Mr Gleeson replaced my left knee just over a year ago because I could no longer enjoy walking and skiing in the Alps. My physio had recommended that I go to see him as 'he knows everything there is to know about knees'. Before I had the operation, we had a long chat to make sure that I knew what could go wrong and that I was going to have to work hard to regain full fitness. The operation went very well and I had excellent physio afterwards. It was reassuring to have the physios pushing me to work through the pain. 10 months after the surgery I did a multiday hike in Switzerland and could walk downhill for hours with none of the pain which had been coming on for years! I'm now looking forward to an off piste skiing trip next month. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Gleeson. He obviously did an amazing job on my knee and he was very kind and caring through the whole experience.

I arrived at 8.50 for a 9 am appointment. Was taken for a urine test which was irrelevant to why I was there and I never saw any results of. At 9.01 I saw the Dr arriving in the clinic. I was told she had a telephone appointment. At 9.15 I saw a patient leave her consulting room and was eventually seen. Despite having filled out the pre questionaire with my medication Dr Carulli couldn't find it but instead wanted to go through them. But then in her covering letter to my GP missed out significant ones like statins. Dr Carulli listed herself as a specialist in Osteoporosis but didn't seem to know a lot - at one point asking why there were two scores in my DEXA scan (one is the T score one is the z score a WEB MD search can tell you that...).

De Holden has done more than she knows. She has been the first doctor that has listened to me and made me not only feel heard but also like I’m a whole person not a group of symptoms and issues with no end in sight. Dr Holden has a lovely manner about her and actually cares about her patients. The whole process was simple and the best decision I have made. I now need to work on a more in depth action plan to more forward with but know I can go back and get help to more forward if needed. This appointment helped me more than any medication could. It gave me my sense of self and not like I was making it all up. I wholly 100% recommend Dr Holden if you are struggling with joint pain because she cares and that is unfortunate rare today

I recently saw Mr Sedra for coccyx pain. At my consultation he was very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. After referring me for an MRI it was confirmed that I had coccydynia, which is indeed what Mr Sedra had initially suspected. Throughout the whole process I’ve found Mr Sedra to be very pleasant, professional and kind. He always listens with care. The steroid injection went really well but I had more pain than anticipated due to factors beyond Mr Sedra’s control and Mr Sedra and his team were very supportive during that time. Mr Sedra’s office team have always been extremely kind, helpful and very efficient at managing appointments and all communication. Thank you!

My experience of the appointment with Mr Tavares was excellent. I have one comment on the health questionnaire I was asked to complete after the appointment and before I left the hospital. Many of the questions had a 'yes' and 'no' box at the side. Instructions at the start would have been helpful as to whether the correct answer should be ticked or circled or the incorrect answer deleted. Later on, under specific questions, directions were given to circle the correct answer. I raised the issue with the staff at the desk and they indicated that the best way of commenting was on the review form.

Overall a good experience except the wait time for the report. The clinicians were professional and friendly. The administration staff were also professional and helpful. The reports are very thorough, clear and professional. The report was over 4 weeks past the date it was expected / had been told. This proved to be extremely stressful. For me it would have been better to advertise a longer wait time and deliver it sooner rather than the other way around. Of course I accept that delays can occur. Overall a good experience and would recommend. Thank you.

I have recently undergone a long course of treatment which included several fillings, and one that ended up needing to a root canal treatment resulting in a crown thereafter. Being a fairly anxious dental patient i was a bit stressed but really didnt need to be as all went well. Staff were friendly and helpful and on the odd occasion that appointents ran late they would communicate this well. Levi my dentist was very calm and professional through all my appointments and put my ease.

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. Thank you.

Over the last 15 or so years, having had a number of treatments and surgeries in various medical specialities, I would not go anywhere other than the London Independent Hospital. They always have world class doctors in all specialities at the hospital, the staff are amazing, the nurses experienced and empathetic. I hope never to visit a hospital again, but if I do need treatment, the London Independent Hospital is at the top of my list.

He explained to me what has gone wrong, what needs to be done and the exact process of what he will do. He was very knowledgeable and ensured that I understood everything clearly. Mr Pavier is excellent in his field. He has a lovely sense of humour which put me at ease. I saw him for a Morton’s Neuroma problem that was badly operated on by a previous surgeon. My foot is finally free from the MN pain due to Julian’s expertise in decompression. I really don’t know what I would done had I not found Julian. I can’t thank him enough for all his help and kindness.

I was seen late because apparently they'd fitted somebody else in before me . . . My Consultant had specified an Echo with Contrast but when I mentioned this to the member of staff, who was just about to start the treatment, he said it wasn't necessary to have the Contrast I didn't see Dr Kennon that day but it was him who requested the Echo with Contrast at a previous appointment

Mr Kostalas is a wonderful man, who realised the challenges I'd had with a large hiatus hernia, and acid reflex for many years, and was determined to help me to have a better life. It has taken about 2.5yrs to solve, but he has championed for me through that time, and finally I had a hernia repair/partial fundoplication, which has made such a difference.

Dr Cavill is the most thorough doctor Ive ever had for my me/cfs/long covid and I have seen multiple me/cfs specialists. Her work ethic for my case despite most doctors not wanting to touch it has shown a real care that she has for her patients and also getting to the bottom of complex problems. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
