After a very long painful wait for treatment under the NHS, which never got to the stage of a surgery date, I visited Mr Anderson. The relief I gained form the initial consultation, knowing someone could finally help me was beyond huge. Mr Anderson talked though my options and we agreed a timeframe for treatment. Mr Anderson and Janine have both been fantastic. From the first meeting and initial contact with Janine to my hospital stay and surgery. Their care has been exceptional. I was updated with every step of the process very quickly, knew what the next steps would be and kept very clearly in the loop. My experience in hospital was great, I saw Mr Anderson daily. The follow up appointments were conducted timely and I felt very looked after the whole time. To say finding Mr Anderson was life changing for me is not an exaggeration. I recommend Mr Anderson to anyone looking for treatment within his field, he is friendly, down to earth and clearly very experienced within his field.

Dana is incredible. I have now seen her in relation to two pregnancies, one which ended in a miscarriage, and one which gave me my beautiful baby boy. After a history of serious and complex medical issues and related anxiety, I needed to find an obstetrician who could provide both quality and comforting care suited to my needs - Dana provided both in spades. I was hugely appreciative of Dana’s kind and comforting care throughout both pregnancies. She cares so much for her patients and really goes above and beyond in all respects. She is also an excellent and thorough communicator, such that you feel well informed throughout her care, which was important to me to manage some of my anxieties. I can’t imagine having a baby with any other consultant.

I was scheduled for a laparoscopic bilateral cystectomy. My disappointment stems from a critical failure in communication immediately prior to surgery.Minutes before the procedure, and while already prepped, I was informed by an unfamiliar doctor—not my primary gynecologist —that a bilateral salpingectomy (fallopian tube removal) was being added to the plan. This major change, involving the removal of a reproductive organ, was sprung on me at the most vulnerable moment, leaving absolutely no time to process this significant loss or ensure fully informed consent. It felt as though my fallopian tubes were taken without my proper agreement. A change in procedure of this magnitude must be communicated well in advance, not moments before surgery.

Such a positive experience at MUMS, I attended for a fetal medicine USS after concerns were seen at a private scan elsewhere. All the staff were professional, knowledgable and attentive. Received excellent feedback after thorough review and feedback before receiving a final decision on the best way forward, I had considered going overseas for the treatment however, I do not believe I would have achieved. the same outcome as the level of detail and prep including contact lenses to establish the best option took time which I would not have been afforded by the overseas company as it was only a week long process. Dr Lord is the absolute best. She is a world renowned Obgyn, she really looks after her patients and cares deeply for the mothers. She's highly competent and trustworthy, for example she will only recommend tests she thinks are necessary, and not adding unnecessary costs. She has a fantastic team of paediatricians, general practice and mental health professionals. A wonderful new facility in London and connected to the London Clinic.

It was the most amazing experience, such professional staff and spotless accommodation. Professor East was so reassuring and professional, and the team who cared for me were wonderful, my sedation seemed to be just what was needed, and and ample hot chocolate and cheese sandwiches made the whole experience even more relaxing.
