I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Dr James Noake at Pure Sports Medicine for his ongoing efforts in diagnosing a long-standing misdiagnosed knee injury following several unsuccessful procedures. Dr Noake identified relevant pathology on imaging that, unfortunately, had been missed by several other private consultants elsewhere. He then carefully administered a diagnostic injection, taking considerable time to ensure pinpoint precision through a cyst and a very small joint space. Dr Noake is clearly a very busy and sought-after clinician, yet he ensured I received an extensive first face-to-face consultation, with ample time in clinic to explore the problem thoroughly using ultrasound. He also went above and beyond by reviewing both previous and updated MRI scans, speaking to me at short notice via Zoom call during the festive period in order to review images and discuss options. I found this attention to detail and direct liaison to be exceptional as more than once I have had to wait 6-weeks between appointments at other private clinics or hospitals. Dr Noake is clearly dedicated to his craft and approaches his work with diligence, precision, and honesty. From the first point of contact, he inspired confidence through his willingness to answer questions, think critically beyond the obvious, and work collaboratively to reach informed decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Noake to anyone seeking help with complex, long-standing, or less common knee or nerve-related injuries.

ENT Surgeon Mr Natesh is absolutely fantastic!!! Honestly I cannot put into words how incredible he is at his job. He is a superb ent surgeon who has extensive knowledge in his area of ears nose and throat neck head etc. I am so glad I came across Mr Natesh he is the best no1 ent surgeon. From consultations to pre op to post op he answered all my questions and listened and was kind and patient throughout even when I asked a million questions as im an anxious person. I had fess endoscopic Sinus surgery and chose Mr Natesh because as soon as I had my consultation with him I trusted his expertise and knowledge and got a good feeling about him. I self funded and it was worth it to ensure I got Mr Natesh. I had my follow up and even before my op and after he still contacted me to answer questions that I continously had. He had no judgement and was understanding he whole time. Even when I was scared to do the sinus rinses he reassured me throughout. He explained things clearly so I understood any results and biopsy I got and he never rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered everything I asked. Im so glad I chose to have surgery with Mr Natesh he made me feel reassured and confident. 5*+++ I highly recommend Mr Natesh and hes the only ENT surgeon I will visit if I ever need to again. I cannot thank Mr Ghali enough for my recent operation to fix my Diastasis Recti problem, which was severe and impacting my life quality for a number of years. After the surgery he came to see me before he left at the end of the day to check on my wound and gave me effective advice how to manage the following days. Every medical / physio professional who I've seen since have told me the operation was done amazingly and the scar look fantastic even from early on. My experience was very positive. The care I received at Wexham Park Hospital was excellent. I was kept informed at all stages as to the procedure. The staff were accommodating and caring. Doctor El Kafsi explained the procedure well, she came to see me quickly when I arrived and called me after surgery to see how I was. The unit I was in was very organised and very clean and my every need was met. The surgery went well and my recovery has been very good. With the advice from Doctor El Kafsi i have been able to take things slowly and adjust my eating accordingly which has really helped with my recovery and my confidence. Doctor El Kafsi has always supported me and answered any questions I had. She is very knowledgable in her field of work. She is caring and was very efficient when putting in place any next steps required, ie further tests, clinic appointments. Those next steps were put in place quickly during my whole journey and she met me regularly for check-ins after each test I had. I was nervous before the procedure and now realise that I didn’t need to be as I was in very good hands and I would recommend Doctor El Kafsi to anybody considering this procedure.

This was a follow-up appointment. It should have been after 2 weeks but because the practitioner works very part-time this wasn’t possible. She then said I should have been in sooner! Treatment not as successful as with past practitioners before we moved to this area (I had brought records to first appointment but she had suggested a different approach). Further treatment offered on the day of the follow-up but I felt the practitioner was getting very defensive and I was losing confidence, so I declined. When I was waiting to go in someone else was trying to book a follow-up appointment. When she couldn’t get one desk staff said it probably didn’t matter as most people don’t need it! This clinic suits me location wise but unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience so I won’t go back.

I had been considering eye surgery and attended Cathedral Eye Clinic to get a second opinion, having already spoken with a consultant in Dublin. Putting it simply, my experience in Belfast was far superior. The team at Cathedral ran a more comprehensive range of tests, assigned more time and personnel to my case, and were far better at talking through my options. In particular, I was very pleased that they were willing to give me their honest perspectives based on what they felt was best for me in the long run. Ultimately (based on their guidance), I decided not to go forward with any additional procedure at this time, but should I need treatment further down the line, I will not hesitate to go back to Belfast.

Reason for the low rating on wait time is that I reported for admission at 1300 as requested but didn’t end up going to theatre until 2030. This was in part due to earlier procedures taking longer than expected but it was a very long time to wait and a long time to not eat. Perhaps a 3rd admission slot later in the afternoon would be a good improvement on busy days. But other than that everything else was very good.
