Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

Absolutely 5star experience everytime at this wonderful private practice. The service, the time given to you and the kindness and knowledge of the amazing doctors is just second to none. We have been using the team for 5 years now and haven’t looked back since switching to a private GP service. Dr Akan especially is incredible and such a nice guy. He has helped us so much over the years and is always available for support if needed. The wards in the spire hospital are very nice and comfortable. All the staff including the catheters were very helpful, especially the two nurses who took care of me, very caring looked after all my needs. Dr Riyaz Somani has very good bed side manors, he explained the operation procedure very well then he came and saw me again after the operation to let me know how it went with no problems. He then explained what I should do to help with my recovery, then asked me if I had any questions. Very happy with my experience at the spire hospital for Nottingham.

I have been visiting the clinic for many years for injectables (Botox, Profhilo, Mesotherapy) and other skin care treatments (HIFU, Microneedling) and cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Kubicka and the rest of the team. They are utmost professionals and a very welcoming. I am given a personalised plan to ensure I have the best treatments for my skin and age. Appointments are never rushed, which I love. If I have any questions, relating to a treatment I haven't yet had, they always have the time to discuss. Highly recommend and will continue to return.

Visit was in Luton and Dunstable hospital. I have arrived early for appointment and seen straight away by nurse on duty for first checks.( hight/weight). Then Doctors Gyampoh has seen me for a verbal consultation explained process regarding my concern regarding the condition and scan on the day. After that scan took place with another Doctor. After that Dr. Gyampoh thoroughly have explained my scan,outcome, options and process going forward. Great experience thank you very much. Keep up the good work and experience with patience.

The staff were so kind and helped me to relax when I went for egg collection. The Embryo transfer was a beautiful moment and they ensured it was marked with a photo of the embryo being transferred and a hand written card. Unfortunately, our first transfer was unsuccessful but I know we are in safe hands for our next steps. The admin team in particular have been amazing - responsive, sensitive and friendly. Scheduled physio after knee replacement was excellent and good news as I had been doing all my exercises at home. The physiotherapist was very pleased with me and took my crutches away from me. The team at Spencer Margate managed to co-ordinate this visit with seeing my surgeon as I had a query about my new knee which resulted in all clear verdict until my next appointment with the surgeon (Mr Slack) and my next physio nearer Christmas.
