Highly Recommend Dr. Katherine & The Real You Clinic I’ve been going to Dr. Katherine at The Real You Clinic for my skin and aesthetic treatments, and honestly, the experience is exceptional every single time. Her Botox results are the best I’ve ever had — subtle, natural and beautifully lifted. She also does the most amazing Profhilo treatments that genuinely transform the skin, leaving it glowing, hydrated and fresh. And her “peel-no-peel” skin peel is incredible… you walk out brighter without any downtime. What really sets Dr. Katherine apart is the way she treats you as a person, not just a quick appointment. Despite the industrial estate address, the practice is a lovely, bright, modern building adjacent to open fields, easy to find and ample parking close to the main entrance. I was met with a warm, friendly smile and the lady on reception couldn’t have been nicer. I was asked to complete a short health questionnaire on a tablet. I waited no more than 10 minutes before Dr Wright saw me. Both she and the nurse were also warm & friendly whilst very professional, everything was explained clearly to me, including the cost of the treatment, before treatment started. Dr Wright was extremely good at putting me at ease and checking on me as the treatment progressed. The anaesthetic was administered virtually unnoticed. After a few minutes Dr Wright removed my tooth completely painlessly, it was quick and there was barely any trauma to my gum. Even when the anaesthetic wore off, I had zero pain or discomfort and needed no further painkillers after the dose I had immediately before treatment. By far, the best experience in a dentists chair I have ever had, can’t recommend Vermillion enough

I recently underwent an ankle operation with Mr Pavier, and my experience throughout the entire process was fast, smooth, and reassuring. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and provided clear explanations at every stage. I couldn’t be more pleased with how efficiently my case was managed. I was treated as a day-case patient and recovered quickly. It has now been just over two months since my operation, and I was already walking comfortably well before that. The procedure was modern and minimally invasive, resulting in a small wound, a shorter healing time, and the ability to walk without crutches in less than a month. Although I am a patient at Lincoln Hospital, I was given the option to attend a nearby hospital in Nottingham to speed up the operation, which was extremely helpful. The facilities were clean and modern, and the staffs were very welcoming. Thanks to the excellent care I received, my ankle is healing very well, and I am excited to return to my normal daily activities and resume sports without discomfort.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

I recently had a hysterectomy at this hospital the surgeon was brilliant but during my stay in the hospital I was appalled by how I was treated. Staff were friendly but some of them when I needed them ignored me. A specialist nurse from my consultant had to advocate for me. Upon discharge, one of my stitches had been left in which then went on to cause other issues. I was then chased severally for payment when I had made clear and provided authorisation codes from my insurer. I was not impressed with service from the hospital itself at all. But my consultant was brilliant.

On Monday 1st December, at 12.30pm, I attended the ONE Ashford Hospital, for a total knee replacement. Within a short space of time I was ushered into my room, and eventually changed into a theatre gown. I was then taken to be prepared for my operation. This whole process was pleasant, reassuring, and very professional. Afterwards, I was returned to my room, and given all the attention I could wish for by the nurses, physiotherapists, and catering staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, likewise for the Tuesday, when I was discharged in the afternoon.

All staff, including the doctor we saw, we're very friendly, made us feel at ease, and the procedure appears to have been carried out smoothly. The only thing I'd fault is the communication before the appointment, particularly the emails. They include a misleading price, the suggestion that a follow-up would not be required (when we understand that is completely normal) and we'd understood that we could/should be in the room when the procedure was taking place, which was then quite strongly advised against.

The hospital itself was great and senior nursing staff on the day were informative and professional. My anaesthetist was phenomenal as was my amazing surgeon. However I had a bad experience with one of the health care assistants who wouldn’t let me use the bathroom and led to a bit of a weird experience. Plus when I got my stitches out two weeks later the nurse couldn’t see the stitches and she gave the tweezer to my fiancé who actually ended up getting the final ones out.

Oh my Davide was fantastic for our gender scan. We got to see way more than we anticipated, its little arms, legs, everything was explained to us, got to hear the heartbeat and have a usb to keep the memories. I highly recommend a private scan. We are planning to come back around 26 weeks and maybe again in the 30s as it can be quite some time between scans on NHS. Honestly highly recommend, friendly, open to questions and amazingly professional! Thank you!

I was also given an email contact if I had any questions. I didn't have to wait long for Operation date. I was in hospital for one night. It is now six week since my surgery and back out walking my spaniel and getting on with my life. Best thing I did.
