My whole experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing! All staff have been 100% in their delivery of care and support. I felt safe and looked after. The anaesthetist and theatre staff before both operations were totally dedicated in ensuring I felt at ease at a time when I felt most anxious. All ward nurses and assistants were focussed on delivering the highest standard of care with their patience and nothing being too much trouble. Pantry team kept me well fed with delicious drinks and food and always with a smile. Imaging team were so caring, cheerful and again reassuring and professional. The physio team are incredible, they have encouraged and lead me to where I am now - so very nearly there. I cannot fault my experience at Gatwick Spire. A massive thank you to Mr Panose and all teams involved in my operations and recovery.

I booked a health assessment following an internet search. I wanted something nearby and which offered a comprehensive service. The doctor (Harry) was approachable and I felt that he had my own interests very much at heart. The assessment covered the areas in which I had some concerns so I felt it would be a good option for me. I was welcomed at the premises by Amy and made welcome and comfortable. Right on time, Harry took me through the process and clearly signposted what I would experience over the next 50 minutes or so. The tests were undertaken with maximum care and respect for my comfort and I felt safe throughout. Upon conclusion of my physical visit for the tests, I was told exactly what to expect over the next few days and how the results would be communicated. Overall I am very satisfied with Leeds Cliniccand their personnel.

Arriving at the Lyndhurst Rooms for a Blood test and a CT scan in the hospital. Reception were polite quick and efficient. The Phlebotomist was professional and conducted the tests well. Absolutely fine. However, the CT scan is conducted by the hospital radiology department. Waiting times were extended at the radiology reception(NHS) and in the department(NHS) before the scan. The staff were as expected very good and professional, no issue there, but the waiting time over and above the booked time was between 45minutes to one hour overdue. I have had similar scans in different facities previousy and this does not compare with the London Clinic which is fully private and the same private insurance payer is paying for a private service. the RFH Private Patients could do a lot better.

I recently saw Mr. Samsudin regarding some issues that were potentially kidney stones. From the moment he introduced himself, he was very personable, engaging, and made me feel at ease. During his assessment, he explained everything clearly as he went through the process, helping me understand the possible causes and next steps. At my follow-up appointment, he was again thorough and clear in his evaluation, offering practical advice on how to manage the issue going forward. I would highly recommend Mr. Samsudin to anyone needing urological care, and if the issue arises again, I will certainly be choosing him again

Steven is an excellent and empathetic therapist. After having several bad experiences with other therapists I met Steven and immediately felt at ease. Steven listens and is non judgemental. When I first started working with him earlier in the year following a traumatic car crash, I thought I would never drive again. Using EMDR therapy, it has taken hard work but I am now back to driving for which I will forever be grateful. I hope this gives hope to anyone in a similar scenario, and encourages you to reach out for help.

My whole experience as a patient under Dr Gulati was perfect in every way. He was the consummate professional, showing respect but at the same time behaving in a friendly manner. He took time to explain all aspects, to ask for questions and gave reassurance. There was a slight complication to do with my weak pulse for access to the artery but he overcame it meaning a better outcome for me. He wasted no time in referring me onwards for further treatment. I could not recommend this doctor highly enough.

I had a pleasant experience at the dentist this time. I only had a patch on a tooth so non drilling required. I thought the dentist explained everything to me and reassured me. I think she is a very good dentist and I am only sorry she is leaving the practice. This is what I keep experiencing with the practice which is slightly disappointing.
