My appointment at this clinic was punctual, and I was promptly taken to my incredibly talented and amazing doctor and surgeon, Mr Vashist. Throughout my care, I have found him very personable and felt genuinely cared for. Moreover, I have felt extremely confident with his recommendations, and the outcome has exceeded my expectations. He has always explained everything in detail using straightforward language and concepts. I have always felt comfortable and confident in his ability to treat and care for me. On every occasion, he has afforded plenty of time at each appointment, so I never felt rushed and could ask questions. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Vashist. He has literally saved my life.

My recent visit was positive as always, everyone is always warm and welcoming from the moment you step into the door. The office is clean and inviting and always decorated according to the season’s festive calendar, which always a nice touch. I admired the snowflakes decal on the windows giving it a cosy festive feel and fairy lights as I was getting my treatment! I have been seeing Lil for years now and she is absolutely amazing, I feel like a different person when I walk out the practice, in the best way possible. Also, if something else is bothering me she always makes time to take a look and do the necessary adjustments or advise on what exercises to do, or see a GP!

Very good overall. Minor gripes only would be the limited parking, limited capacity in waiting areas and that some seating is too low to meet the needs of hip / knee patients . The roll out of the new call centre facility makes for a patchy experience at times and it’s concerning that online accounts fail to show all patient appointments - even with the consultants - which may lead to confusion and potential missed appointments. Work in progress and will surely iron out in time.

His courteous manner from the first I met him whilst I was in hospital to my final meeting months later when he discharged me has been a pleasure every time. This gentleman explained everything to me in clear detail even when I was very ill and his follow ups have been less. The team on the OCD ward incredibly kind caring and compassionate. It's like being part of a family, including the other 5 patients here. Although, it was challenging at times, I've learnt so much about my condition and I now realise that my beliefs does not necessarily mean it's true. If you're suffering with OCD and feel like you're alone or you have nowhere else to turn to, I highly recommend the Nightingale's 28 day inpatient stay.

I had all the information about my condition and the procedure explained in detail along with all my questions answered in detail. Dr Sheeraz was able to assess and confirm the diagnosis of a recently detected issue with my vision. Elsewhere I was informed that the I would require dye in my eye which would impair driving etc for a few hours, however, this was not necessary due to leading technology at Dr Sheeraz’s practice. Dr Sheeraz talked me through the findings and was able to put me at immediate ease. Highly recommended!

Very friendly approachable and professional doctor - she made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns and worked out a treatment plan. I will definitely come back if I need to as it is so nice to feel that you can actually see a GP when you need to without long waits or sitting on a triage list at the NHS surgery.
