I recently had a laparoscopy with Mr Okaro and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the very beginning Mr Okaro was very professional,kind and took the time to explain everything clearly which immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and experience . The procedure itself went very well. Mr Okaro not only removed my fallopian tube as I was referred for but also treated my endometriosis at the same time. After the surgery he was patient and happy to answer any questions which I truly appreciate. I feel very fortunate to have been under his care and I would happily return to him for any future gynae concerns. I would highly recommend Mr Okaro to friends and family without a doubt. I also want to mention Justina who was my first point of contact before I made the decision to see Mr Okaro. Justina gave me the reassurance and explained everything I needed to know. I cannot express how wonderful Melanie was on all fronts. Firstly, I emailed in the morning and by 2:30pm I was sat in her office. Secondly, she was kind, welcoming, calm and reassuring. Thirdly, my examination was painless (unlike with my GP) and she had high tech equipment which was revelational. Fourthly, she completely got how stressful, scary and uncomfortable things like this can be and she was trauma informed and slow. Fifth, she put all the decisions in my hands but with her input and knowledge. My anxiety went from about a million beforehand to about a three after. I would not have even thought about going privately before but I’m so glad I did.

Had Cataracts removed in July and then September the staff and Dr Jothi was excellent and couldn’t wish for any better care, follow up phone calls on the day after to check if all was ok such a great procedure on both occasions and no pain at all as everything was explained. The eye sight is now great with all the colours all being clear and now I just need reading glasses to see stuff up close ,have worn glasses for the past 60 years and find it funny not having to were glasses permanently. I would thourghly recommend KingsBridge and their staff as all was very kind and looked after your needs on every visit, One thing no pain .

My initial appointment was to have a checkup to explore the feasibility of having veneers placing over my existing top row of front teeth. I was so impressed with everything that was done from the first visit to the finl fitting visit. Everything that was done was explained to me in fine detail. The owner of the practice, Stephen Dodd, is the ultimate professional. I guess you would call him a Supreme Dental Technician!!! His staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was so so pleased with the end result of visits and I would highly recommend the prctice.

Its a really good experience, I'm really enjoying the meditation sessions. Understanding trauma and cravings and learning tools have helped me understand more about my addiction and opening up and sharing with the therapy team has really improved my self worth and I have felt really empowered. This has been the perfect place for me. The VR is really enjoyable, its very realistic and I was put in the perfect scenario to help me understand my addiction. The therapy team are great and the support workers have been really really good which has made a really daunting experience a much easier one.

The Doctor I saw for my Health Examination (Dr Munraj Gill) made the whole experience probably my best experience with a health care practitioner. He made everything completely comfortable whilst maintaining an efficient pace to get through all that needed to be done. I was in and out quicker than I anticipated but at the same time did not feel rushed. Thank you for this experience and restoring my faith back into the healthcare system. He does not rush the appointment and will make sure you have all the information you need before you leave your appointment.

The day after I received a text asking about my vision. I found her friendly, professional, engaged, attentive, positive and both interesting and interested. I'd highly recommend her as a practitioner.

Professor East was so reassuring and professional, and the team who cared for me were wonderful, my sedation seemed to be just what was needed, and and ample hot chocolate and cheese sandwiches made the whole experience even more relaxing.
