We chose Fitzrovia Suite as its part of big NHS hospital in case of any unexpected emergency, it made us feel comfortable being just 1 floor away in case anything happens. The team is wonderful and professional able to create a sense of safety and calm in those moments before and after birth. They were supportive during one of the most vulnerable and delicate experiences a woman can go through, offering practical tips, guidance, emotional support and truly personal care at any hour, for any question or request we had. Midwifes supported us looking after our baby so we can get some sleep waking us is time for feeds, meds and breastfeed support. The midwifes were also available on WhatsApp after the birth, which was incredibly helpful. There is so much information to process when you’re discharged home, and having the ability to ask follow-up questions and get quick clarifications made a huge difference for us. Facility itself is clean, catering is nice, rooms were comfortable, branded toiletries are provided -great experience.

I first had a consultation with Ms Rahman in 2023 as I had significant floaters in my left eye that were causing problems, especially with night driving. After a thorough examination of my eyes, Ms Rahman explained the procedure that she would perform of a combined cataract and vitrectomy operation. Although a very daunting prospect, Ms Rahman's knowledge, experience and confidence put my mind at rest. She explained what would happen and the after care required. The operation was a success and after a follow up consultation, I was signed off. I recently returned to Ms Rahman for slight posterior capsular opacification which she sorted immediately with YAG laser treatment. I cannot recommend Ms Rahman highly enough. Not only is she highly skilled Consultant Opthamologist & Vitreoretinal Surgeon, she's a kind and considerate lady.

On arrival I was taken into a room by the Sister and given an examination, drops and told not to rub my eyes after the Laser. Just a few minutes later I went into see Mr Cazaban, after examination I was told that both eyes now need treatment and agreed to this. the actual Laser treatment was slightly uncomfortable but to be expected. After this Mr Cazaban told me that my surgery was completed and that I should never need further laser treatment. The only complaint I would have was after the initially being told not to rub my eyes I was given no after care information.

Thanks to everyone at Freedom Vision in Bromley for giving me a positive experience throughout my time with them.  I was very nervous to have the procedure, but it went smoothly and led to an excellent outcome.  Having had my cataracts removed from both eyes and RayOne Galaxy Toric multifocal replacement lenses fitted, I now have amazing eyesight for distant, intermediate and near vision.  I am especially grateful to the optometrist and the surgeon for their expertise and care, and to Chirag, the Patient Liaison Manager who always made me feel well supported.

Had an immigration medical appointment for Australia. I was running late and had to reschedule my AM appointment. Sent an email as the call option was automated message but the email was promptly replied and I was rebooked for the next available PM appointment. It meant I had to wait longer but they were swift to accommodate me and the services from reception to chest X-ray and GP examination was brilliant. I was offered the Polio vaccine and a painless blood tests. Overall I recommend 100%.

Visit was generally satisfactory. However, after arrival I was ignored for almost an hour, well past my appointment time. The front desk noted my arrival and then seemed to forget about me. This was unnerving at a time when I was already anxious and an unnecessary delay for those accompanying. There was no apology when the error pointed out.
