Excellent physio work, has really helped with my Frozen shoulder

A return to PureSports to see Sam Birch for my physio/rehab. From the moment you walk in, you know you are good professional hands. The team are always welcoming and helpful. Sam is always warm and friendly, taking the time to listen my progress and questions, as well as explain everything in a clear concise manner. I left each session feeling confident in the exercises I was assigned to do and the app was very useful in the event I forgot one of my exercises. I could not fault any part of my injury rehabilitation with Sam and the team, and highly recommend them.

Sam has helped me to rehab a patella dislocation that I picked up playing rugby. His understanding of the injury was fantastic and tailored the rehab specifically to the level of activity I wanted to return to which was fantastic!

I had a wrist injury and with the help of Sam I have made a full recovery.
