Communication is not at all a strong point of RTN diagnostics. I was told, I , as-well as my designated persons had to fill in online questionnaires . It took several communications for the questionnaires to be sent out to them . My brother who was the main person and only relative RTN wanted to fill in my developmental questionnaire never has received any communications whatsoever despite them telling me they had sent it to him several times. One of the problems I faced was that I do not have any living relative or friend who knew me in childhood, apart from my brother, but he is 3 years younger than me, so in light of this I was instructed to fill in my background questionnaire myself , to the best of my ability as he would be less likely to know the answers. I was also requested to send in further evidence including a medical summary report , school reports and my personal symptom observations. I had school reports from juniors through to secondary school so I proceeded to send those in to the requesting email . This turned out to be wrong because when I chased it up they said it should have been sent to different department/email , and it had not been subsequently forwarded to them. I was not informed of the correct email previously. This obviously delayed and wasted time. Finally I was told that RTN had everything they needed to move forward with the assessment. I was told it would take 3 months to get the final appointment with the psychiatrist who would go through my adhd outcome report With me. after three months I had not heard anything so I had to chase RTN to see when I would get an appointment. When I was finally given an appointment it was cancelled the afternoon before by the psychiatrist stating they required my brother to fill in the background form (they had told me to fill in ) he still to this day has not received it. It was frustrating so I put in a formal complaint because I had taken unpaid leave as a carer to be able to attend my appointment which they cancelled last minute giving an excuse that frankly did not stand because they had been informed about my lack of family to fill in my developmental form months beforehand. When I eventually got my appointment the psychiatrist I was allocated was changed again and then I was informed my report had not been written out completely by the assessor and therefore some of the one hour allocated was going to have to taken up by him having to ask some questions that he said he needed to make the assessment. He also said that it would have been easier if he had my school reports. I informed him that I had sent them as requested twice. He had to search online to find them., he basically was unprepared for my adhd review. He read the school reports to me during my appointment. It seemed to me that it was all being done on the fly. One thing I also noticed is that I seemed to be assessed (in my opinion) according to male adhd symptoms/criteria. I donot feel that RTN have managed this whole procedure efficiently nor professionally. They lack good communication cancel appointments last minute and arrive at the final adhd report review unprepared. I feel the whole process has been made unnecessarily stressful. From start to finish it has taken one whole year. I chose RTN diagnostics as part of the nhs right to chose. I would not recommend.

The OCD nursing team are fantastic at what they do and the therapy team are absolutely brilliant. My 1:1 therapy was outstanding and so valuable to me during my time here. The catering team, the housekeepers, maintenance, reception.... All really friendly and professional. Two things that I want to mention that I have already fed back: 1. It was very disappointing when two team members were allocated to different wards with no transition (Greta-Mae and Carlo). I feel that when we are allowing ourselves as patients to be open and vulnerable and put our trust in people, to then be told they have moved with no transitional period is not very sensitive or fair. 2. I have also fed back about a patient that seems very unwell but does not have 1:1 supervision around the hospital. This person sometimes invades others personal space, says inappropriate and triggering things, has sometimes removed her clothing in the courtyard and I have also seen her with long sticks in her hands in the courtyard. I fed this back to the patient services manager and the board holder who agreed that this was unacceptable. I was told that until discussions have been had she should be on 1:1 care, but then the following day she was once again the courtyard thrashing round the same sticks. I think this is a safeguarding concern. Those two things aside, I have found my impatient care outstanding, I cannot fault the OCD ward team. I feel heard for the first time and have hope for my future now thanks to them. I will never forget what they have done for me.

I had ALT phallo with Mr Nim Christopher and was admitted for 5 days post-op, and I cannot thank the nursing staff enough for the care I received. Every nurse I encountered was professional, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. They consistently checked on me, explained things clearly, responded quickly whenever I needed help, and treated me with kindness and respect at all times. Their reassurance and calm presence made a difficult hospital stay much more comfortable and less stressful. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and truly care about their patients. The morning Nurses Kate and Erisa were extremely wonderful even though at one point there were so many patients and only 2 of them to take care of all of us, they were encouraging and they set a positive tone for each day. The night shift nurses Mo and Aliesha were reassuring and kind and always present when things felt hardest. Of course ai cannot leave out Alina who was always caring and compassionate throughout my stay. Last but certainly not least I would like the thank Mr Nim for his excellent care and support and Dr Patil for the amazing anesthesia he delivered. They were all like family to me. I’m deeply grateful for everything they did for me. Your professionalism, kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed.

From the very beginning, my experience was exceptional. When I first called to enquire about Dr Leena Sinha’s availability, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a consultation just a few days later, which I greatly appreciated. By the end of that initial appointment, my procedure had already been scheduled, reflecting the efficiency and organisation of her practice. Throughout the consultation, Dr Sinha listened attentively to all of my concerns and treated them with genuine care and seriousness, which immediately put me at ease. On the day of the procedure, I was given clear and thorough explanations about what to expect, and Dr Sinha ensured I fully understood everything, taking the time to answer any questions I had. Following the procedure, Dr Sinha continued to check in with me to ensure I was recovering well and to address any follow-up concerns. I felt extremely well cared for at every stage of my journey and am truly grateful for the level of professionalism, compassion, and support I received. I would highly recommend Dr Leena Sinha without hesitation.

Dear Doctor and Team, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the outstanding care I received during my gastroscopy. From start to finish, the entire process was made so much easier than I had expected. Dr Hayat was absolutely fantastic — humane, empathetic, and reassuring — which made a huge difference to me. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and helped me feel informed and calm throughout. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. What could have been a very stressful and frightening experience was turned into a positive one, not only for me but also for my partner, who felt reassured by the kindness and clarity shown by the team. Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved. Your compassion and professionalism truly made a lasting impression, and I am very grateful.

    1. We were wrong footed by the entrance barrier, but luckily another patient was close to the entrance button. 2. Parking was tight - we had to park in the radiology section, but hoped that would be ok. 3. The surgery was wonderfully light and airy and spatially arranged in such a way that each patient could have space and privacy. 4. The staff i have spoken to on the phone were immensely welcoming and efficient, as were the ladies on the desk on arrival 5. The loos were wonderfully clean and airy. 6. Dr. Johnstone was most welcoming and sympathetic. I can't make the next step work, which is to review Dr. J. On only one visit, my experience was very positive. She was clearly listening to what i was saying, and made a very quick referral, for which I am very grateful.

I always find the receptionists at The Holly difficult to deal with. The booking in experience is poor as one often has to wait for ages whilst the receptionists are on the phone or chatting or apparently doing something on their computers. It is a pity as the doctors and nurses and other staff including the porters at The Holly are extremely good. The receptionists in both the outpatients area and the scan receptionists need better training and better management. I would say however that the GP area receptionists and the front desk receptionists are very nice and very helpful so I have no issues with them.

I had a really positive experience at this clinic while receiving support for endometriosis and adenomyosis. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and compassionate. The care I received was thorough and reassuring, and I finally felt listened to and taken seriously. The clinic environment was calm and supportive, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. I’m so grateful for the help and understanding I’ve received here, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking specialist care for women’s health conditions

I can’t recommend David highly enough. I went in feeling 'off' and he was able to confirm that exactly how I was feeling was reflected directly in my blood tests. It was such a relief to have my symptoms validated by the data rather than feeling like it was all in my head. He explained the results clearly and started a treatment plan that has been life-changing. I’m now feeling in great health, with a huge boost in my motivation and overall energy. If you want a doctor who connects the dots and gets real results, David is the one to see.

The care and professionalism I received during my appointments and surgery was second to none. I had a few appointments before my Genioplasty was carried out and all my appointments were on time. I was quite nervous going into surgery but the team were great and helped to keep me calm. After the surgery my healing and care was smooth and I made a speedy recovery. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Miles, his skill and experise are evident from the great results that were achieved.

Not only his professionalism as a surgeon but also his ability to explain everything in detail and have the time to really make his patients feel at ease. As a parent of a teenage daughter he really understood what are anxieties and concerns were and he spent time to consider all of this. Mr Silk is a credit to his profession and to the hospital and we could not thank him enough for all his support through our daughters journey.

Mr Macleod recommended and undertook my treatment - resulting in the best possible outcome for my broken arm and damaged shoulder. He was professional, polite and also just did that little bit extra which made all the difference during my treatment and to my overall experience in what was a stressful and difficult time. I can’t recommend (or thank) him highly enough, and feel the end result would have been different (less movement/less pain, etc.) if I had seen a different consultant.

Dr Singh was very empathetic and immediately put my daughter at ease. I have never seen her speak so openly about her acne with anyone except her Mum! Dr Singh's explanation of the different treatment options were very clear, and she explained very clearly why she had chosen one over the other. She also followed the appointment up, checking in with us to see how the treatment is going. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to other parents of teens with skin problems.

The Holep procedure carried out by Matthew Liew has been a complete success. From suffering with urinary hesitation and retention I am now able to lead a completely normal life only needing to visit the toilet every 2 to 3 hours. Within 6 weeks of surgery I was urinating freely with no hesitation and the fear of searching out toilet facilities gone completely. The whole surgical experience from initial consultation to post operative appointments has been exemplary.
