From my introduction to Dr Rosser through to my discharge and return to full health, I have had only the very best care and treatment. My coronary artery desease was diagnosed in 2019 and we attempted an urgent angiplasty to stent the arteries. It was not a success so bypass surgery was undertaken in January 2020. After 12 months I had some failure in the minor grafts, for which Dr Rosser rassured me we would fix by stents. In September 2021 I underwent a very successful angioplasty with 3 stents inserted and full blood flow returned. Since then my health has returned to full strength, with hiking and cycling forming a huge part of my life. In 2025 I trekked to Everest Base Camp at 5640meters, with Dr Rosser's encouragement. He encourages all patients to live full lives. Dr Rosser, didn't just safe my life, he restored it! He is the best!

I attended Mr Dowen's clinic today and the service I received was absolutely fantastic. Mr Dowen organised my imaging before I even attended and then promptly saw me in person. Mr Dowen was extremely professional during the history taking and examination part of the consultation and ensured I was comfortable and not in pain throughout. I also appreciated him asking me about the impact my symptoms were having on me and what my key concerns and challenges were. He explained my diagnosis in a way I could understand and then provided a detailed explanation of how best to manage it, as well as what to look out for which may warrant a return to clinic. The support at the very beginning when I was accessing the service was excellent - the person I first communicated with was helpful, gentle and kind. I felt able to ask questions and to access the support on my own terms. Getting a regular appointment that suited my needs and schedule was also easy - as a single parent, I really appreciate the flexibility. The portal took a little bit of getting used to but here too, lots of friendly support was available. The counsellor I speak to weekly is just brilliant. They are flexible and kind, and our relationship has evolved according to my needs. It's genuinely changed my life, and I couldn't be more grateful.

We received an excellent level of care and support. The doctor was able to assess my daughter and provide a diagnosis on the same day, which brought us much-needed clarity and reassurance after a very difficult few weeks. They were incredibly supportive, gentle and sensitive with my daughter, taking the time to explain clearly what was happening in a way that she could understand without feeling frightened or overwhelmed. We felt listened to throughout. The offer to support us further, including attending a video call with her school to help plan her return, was above and beyond what we expected and made us feel we were not navigating this alone.

Tony performed a very complex robotic myomectomy and endometriosis excision. There were 10 fibroids present the largest of which was 14 x 14 cm. Before I was referred to Tony I was really worried about what all of this would mean for my fertility but I left the surgery with great outcomes with my fertility preserved and am now feeling better than I have in a very long time. Tony took the time to explain everything in great detail and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are doing well. The consultant was very reassuring throughout. The teams, medical and physio, came across as calm, competent and professional. The nurses and reception staff at the hospital were friendly, calm and professional not just to me, the patient, but to my wife as well. Recovery after the procedure was less daunting than I feared it would be, the pain experienced was less than I feared it might be, and the rehab process has been every bit as easy as I was told it might be. I couldn’t fault Dr Edi-Osagie’s care. After being told I had no fertility issues I was still unable to get pregnant until I went to have a consultation with Dr Edi-Osagie. I felt really listened to, Dr Edi-Osagie made a plan to optimise my fertility including a hysteroscopy and medication to treat the PCOS he had identified. I was really struggling when I first saw Dr Creer and frustrated that I was not making progress with the NHS. He immediately provided me with a likely diagnosis. After various tests the diagnosis was confirmed and I was sent for physiotherapy which has been very successful.. Dr Creer has a brisk manor but he was very good at explaining things and I am very grateful for his diagnosis.

I met with Mr Chitsabesan on the 12 Feb 2026. I talked him through my history of the issues I have been having he examined me and then he talked through we he thinks is going on. We then discussed what the best form of action would be and he gave me some exercises and advice for certain scenarios. He then said we will meet again in a couple of months to discuss how it’s going.

Very easy to sign up and start and all the staff have been lovely.i thought it was too late for me but they have a lot of customers over 50! and I didn't seem to bother them at all which was lovely.
