She sent us written materials when we asked, and was always available on whatapp or face-to-face for any question, big or small. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive, calm, and empowering birth experience. I will always be deeply grateful to her for being there for me during such a meaningful moment in my life.

We chose Fitzrovia Suite as its part of big NHS hospital in case of any unexpected emergency, it made us feel comfortable being just 1 floor away in case anything happens. The team is wonderful and professional able to create a sense of safety and calm in those moments before and after birth. They were supportive during one of the most vulnerable and delicate experiences a woman can go through, offering practical tips, guidance, emotional support and truly personal care at any hour, for any question or request we had. Midwifes supported us looking after our baby so we can get some sleep waking us is time for feeds, meds and breastfeed support. The midwifes were also available on WhatsApp after the birth, which was incredibly helpful. There is so much information to process when you’re discharged home, and having the ability to ask follow-up questions and get quick clarifications made a huge difference for us. Facility itself is clean, catering is nice, rooms were comfortable, branded toiletries are provided -great experience.

We first saw Dr Burmester when our son was dealing with a prolonged series of illnesses. She was extremely thorough with her diagnostics, explained everything to us very clearly, and guided his recovery in a way that made us feel calm, reassured, and well supported throughout a very stressful time. She was also incredibly generous with her time, answering multiple follow-up questions via email, which was immensely comforting for us as anxious parents. We have been seeing her for over six months now and I would highly recommend her — she is knowledgeable, caring, and someone we trust completely with our child’s care. I would also like to mention Sophie, the clinic manager, who is consistently helpful, professional, and responsive, making the overall experience at the clinic even better.

I required emergency treatment to a broken tooth , From the initial call to the dental practice meet with a professional receptionist and an appointment made. The actual visit with dentist (Simon Robertson) was at is normal excellent standard by explaining what dental work was required to resolve the situation of which he completed explaining each task as he progressed with no drama or problems. The total experience was highly professional and would recommend this practice to anyone

Cathedral Eye Clinic

The staff at Cathedral Clinic were very professional and tried to make me comfortable. However the actual procedure was not an enjoyable experience. having anaesthetic injected into my eye was very traumatic and having gone through the procedure before and it not 100% and having to return for Laser. I so hope that my left eye will not have the same result. Overall I would recommend the clinic and staff to anyone who has to have the procedure done. Bernadette M.

I had a really good experience with my surgery and the care I have received while being in the care of Mr I have the neatest scar I have ever seen from any of my surgeries and the improvement in my thumb joint is very impressive. Customer service is terrible. I have had to ring four times over two weeks to get a simple issue resolved with a prescription and they never had the courtesy to call back. When I did get a solution they insisted that they could not post out the prescription, and that I would have to collect it, 90 minute drive in the snow.
