I needed a review of my orthotics, as they were now about two years old. In the last few months, the practice has moved down a floor in the building, resulting in a far airier, far more modern and far more pleasant environment, and it also means that they are finally able to expand the practice, While it’s still a work in progress, the upgrade to the environment is fantastic! What’s not changed is that Hugo and Matt remain the most excellent orthosis techs that I’ve ever dealt with. They are both charming, efficient, attentive to detail and professional. The key advantage of the practice is that they follow the French method of both designing and creating your orthotics while you are there. The result was that s always, I waked out with a remedy for the minor issues that had arisen since my last orthotics were made. They may have been, as Hugo put it, “minor changes”, but they’ve made major improvements to how I stand, how I walk and how I feel. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

We travelled from Dublin to get an Operation done for our little man thats just turned 3. It was an extremely draining travel experience and especially tough on our son. We were feeling tired, emotional and worried, But as soon as we arrived at Kingsbridge North West Hospital we were welcomed by the friendly amazing staff and looked after with the best of care, My Partner, Baby and I. Their compassion and professionalism are deeply appreciated. We are truely grateful for the kindness and exceptional care you have shown our son and us too. Your love for your patients is truly commendable. We cant thank Dr Greg McBride enough, what an amazing Dr. can’t thank you enough for keeping our son good health. I went back for an appointment at the hospital after my cataract being done because my optician was slightly concerned about the back of my eye. I didn’t see Professor James myerscough I saw another professor whose name I don’t remember he said to my eye was perfectly okay, but then he went on to say that I couldn’t have my other eye done because it wasn’t bad enough. I’m a little bit confused as Professor James Myerscough had said that he would do the other eye so I have only had one eye done I’m going to go back to my optician and speak to them. I did have another appointment booked for the 3rd of November with James Myerscroft, but the professor I saw cancelled it please advise.

I came to review my HRT witha 'menopause expert' and that is not what I experienced. Although the doctor was a nice person, he seemed very inexperienced with the menopause, and actually disagreed with the fact I had been taken off testosterone by one of your doctors. He had never heard of androfeme, and actaully asked me what I thought should happen. I pay a lot of money to come to your clinic, and I expect to see a doctor that is very knowledgeable in this area when I am paying privately. I am very disappointed, and don't have much faith in the advice I was given. I did not see any of the doctors onthe following page, it was Stephen Banham.

When I arrived I went to reception who told I had been recorded in and I would be called shortly. It was 10 minutes prior to my appointment date as I had been able to park relatively quickly. After a while a different staff member came across as she had noticed I had been waiting a long time. I said I had an appointment for 14:00 and was waiting to be called. It was 14:30. She went and check and said I hadn't been signed in. The consultant was finished seeing patients but Dr khan agreed to see me as it wasn't my fault that I had missed my appointment. It was a brief meeting and he wasn't as engaged as in a previous meeting.

I had bunion surgery at Spire Parkway in July. From my first visit Mr El Gamal was really nice and explained everything to me about the surgery options, how they correct it and aftercare etc. I didn't have to wait long for a surgery date at all. On the day of surgery, everyone was helpful and caring. Mr El Gamal came to see me before the surgery and after. Incredibly welcoming and thorough. I never felt rushed and Matthew was great at asking me questions and letting me explain everything that was going on, putting me at ease. Add-ons to do Bloods were easy to arrange and results were next day. I felt listened-to, my issue thoroughly discussed and not rushed, which is exactly the experience one looks to GP's to provide, but is hard to get currently. I'd highly recommend Matthew and attend again.

The follow up appointment to see Ms McConville which was made for the wrong datr we found Ms McConville to be very abrupt in her manner and made no apology for the mistake. The mistake was not ours but we were made to feel that we were somehow responsible.
