I recommend Dr Dipa Jayaseelan, a neurologist, without reservation. I saw her very recently for a parasthesia condition which I had wrongly decided might be a symptom of diabetes. She is self-evidently confident, patient, thorough and seemingly more than happy to take whatever time is necessary to answer your questions and provide explanations which are comprehensive and notably lacking in the over-simplification or condescension that is sometimes a feature of advice proffered by specialist medical consultants. She was prepared to offer a view (subject to scans and blood tests) as to the most likely causes of my condition, and carefully explained the nature, consequences and potential treatment for each possibility. I have no doubt that she had many time and other pressures on her, and may well have been tempted to defer the discussion until results had been obtained, but there was not the slightest hint of any of this. She is a credit to the Cleveland Clinic and the medical profession generally. If you need to consult a neurologist, Dr Jayaseelan is without a doubt amongst the best.

The staff were lovely, so kind and understanding which has been thoroughly appreciated. However, some frustration noted around wait times. While it is appreciated that diagnostics are a lengthy process and take time, I found issues where my assessments were delayed due to Skylight not having all the information from the forms I had already completed, and after submitting my forms I was not told that all of the information had not been received until I reached out and chased my application due to the time frames I was given being overdue. To improve this experience, more communication on what has and hasn’t been received would improve the experience and shorten some people’s wait times, as my wait time was partially increased due to lack of communication over forms I had or hadn’t filled in.

Mr Saleh explained in clear detail exactly what the procedure would be. He has a very pleasant manner, also displaying great patience and consideration as I’m not the easiest person to be around sometimes. The outcome of my deep plane facelift was exceptional - the results far exceeded my expectations. Mr Saleh didn’t over play the potential outcome he offered realistic outcomes but to my delight the results were beyond what I’d hoped far. I’m 4.5 years on from the process but the results have held super well, so on that basis I can only recommend to potential patients to look no further. A deserved 5 star ⭐ from me.

I had an MRI scan of my knee at VitalScan, and the experience was excellent. The staff were very cooperative and explained every step clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The equipment is modern, and the image quality is high and very clear. I also received the report quickly and found it accurate and well-detailed. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the team. I highly recommend Vital Scan for MRI examinations.

Arrived in good time but parking was appalling. No toilet in the temporary scanner, so had to find another in main building. Was a little out of breath in return and was sent straight in. Told to stay still, but was still breathing a little hard which wasn’t taken into account. The staff were pleasant but seemed to give up on me when I couldn’t hear instructions through the headphones (I had been told to wear ear protection buds underneath).

Mr El Gohari is a wonderful man! He has excellent bedside manner and always explains in detail my care, what he has found and how to move forwards. I can’t thank him enough for his care, understanding and for taking my concerns seriously, the only medical professional to do so in over ten years! He supported me considerably with my decision to have a hysterectomy, explaining in detail what would happen and his after care was second to none.

The nursing care was faultless - I could not have asked for a better team of consultant, nurses, doctors, anaesthetist, and physiotherapists. The facilities are top tier (and the food is truly excellent too….a big thank you to the catering staff!). In short, my stay was very comfortable and I felt safe and well looked after throughout. I thought that being asked to arrive at 4pm was too early. All I had to do for the first 2 hours was a 10 minute check-in with the nurse. Then at 6pm onwards I met the consultant. I was third on the list so it was after 8pm before I went in and I hadn't eaten since 11.30am. I just think you could ask people to arrive at 5pm, not 4pm. Nurses friendly. Facility good. Consultant and team excellent. Happy with procedure.

The consultant was rude and confrontational about my need to have postponed previous appointments. These had been given to me on Tuesdays with the the option to change if not convenient. I endeavoured to change some to the Saturday clinic but this was not possible so I missed that month. As it turned out, when I had the last scan in August, the condition had stabalised and this was confirmed again at this appointment.
