I had a very positive experience with Professor Hull. He listened carefully, explained the likely cough hypersensitivity process clearly, and gave practical advice without overcomplicating the treatment. The Atrovent inhaler has helped significantly, especially at night. My cough is now much better controlled, and I feel more confident about managing the remaining symptoms. I also appreciated the referral to Dr Julia Selby for cough modulation therapy, which I hope to pursue. Overall, the consultation was professional, reassuring and very helpful.
Professor Hull was a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor at my appointments. He took the time to understand my challenges and investigate these in detail. Once the results came back, he explained these in a way that was easy for me to understand. Following this, the next steps were also explained very clearly to me. Overall, the experience was great and I felt very reassured!
I identify Prof James Hull as a specialist to support my daughter with a breathing issue. As an endurance cyclist we were at a loss as to the reasoning behind it and how to resolve it. Prof Hull is extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified EILO and potential PoTs. We attend a lab test which confirmed the diagnosis and my daughter is now receiving specialist physio. Excellent service and I would highly recommend Prof James Hull

I had a consultation and a CPET test with Prof James Hull and his team. I was really impressed with the practice. Very professional, really appreciated the way everything was explained in a clear way, I never felt rushed.
Dr Hull recommended taking Lyfnua getapixant for my persistent cough. The results have been fantastic, stopping my cough at night time and reducing my cough during the day by 80%.
Prof Hull is an international expert on asthma and has been an invaluable source of advice in managing complex patients with asthma and unexplained breathlessness. His expertise in managing international athletes gives him a unique insight that is invaluable particularly in younger, active patients. I have known him for over 20 years and he is a first rate clinician whom I would gladly ask to look after myself or my family.
