This pain as been a on going thing since my accident and in poor show as to how long it's taken to get to you. This sums most of the literal problem. And the overall view of the nervous links from neck pain to under arm pain and the back area that urve just worked on to make to try to link all this together so I can see sence of it all. I had laparoscopy surgery in July 2025 to remove endometriosis and to investigate other pain I had been experiencing. Upon meeting Jennifer she instantly made me feel at ease. She thoroughly went through my medical history both before on telephone conversation then face to face upon arrival at the Pines Hospital. The whole procedure was disscused with inckuding any concerns about having the Roux en Y versus the gastric sleeve. We opted for the Gastric sleeve to be done because of past kidney operation and heart complications. Herself and the anaesthetist explained full the procedure and options avaikabke to me a d untably left the decison to myself were i opted for the gastric sleeve. I must say the care and precision of fhe whole operation as been excellent. Jennifer is a lovely surgeon who makes you feel at ease, imformative and excellent bedside manner. Couldnt of wished for a better surgeon to look after me and the whole team at Pines. I would certainly recommend the facilities and care of everyone here. Last year I had the cataract in my right eye removed in Moorfields Private Eye Clinic. The consultant, Mr Vincenzo Maurino, was calm, professional and very kind. He immediately put me at ease. I felt strongly I could place complete trust in his care. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was handled with such skill and reassurance. A few months ago, when my optician told me that I needed the cataract removed in my left eye, I didn’t have any hesitation and booked an appointment with Mr Maurino at Moorfields. Once again, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Everyone on the staff was so good and helpful. The nurses were very kind, efficient and thoughtful. They even offered tea and biscuits afterwards (perhaps the best biscuits I’ve ever had)! Very soon after the surgery, my vision has improved so much that the world has become clearer. I am very grateful for the wonderful treatment I received.

I arrived at the appointed time, checked in with the receptionist given forms to complete which I completed & handed back to the receptionist, after waiting half an hour passed my appointment time I was still waiting to be seen, eventually my partner asked a male nurse if Mr Patel was running late, and we were told that we were the next to be seen, when we were invited in to see Mr Pater he was very apologetic for keeping us waiting saying that there had been an administrative error whereby he had been told that I hadn’t arrived for my appointment, Mr Patel commented that he thought that was strange as the paperwork I had compieted on my arrival was on his desk. So he realised that I was there but nobody had apparently bothered to check.

I attended the Centre to have a procedure to remove a cataract. The staff were so friendly and efficient,I was immediately put at ease. The procedure was carried out and I was taken to the recovery room to have a cup of tea ,followed by an explanation of use of eye drops. The receptionist also contacted my nephew who was coming to collect me. I had a follow-up call the next day. Thank you to everyone who looked after me.
