I had an incredibly positive experience at Delamere and I’m very grateful for my time there which has been transformative. The programme is extremely well structured and thoughtfully designed - a really well-rounded mix of therapy, group work, education and peer support. The staff are kind, dedicated and create a safe, supportive environment where real change feels possible. I want to give special thanks to Mark, my therapist, and Gary, my mentor. Their honesty and approach made a huge difference to my recovery. I felt seen, challenged in the right ways, and supported to build real clarity and confidence. I made meaningful progress and left feeling stronger, clearer and had regained hope for the future. The only area I feel could be improved is the level of psychiatric support. During my stay, patients were offered one 15-minute appointment with the psychiatrist, which felt brief especially for those with more complex mental health needs. I would have valued more collaboration and communication around medication decisions. Strengthening this aspect of care would make an already excellent programme even better. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for my time at Delamere and would definitely recommend the centre to others seeking recovery support.

I had nerve root block injections done by Dr Ram, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the very first appointment, Dr Ram took the time to really listen to my symptoms and explain the procedure in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. The injections themselves were handled with incredible skill and care under local sedation..Dr Ram and the team were calm, reassuring, and professional the entire time. The procedure was much smoother than I expected, It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine compassion, but Dr.Ram does exactly that. I had a rotator cuff tear repair 12 months ago. Operation was a complete success and I now have full movement in my shoulder joint. I followed Mr Hussain’s instructions to the letter and religiously did the exercises as instructed by the physiotherapist post op. It was tough at first but worth the pain and inconvenience having been restricted for several years. Mr Hussain managed my expectations, explained the options clearly and listened to my concerns. Nev Davies was diligent in his approach to assessing the cause of my knee pain. Following X-Rays and MRI scans he diagnosed the issue and recommended a course of treatment which was 100% successful. Nev's communication is friendly and clear. All consultations were communicated back to my regular GP through clinic summary letters. I have nothing but absolute praise for Nev's work and I will certainly seek him out if I need to consult on any knee issue in the future.

I had a really good experience with Gervais at the clinic. I came for some pain on my neck and right leg and he is been very kind and patient, explained me always everything he was doing and in a couple of sessions i started feeling better by session 3 all the pain was gone! I was referred by my Opticians to have Cataract surgery as my vision, especially at night, was deteriorating. I was given a choice of Consultants by my Medical Insurers and after reviewing them on line chose Mr Elghalhud. The reception area felt a bit stark, chairs arranged around the walls, tv on the wall, all very open. Pleasant reception staff. Waited literally a minute before being called. The nurses were lovely, friendly and approachable and explained tests etc. Another very short wait to see the consultant.
