It’s clear that great care is taken to maintain a high level of hygiene and professionalism. I felt safe and confident throughout my entire visit. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I have been a patient of Grace’s at Hope Park Dental Practice for many many years, and our whole family has been under Grace’s truly wonderful care since she started out in South Queensferry back in the day! Grace is the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, friendliest dentist we know. She always makes us feel comfortable and truly confident in everything she says and does, she NEVER over treats us, she keeps us so well looked after. The receptionists and all Grace’s team are all extremely friendly, so lovely, and are always very supportive and polite. Myself and all my family members have ALWAYS been made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout our experiences in the practice and I would highly rate this dental practice 10/10 for excellent quality and care.

The initial consultation was an evening appointment and I considered it to be expensive. The consultants fee (Dr Kadhim) was £250 (equating to £1000 per hour) Administration fee £35 (for what) and an e.c.g which took all of 5 minutes was £111. Total £396. I was promised by the consultant that Cardioversion would happen before my holiday in mid December but received excuses from admin staff why this could not happen. I kept pestering and eventually received notice at 3.00pm the day before that Cardioversion would occur at 07.30 the following morning. The actual Cardioversion went without hitch, the consultant Dr Menown and his staff were excellent, facilities were good, food was ample and all went well. So do not take no for an answer.

My experience with Miss Summerhayes was outstanding. I felt very well cared for. From the start of my first appointment she was reassuring, professional and extremely empathetic to my situation. Every question I asked was met with a clear and understandable response. Miss Summerhayes presented extremely good listening skills and understanding of my familial line of cancer and the anxiety that this creates. Through my process of surgery I felt no stone was left unturned in ensuring I had a clear understanding of everything that would occur. The same can be said for my follow up appointment and referral to the next Consultant for my treatment. I cannot recommend Miss Summerhayes more highly.

I have been receiving help from Dr Lafina Diamandis for my ongoing medical issues for some time now. Honestly, Dr Diamandis has been very caring and helpful. She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. Even if all other ideas fail, she always tries to find another way, not giving up on me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

I am writing this review after my second video link conversation with Dr. Jeczmien. He didn't make me feel inadequate which enabled me to open up to him. It has taken me years to admit to myself that I needed help and I have finally found and taken the first step to hopefully stop chasing my tail and start to lead a normal life. If this review helps you to also take the first step to reach out for help I am over the moon for you. I was diagnosed as dyslexic at the age of 8years - I am now 46 years old. I didn't want another label but at least I now know I am ADHD a whole weight has been lifted and I am looking forward to try to have an organised life in the future.

Despite paying through the nose for a blood test, I'm still waiting weeks later for results (est. results timeline 3-5 days). Also received additional bills for tests that weren't pre-defined as separate costs - some costs are clearly noted upfront, some others arent and this is deceptive and unprofessional. Whilst staff are friendly, waiting times are awful (40mins for a private blood test? Will be recommending all people to avoid until these issues are addressed

Britany was absolutely incredible. I am blown away by the extra lengths she went to, to research my condition and check with all the medics and then put together an appropriate plan for me. And for her help liaising with my health insurer. She was so thoughtful and caring - I have honestly never experienced anything like it. Britany went so far above and beyond. Thank you. And, I am now fully recovered from my frozen shoulder without surgery!

My latest visit was to update my situation after the results of my heart. MRI scan had been received.. thankfully it was all good news. Dr Garg explained everything to me. He, outlined the plans for my care going forward., a change in medication and he will arrange a routine update in clinic in about three months time, plus another scan. Very pleased, relieved following my visit to see the doctor.

Very good and much clearer instructions re the prep. Though I would recommend that the written instructions for Moviprep are sent as a matter of course as they vary from the instructions that come with the medication and those available on the NHS website.
