No problems with the medical teatment. Not sure why I was sent an invoice for medications some days after the treatment. It would have been much easier to pay in the hospital on the day. The invoice doesn't say if you can pay by card by phone or on line. This is a basic service these days. The menu offered for kosher food was limited and most of the items marked as being available weren't. If you're going to offer this service then you need to make sure you have available what you are offering - this is the private wing and one is paying for additional levels of service - not provided here.

I visited Dr Shalabi several times over a nine month period. He was always very kind and professional, really listened, and happy to give advice and guidance whenever I needed it. His overall manner was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable and trust that he could help me. My Endoscopy with him went really well and he took care to explain everything clearly both before and during the procedure. I can't thank him enough for getting me from a place where I could barely eat or drink, to now being mostly back to 'normal'.

Dr Koa-Wing takes time to listen carefully and then explain what is happening in the heart, where the issue is, in clear terms which are easy to understand. This was my last appointment with him and the whole experience has been really good. Thorough tests, really good communication during treatment, and reassuring in manner,, which is what is needed when you're so poorly. This appointment was no different. Even though I'm recovered, the care and communication was just as good.

My appointment was as pleasant and smooth as it could have been, the consultant i saw was extremely helpful, thorough and pleasant, i couldn’t have asked to see a nicer doctor. The Ali do Wing reception staff were friendly enough, but I had the impression that they were all rather “busy”.
