I had a cardiac stress MRi and Dr Castiello and assistants were very reassuring , professional and empathic throughout the whole procedure.
Staff were particularly courteous the radiologist kind and efficient. The appointment within five minutes of stated time.
An email was received from Marris Medical the morning of the appointment with the wrong time and referring to one of the clinical team as opposed to the treating surgeon. This was clearly in error and the surgeons PA was able to reassure me. There are no bottled water/coffee/tea facilities and on a hot day over 30 degrees a tap provided warm water only. As we are paying substantial fees for the overall service, perhaps this could be improved.

I would greatly appricite ifyou could please provide your details by emailing us on info@marrismedical.co.uk , this is to give us the oppurtunity to address the raised issue more effectively. However there is no water tap available within our clinic as we do provide tea and coffe and other beverages to our patients. As indicated in the previous questions and my answers to them I can't think of anything additional to tell you. As it was a hot day I suppose it might have been nice to have had cold water available in your reception area.
Plesant, clean, professional service. The MRi was state of the Art. The Radiographer put me at ease, and had a good sense of humour, which helped no end.
Dr Bhaskar and his team were extremely professional, but also cheerful. This attitude made me very much at ease throughout my procedure. Thank you so much.
