When my cast came off, I could see immediately that he had achieved exactly what I asked for and genuinely even better than I imagined. My nose looks natural, refined, and balanced with my features. Even at the early healing stages, I was thrilled with how everything had been done. What truly sets Mr Saeed apart is his honesty, precision, and his ability to deliver realistic and natural results. I have been under the care of Dr Alistair Ring since September 2024, and from my very first visit to The Royal Marsden, I knew I had made the right decision to begin chemotherapy there. During our initial consultation, Dr Ring immediately put me at ease, even though I had just received a difficult test result minutes before our meeting. He took the time to explain the Oncotype test for example and the treatment options available, making it clear that every step of my care would be centred around me. Dr Ring’s attention to detail and his encouragement to ask questions gave me great confidence and helped me feel empowered throughout my treatment. Following chemotherapy, I began medication that induced menopause, and thanks to his early guidance on potential side effects and how to manage them, I felt fully prepared. I also appreciate that he has been open to ongoing conversations about my treatment, including exploring HRT options, this openness means a great deal. The clinical staff at The Royal Marsden have been exceptional. They have consistently provided compassionate, professional care, and I genuinely look forward to seeing them at each follow-up. They remember small details and speak to me as a person, not just a patient, which makes every visit a positive experience. I cannot recommend Dr Ring and The Royal Marsden highly enough. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care and support I have received and continue to receive from the entire team.

Mr mughal was great and had a great team, they took care of me really well for my 2 operations, few points was communication i was allergic to the surgery dye but this information was not told to any staff members i had to remind numerous times and even before I went into theatre, also as I have mental health issues some staff was rude and not understanding just judging, just a little care and attention as you dont know what someone is going through, also at Cannock hospital some stuff made feel uncomfortable and not really giving me the care so the after care after the operation was very poor, alos at new cross some staff are rude and make it uncomfortable, but I spoke with mr mughal who is going to see me in 12 months to see how my leg has healed and also about doing my left leg as I have pain in it, but mr mughal has done a great job and hes been very supportive, made me feel comfortable and reassured.

Hospital was dirty. Room was dirty. Was provided with a pillow that was fully stained yellow on one side with no pillow cover. One of the nurses saw it when he turned it over but I had already been lying on it for hours. Went to the surgery without any pillow only to wake up to another stained pillow without any cover. Found a toenail on the bed. Very unhygienic and was not comfortable. Staff were ok. Food received was not what I ordered, so left without eating anything. Will only be coming back for my second operation because it is the surgeons only practice that is close to where I live, otherwise would not be returning. Hygiene is most important in these environments and it was not to par at all. Worse than NHS.

I had a really positive experience staying at Nuffield Hospital. From admission to discharge, the staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, reassuring and helpful, which made a big difference during surgery and early recovery. Even when things were not perfect, such as not having a post-surgery bra in my exact size and sending me home in one that was a bit too big in the cups, the care and effort from the team never wavered. They handled everything with warmth, professionalism and good humour! Overall, I felt well looked after, respected and supported and I am very grateful to the staff who made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. 💗

Jenna was scheduled for surgery on the Tuesday morning. Everything was explained to us in detail. I had no concerns - all of the staff including Mr. Jewsbury dealt with her in a really calm and confident manner which made her not worry too much. She was taken down first thing in the morning and we were out early afternoon with clear instructions. Her eye has healed really nicely and we’ve got no concerns and overall what could have been a really stressful experience for Jenna was actually quite calm and controlled because of all the staff and particularly Mr Jewsbury. She was quite anxious going in but everyone made her feel very comfortable

I first saw Dr Wright for a coil fitting 4 years ago, the building a facilities we're lovely and Sarah put me at ease straight away. She talked me through the whole process and was amazing during the procedure. 4 years later, my partner and I are considering trying for a baby, so I went back to Dr Wright for the removal. Her patient care is so refreshingly calm and personable; she's very good at what she does, having the perfect balance of care and speed. She's made what can be an uncomfortable/painful procedure, one that has been a positive experience for me.

This was my 2 nd cataract op with Mr Kamran Khan at Newmedica Leeds. I was very happy with my treatment with everyone especially Wr Kamran Khan who I can’t recommend enough, he was friendly, assuring and also the lovely nurse who looked after me after my op. Sorry I can’t remember her name but she was so caring. Anyone going for a cararact op this place is brilliant and everyone I came in contact with both times I was there I feel I couldn’t have had better. Someone calls you the following day to check that you are okay so everything perfect. Thank you all.

I had a second c-section in October, and everything went smoothly. My incision is neat, and healed quickly without issue. I really cannot recommend him enough.

Mr Sian explained the procedure to my satisfaction. Before the operation it was a neck operation to relieve pressure on my upper limbs. It was performed on 24 September 2025 and I recovered quickly. I am at a point of having another operation on my lower back and have total confidence that it will proceed successfully. Stepping Hill ward staff looked after me both before/during/after my procedure. I have praise for their commitment.

Georgie was really great and super helpful with my son’s rehab. She had a wonderful manner and just the right tone which helped my son engage in the whole rehab process. She explained everything really clearly and was reassuring especially initially when the concussion and its symptoms seemed bit scary! Enes was most helpful. I have been seeing him about once every 2 months. He always asks about my progress from the last visit and we then work on the areas that I pick out. This time he showed me various exercises relevant to my current situation. I did the exercises with his supervisio0n and I found that most valuable as he could show me what I got ok and how I could do the exercise better

Visit was generally satisfactory. However, after arrival I was ignored for almost an hour, well past my appointment time. The front desk noted my arrival and then seemed to forget about me. This was unnerving at a time when I was already anxious and an unnecessary delay for those accompanying. There was no apology when the error pointed out.
