Prof Hull always listen to my problems and we discuss how things are going and how I am coping. . We also discussed how the change in medication is helping and my test results.

I was referred to Professor Hull with Complex Dyspnea after being seen by a Haematologist, Cardiologist and Pulmonologist. My blood gas levels were abnormal but my organs were in great condition so everyone was a little confused. Professor Hull accurately called out what the issue was in the first consultation, sent me for tests to confirm it and set me up with air physiotherapy all within a two week period! His bedside manner is fantastic as he listens very carefully to you and doesn't make snap judgments. He is happy to explain clearly what is happening without condescending you and is happy to share and explain results making you feel fully informed and part of the process. His team are also lovely and efficient and the Air Physiotherapist I was referred to is also fantastic. Grateful for the speed and quality of service I have received after a lot of uncertainty previously. Can't recommend him and his colleagues enough.

Dr James Hull was very thorough in resolving my original issue. He also went above and beyond his responsibility to ensure findings (not related to my original issue) were followed up and resolved as appropriate. I saw Dr Hull face to face twice and also had an emergency phone call with him. He was always on time, and the emergency call was scheduled within 24 hours (when he was actually off sick with Covid). Prior to going for a range of tests he was clear what they might show and the various options as a result. He explained the results very clearly and was patient when I had questions. He listened well, and remembered what I had said previously. A very good experience in all and highly recommended.
