I felt reassured by Mr Terrace’s quiet, confident manner, his careful but thorough examination and his clear explanation of my options. My wife said that she felt he took a personal interest in our case: that we mattered to him. Arrangements for the procedure were made efficiently and carried out as planned. Following the operation and discharge I had an adverse reaction to my pain medication and had to return to hospital outpatients. Mr Terrace, indeed all the staff, were attentive, sympathetic and helpful and I was able to return home after a couple of hours. He said that if I experienced any problems I should not hesitate to contact him. Six weeks after the operation, as arranged, Mr Terrace followed up by phone call and I was able to tell him that I have recovered very well and am resuming all my normal activities. Mr Terrace assured me that he would be available at all times if further assistance was required in any way. My experience throughout has been positive and I am I most grateful to Mr Terrace for his exemplary care.

Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. His support and reassurance that I’ll start seeing big improvements mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and expertise he brings to every session. I have just attended a post op review with my consultant. From receptionist to radiographer ( review xray ) to consultant all staff were welcoming , friendly and empathetic. The time waiting to be seen was minimal and each staff member was efficient and ensured the visit was without issue and all concerns were addressed . Mr Islam, my consultant ,discussed In detail my postop xray and listened to my experience of recovery with interest and empathy - allowing me to tell him anything that had concerned me. My post op recovery status was assessed and encouragement given for further progress with a one year review planned . I left the appointment completely satisfied that I had treated by a person with the highest level of skill and professional attitude.

I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. Alan James is a charming and calm surgeon who takes time to explain everything that’s happening every step of the way. I was. a day patient, and my procedure could not have gone any smoother, Three weeks later I am almost fully recovered! I cannot recommend Alan James highly enough, he is an absolute credit to his profession, who many at his level could learn from.

She also said to let her know if any point I wanted to stop, or felt pain. Throughout the whole process, which can be emotional, Dr Sheetal explained what was happening, for example when they were getting the embryo, when they were checking the catheter.

My experience once in the practice was very good. Staff friendly and professional. What I found very stressful beforehand was locating the property. The letter that I received from the NHS gave an address of One Medical House which I could not find on any signage. I drove around for 10 mins and was then worried that I would miss my appointment. The letter should be updated to state OSD Healthcare.
