Dr Mustafa Alnaib I had a fracture of the fifth metatarsal bone in my right foot, which unfortunately wasn’t healing from June 1st until mid-September. Since there was no progress, I decided to see a doctor to try PRP therapy. We did the PRP injection at the end of September. The procedure itself was tolerable, and everything was done under ultrasound guidance. After the injection, my foot became inflamed and painful, but it was a mild, manageable inflammation. I stayed home for two weeks without walking much to let it settle. About three and a half weeks later, I had an X-ray done, and it finally showed good signs of healing. I truly believe that PRP helped my bone start to heal, especially considering how slowly this type of fracture usually heals. I’m very grateful to the doctor for his attention, patience, and support. He was always available to explain what I needed to do. I even came to the appointment with my little puppy because I couldn’t leave him alone — thank you for being so patient with us both. With this doctor, you are definitely in good hands

My whole experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing! All staff have been 100% in their delivery of care and support. I felt safe and looked after. The anaesthetist and theatre staff before both operations were totally dedicated in ensuring I felt at ease at a time when I felt most anxious. All ward nurses and assistants were focussed on delivering the highest standard of care with their patience and nothing being too much trouble. Pantry team kept me well fed with delicious drinks and food and always with a smile. Imaging team were so caring, cheerful and again reassuring and professional. The physio team are incredible, they have encouraged and lead me to where I am now - so very nearly there. I cannot fault my experience at Gatwick Spire. A massive thank you to Mr Panose and all teams involved in my operations and recovery.

Mr Saheel Mukhtar

My last visit with Mr Muktar was to discuss the outcome on the HoLEP operation he performed on me at the end of July 2025. The procedure was very successful and I am now able to wee freely and am extremely happy to no longer have to use a catheter. My prostate was very enlarged and Mr Mukhtar removed 130g of prostate during the procedure. He was also able to advise me that no cancer was present in the removed prostate. I have been monitored for several years for prostate cancer and my PSA before the operation was 15. Mr Mukhtar advised me that my PSA should go down to about 7. I had a six month review today with my Urologist and was advised my PSA is now 4.5. I am delighted with the outcome of this procedure and am very happy to recommend Mr Mukhtar to anyone who is considering having this operation.

Dr Minas is an excellent and exceptionally knowledgeable professional. He is able to combine a very compassionate bedside manner with this expert knowledge. You can tell he thinks deeply about patient questions and takes great to ensure the patient is helped as much as possible to navigate complexity. I didn't end up undergoing treatment with him laparoscopically, as my issue requires a different approach, but I would have been very confident had I needed to do so. He also took multiple times to call me between appointments where I had questions which was so greatly appreciated, and really helped calm my nerves. Thank you Dr Minas, your time was worth so much to me!

Matt is a great listener and devised a personal physio plan for me to help with two MSK problems. The exercises have been really helpful and effective allowing me to return to the lifestyle that I enjoy in a fairly short period of time. Booking an appointment is online but changing and cancellation is easy. There is an assessment consultation and follow up after a suitable period of time. As soon as you are able to "go it alone" Matt will discharge you with an open return. All in all an experience that I can highly recommend for recalcitrant MSK problems.

Above and beyond! I was not the most agile person on crutches, my partner dropped me at the door whilst he went to park. Getting me checked in and wheelchair was no issue at all. The nurse in Out Patients who removed my stitches was ki d caring and professional, checking on me all the time (allowing me to take photos !). Took time to fit my walking boot to make sure it was comfortable.
