I struggled for 2–3 years with vaginal dryness, thinning, low sex drive, and painful sex caused by low dose birth control (Gedarel). I had lost a lot of confidence due to this. During that time, I visited multiple NHS GPs, and every single time I was told there was nothing wrong, I'm too young and advised to use lubricant or vaginal moisturisers. I felt completely dismissed and defeated. After doing extensive research, I came across other women with similar experiences, including some who had been successfully treated with bioidentical HRT. I was determined to find a gynaecologist who had experience treating women closer to my age, and I was incredibly fortunate to find Miss Tania Adib. From the very first appointment, Miss Adib took me seriously, listened carefully to everything I had to say, and made me feel heard and understood. She diagnosed me with vestibular vulvodynia and thinning and prescribed bioidentical HRT consisting of estradiol, testosterone and baclofen which has helped so much. The baclofen has really helped as I also had some pelvic muscle tightness. The improvement has been dramatic — my vaginal dryness has resolved, my sex drive has returned, and there is a significant reduction in pain during sex and my confidence has improved immensely. I feel like myself again. I had honestly lost all hope before meeting Miss Adib! Miss Adib is extremely kind, friendly, and professional, and I have always felt safe and comfortable at every visit. I have had an excellent experience under her care and am genuinely grateful for the impact she has had on my quality of life. I hope that anyone experiencing similar symptoms is able to seek treatment from her — you will not regret it.

I had a consultant review with Dr Shaikh for the re-initiation and titration of medication for a pre-existing ADHD diagnosis. I chose Mentis Clinic as it was the most affordable option I found during my research, particularly considering that their service includes consultant review, medication titration appointments, prescriptions, and a shared care agreement. My previous notes were reviewed promptly, and I was offered an initial consultant appointment within a week, followed by a titration appointment the following week. Dr Shaikh was very attentive and took the time to understand my circumstances and reasons for seeking re-initiation and titration of medication. There was no waiting list, which meant I was seen extremely quickly. The pharmacy also handled my prescription efficiently, with medication delivered in a timely manner. After the initial consultant review, I received my clinic letter very quickly and was given the opportunity to request amendments, which were dealt with promptly. I was provided with comprehensive information about medication options and was also given a letter of support for education and employment without even having to request one, which was something I genuinely needed. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Mentis Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking assessment or ongoing care for ADHD.

I genuinely don't know where to begin in expressing my gratitude for Mr Holton. He is incredible - such a talented and amazing surgeon and I honestly feel so thankful I was lucky enough to have my hip replacement surgery with him. He is a genuinely wonderful and caring person and he has changed my life immeasurably. He ensured I was fully aware of what was possible in terms of outcomes, but the outcomes have indeed exceeded all expectations. I had regular touchpoints in the days following surgery, 6 weeks after and then 10 months after that. I am usually a bit of a worrier but I felt so informed throughout that I didn't have any worries. Not only do I have a brand new hip, Mr Holton was also able to lengthen my leg - which was a 3cm difference. I had lived my life in pain for so long as a result of my congenital hip and I'd developed arthritis in the hip joint. The difference in my leg brought many alignment issues, along with back and neck issues as a direct result. For the first time in my life I am living completely pain free, my pelvis is level and I now live such a full life. It has completely changed my quality of life and I cannot thank him enough. Overall the experience was great. Justyna was simply amazing, super positive, supportive and caring. I felt very looked after. Where things could be improved - better communication in terms of the order of surgery. My expectations was for a 2:30 surgery, but instead I had to wait for an elongated period without anyone communicating with me or my wife. I don’t think anyone offered my wife a cup of tea or other which would have been nice. Post surgery in the recovery room, the ladies began to inclune the bed before I was ready and to the point where I experienced a lot of pain at the surgery point. I found this very distressing and was not needed. A more progressive approach to inclining the bed would have been much better and I could have let them know I was at my comfortable limit, as opposed to being pushed passed it and into pain. I believe as a result of this pain, they gave me a heavy dose of morphine which kept me groggy for a long period into the evening. I would question if this was needed if they hadn’t pushed me past my comfortable limits.

I had a dental hygienist appointment which was fine. However, when it came to booking a further six monthly appointment I was asked to pay £35 in advance! This would be deducted from my bill in six months time. I declined to do this and cancelled my next appointment. I presume that at the next appointment I'd be asked yet again to pay £35 in advance, which basically means that this is just a way of charging a one off payment over and above the actual cost! I have never been asked to pay in advance for any private care, dental or otherwise. I think this is very sharp practice. By all means have a cancellation policy and charge the customer for not attending, but don't just take £35 well in advance! I may have to change my dental practice if this continues.

The physiotherapist seemed unconcerned by the pain I have been experiencing for nearly a year. He mentioned that I had full movement and so he was not concerned. He kept saying that he would not give me another steroid injection without acknowledging that I didn’t want one. He told me to do some exercises which he showed me how to do once and gave me no paperwork or YouTube link that might assist when I got home. I tried to ask how long I should wait before I made any further action and he said there is no more treatment. I felt like an inconvenience and wish I had gone somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone to see him again. He really made me feel small and insignificant.

My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

He explained the procedure to me during the consultation, and I had undergone the same procedure with another consultant in the past. I was expecting the same type of pain.
