I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

I chose galaxy lenses for my cataract surgery and am now very happy with the results. No need whatsoever for any glasses. The staff were all very kind and supportive, along with Mr Hove the surgeon who was quick and efficient with the procedure. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of this procedure to not be anxious, it is quick and painless and though your vision is a little blurry after it doesn't take long to resolve. All the staff I came into contact with today were very kind. At each stage I had an explanation of what would happen next, and they checked in I was ok. Every colleague that spoke to me asked if I had any questions. There was only a few minutes between each stage and the clinic is really comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and professional and I had complete confidence at every stage that I would get accurate results. A big thank you to everyone today.

The only area for improvement is the check-in process - quite often there is a queue of people waiting at reception and the vehicle registration screen is separate to the check-in form, which isn't very efficient. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer coming here despite it being a longer drive than my nearest private hospital because of the great experience I've had previously.

I was self funded and Mr Shepherd took on my case for new hip - other private hospital had turned me away. The operation was done within six weeks as an epidural and all went well. I had 2 nights stay and was treated with professional courtesy from all staff. Mr Shepherd promised me all would be well with no more pain , and so it is. I would recommend Mr Shepherd's team at Nuffield for a procedure.

I have a narrow right ear canal and so was somewhat concerned as to how difficult the 'procedure' might be - but I need not have worried; it was totally pain-free with no discomfort whatsoeve and, as a result, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. I had a full replacement of my right hip on 22/10/2025. Mr Soler and all his team were very professional and kept me informed at every stage of the procedure. All went well , I was warmly received by the reception staff and examined by the nurse prior to the procedure.. Upon departure discharge letter was handed to me as just A4 size without an envelope. This seems to be bit below the high standard of privacy.
