Today I came to the practice to visit Dr Andy Brown. I was initially quite nervous however every member of staff was so welcoming and comforting. Upon entering I was greeted by the front of house and offered a hot drink. The waiting room was soothing and I didn’t have to wait very long before the nurse called me in. I expressed my concerns and worries and Dr Andy talked me through all off them and really reassured me. He gave me options and explained them all thoroughly as well as giving me advice on what I need. I highly recommend going to him.

I was referred to Nephrology as my creatinine levels were significant high in various test during the last 1 2 months and also as part of other illness. Dr Brincat was amazing explaining all related to my consultation, help me to get any test required the same day I visited in person and then the same week we had a follow up appointment where he explained the results and next steps. Not only very efficient time response, but also the kindness and professionalism explaining and making sure I understood what was happening.

Dr Arani Sridhar

What can I say. Dr Sridhar is absolutely amazing. He listens to everything you say, lets you ask any questions you may have and gives you the time to understand and process everything. My little boy absolutely loves him. Dr Sridhar has really looked after my son and made sure the whole family was supported during a very challenging time . He prescribed the right medication that my son needed and given my son his life back. We will always be grateful to Dr Sridhar. He is somewhat of a super hero in our household!

Dr Karolina Afors is highly skilled and took plenty of time to read through my pages and pages of notes at our first appt. After being dismissed by other doctors, she was a breath of fresh air with lots of ideas, and she was invested in helping me get my life back from pain. The medicines she has prescribed me for my endometriosis have changed my life and she always has a range of suggestions for symptom management of many conditions. Cannot recommend her enough. I've got my life back with her help.

My visit was well organised and on time. Dr Hari Jayaram has a very friendly, pleasant manner. He is highly professional and caring. I trust him to take care of my precious sight and eyes. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His secretary is also very pleasant and extremely efficient. I received the notice of my next appointment and a copy of the report of my visit, before I arrived home. I’m also very impressed by the way both Dr Jayaram and his secretary seem to know each patient well.

In general, their service is excellent and easy to navigate. The only minor inconvenience is a small systems organisation issue. Data collection forms are sent as soon as follow-up appointments are scheduled (6 months in advance), and so the information would be out of date if completed at this stage. A workaround is to email for a new form link shortly before the appointment date, and to their credit they are always happy to comply with this.

I had a raised spot on my arm which was diagnosed as actinic keratosis- precancerous cells. GP recommend cream but didn’t want to use due to side effects. Dr Gupta was very professional and had a very caring and kind disposition. She used cryotherapy on the area which was only mildly uncomfortable for a few seconds and then checked the rest of my body for me. Thoroughly recommend and have booked my husband for a body check! Thank you ☺️

I came in to have my catheter removed and have a twok . This went well, the catheter removal was painless , and the first passing of water was amazing , best for 15 or more years . Overall my treatment with mr Bhat has been a very positive experience, he has been very reassuring and pleasent to deal with the whole journey. Can’t wait for my full recovery and spending so less time in the toilet !

I would highly rate not only my visit today with Mr Gowda but the whole hip replacement process, which for me was very daunting never having had any kind of surgery at all in my 69 years, save for wisdom teeth removal. He was professional and courteous and I felt in very safe and knowledgeable hands. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Gowda to anyone contemplating hip replacement surgery.

I had a partial knee replacement operation in Feb 2025 by Dr Farrar, and I can highly recommend Dr Farrar as my experience of the whole pre-operation, the op itself and post-operation physio was first class. Six months after the operation I was back playing golf and also back playing walking football weekly, and I hardly have any sign of the scar from the surgery.
