Mr Kelleher took care of me privately for my pregnancy, and I was absolutely blown away by the truly exceptional care he provided. After a number of disappointing experiences in my NHS care, my partner and I made the decision to go private. It is the best money we have ever spent. As a surgical doctor, I researched very carefully who to choose, and I am so delighted that we chose Mr Kelleher. My first consultation was at around 24 weeks. He is an expert in the field and made me and my partner feel very confident, answering all our questions with evidence to back it up. His secretary Amanda and midwife Rebecca are also very helpful, responsive and polite. I was tossing up whether to go for the antenatal package or just C-section/ delivery package, however I would recommend being seen antenatally as I developed preeclampsia and this was promptly identified by Mr Kelleher in clinic using the most up to date blood tests (sFlt-1/PlGF ratio - important as my other tests were negative for preeclampsia, other doctors did not seem to know about this test). He was easily and directly contactable at all times, rather this being delegated to another person. He promptly arranged admission at around 33 weeks, where I had excellent care. He monitored me very closely, and when I also developed obstetric cholestasis he quickly intervened at the perfect moment for both me and my baby to deliver my healthy baby boy. The C section was done without complication and I have been left with an excellent scar. My post delivery course was complicated by ongoing high blood pressure, which began to reach concerning levels. Mr Kelleher stayed late into the night to control my blood pressure, arranging for admission to the High Dependency Unit. After 6 days, I was discharged home and made a full recovery. I truly believe that if I hadn't gone private under Mr Kelleher and had remained under the NHS, or chose another surgeon who was not as diligent, myself and/ or my son would not have made it. I would recommend him without hesitation, and in fact have done so with my friends who are expecting. He is an outstanding obstetrician.

I had a very good first visit to Harley Hearing and wish I had known about and visited this practice when I first had hearing problems 25 years ago! Now I feel very grateful to the senior clinician whom I saw. She put me at ease immediately and she understood the problems I had been having with my current hearing aids. She gave me a hearing test and explained clearly to me the reasons for the loss and suggested a maker that would be able to supply a hearing aid which would give me much improved hearing. I trust her judgment and look forward to wearing my new aids. All the staff were friendly and kind and supportive and, having had experience of both NHS and other private audiologists, I can recommend this practice unreservedly.

I reached out to Nadira at one of the hardest times of my life and literally had no support/help from her whatsoever. As she continually reminds everyone she is a full time mother and a full time NHS GP I don’t understand how she thinks she has the time to open a menopause clinic as she has shown me. Takes weeks to reply to any correspondence. Also she certainly has NHS GP mentality on any HRT. She has no up to date knowledge and is very nervous and unsure whilst in a consultation with her. She quoted lots of things that were wrong and outdated as new evidence has suggested. I would not waste your money and go to Menopause specialist who is only doing this full time.

Very friendly staff from the reception team to the nurses, xray chap , Michelle , basically everyone who attended to us was lovely and friendly. Everything like clockwork, all the details and plan broken down and thorough explanation each detail of the of the plan going forward. Ir seems like a cente of excellence This creates a positive feeling of good vibes snd safe hands for a young fella going in for an operation Parking 20 feet from the front door is also a massive bonus for anyone using crutch’s for first time or those with restricted mobility m. Another plus . I would definitely recommend this hospital to friends

My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. He listens fully, without rushing. Explains clearly, without condescension. His presence is both grounded and quietly reassuring, the kind that makes you exhale without realising you were holding your breath. I left feeling like I’d been treated as a whole person, not just a case. Genuinely cared for, deeply at ease and the issue that brought me in was fully resolved. Highly recommended.

The reception staff were very warm and welcoming and brought me a cup of coffee Dr Dickenson was as usual very warm and welcoming.. She fully discussed the way forward and proceeded to inject the requested skin filler on my face By the following day when it had settled I was absolutely delighted with the results . I have visited the Coogan Clinic now for over 3 years since arriving in Eastbourne.. Dr Dickenson is wonderful —highly skilled and experienced and very reassuring .. I went to have my operation dressing removed and the consultant mr paver to check the wounds to make sure he’s happy with the results he was totally happy he said it’s the best results he’s seen for a long time with my second toe correction he’s extremely happy and so am I I haven’t seen my foot look so good in a long long time and the fact I’ve not really had any pain after this surgery is a miracle but I’ve done as I’m told and kept it elevated as I was told too for the first 2 weeks and just shows how much difference that makes
