All my questions were answered promptly and the whole process was managed in a really efficient, dignified and professional manner. My initial consult was arranged within 48 hours of my first enquiry email, and after informing the team that managing this was time sensitive, my treatment was booked within 10 days. I was really well prepared for what to expect and the post-op phase, and truly found that there was little/no discomfort. I'd 100% recommend Mr Nigam and Jessica for anyone in need of his expertise!

I was very early for the appointment so was encouraged to go to cafe and assured I would be called when they were ready. The receptionist answered our questions with a friendly manner. The nurse was very attentive and explained the procedure whilst preparing the cannular. She even brought blankets as it was chilly in the room. The cardiologist gave time to explain the findings afterwards and advised regarding medication. Excellent service!
