expectations or standards. Clients pay a lot of money to MUMS for peace of mind and investigations into health concerns. The website suggests a certain level of care and service. I personally feel the booking process and professionalism of the booking staff is quite poor in terms of false promises, not being able to get through when calling over 10 times and untrained staff. However what I will say is when attending in person my experience was a lot better than I had expected given the above and it went quite smoothly in the clinic itself. Please train the young girl on the front desk as she comes across as unprofessional and disengaged even though I know this is not her intention. There is a certain level of customer service a confidence needed to be able to deal with bookings which can often be of a sensitive nature.

I was informed in the email sent for my first appointment that the consultation would take approx one to one and a half hrs maybe more if I was having tests. I saw the consultant and had the tests, this took no more than 10-15 minutes. In my experience of having private consultation I don’t think this was a consultation, I was told someone will call me and give me details of the treatment, I was not given a time or day when this phone call would take place. I tried to ask questions about the treatment but was told they would explain all to me in the phone call. I called next day as I had other commitments the following days and weeks and may have missed their call. I was given the information about the treatment on the phone, I asked if I was paying for this phone call and was told that I would not be charged. I was charged and paid for the tests on the day, after the phone call I later received an invoice for the consultation of £300, so basically I was charged for a phone consultation as I don’t believe I got a consultation on the day that warranted this amount of money. I am really disappointed with this kind of service, I believe if I’m paying for a private consultation I should be given the time face to face so that I can ask questions and understand the treatment that I will be paying for. This was not NHS where you are only allocated a small amount of time, which is why I am so disappointed with this service and the costs which is unwarranted.

I was a more complex patient for Mr Munot than usual and I had a consultation with Mr Munot where I was advised that he can definitely do the surgery but we’re not sure how the results will look and we probably won’t be able to get much implants in as it was for bilateral breast augmentation. However, once we booked surgery and went ahead etc I came out of surgery being told we could put a lot more then expected in and we think it’s gone really well so I was incredibly happy and reassured. 2 weeks later during the follow up I’m incredibly happy with the results so far and so was Mr Munot and also surprised with no creases etc from the incision due to the complexity of myself. No where near over the recovery yet or healing but so far so good and any concerns I’ve had mr Munot has responded asap which is really reassuring.

From our first meeting I was immediately reassured my Mr Das whose warm, professional and friendly manner really put me at my ease. He took the time to explain everything in great detail therefore I had no hesitation in proceeding with the suggested hysterectomy as I knew I was in safe hands. He kept me informed at every stage and the hospital staff and anaesthetists were super lovely and so professional. I started this journey with the NHS whose consultant couldn't have been more rude and dismissive if he had tried! Although I resent having to seek private treatment I had no option but to part with our hard earned savings otherwise I would still be living with excruciating pain and discomfort for years to come! Thank you Mr Das and your amazing team and all at St Anthony's Hospital Cheam. Highly recommended!

Simply one of the best experiences with regards to a consultation that I have had over the years. Catherine is a great listener and allowed me to express all the concerns that I had regarding my injury without interruption. She didn't rush to a quick conclusion and I felt that she was there just for me despite the fact that she has many patients to deal with at any given time. Her attention to detail and in particular the bits that often in the course of a consultation can go unnoticed is exceptional and to be applauded. When I left the room I felt she would definitely be able to help me and I am confident that will now happen. Can't really thank her enough for her time and expertise.

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

I had an extremely positive experience attending the Raynaud’s clinic. I was given ample time during the appointment and never felt rushed, which made a real difference. I felt genuinely listened to and involved in the conversation throughout. Louise Parker was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my symptoms and concerns. Together we unpicked my individual triggers, which was both reassuring and informative, and we agreed a clear, tailored plan moving forward. I left the clinic feeling more confident in managing my condition and would highly recommend this service to others.

When I was recommended the Life Plus infusion I was shown a price list of 280 for members & 310 for non members & I agreed to proceed . When I paid I was charged 350 and told the price list I had been shown was an old one . The manager offered me £80 credit on any further treatment. Upon reflection I feel I should have been given the £40 reduction today . I also had to endure a neighbour listening to her phone message on loud speaker, when I asked her to use headphones she moved but proceeded to use her phone more quietly which was ok but not great .

I had my endoscopy at Clare Park. Before the procedure Mr Veramootoo came in to see me and gave a clear explanation of what would happen. He knew I was apprehensive and nervous so I was more at ease and reassured after talking to him. The procedure went well and I felt looked after during and after. I would highly recommend Mr Veramootoo for is professionalism but also for his caring and attentive manner that made me feel understood and listened to.

Good Benenden experience bar not getting hernia repaired. wonder if I’m just a nervous patient & wait plus patient in theatre emergency put me in fight or flight AR normal to 209. Ambulance to W Harvey, monitored and drugs corrected pulse , home 11.30pm. Been back to W Harvey for check up found me ok. Hospital asking my dr surgery to fit a 24 hr monitor. I now wear an Apple Watch and haven’t had an abnormal pulse since op day.

Dr David is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on testosterone and men’s health. He offers a personal service face to face service which suits me. I’m so glad I have started treatment with him. I feel safe, well looked after and so much better physically and mentally! Also much cheaper than using the big online companies.
