Dr Amro Hassaan was the only doctor who took the trouble to explain what my problem was. I’d been suffering for years with severe headaches which had got to the point they would last for weeks and the pain was unbearable. Dr Hassaan took the time to fully explain all options available to me and completely put my mind at rest. Whenever I visited him I was always warmly greeted and was put at ease. Eventually for me it was decided surgery was the only solution and prior to the surgery date Dr Hassaan took the time to answer all my questions and even called me back once while he was on holiday! The surgery was a success and the aftercare was brilliant, I really felt I was in safe hands. Also want to mention Dr Hassaan’s secretary, Kerry she was wonderful too, she always came back straight away with answers to my questions. He is a true dedicated professional, a gentleman and just the best doctor I have known.

After suffering for so long with my back and terrible leg pain. I eventually had my surgery - more than previously advised - once the multidisciplinary team had reviewed my scans. I was informed of this when I went for my education and training session with the spinal nurse.. I am 2 weeks post op and the difference is huge and clear to see in my face and the way I’m walking I know I need to take my time and not over do it , as I need to heal and recover from years of pain and poor mobility. I’m looking forward to seeing mr sapare on the 10/12/25 at my 6 weeks post op appointment

Dr Karolina Afors is highly skilled and took plenty of time to read through my pages and pages of notes at our first appt. After being dismissed by other doctors, she was a breath of fresh air with lots of ideas, and she was invested in helping me get my life back from pain. The medicines she has prescribed me for my endometriosis have changed my life and she always has a range of suggestions for symptom management of many conditions. Cannot recommend her enough. Mr Smith undertook a trigger thumb release under local anaesthetic. Mr Smith was calming, knowledgeable and efficient , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family members needing upper limb surgery. I had the same procedure a few years ago under a different surgeon. My recovery has been so fast in comparison to my previous surgery, possibly due to dissolvable stitches, I cannot believe how fast I am recovering.

Miss Summerhayes is fantastic. She is very reassuring, friendly and knowledgeable. She has a terrific bedside manner, which eased the strss of my cancer treatment. Lyn Corlass keeps the process running smoothly and has always gone the extra mile to ensure that there was minimal waiting time for tests, treatments and appointments. Over all, they have made a very difficult time, much easier to deal with.

Downstairs work being done to the building. Noisy and lots of stuff/materials over the waiting room floor. I found the whole experience poor considering this is a private paying surgery. I understand the work needs to be done, however for a patient it is not ideal by a long shot. Not a relaxing atmosphere or acceptable. This is the second time I have been and the same building work being done.
