I arrived for my appointment earlier than scheduledas it was suoposed to be 11am but was told someone else was in surgery at around 12 noon to 1pm. So decided to wait. It was around 3-3:30pm when i was taken through. The surgeon and assistants were helpful and polite and did their utmost to put me at ease. The surgery only took over an hour or so and was very precise and was shown the result of each ear immediately after it was done. One of the medical assistants gave me a hand mirror to show what had been achieved.. I was initially pleased by Doctor Sabbagh' work but wont see the final result until swelling has gone down. When this was complete i was taken to a room, had my blood pressure taken and was given something to eat and drink and had to wait until Doctor sabbagh had seen me and provided me with fresh bandaging, headbands and co-codamol for any discomfort when the anaesthetic started to wear off before i could leave. It was a long day for me and could have done without unnecessary personal questions which made me uncomfortable but overall the staff and surgeon did a great job and would certainly recommend to anyone who require ear reduction and pinnaplasty.

I had my diagnosis of ADHD back in May 2025, this was quite an emotional process for me. Luckily I had the support of my best friend and my mum. I then underwent my titration with the Kamran who was nothing short of amazing. He was patient and listened to my concerns and provided advice according to my needs. And ensure to keep track of all symptoms and the nature of their improvements over time and navigated this amazingly especially as I have high blood pressure. I have been supported with my shared care and this has been taken over by my GP. I am doing so much better with general everyday life. It is not an easy process by any means. It was and expensive and timely process. And there is a lot of back and forth at times due to automated messages which caused me some confusion at times. But you will always be answered via email or phone call if you have any concerns. Thank you so much to Shanice in Admin, Oliver who completed my assessment and Kamran my pharmacist. I am hoping once I have the finances avaliable I can return for support therapy to help me navigate through other aspects of having ADHD.

Weymouth Street Hospital

Was booked for a diagnostic procedure at the Weymouth Street Hospital. 5 days before the operation, the surgeon said he needed additional tests which couldn't be completed in time. The appointment was cancelled: 80% refund due. Four emails asking for a refund: no response. One formal complaint letter by recorded delivery: no response. One "letter before court action" (initiating what used to be the small claims court procedure): payment! Payment was "accidentally" rounded down to the nearest hundred pounds. Yet another email and I finally received the full refund five weeks after the cancellation.

Mr Basavaiah Natesh

Had a septoplasty with reduction of turbinates done, Dr Natesh explained in detail the risks and details. The aftercare sounded very promising as well so went ahead. The procedure day went very smoothly as well ant Meriden Hospital and the recovery no issues as well. Happy to have chosen Dr Natesh. Only feedback is that I’d have liked to see the aftercare written down somewhere as remembering the details while going for surgery and I’m already nervous was challenging. Also wish I started using saline solution cleansing before surgery so I know what I’m doing after surgery.

I had my 6 month check up with Lexi. Everything so far with Pride In Health has been great. The reminders for my bloods and checks up are always sent via email and with enough time to get everything sorted for them, as well as options for assistance from Pride. My check up with Lexi was great, she's always very welcoming and fun to chat to. We spoke about my upcoming surgery and she was very supportive and excited for me. Any questions I had never felt too silly to ask and she always had very informative answers for me. I left my session with all my questions answered.

The staff at the centre are exceptional. Customer service is amazing and the consideration for the children is outstanding. Minimal waiting times avoid the children becoming overly fearful or stressed and procedures are handled with professionalism and empathy for the young patients involved. My son was petrified of needles before you did a blood test, but it was handled so well and compassionately that he now is pretty confident around injections/blood tests. Thank you

Mr Narvekar performed an open myomectomy to remove multiple fibroids. The whole process was incredibly smooth and I felt by well informed and cared for throughout. I also had to postpone the process a couple of times due to other health issues arising and he was very accommodating and patient. Welcoming efficient and friendly receptionists and a lovely calm atmosphere. Professor Wong is amazing - the best there is with a quiet calm manner and the ability to explain complicated procedures in an understandable way. He is inspiring.
