This is truly a very pleasant clinic. All staff put you at ease and treat you very well. I had an upper endoscopy performed by Dr Craig Mowat. He is a really patient, polite and conscientious professional man who listened to my concerns and talked me through them. He was very thorough and suggested how I could relive my symptoms mean time until my procedure, which was only a few weeks later. He explained exactly what would happen. The experience was very calm and I was put at ease. Dr Mowat told me of his findings immediately after the procedure and called me to discuss biopsy results a couple of weeks later. The whole experience was calm and quickly put my fears to rest. Thank you very much for lifting a huge weight off my mind - I can now get back to enjoying life!

I recently saw Dr Nijjer at his Saturday morning clinic at Cromwell Hospital. I have been under his superb and excellent care since I had an ablation some two years ago. I practice preventative medicine so try to have well woman checks every 2/3 years. Dr Nijjer works in close association with my weight loss doctor at Cromwell and I have successfully lost three stone which is helping my heart health enormously. Dr. Nijjer is so caring, so thorough and doesn't miss one angle and is helping me return to good heart health. He's very detailed and I feel he is my safe port for being the best I can be at 71 years old. I would not trust anyone else with my heart health. He is world class and treats each patient with kid gloves.

All staff, from reception to nurses and surgeons, I found to be friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I was generally rather nervous about the whole process, this being the very first time I experienced any form of surgery or a stay in hospital. However, I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding and felt well advised at all times, allowing me to make informed decisions at my own pace, without being pressured. I had to wait a bit longer than I had anticipated for surgery but by comparison to the NHS, it was efficient and slick. It is early days to comment properly on my shoulder replacement but things are progressing well although slowly and I am hopeful for the future.

Dr Alex Hadley carried out implant procedures on me. He took the time to explain what was going to happen and reassured me when I had questions. I went to the clinic for egg freezing procedure. From the beginning everyone in the clinic was kind and responsive. My medical coordinator Karin, she was amazing, always very kind, and responsive. If you don’t speak Spanish, you don’t need to worry Karin speaks English perfectly as well as Dr Voskuilen. Dr Voskuilen is an amazing professional, she is kind and she made sure to explain everything very well to me. Dr Voskuilen made sure the dose of hormones was best suitable for me and I had regular scans to check the progress of the eggs. The procedure went really well without any complications. I am glad I chose Reproclinic.

I attended tonight for a scan of my hands with Dr Patterson. On arrival I was welcomed at reception, checked in quickly and asked to take a seat in the waiting room. Breda then came out and called me to attend the consultation room, introductions were made, and Dr Patterson then performed my scan, he was professional, and provided information relevant to my condition. The whole consultation was a pleasure and demonstrated the significance difference a private company can make to a struggling NHS. Thankyou both again for such a positive experience.

I came to see Antonia for a makeover smile everything was explained in my last appointment and a price plan that we went through together. My appointment lasted 2 hours was seen straight away with a lovely welcome as always, also her male nurse was very nice and understood everything that she needed to hand. she talked me through each procedure. Very professional I now have a natural looking makeover smile my front teeth weren’t that bad but needed cosmetic correcting and that’s what I have now.

I was discharged following an X-ray. Mr Kapoor examined the scar, questioned me about my recovery and explained the before and after X- rays, also by reference to a model spine. He also advised about further possible improvements in the months ahead. Mr Kapoor has twice operated on my spine. On each occasion I welcomed that he was clear about issues, options and outcomes. He also carried out the surgery soon after the initial consultation.

Mr Wijeratna has been calm and relaxed throughout my appointments and the operation. After 25 years of constant pain, he removed it and, in a couple of days, gave me movement and the ability to build strength painlessly for the first time.
