I was anxious and didn't know what to expect during my SABR treatment for Prostate Cancer, but during the Planning Scans, it was explained to me what would happen and how to prepare for the treatments. Every stage was well organised, professional, and caring. A dedicated team looked after me very well. The car organised by Genesis picked me up for my appointments, with the same driver each time, making me feel at ease. The treatment sessions were comfortable throughout. I am very grateful to the team who looked after me so well.

I attended a pre-op consultation this morning with Timothy Williams ahead of my Mid foot fusion and Bunion correction in March. He was very informative and explained everything in detail about my up and coming procedure. He outlined the risks of surgery and my 6 week healing process to myself and my Hubby. Mr Williams is an absolute Gentleman and has carried out a few procedures for me over the past 5 years. He certainly knows his stuff and ive recommend him to a few people too with foot issues.

Dr. Peter Enwere

The visit was for Dr Enwere to see my Mother who was recently admitted to St Peter’s for a blood transfusion and had other ongoing issues with heart and now lungs. Having attended the meeting with her I am writing on her behalf. She had a very honest discussion with Dr Enwere about her health, medication and future pathway. Dr Enwere explained everything in a manner that we both understood. He do not rush and was very kind as well as being frank and this was very much appreciated.

Parking at the hospital or nearby if the limited onsite space is already full , is a just a matter of luck. The coffee machine in the private lounge was out of order. Dr Phillips was on time, personable, open and explained the various investigation options at the initial consultation. All my questions were thoughtfully answered in clear concise terms. There is probably going to be a 3 week wait between the initial consultation and the recommended investigation action

Mr Devaraj Srinivasamurthy

Mr Srinivasamurthy was kind and reassuring from our first meeting, during a pre-op telephone conversation, and throughout the procedure itself. He outlined what to expect both during and after the procedure and was able to answer my questions sensitively and clearly. He was an excellent listener and is obviously very experienced in his field. I was quite nervous prior to my procedure but he reassured me and I felt like I was in very safe hands. Thank you very much.

Had an appointment at pindrop today for my daughter it and was a great experience. Christina was brilliant with my daughter and really put her at ease. She explained everything she was doing and talked to my daughter about what we had done before we arrives for our appointment, my daughter was quite nervous and this really relaxed her. A very relaxed and easy appointment with the results and tests clearly explained to us with a smile , thank you Christina!

Mr Dylan’s consultation was straightforward, efficient and highly effective. From the outset, he was clear in his diagnosis and in outlining potential next steps, which helped me manage my expectations with confidence. He explained the associated risks clearly and supportively, while also reassuring me and easing my concerns through relevant real-life examples. I would not consider seeing anyone else for my upper limb concerns other than Mr Dylan.

I have just got home from having my ears cleaned out by Toby, i slways enjoy my visits to have the treatment, Toby is very gentle and caring and I would recommend Meadows and Wood to anyone with wax ptoblems and hearing aid care - my son visits Worle and two friends go to Portishead also on my recommendation - I have been looked after for about 3 years now and am very happy with the service.

Very happy with my consultant and the nursing staff but (as I have previously said in feedback) that waiting area (on the first floor) at Parkside really needs improvement. The reception staff are unfriendly, talk noisily amongst themselves, the coffee machine was broken today, there are sirens (or alarms or phone rings?) going off regularly which is not good for anxious patients

Dr Jacques is amazing. She is so friendly and makes you feel at ease straight away. She has great knowledge about the menopause and explores all the options to make sure she finds the perfect solution. For me she has changed my life considerably, I feel so much better in myself and I personally couldn’t have asked for a better service. Would highly recommend.

I went for a sigmoidoscopy procedure at the ECEC just before Christmas. I was slightly nervous about having this procedure done but couldn’t have been put at anymore ease by the staff there. The consultant, those carrying out the procedure and nursing staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I can’t thank them enough for making the whole experience bearable.

Overall, this was an extremely swift and positive experience from first consultation to post op. care. Mr Jain's approach, professionalism and time was much valued. Ongoing physio at the Spire is super. Still a long way to go to return to a fully functioning shoulder but that's my job! All involved have given me confidence in my ability to heal. Thank you.
