I am so grateful to Delamere for my 4-week stay. The facilities are truly incredible - comfortable, well-appointed and a palpable feeling of safety. The staff are such caring, friendly and interesting people - with the relevant experience to truly empathise and help with our unique circumstances. The food is world-class, with a wide range of options and affordances for those with dietary restrictions. The suite of experiential options will introduce you to new therapeutic experiences, many of which you may take away with you. The curriculum is focussed and has real depth, and is taught by professionals with real experience of addiction. The clinical staff are wonderfully attentive and caring, and will move mountains to make you comfortable. I am so pleased to have made the decision to stay at Delamere and would recommend it whole heartedly to anyone who wants to make a change.

I have been a client of the surgery for many years going back to when Johnathan Richardson set up the practice just off Wilson's Corner. I continued to use the surgery when premises were established in Shenfield. It was when I experienced heart problems some 5 years ago that I found Dr. Athreya to be particularly helpful. He offered his private cell phone number should I need help or advice at this difficult time prior to surgery. This literally proved a lifeline. I saw Dr. Athreya on 4th December this year and as usual he was able to diagnose the problem and prescribe a treatment plan. Dr Athreya is an experienced, knowledgeable practitioner and a credit to the team at EPD. He puts patients at ease and is interested in their experiences. I was sorry to hear he was leaving for I feel sure he will be sorely missed.

It's two days since I had major surgery at St Hugh's hospital in Cleethorpes. I still find my eyes tearing up with gratitude at how well they have cared for me. Their consultants are of the highest calibre. And all the staff on the wards, from nurses through to the kitchen, are a joy to witness. Their happiness at work permeates through every nook and cranny. They have looked after not just my body, but my emotions and my dignity. Major surgery is always stressful, but the aftercare I had at St Hugh's has given me a headstart in my recovery. All credit too, to the wise and judicious management in the background. Only good managers could maintain a team who are so united and happy in their jobs. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I was impressed with the ‘can do’ attitude of every member of staff. The consultant was confident and positive at all times; the anaesthetist was very reassuring and made me feel safe; nursing staff supplied all the care and advice I needed. - cheerfully and without being asked. The room was clean and well equipped; reception staff were all smiles; the refreshment provided was excellent and the cafe very good. I was discharged with equipment to help me walk about at home, together with pain relief, and I was fortunate not to need them. Thanks to all concerned.

Dr Chronopoulou has been an incredible consultant for us as we underwent IVF stimulation and a frozen embryo transfer at CRGH Great Portland St Clinic (with which we are now pregnant after the first transfer). She also pointed out things to be about my overall health that were totally missed by my GP and hospital referrals over the years regarding my hormone deficiency impact on my bone health for which I am extremely grateful to her for.

Unfortunately, the registration form I had completed online for the consultation seemed to have gone missing. The form that was presented had an address from over 30 years ago!! Not a good start, but thereafter things went smoothly. However, when an invoice recently arrived for a previous stress test and blood test, no account had been taken of the fact that I paid for the stress test on the day I took the test. Overall, there have been some administrative failings.

Dr Pradeep was very thorough with the investigation into my child’s allergies. We were seen promptly after arriving and a full family and child history was taken. The allergy testing was done in the same appointment, as were results and further referrals as needed. As a mum of a small baby, coming out of an appointment with answers and plans in regards to moving forward really puts your mind at ease and that exactly what Dr Pradeep achieved.
