As a Nervous patient about to have an Extraction..I was sitting In the waiting room Dreading every second The Receptionist was very nice and made me feel at ease Then after a very short wait ..the time had come for me to face my Fears.. As I sat in the chair the procedure was explained to me in full and the Dentist really made me feel Comfortable and at ease .. The first Extraction had taken place without me even being aware ..so no pain whatsoever Time for the second Extraction.. The Dentist asked me to rinse my mouth And I promise the second Extraction had already been carried out without me being aware ..completely pain free ..the dentist advised me that she should carry out a filling to another one of my teeth ..I was a bit reluctant..she cleaned the area and what I can only describe as her massaging the affected tooth the filling was carried out successfully.. I have a follow on Appointment in January And can Honestly say ..im looking forward to it Oh and to add ...when the Anesthetic wore off I experienced no pain or Discomfort whatsoever..and less than 24 hours later I sat down and enjoyed hot coffee With no Discomfort.... I can't thank you enough for your Treatment..and after 64 years ..im no longer a Nervous Patient Thank you

I recently had an L4/L5 XLIF spinal fusion performed by Mr. Kazzaz, and I’m very happy with the outcome. Before the surgery, I was struggling with ongoing leg pain that affected my day-to-day life. From my first consultation, Mr. Kazzaz was professional, kind, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and well cared for throughout the process. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been excellent. My pain and nerve symptoms have improved significantly, and I feel much more comfortable and can’t believe how much more I feel like my old self. I’m very grateful for Mr. Kazzaz’s skill, expertise, and genuine care. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering spinal surgery. I cannot leave a review for the wonderful Mr Kazzaz without mentioning his Secretary Vanda! The combined team made me feel heard and supported and Vanda made sure my concerns and questions were answered quickly and I was always reassured that there is no such thing as a silly question.

I have visited St Joseph’s a number of times for consultations and have always had a good experience. However as a day case today there was quite a wait for the appointment to begin. It was uncomfortable in the waiting area with a cold draught blowing in through sliding doors. The letter stated the admission was at 5pm but were only called in at 5.40pm. The procedure went well and the nurses/assistants were very friendly. The facility was clean and clutter free. However the consultant then went into this busy waiting area and informed my relative, who accompanied me, with the results of the procedure in front of other patients and staff. This was highly inappropriate and the hospital needs to ensure there are private areas to discuss medical information in future. For a privately paying service one would expect there to be better controls and more discretion to be provided for medical procedures.

Staff are amazing and caring, the problem is not enough staff, only 2 at a time on dementia unit. When they are assisting someone in their room there are no staff to keep an eye on residents in rest of unit. These residents have little understanding of their behaviour or instructions, have poor mobilty and coordination. Myself, as a visitor has had to intervene on several occasions to prevent falls or fighting, and I witnessed other visitors doing the same. This is not my job. I can't fault what the staff do, they go above and beyond and do their best, the issue is understaffing. I'm not making these comments to cause trouble but because I have concerns about safeguarding and feel that all is needed is more appropriate staffing levels. There should also be a male carer on at all times for male residents, and always the same group of staff for familiarity.

I first met Mr Petrine after being diagnosed with lung cancer. The meeting was to discuss the way forward and options available to me. The choices were surgery, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. From the beginning Mr Petrine was very honest with me and highlighted the pros and cons of each option due to pre existing health conditions. Surgery had certain risks involved, but Mr Petrini gave me the confidence to decide that I wanted surgery. Six days after meeting Mr Petrini I had the surgery and I am pleased to say due to his impeccable skills the operation was a great success. After surgery Mr Petrini contacted my wife with updates and she was also able to have direct contact with him if there was any concerns that may have arisen during my recovery. I have no hesitation to highly recommend Mr Petrini.

I had a number of appointments to see Mr Warr at the Nuffield, and it was always administered well and on time. On the day of the surgery there was initially some confusion on which hospital room I was assigned to but that was cleared up fairly quickly - it was 7am so perhaps a beginning of shift handover issue. The nurses were caring, professional, attentive and very friendly before and after the operation. The anaesthetist visited and was very clear explaining the process, friendly and reassuring. A very good experience. I also appreciated that my parents could be with me before the operation as I'm quite young and not used to being in hospital. Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

I was struggling to get a face to face appoinment with my NHS GP. Filling out their triage forms where tick boxes didn’t cover half my symptoms and not enough room in the comments to describe my issues and concerns was getting me nowhere. So I decided to go private. Daleswood was recommended to me by a friend. I was happy to pay for a 30min consultation where I could go through the history and symptoms I was experiencing. It was well worth it, blood tests were recommended and a diagnosis made that explained all the symptoms not just one or two. I was so relieved to finally have been listened to and believed. Not just told ‘we only deal with one thing at a time’

The reception was not particularly efficient. I’d paid for the consultation in advance but asked for payment. I did have to pay for blood tests & waited 25 minutes because the receptionist was unable to transfer the amount from the laptop to the card machine. The dryer in the first floor toilet was broken but no hand towels were provided to dry my hands. It was the same exactly a week earlier. I also received numerous text messages & emails most were repetitive & caused confusion as several arrived the same day. The saving grace was thankfully the clinical staff were friendly & efficient.

I attended MWH Clinic and had consultations with Ms Latthe & an ultrasound scan performed by Dr Balogun. Ms Latthe was fantastic and thoroughly addressed my health concerns - I felt very reassured. I would definitely return to Ms Latthe if I required any surgical treatment in the future. Dr Balogun was so lovely and very kind. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout & her assistant made my feel totally at ease. I cannot fault the service I have received. It wasn’t straight forwards due to previous procedures and in-situ metal work, but Mr Holton planned around the issues to deliver a successful hip replacement. Reasoning behind decisions were always clearly explained, and he genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients.

From the 1st Visit Dr Ng filled me with huge confidence. The surgery was said to be more complex than normal due to metal work I already had. This wasn’t an issue for Dr Ng who professionally carried out both the 1st surgery (ACL, meniscus and cartilage repairs). Then a second surgery to remove some meniscus after I damaged it again during rehab.
