I was referred to Mr David Griffiths by friends in the UK that have previously been in his care or worked with him, I am currently in the USA. After looking at his bio, I was so impressed with what he has achieved and the work that he does I arranged to have a consultation via zoom. From the outset I felt his warmth and compassion, I immediately knew I was in very good hands. Mr Griffiths fully explained what I needed firsthand and then going forward with surgery, if that was what I decided to do. He welcomed any further questions or concerns I had afterwards by email which were always followed up immediately. I did go ahead with the surgery to have a permanent fix to my issue of which I am so thankful for. Mr Griffiths did an outstanding job, and I would have no hesitation at all recommending him.

Dr. Omer Ahmad

Dr Omar Ahmed was introduced to my case after a planned colonoscopy was performed. There was a complication with an abnormal polyp and he stepped in and took charge of the situation. He had to seek permission to perform the intricate surgery he wanted to perform and then succeed in performing it expertly. Dr Omar Ahmed wants to keep me in his care as a long term patient to ensure that any other abnormalities are dealt with as quickly, swiftly and in my opinion expertly as possible. I have never had this kind of treatment and care from any other doctor or consultant in the past and I can’t express how grateful and thankful I am that Dr Omar Ahmed treated me and wants to continue to treat me. I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

My stay at Abbeycare Gloucester was exactly what I needed to aid my recovery. I arrived feeling hopeless and desperate. I felt safe and calm during my time here. The staff are so caring and understanding, while challenging the thinking and behaviors that got me here in the first place. This is my first time at Abbeycare but my 2nd time in rehab. Abbeycare is streets ahead of my previous experience. In that I left feeling more equipped to deal with life sober and supported. They have a strong aftercare program and community which I will use as part of my recovery journey. 10/10 from me. Rich W

Mr Sidebottom is a brilliant surgeon who I highly recommend, he has a calm and reassuring manner, in addition to that he actively listens to your questions and explains everything very clearly. I had full confidence in his ability and that was confirmed when I had no complications or pain following my surgery. He was helpful at each step of the way, from my initial consultation to my final follow up. Please know that you are in good hands with Mr Sidebottom.

Richard is an excellent and highly competent surgeon, working to the highest standards; from the initial consultation he listened and took on board my concerns as well as how I wished to progress moving forward. Mr Sujith Konan

I saw Mr Konan following a successful hip replacement operation. He gave me a clear explanation of what had been done and what they had tried to achieve, and I was able to discuss with him how things are likely to move forward and when I could expect the new hip to have settled down. Prior to the surgery Mr Greg Jones explained everything about the procedure with empathy. During the operation Mr Jones and all his team were pleasant and courteous at at times. At the post operative visit I was impressed at how much detail we went through and even viewed some images of the surgery - this element is an optional extra service. Overall an excellent service which I would not hesitate to recommend..

I underwent a HoLEP operation carried out by Mr Brewin and his team. Both the operation and my recovery have been excellent. Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.
