I went in for total hip replacement on 2nd December with Mr Cusick. Form beginning to end I was made to feel very welcome by all of the staff. The main day nurse dealing with me was Caroline Leddy who was exceptional both before the op and then during the after care. Mark was the main night time nurse and again he couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The physio, Heather, also deserves a mention for her lovely manner and clear instructions and advice. The procedure went very smoothly and I was surprised at how relatively little pain there was post op. Both consultants, Mr Cusick and Dr McCaffrey saw me before the surgery and again the next day. Both were friendly and reassuring and helped to keep the mood stress free. The catering was also fantastic. I was discharged the following day and, sitting at home barely 24 hr later, it was hard to believe what had just happened! Thank you All!

I was getting ready to leave home in Broadstairs to travel to Canterbury. My Son had rearranged his work to drive me. I received a phone call from the consultant I was going to see. He was under the impression that it was a telephone consultation. As it happened as far as the consultant was concerned it was not necessary for me to travel to Canterbury. He was able to tell me results of MRI and what he felt was the plan of action. There were some crossed wires and it was lucky that I had not started out earlier to use public transport. . Also lucky that the consultant had not waited till.the appointment time on the letter to ring me as i would have been at his clinic.. I was not concerned that I had not got to make the journey.

Always an absolute pleasure coming to Vermilion, the staff are just on another level. I honestly think you wouldn’t get that kind of treatment anywhere else in the country. Customer service is first class. Everyone, from the admin teams and front of house, to the Drs and Hygienists. Had my third Hygienist appointment with Debbie last week, she is absolutely amazing, always feel better after seeing her (mentally and with a sparkling mouth 😂). Also, Dr Martin Morley is also such a great guy, so easy to talk to and great at what he does. Best dental team, hands down.

His report on that consultation is extremely thorough and very helpful. It is also very helpful to at last have a diagnosis of what's been causing health problems for a couple of years.

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. I was provided with an initial diagnosis and for added assurance refrerred for imaging. Managed to get an MRI in good time. The MRI appointment was efficient and professional.

If you are hard of hearing it can be hard to hear your appointment being called due to the layout of the waiting room (some chairs facing away, some around the corner but I need to sit due to health issues so had no choice in my seat), but staff were polite and toilet/waiting area was very clean.
