Dr. Ethan is a truly lovely man who genuinely listens to his patients — and that means a lot. He has helped me so much with my arthritis and chronic fatigue. After being bed-bound for almost four years, I’ve now been working with him for about a year and I can finally get out, enjoy life, and spend time with my family again. What stands out most is how caring and heartfelt he is. You always feel safe talking to him because he really gets to your level — as he often says, he’s a patient himself, so he understands how important it is to feel heard. He’s wonderfully direct, which I appreciate, because you know he’s looking out for your best interests. Yes, I was surprised by the fees at first, but the service is so personal and attentive that it’s absolutely worth it. He treats every patient as important, and I completely trust him. I’m not a particularly sentimental person, but he’s genuinely special — and super funny too! After a year of steady progress, I can honestly say working with Dr. Ethan has been one of the best decisions I’ve made!

Had an eye surgery. Both Eleni Nikita and the anesteologist were fantastic, explaining everything that would happen in precise details. I felt very confident about what was going to happen. I initially went to Moorfields to get a second opinion about my glaucoma, expecting exactly the same advice as I got with my usual opthalmologist. It was one of the best decision I made: Eleni Nikita explained me the situation in great details, and told me about the more recent micro invasive surgery options, so that in the end, I was able to avoid the classical big surgery and went through a lighter option. And then the day of this lighter surgery, everything was precise, each step clearly explained, and I felt very confident that it would go very well. Which it did. All in all, I feel so lucky to have benefited from Miss Nikita up to date expertise and precision. Thanks again !

We had the pleasure to meet Dr Manjaly as the consultant surgeon who conducted a hearing implant (bone conduction) operation for our son. Our son was 15 years old at the time of the operation and had a magnetic Oticon Sentio implant to help him with his left single sided deafness. Dr Manjaly took great care of our son since the very first appointment at the NHS Royal ENT hospital. He explained everything about this type of hearing aid benefits, about the operation risks in a friendly, respectful, professional manner and was readily available when needed. Our son is very happy with the new Oticon Sentio mini, as he has already seen a significant improvement in his hearing and wears it most hours every day. It's also completely hidden underneath his relatively short hair which is a must have for any teenager.

To whom I am forever grateful in how kind, caring and professional he is and the most wonderful job he’s done with my operation! As for his team of anaesthetist, his lovely nurse Kate Zimmerman and all the nurses and other stuff on the ward ( apologies that I don’t know all your names) that looked after me before and after my operation I send my sincere thanks and gratitude! Every single one of you was beyond words professional, kind, caring, friendly and respectful! I am short of words in how to thank you for all the care and kindness you showed me during my stay! The hospital is so very fortunate to have you all as their members of staff! 🌟❤️

As a family our experience of Luxe Psychology Practice has been excellent. Jade developed instant rapport with my daughter who initially needed help for separation anxiety. My daughter really engaged with Jade during her weekly sessions and we were able to apply a number of practical coping strategies that were child friendly. Jade was able to put my daughter at ease and make the sessions both fun and practical whilst teaching emotional regulation strategies. Over the course of my daughter’s sessions Jade has always been professional, supportive and has always made to time to ensure we as parents know exactly how we can best support our child. I would highly recommend Jade and Luxe Psychology Practice.

I had a number of appointments to see Mr Warr at the Nuffield, and it was always administered well and on time. On the day of the surgery there was initially some confusion on which hospital room I was assigned to but that was cleared up fairly quickly - it was 7am so perhaps a beginning of shift handover issue. The nurses were caring, professional, attentive and very friendly before and after the operation. The anaesthetist visited and was very clear explaining the process, friendly and reassuring. A very good experience. I also appreciated that my parents could be with me before the operation as I'm quite young and not used to being in hospital. Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

Recently had vein procedure was disappointed that not all veins were treated .I'd explained i was having procedure because of upcoming flight to australia .I returned for check up to be told I had fleabiteus on area that had been treated. I've decided to postpone more treatment until I get back from australia as I am worried of any more problems before flying. I'm disappointed that what I thought was going to be a straight forward procedure has not been .I wish I hadn't gone ahead with the procedure. Very disappointed

All in all a fantastic experience dealing with the Forbury Clinic, I had a vasectomy procedure and dealt with surgeon Paul Hadway and his team who were great, from my first consultation to the actual procedure Paul put me at complete ease, from start to finish it’s been a pleasure dealing with him and the Forbury Clinic, I only wish now that I had the procedure carried out many years ago. If anyone is thinking about having a vasectomy I would 100% recommend Paul and his Team at The Forbury Clinic.

Received excellent feedback after thorough review and feedback before receiving a final decision on the best way forward, I had considered going overseas for the treatment however, I do not believe I would have achieved. the same outcome as the level of detail and prep including contact lenses to establish the best option took time which I would not have been afforded by the overseas company as it was only a week long process.
