The appointment with the specialist gastroenterologist and blood test, reception, bookings etc was fine, no wait, quick, efficient and friendly. All very good. The MRI was another story. I have shared my feedback with the experience team. See below. How are your staff performing procedures on patients trained? The team I was handed over looked more like students under training with no supervision, it was scary to be left alone with them for an MRI. Are you cutting costs so that no doctors are available on the day of my procedure? I have been better taken care of by the NHS ! I have just had the worst experience for what should have been a simple MRI procedure. The team I was handed to were unable to find a suitable vein to perform the dye injection. They tried several times, I asked to call someone else to try, the man who arrived didn't manage either and it was even more painful, they ended up harming both my arms. There were no doctors available. I insisted to see one. They said we could maybe do the MRI without the dye solution injected in my arms. They asked me what I wanted to do?! I replied I was not a doctor and the decision was not with me as I have no idea what it involves. Finally after waiting for over 20mins in a freezing room, with just a light layer to cover me, a doctor arrived. He said we shouldn't do an MRI without injecting the dye solution. Eventually he managed to do the needle procedure very well and easily and it was not painful at all. He left straight after. The MRI happened but no explanation was given to me by the team, who looked more like "in learning students with no supervision", I just prayed they actually knew what they were doing but I was very doubtful... no feedback on how it went, how long left during the MRI, when the results would be coming etc. I had MRIs with HCA in the past, a totally different experience. Doctors seem to be good at Cleveland but the staff I met yesterday was undertrained and there is obviously a management / administration problem. NHS does better on some instances. We pay a fortune for these types of clinics, this is shocking. I will never trust this place for any further procedures handling my health and body.

Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. After three years of struggling with other GPs and specialists, meeting Mr. Minas has transformed a long and challenging journey into a hopeful and positive outcome.

I attended a consultation with Dr Tamir Malley, Consultant Rheumatologist, for persistent issues with my posture, joints and muscles due to my profession and sports. It was by far the most comprehensive and informative medical assessment I have experienced. Dr Malley is exceptionally professional and demonstrates an impressive depth of knowledge across rheumatology and general medicine. His clinical examination was detailed and precise, and he clearly explained the reasoning behind each part of the assessment. He reviewed my situation holistically and provided a structured, evidence-based plan that left me feeling fully informed and reassured. His ability to combine advanced clinical expertise with clear communication and a calm, supportive manner sets him apart. Without doubt, he is the best doctor I have seen, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking high-quality specialist care.

I had a time sensitive matter to treat this and she was accommodating all the way. She went above and beyond to make sure I had my results as soon as possible to be able to book a surgery. I felt listen to, heard and taken seriously, my overall impression of Miss Spanu is that she genuinely care for her patients and this is reflected in her high level of service that I received from her in every aspects of our interactions.

Mr Nadim Aslam

I had a robotic hip replacement in October (six weeks ago). I felt informed about the process from my first appointment with Mr Aslam. He was always extremely professional. I felt I could ask any questions I had and he would put me at ease. My operation went very smoothly. I was never in very much pain or discomfort following the operation. Mr Aslam came to visit me both before the operation along with the anaesthetist and he also came to visit me shortly after the operation . I felt very supported and confident. I had follow up appointments at two and six weeks and again Mr Aslam took time to answer my questions, showed me the X-ray of my new replacement and informed me of what I could now start doing. I may need my other hip replacing next year and will not hesitate to return to Mr Aslam .

Dr Ahmad and his team are professional, courteous and very well connected with colleagues in the Diabetes and Nephrology departments at Leicester General Hospital. With Dr Ahmad's supervision and dedication i am now living with my Diabetes within 'normal' parameters which is a huge bonus. I am very grateful for the first class care shown to me so far by Dr. Ahmad.

My eyes are recovering really well with no problems., this was confirmed by my first post-op check-up today - a bit earlier than usual because of planned plane flights. Assess,et and post-op Sheffield, surgery in Newark. Staff in both locations are wonderful.

I got there at the appointment time I had been messaged and it was deemed too late as the clinic was not informed of my changed time from 09.40 to 11.45.. also the doctor I saw was not one that dealt with my condition although he did promise to refer me to another one who does deal with it.
