From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The whole appointment felt calm and well organised, with no rushing at all. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. Having been to several medical professionals in my life, I can honestly say the care provided by Dr Katie Cowie is exceptional. She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

Today's visit, i was waiting just under an hour, which isn't his fault as he has other patients with complex needs, I appreciated him not rushing me off because he may have been behind. I can't fault him one bit. I highly recommend him, he also kept asking me if I had any questions before proceeding on with the appointment. He gave me suggestions so that my injury doesn't come back, which is very much appreciated.

The whole procedure went extremely well I followed all the post operative procedures to a T which I am sure assisted in a relatively quick recovery. I was able to resume driving after six weeks with the exception of a little stiffness in my hip which I am told will pass in time I am back walking and doing all the things I could before the problem arose. I saw Mr Buddhev about some ongoing back discomfort and he was very thorough and reassuring throughout the process. He carefully ruled out conditions like scoliosis and reviewed my CT scan in detail, explaining everything clearly. It was a relief to find out there were no major issues, and I appreciated his calm, professional approach.

This was the first time I had been treated in hospital for 50 years so I was understandably anxious about having a hip replacement operation but everybody was so kind and helpful with endless patience and professionalism nothing was to much trouble and I would recomend to anyone this hospital and all the staff are excellent.
