Usually feedback is of a negative nature but this is not one of those occasions. My experience was awesome for which I am super grateful. I have had a number of gastroscopies in my life so was nervous about what was going to happen. From the moment of my arrival I was greeted and made to feel comfortable straight away. The pre-procedure nurses were very clear, helpful and showed huge amounts of empathy about what was going to happen. When wheeled into the operating theatre I was introduced to all of the team who were to perform the procedure, all of whom had welcoming smiles and a reassuring tone (a tone that continued throughout the procedure). Dr Alan Watson was super clear, professional and again very comforting. I knew I was in safe hands. I just had a throat spray, no sedation, so was fully aware of what was going on. One action that was performed by a nurse during the procedure was to, comfortingly, rub my shoulder. I couldn’t see who it was, but such a small, seemingly insignificant action, was hugely important to me and kept me connected with humanity during the brutal fact that I had a scope down my throat. Post procedure, I was greeted with the warm smiles again and wheeled to the recovery area where again everyone was super attentive. I can’t say thank you enough for everything. The team were awesome.

Every time I come for an outpatient appt, the specialist is an hour behind time.. the secretary/receptionist should have called ahead of time to expect delays but they don’t!! They leave it till the time of the appt to mention the hefty delay!! Last time I had to leave as I could not wait out an hr delay! So complete waste of my time & money grrr! Something that could easily be rectified with better communication from the clinic!! Including the fact when I had an outpatient procedure, I had a 2.45hrs delay as there was a delay due to an emergency in the morning.. again no contact from the clinic informing me of this delay.. had I been informed earlier before arriving at my appt which was scheduled at 1pm, I didn’t not have the procedure till 3.45!! Had there been communication from your clinic informing me of the delay I would have left home later and not have left the dogs alone for 8hrs due to the clinics inability to keep patients informed of delays!! Grrr! Every single time due to lack of communication I’m left frustrated and angry!

I feel very fortunate to have had my chemotherapy and radiotherapy at GenesisCare Cambridge. The standard of care is excellent and everyone at the clinic is friendly and welcoming. While spotlessly clean with fantastic facilities the centre doesn't feel overly clinical. I really like the holistic approach to treatment at GenesisCare and particularly benefited from the exercise medicine clinic which took me from gym phobic to regular gym goer with huge benefits for my physical and emotional wellbeing. GenesisCare go above and beyond to make treatment less arduous, from providing really comprehensive support to prevent or mitigate unpleasant side effects to offering a complimentary taxi service to and from radiotherapy sessions. Another plus of GenesisCare is that the consultations are never rushed - there is always time for questions and I particularly appreciated my consultant taking time to talk me through the treatment options and providing really clear answers to all my questions.

Mr Malek approach to patients is really good. He explains everything so well and really cares. I had an hip replacement October 2025 and the way it was all planned was really good and made it so much easier for me . All the pre opp procedure was organised on the day of my hip replacement date . My procedure again was really good so informative with what to expect and all went just as I told it would .Tjis really puts your mind at ease . Cannot believe how small the cut was given I had a new hip which helped it heal in no time and I was up and walking within a week and five weeks later played golf again just fantastic. The whole experience from my first consultation with Mr Malek to now has been first class . Would certainly recommend him to anyone who is worried about picking the right person . Recent visit was ok. My Nurses could have been better organised. On arrival no one was there to greet me despite being told to be there at 7.30 am I wasn’t told no one could come up and wait with you or be present after my procedure. The room for pre theatre and after theatre was far too small for 3 beds to be in it. It was also flat too hot in the room making me feel worse.. Unprepared for someone feeling unwell after the procedure. I did feel very rushed after my procedure despite feeling unwell! The doctor on shift however was very good. Nurses rushing to finish their shift in theatre to hand me over made me feel uneasy. Nurse looking after me rushing me out the door as it was past 8pm. I was worried about leaving as still felt pretty unwel. Overall was not tailored to my needs Surgeon & anaesthetist very good can’t fault them at all. Made me feel very at ease before my procedure.

I am writing this review after my second video link conversation with Dr. Jeczmien. He didn't make me feel inadequate which enabled me to open up to him. It has taken me years to admit to myself that I needed help and I have finally found and taken the first step to hopefully stop chasing my tail and start to lead a normal life. If this review helps you to also take the first step to reach out for help I am over the moon for you. I was diagnosed as dyslexic at the age of 8years - I am now 46 years old. I didn't want another label but at least I now know I am ADHD a whole weight has been lifted and I am looking forward to try to have an organised life in the future.

I have had a niggley back for some time due to swimming and playing netball and not done anything about it. However I have got much stiffer and one side of my lower back became painful so reached out to Oseteopath West. Lisa diagnosed my sacroilliac joint was disfunctioning (lol) and did some.hands on treatment and dry needling. All I can say is wow as the pain has gone and more importantly I know what is going on and what I need to do to.prevent this on going. Thank you Lisa for your professional service. I will be back if I need to and will definitely recommend your services.

I went in for a tooth extraction today, and based on past experiences I was expecting it to be pretty unpleasant. This was completely different. The numbing injections were easy, and the actual extraction took what felt like minutes with zero pain. I’ve been home for six hours now and still haven’t needed any painkillers at all. As far as dental visits and extractions go, this was genuinely a breeze, Yasin is an absolute wizard.
