I had to visit the Vermilion Endodontic Team after my dentist discovered that I needed specialist root canal treatment on not one, but two teeth. My initial reaction was sheer panic, especially since I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist. However, my overall experience at Vermilion was nothing short of amazing – so much so that I actually began looking forward to my visits! David Treagus and Megan were incredibly welcoming, and I could tell David immediately recognized the fear on my face. Both of them were quick to put me at ease. During my initial appointment, David took the time to walk me through the entire process. He explained exactly what he was going to do, the expected outcomes, and even the potential risks involved. When it came to my first root canal session, I was absolutely terrified – to say I was "bricking it" would be an understatement. However, David reassured me that we would go at a pace I was comfortable with, and that if I needed a break at any point, I just had to give him a wave. Root canal treatment is a lengthy process, so I had several two-hour appointments over the course of about 12 weeks. By my second appointment, because the experience had been so pleasant, I was, for the first time in my life, actually looking forward to going to the dentist. Fast forward to the end of my 12 weeks, and my teeth are looking and feeling great again! I can't thank David and Megan enough for the incredible work they did. I'm now able to smile again without any pain or discomfort. While I understand that visiting a specialist comes at a cost, I can honestly say I am so glad I chose Vermilion. The entire team, from the front of house to the specialists, is amazing and truly understanding. No matter what, they will make you feel calm, cared for, and well looked after.

Following an investigation and guidance by Gavin I decided to opt for a robot assisted Partial Knee Replacement. Gavin takes the time to explain openly and candidly the rationale for each option or corrective procedure offering explanations in simply language. On the day of the operation I met the surgical team 1-2-1 who explained in detail the process I was about to go through. Gavin performed the operation which went as planned. Post operative pain was significant however hospital staff remedied that enabling a fairly comfortable night. Next morning I was surprised at how well I felt. A physiotherapy specialist assessed the movement and flexibility of my knee before getting me standing in front of a zimmer frame. I promptly progressed to crutches taking gentle, small steps initially within a short time walking freely with the crutches and was able to go up and down stairs fairly easily. The physiotherapist was impressed with how my knee was performing particularly the flexibility some 18 hours post surgery that in most similar cases takes weeks to achieve. With all parties satisfied I was discharged 26 hours post surgery. This outcome is a testament to Gavin's knowledge, skills and experience for which I am very grateful for.

Through the NHS at Leicester General hospital I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer (Gleason 4+3) in June 2023, and I was advised that I should consider radical treatment of radiotherapy and hormone therapy or indeed a radical Prostatectomy. Following this I researched the results of these procedures and learnt of a few side effects and patient experience stories that were rather unsettling. Besides this it seemed that there could be quite a wait before treatment would actually start. So, i carried out further research on possible alternatives which is when I read about Mr Nigam and the NanoKnife procedure. I subsequently contacted Mr Nigam, had a consultation and elected to go forward with the procedure on 18th August 2023. This was carried out efficiently and effectively - I walked in just before lunchtime, and walked out around 6.00pm the same day. I then travelled to the station and caught the train home. I only had a few days of slight discomfort but then quickly recovered to the extent that I was able to travel to Scotland for a few days Salmon fishing a fortnight later (and I even caught fish).

Over the past few years I have seen Mr Shah on numerous occasions.Intially for an assessment , then intra articular steroid injections into both hips.Finally a total hip replacement for both hips .The first one in March 2025 , the second in August 2025 . On every occasion Mr Shah has been courteous and understanding.He has taken the time to explain everything.His diagnosis and prognosis has been spot on every time . I am not 14 weeks post second hip replacement .The procedures have been a success and life changing ! I can not thank Mr Shah enough for turning back the years on my life !

I could hardly walk with acute nerve entrapment when I entered my fist acupuncture appointment with Lisa. Within just a few hours the pain has reduced dramatically and mobility increased over the next week allowing me to come off the painkillers (which didn’t agree with me and messed up my sleep cycle.). After my second appointment 9 days later, I had a full 6 hours sleep, the most I’d had for weeks. I can’t recommend Lisa enough; she was extremely thorough in addressing the root cause of my issues as well as the symptoms. Thank you so much Lisa!

Steven is an excellent and empathetic therapist. After having several bad experiences with other therapists I met Steven and immediately felt at ease. Steven listens and is non judgemental. When I first started working with him earlier in the year following a traumatic car crash, I thought I would never drive again. Using EMDR therapy, it has taken hard work but I am now back to driving for which I will forever be grateful. I hope this gives hope to anyone in a similar scenario, and encourages you to reach out for help.

The Doctor I saw for my Health Examination (Dr Munraj Gill) made the whole experience probably my best experience with a health care practitioner. He made everything completely comfortable whilst maintaining an efficient pace to get through all that needed to be done. I was in and out quicker than I anticipated but at the same time did not feel rushed. Thank you for this experience and restoring my faith back into the healthcare system. I have been seeing Mr Hussain since Feb 2025. He is a very professional surgeon and took time to listen to my concerns and arrange necessary scan and investigations. I felt completely safe in his hands and in the manner in which he explained things. After my recent surgery some issues have arisen which was not something he had done but he has been available to speak with me to reassure me and support me wherever he can. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends.

I saw Gabrielle today for a suspected issue related to planta fasicitis and a pronated foot. Gabrielle was an attentive listener, kind and empathetic. She explained the functions of the muscles and ligaments very clearly so I was able to gauge a full picture of my gait and my overall foot health. I found her friendly, professional, engaged, attentive, positive and both interesting and interested. I'd highly recommend her as a practitioner.

Dr Lord is the absolute best. She is a world renowned Obgyn, she really looks after her patients and cares deeply for the mothers. She's highly competent and trustworthy, for example she will only recommend tests she thinks are necessary, and not adding unnecessary costs. She has a fantastic team of paediatricians, general practice and mental health professionals. A wonderful new facility in London and connected to the London Clinic.
