Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ashley was charming, instantly putting us at ease, involving my daughter with everything she was doing and making it a fun experience. With regards to my appointment, Ashley was very informative, ensuring I had time to ask questions and I left assured I was in highly capable hands. All the equipment was state of the art and I now have ultimate confidence in my dental routine. Easily the most professional and positive dental visit I have had, I would thoroughly recommend Chapter One and will be signing up to one of their care plans for my family.

I was visiting to discuss long term cough for which I have recently been taking Omeprazole for which I tried for a month but after stopping the medication the cough came back so my doctor referred me for tests. The doctor asked about my symptoms and discussed likely causes and told my about the camera test they could do to try and understand if there was any serious underlying problem. We discussed what might happen in the unlikely event that some sort of surgery might be necessary but also that staying on the medication would be the best solution if that has worked and no the results of the test show no serious problems. It was a very informative conversation

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout
