Attended for a blood test. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with blood tests over the years. This is primarily because I have very small and narrow veins which disappear with the touch of a needle..☹️ I find the whole experience extremely painful and distressing … I explained all of this to Debbie, the wonderful and kind nurse who attended me. She was brilliant! Totally put me at ease and was incredibly supportive and gentle. I was definitely a challenge for her as my veins were completely uncooperative per usual. But she took her time and used the smallest needle possible to minimise any discomfort. She succeeded in the end and managed to get enough blood for a full blood count!! Miraculous! I am so very grateful to Debbie for turning a potentially very upsetting and negative experience into a positive outcome. She has helped me to regain a little more confidence in having my blood taken again. Thank you Debbie! 😊

My first visit was a very positive experience. The clinic was well presented, and I felt comfortable sitting in the waiting area prior to being called in. All staff members were polite, kind, and respectful during every interaction. When I entered the consultation room, I initially felt nervous; however, this quickly melted away as I was put at ease through warm and engaging conversation. I felt treated as a human being, not just a patient. The doctor ensured I was comfortable throughout the consultation and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I am genuinely pleased with the outcome of the appointment, as I now have a better understanding of what is happening with my body and feel empowered to seek further support to improve my health and wellbeing. Couldn’t fault Mr Holton, from the first consultation he really listened which I hadn’t had with other consultants in the past. Mr Holton also made me feel reassured throughout giving me the least invasive options first before surgery. As a young adult I have struggled to find a diagnosis and within the first consultation Mr Holton knew what my condition was and how to resolve it. I have had the surgery and have my life back as a result! First follow up he checked me over again and answered all questions I had especially about my recovery. I couldn’t fault the care and support that I had received and will forever be grateful. I would highly recommend Mr Holton especially for young adults who had struggled to find a consultant who isn’t afraid to operate if it is necessary.

I was taken into a room that was obviously not cleaned after the last patient as their clothes were still there. My postop instructions were to stay warm. I was absolutely freezing after surgery because the nurses turned the heat down to suit another patient. I was on the end bed and no one came to check on me for ages so I couldn’t get another blanket. I told the nurses at least three times that I don’t eat dairy. I then had cow’s milk and dairy butter placed in front of me which is offensive. The nurses paid a lot of attention to the person next to me, but rarely checked on me. I felt overlooked. By this point, I just wanted to go home but again they prioritised other patients so I was late to leave.

Dr Hari and the team are truly amazing and we couldn’t imagine our journey without them at every step of the way. Their level of service is unparalleled, cancer throws you curve balls constantly and at random times and we’ve been desperate for expert advice and I always get a reply promptly and even out of hours. We wanted to add in re purposed meds to our chemo regime with someone guiding us for safety and not following random internet protocols. Highly recommending Dr Hari and Lucio Health doesn’t even get near to the feelings I have for this team. Simply outstanding.

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Parkash Lohana in December 2025 and I am delighted with the results. All the staff here are so kind and friendly. Special shout out to Roslyn for how well she looked after me (and my very anxious mum!) on the day, Bernadette, Lisa, but everyone has been amazing. I'm still healing and had to come in for a same day appointment to have something checked and Belinda totally put me at ease and gave me really clear information. I had been referred by Bupa and the Dundee location wasn’t the nearest but it was possible to get an appointment sooner. So it proved awkward to drive to but I knew that when booking. For my discharge appointment it wasn’t great driving for three hours round trip for a five min chat that could have been done over the phone. Otherwise I had a really great experience with the team and Dr Mowat. He was speedy, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, professional, friendly and very approachable. I would highly recommend
