Excellent , professional, first class care and support from start to finish by my amazing consultant Mr Farid Ud-Din and all the amazing staff at The Meriden Hospital, Coventry . I had a left total hip replacement and leg length correction on the 8 December 2025 which was under the care of the amazing consultant / surgeon Mr Farid Ud-Din . I went down for surgery in the afternoon and had a spinal injection , this did not hurt in anyway and the care and support I received by the theatre team put me at ease. Once back in my room, the hospital room was excellent , very clean , I received the best care from all involved nursing staff , catering staff , physio team , porters , X-ray team , all the staff were amazing. I left the hospital the following day and was able to walk comfortably with the help of crutches , I made sure I stuck to the advice I was given taking my prescribed medication to control the pain , made sure I done my exercises daily , 3 times a day , this has helped build my strength . After 5 weeks I am now walking around the house without any aids and walking short distances with ease . I would like to sincerely thank Mr Ud-Din for everything he has done for me in giving me my quality of life back , pain free and enjoying life to the full . Thank you to all involved for everything you have done for me , I cannot Thank you enough .

We decided to visit them after reading their positive reviews and wanted to give it a try. After reviewing my test results, they recommended a three-month course of treatment. The instructions and cooking process were clear and easy to follow. After completing the three months of treatment, I went for another test and was delighted to learn that my FSH levels had gone down, which felt unbelievable and made us extremely happy. That said, I would have liked to learn more about my TCM diagnosis and what it meant, as this was not really explained to me. This was a bit disappointing, as I was genuinely interested—especially considering the cost of the consultations. Communication and transparency could have been better in this regard. However, Professor Au did call us to reassure us whenever he felt it was needed, which we appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with fertility and looking for support.

Dr Krishna is always exceptionally accurate in his diagnosis and treatment. Id encountered long delays in diagnosis and treatment elsewhere but Dr Krishna swiftly identified the problems, provided excellant care and treatment. He has significantly reduced my chronic pain for a range of things. Excellent communication from Dr Krishna and his secretary-this is exceptionally important to me as I have a speech impairment making accessibility a priority for me. All the team who work with Dr Krishna were so kind, thoughtful and made me feel at ease throughout treatment. They were not fazed by my complex needs including non epileptic seizures. Id highly recommend Dr Krishna without any hesitation to anyone wanting a thorough, highly skilled and knowledgeable Dr. His accuracy in treatment and diagnosis is fantastic with short turnaround between consultation and treatment. Needed a routine hernia operation, didn't want to wait 4–6 months, chose Royal Free Private Patients based on surgeon's online profile and because profits go to NHS; also I have been an NHS patient at RF. Was seen quickly for initial consultation and got surgery appointment when I wanted it. Mr Iype did a tidy job of the surgery, I am now recuperating with no complications so far and very little pain. Anaesthetists were friendly and efficient, and Severo my nurse in my ward was helpful, reassuring and friendly. I had a ward room to myself, which my wife could stay in while I had the surgery. It was clean and roomy, though a little cold – take extra blankets. The lunch I was given after surgery was pretty good, and they were able to get a sandwich for my wife too as well as teas and coffees. All in all, went very well.

From my first visit Mr Davies was From my initial appointment at Spire Healthcare, I found all staff to be extremely informative, professional, and helpful. Upon meeting my surgeon, Mr Davies, he provided clear and comprehensive information regarding my knee replacement surgery and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The theatre, nursing, and ward staff were excellent from the moment I arrived for surgery through to my discharge, and I felt well cared for throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Mr Davies. The high standard of care I received meant that I felt completely at ease and had no hesitation in returning three months later to undergo my second knee replacement.

Main reception lovely and consultant was great. Imaging receptionist was blunt and frankly dismissive. Now paying invoice for consultation the original price was quoted on phone I found it’s £20 more which isn’t much but when you are self funding every £20 counts! When I complained I was directed to the fees as outlined on my original appointment letter which state it would not exceed £150 which it obviously doesn't but it wasn’t explained that the figure quoted on phone was only an estimate. Pricing should be communicated more clearly for those who don’t have insurance. So far, apart from consultant, a disappointment.

I have used Avenues for a cycle of IVF/ICSi, a hysteroscopy and then FET. I was under the care of De Ali Al Chami and became pregnant with the first transfer, having 3 failed attempts elsewhere. Dr Al Chami changed my protocol (both stimulation and transfer protocol). This places is miles apart because it guarantees continuity of care and patients are treated as people. dr Ali is a wonderful person and he cares about his patients. The midwives (Marina Christina Katie Fiona Emily Starvula) are all amazing and know each patient by name and treated me with warmth, dignity, compassion and professionalism.

Visit was easy to book via Circlehealthgroup although reception seems to be over capacity compared to previous visits particularly with all patients having to queue and book in at main reception as opposed to the previous process of checking in at the Outpatients Area reception. Queue resulted in slightly late arrival to patient waiting area.
