had a right knee replacement with Mr. Sam Rajaratnam just over two weeks ago on 3rd November 2025, and what I had feared would be a difficult and painful operation turned out to be completely painless. Sam is extremely kind, patient and reassuring — perfect for someone as nervous as I was. I had delayed doing this surgery for a year and a half and even cancelled the operation twice before finally going through with it! Mr. Rajaratnam has built an outstanding team, including an exceptionally experienced anaesthetist, Dr. Barry Philips; a kind and highly competent nurse consultant, Ms. Christine Howis; and an excellent senior physiotherapist, Felicitas Gatti, who visits me at home to guide my post-operative exercises. I was also extremely impressed by all the medical staff at the Cleveland Clinic hospital, who provided exceptional care throughout my stay. Whilst at the Cleveland, Sam visited me daily, and even came in today after my staples were removed to check on my progress. Mr. Rajaratnam’s expertise is evident—he has performed over 7,000 knee replacements—and the level of care and support I received was extraordinary. I was expecting a significant increase in pain once the stronger medication stopped a week after surgery, but to my surprise, I remained completely pain-free. I am extremely grateful to Sam and his wonderful team. I’ll be back for my other knee as soon as I’m up and running again!

I had a fantastic experience from time of admission to the day surgery unit at Cov Walsgrave hospital in Coventry .I was made to feel comfortable in my surroundings by two of the sweetest nurses upon admission to the unit for a procedure on my right shoulder they put my mind at ease explaining all that I was about to have done the operating staff were brilliant as well everyone conducting the procedure kept me informed about every step of my procedure I could not fault them in any way at all .I confess that due to a horrific experience once before at the same unit for prostate cancer I was a very very worried man thinking I was going to be kept in this unit overnight and upon enquiring if this was to be the same as in staying overnight I was mightily relieved and when I explained about my last experience I have to say that the two nurses doing my pre op chat etc I explained my concerns and the reason why I was so apprehensive about my op they went over and above their job to enable me to finally be at peace with myself ref this new procedure. I cannot Thank them enough for all that they did for me nor can I Thank the surgeon and the two nurses in operating suite enough for all they did for me so again THANKYOU to all of you in day surgery unit yesterday 19/11/2025at 14:30 hrs.

We travelled a long distance for a specialist blood test for my daughter, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care we received here. Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I signed up for CP&R almost 6 months ago and have never looked back. The service has been excellent, communication fast and efficient and both extremely professional and friendly at the same time. The CP&R staff are extremely well trained and experienced and very easy to get on with. Their support throughout my rehabilitation has been brilliant and I certainly wouldn't be in the position I am in now if it wasn't for the whole team. I have been able to call upon advice form the physio team and cardiac nurse and every time they have been very supportive and helpful. My coach, Chloe, has been with me every step of the way and has seen me through the good and bad times, her support and enthusiasm has been fantastic and I can't thank her enough for all her hard work during my rehabilitation. I cannot recommend CP&R enough and would urge everyone to look into their services, they have certainly aided my recovery beyond what I thought was possible.

My first appointment was cancelled by the clinic this was after telling me to pay the fee upfront and re booked two weeks later. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told there would be a delay again. After waiting for sometime I asked the staff to find out what the delay was I was then seen by the clinician half an hour later. My experience with the clinician I felt was not worth the fee. I was not examined correctly I was not given any advice as to how to deal with the issue and the letter I received afterwards was not very accurate or informative. So I would not go back again or recommend.

My surgeon was Shohista Saidkasimova and she was really wonderful. She put me at ease during the initial consultation, extremely interested in all my questions and explaining all items of the surgery in layman’s terms. During the operation she asked what kind of music I liked and supplied this in the background, not intrusively but loud enough to provide an excellent distraction. But what really impressed me was the way she interacted with me personally throughout the operation. I have nothing but praise for this lovely lady and would throughly recommend her.

My wife and I have visited the clinic a few times during the last five years and are both very impressed. Dr Chopra is friendly, caring and very competent. He operates efficiently and is always on time. My skin lesions were examined and treated on the spot during the same session today. I received information about the nature and cause of my problem and was given instruction about how to look after the problem area until it is fully healed. I was charged as quoted when I booked the appointment.. Highly recommended service.

I could not recommend Charlotte Deans more. She is incredibly professional, compassionate, non- judgemental, reassuring and highly skilled. I felt very safe in her hands, it was great to have her support during my pregnancy and have a consistency of care over this time. I chose an elective c-section and she was reassuring throughout the process, I have healed well so far and the scarring is as minimal as it could possibly be. I couldn’t be more grateful.

All staff were very welcoming and their bedside manner was outstanding. The whole team kept me feeling very reassured and I felt I was in safe hands. Very caring and professional especially Alice she stood by my side throughout distracting me from the procedure. My experience once in the practice was very good. Staff friendly and professional. What I found very stressful beforehand was locating the property. The letter that I received from the NHS gave an address of One Medical House which I could not find on any signage. I drove around for 10 mins and was then worried that I would miss my appointment. The letter should be updated to state OSD Healthcare.
