I've had a really good experience of RTN. I was referred from my GP on 31/07/25 Got message to complete questionnaires within 24 hours of them recieving referral. Got my assessment booked and completed 13/11/2025 (date I picked) Had the second stage on 29/01/2026 to discuss diagnostic outcome and to discuss next steps. Really helpful, obviously could go down the medication path but was given some really helpful advice on support groups and what GPs can offer in addition or standalone. Really helped discuss and give me an understanding and made me feel valid, great rapport with both video meetings, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Please note that there was just over 8 weeks between first and second appointment (xmas period too) There is approx 8 weeks wait for diagnostic report and 12 weeks wait for medication appointment. But they inform you of this and I've had a really good experience with them.

After haveing my surgery done by mr lamah undergoing a loop colostomy I can safely say I cannot be more happy with the treatment and would recommend him to anyone considering any kind of bowel surgery the only thing have left to say about my surgery is it has changed my life even given me independents that I never thought I’d have at this stage in my life Nobody truly understands how haveing bowel problems really impacts a young person mr lamah made me feel like he really understood how much I needed my independence back and together we came to the loop colostomy conclusion and that was the best way forward he was right and I’m glad I trusted him as a professional and didn’t trust what had been on social media And made my choice on facts and my own independent opinion thank you mr lamah It was a pleasure meeting you

We recently attended an appointment for nail removal with Tony Wilkinson. From arrival when we were greeted on both occasions by Dawn we had an excellent client experience. The premises are spotless. Dawn - the Receptionist on duty on both appiontments we incredibly friendly and took time to chat with my elderly mum to put her at ease. A great credit to the facility with lovely customer care. The stay at Bushey spire was so efficient. I attended at 7.15am, was shown to my room immediately, received regular visits from the nurses, care staff and Mr Iranpour during the next hour. Could not have been better. Lovely hospital. Staff are very polite, understanding, and friendly. As said, being first-time having eye operation. I was very nervous. But everything went to perfection. The experience was very good. However it would be very helpful if X-Ray, MRIs, were confirmed with a text., including date and time of appointment. Also Outpatient reminders do not include the actual time of the appointment and with whom which again would be extremely helpful and may well reduce number of missed appointments.
