ENT Surgeon Mr Natesh is absolutely fantastic!!! Honestly I cannot put into words how incredible he is at his job. He is a superb ent surgeon who has extensive knowledge in his area of ears nose and throat neck head etc. I am so glad I came across Mr Natesh he is the best no1 ent surgeon. From consultations to pre op to post op he answered all my questions and listened and was kind and patient throughout even when I asked a million questions as im an anxious person. I had fess endoscopic Sinus surgery and chose Mr Natesh because as soon as I had my consultation with him I trusted his expertise and knowledge and got a good feeling about him. I self funded and it was worth it to ensure I got Mr Natesh. I had my follow up and even before my op and after he still contacted me to answer questions that I continously had. He had no judgement and was understanding he whole time. Even when I was scared to do the sinus rinses he reassured me throughout. He explained things clearly so I understood any results and biopsy I got and he never rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered everything I asked. Im so glad I chose to have surgery with Mr Natesh he made me feel reassured and confident. 5*+++ I highly recommend Mr Natesh and hes the only ENT surgeon I will visit if I ever need to again. Professional friendly understanding and kind you are in good hands.

My experience with Quen was exemplary - at the time of first meeting him, my humerus had been fractured for 2-weeks & I was in pain, so he very speedily made himself available for a call to discuss the procedure, and once this had been done, booked me in for surgery the following week. On the morning of the procedure, he once again came to see me to discuss the procedure and let me ask any questions I had, which really reassured me. He then came to see me the morning post the op too, to discuss next steps. Ever since the operation, my arm has steadily been on the mend and this is no doubt down to the great care that Quen & the team have showed throughout. I've also seen Quen for two follow-up X-Rays where he has discussed the progress with me, and with this, I've been able to become more competent & confident in carrying out my day-to-day. I couldn't recommend Quen enough - not only has he been brilliant throughout but he's also a thoroughly lovely man.

Everything was appreciated. the only thing noticed was the main front desk receptionist as you check-in and indeed who checked me in before my appointment, which was at 12:45pm. She seemed over-worked and was not very welcoming, yet it was before lunch. The reception staff are the first point of contact for anyone and need to maintain a happier face (regardless of their own issues) and use far more entertaining approach or greeting language. My contact with this lady was not even 1-minute and this was not even fulfilled. This is compared to many places I have came across including hospital staff e.g MIR or my local GP including anywhere where you deal with the general public. Her approach was out of the ordinary and it was more like she was facing issues, no thanks expressed. Only formal questions asked in a rush so I can be marked in quickly and that's it.

Mr Colin Holton

After having an initial consultation and X-rays Mr Holton recommended a bilateral hip replacement in 2 stages . Both operations were successful with little or no pain/ discomfort. I had good mobility in as little as 4 weeks which was well above my expectations. I believe this was not only due to Mr Holton’s knowledge and expertise but also the. Mako Robotic Arm technology that I was offered on my initial consultation after Mr Holton explained the benefits . I can only say that the surgery has transformed my life and I am active again! Mr Holton is a truly dedicated and competent Surgeon a thoroughly nice man who is easy to talk to and has a very caring attitude. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is contemplating this type of surgery . Thank you also the the lovely nursing staff at the Nuffield in Leeds for their excellent care . JF

I am so thrilled with my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital, London, after having had cataracts removed in both of my eyes, by Mr Hove of Blue Fin Vision. I can see clearly now, both distance and close up, reading, computer etc, etc.. ; no need for any glasses. Mr Hove is truly amazing - so caring, kind and professional. He explained everything to me in my assessment on Monday 8th December, in Chelmsford and actually had the operation in such a short time - Thursday 11th December! I am a new person now ! Doctor Carlos, the anesthetist, was also so kind and caring. I felt thoroughly at ease for my operation. Many, many thanks to everybody, including the kind nurse. My husband and I were both given a delicious meal afterwards, which was really appreciated - so welcome. Thank you very, very much for everything, everybody

Hospital was dirty. Room was dirty. Was provided with a pillow that was fully stained yellow on one side with no pillow cover. One of the nurses saw it when he turned it over but I had already been lying on it for hours. Went to the surgery without any pillow only to wake up to another stained pillow without any cover. Found a toenail on the bed. Very unhygienic and was not comfortable. Staff were ok. Food received was not what I ordered, so left without eating anything. Will only be coming back for my second operation because it is the surgeons only practice that is close to where I live, otherwise would not be returning. Hygiene is most important in these environments and it was not to par at all. Worse than NHS.

I had been considering eye surgery and attended Cathedral Eye Clinic to get a second opinion, having already spoken with a consultant in Dublin. Putting it simply, my experience in Belfast was far superior. The team at Cathedral ran a more comprehensive range of tests, assigned more time and personnel to my case, and were far better at talking through my options. In particular, I was very pleased that they were willing to give me their honest perspectives based on what they felt was best for me in the long run. Ultimately (based on their guidance), I decided not to go forward with any additional procedure at this time, but should I need treatment further down the line, I will not hesitate to go back to Belfast.

Robert Grounds provided an exceptional initial consultation in respect of my ongoing balance issues following a stoke I suffered a year ago. His questioning to find out key areas of my background and relevance to balance issues was impressive. I was pleased that all initial balance tests were completed within the initial consultation and this left me with answers immediately to explain my condition. I was incredibly impressed to receive Robert Grounds full letter just a few hours later via. the portal with a detailed summary of his findings explained in very clear terms which was remarkable. Truly exceptional service from an amazing professional. Highly recommended.

My surgery took place there and had to stay overnight due to vertigo and dizziness. The hospital was friendly, new and pristine. The nursing staff outstanding as well as of course the medical team. I had dinner and breakfast and it was also healthy and delicious. Yesterday I returned to have the dressing removed and it was equally good. If any criticism would be to the pharmacy with a 30minute wait to get my prescription and also despite being a Bupa hospital not having the availity to charge Bupa for medication- I am under Bupa Global and in other Bupa hospitals this is the case.

I first saw Dr Wright for a coil fitting 4 years ago, the building a facilities we're lovely and Sarah put me at ease straight away. She talked me through the whole process and was amazing during the procedure. 4 years later, my partner and I are considering trying for a baby, so I went back to Dr Wright for the removal. Her patient care is so refreshingly calm and personable; she's very good at what she does, having the perfect balance of care and speed. She's made what can be an uncomfortable/painful procedure, one that has been a positive experience for me.

Damian has a very polite bedside manner that exudes confidence and experience without arrogance. The knee replacement operation was fully explained and in my case due to back problems other consultants were requested to give advice before the operation was agreed. The Hospital stay itself was very satisfactory, plenty of staff and care. Overall experience including inpatient experience 5*. Recovery is well advanced after just 6 weeks which I have attributed to Damian's skill and following physiotherapy exercises at least 3 times a day

My waiting time for tests and seeing my Consultant was minimal, especially considering the awful and treacherous snowy road conditions that day. Nursing staff were courteous, professional and friendly as was my Consultant, who even apologised for my waiting time, caused by the snowy/icy weather. My medical information/results were explained clearly to me and any questions were answered fully and satisfactorily. Everyone was respectful of me and my feelings . It was a courteous, friendly and extremely professional experience.

I have decided to book appointment with Dr. Lola and after spending 30 min with her and talking about my issue, and her looking closley on my skin she said that this is not eczma but yeast infection. She has prescribed medication and cream to help me fight with the problem. After 4 days of taking medication i can tell how big difference is. Less and less itchy areas.

I went for physiotherapy sessions to address persistent pain between my shoulder and neck. KT focused on helping me build strength around my shoulder, which significantly reduced the pain over time. The exercises KT suggested were well explained, easy to follow, and had a clear positive impact on my recovery. I noticed consistent improvement with each session and would highly recommend KT to anyone dealing with similar issues.

This was my first visit to Well Life Oxted. I was very impressed with the Dr I saw. She was very approachable, listened to my concerns and very thorough in her diagnosis. I was also able to voice my concerns about other issues without being rushed and now look forward to sorting out my long term health issues. I was also surprised at the cost of my prescription, not much more than the NHS.
