I couldn’t have asked for a more positive, calm, and empowering birth experience. I will always be deeply grateful to her for being there for me during such a meaningful moment in my life.

Cleveland Clinic London

I had two excellent experiences at the Cleveland yesterday. First Norman did the most thorough and careful echocardiogram. He took endless trouble so as to give the cardiologist views of my heart and its valves from every angle and perspective. The cardiologist was most impressed and helped by all the additional information this gave him. Dr Sam Dawkins, my cardiologist told me and showed me by using these images how well the TAVI and the reduction of the septum are working as they have not only hugely improved flow through my aortic valve but also through my mitral valve. Dr Dawkins is a brilliant cardiologist and an amazing thinker. I was faced with open heart surgery to replace two valves and excision of thickened areas of heart muscle; a very risky operation with a long and maybe unsuccessful period of recovery. Dr Dawkins devised the novel procedures he carried out on me on 24/10/24. The success of this is totally down to his skill and the trouble he took. He was excellently supported by the doctors and staff of the Cleveland during the operation. I hope he is able to share the knowledge of my operation with other cardiologists so more patients can avoid open heart surgery and be given back their health the way I was. Thank you Dr Dawkins

Fitzrovia Suite

We chose Fitzrovia Suite as its part of big NHS hospital in case of any unexpected emergency, it made us feel comfortable being just 1 floor away in case anything happens. The team is wonderful and professional able to create a sense of safety and calm in those moments before and after birth. They were supportive during one of the most vulnerable and delicate experiences a woman can go through, offering practical tips, guidance, emotional support and truly personal care at any hour, for any question or request we had. Midwifes supported us looking after our baby so we can get some sleep waking us is time for feeds, meds and breastfeed support. The midwifes were also available on WhatsApp after the birth, which was incredibly helpful. There is so much information to process when you’re discharged home, and having the ability to ask follow-up questions and get quick clarifications made a huge difference for us. Facility itself is clean, catering is nice, rooms were comfortable, branded toiletries are provided -great experience.

The Royal Free London Private Patients Unit

I was very grateful to be seen at The Royal Free after some difficulties with my current Rheumatology team believing my struggles. Professor Denton is extremely knowledgeable and explained things much better than I'd heard before. I would have been grateful for a bit more time as it felt a little rushed at the end. The volunteers showing me in were lovely. The hospital was extremely busy but I didn't have to wait for long to be seen. I guess the only let down was the reception team arguing and shouting down the corridor whilst I was on the floor. There was clearly a fall out and it didn't feel very professional when they were all shouting at each other. This is the first time I've ever paid for a private appointment and it was out of desperation for help.

He is wonderfully black and white in the best possible sense — extremely transparent, clear and straightforward, which makes the whole process feel far less overwhelming. He is very easy to talk to, listens carefully, and explains everything in a way that is simple and easy to understand, so you always know what’s going on and what you need to do next. I’ve always felt that I’ve been given the best possible advice, with treatment options explained clearly and thoughtfully. Had the most amazing time at Abbington House, was exactly what I needed. Was immediately made to feel welcome by staff and clients, everyone has been so warm, friendly and non - judgemental. Food was excellent and the chef Marion was amazing at catering for everyone’s individual needs. I’ve gotten so much out of the groups and one on one sessions. After 28 days I feel like I have been given an amazing framework to take with me on the outside and have met a community that will stay with me throughout the rest of my journey. Dr Mugilan was excellent in finding out what was causing our son's headaches . The MRI was done within a few days and Dr Mugilan talked us through the results and made referral to the Neurosurgeon . Excellent service and very thankful for the care and understanding. We were very anxious but Dr Mugilan explained everything about chairi malformations and listened to us and answered all our questions. Excellent paediatric consultant and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone worried about their child .

The clinic kindly found me an alternative slot the same day after I was unable to make the original appointment. I had an excellent experience seeing Dr Wamil and would highly recommend her. From the outset, she was extremely thorough and reassuring, taking the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and medical history rather than rushing to conclusions. Dr Wamil explained the possible causes of my symptoms in a clear and balanced way and recommended a cardiac MRI to investigate further. She took the time to explain why this test was important which made me feel fully informed and confident in the decision.
