Fantastic service. I had ear wax removed and a hearing test done, and the staff were brilliant—friendly, professional, and very reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole visit was smooth and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Listened to my auditory problems. Tests and graphs explained well. Not pressurised to proceed even when obvious I had a significant hearing loss. I was told by an High Street hearing centre that they couldn't adjust my aids anymore as it might be the inner ear I had an MRI scan and that came back clear so the ENT specialist referred me to Peter! I had a hearing test and he ordered me some hearing moulds. I have had these fitted and he adjusted my program BRILLIANT! I can now hear properly again! Thank you i certainly recommend him .

I had earwax removal with Peter Byrom, he was so friendly and the appointment was very quick and painless. I was slightly nervous about microsuction as I have tinnitus but didn’t find it loud at all. Would highly recommend!
Peter Byron offers an unparalleled service, giving the client absolute confidence in the process and practicalities of the hearing aid check up. It is always possible to arrange the consultation at a convenient time, there being 2 locations to choose from. The minor issues I have had with my hearing aids have been successfully resolved - Peter actually listens to what the client has to say! One is never rushed and the relaxed friendly atmosphere makes the check up a totally positive experience.
