Your gentle and supportive approach was truly transformative during a time when we felt completely at a loss and frightened for him. The two sessions you had with him will always remind him that whenever he needs support, there are special people out there who can guide him. That is life changing. I had a fantastic experience with CR+P's cardiac rehabilitation.programme. From the very beginning, it was clear this was not a one-size-fits-all programme; it was meticulously tailored to my specific health needs, which made me feel incredibly safe and supported throughout my recovery journey. Each training session was professionally delivered, well-structured, and very informative. I could feel the tangible results week-on-week. It was incredibly motivating to feel my cardio condition noticeably improving with each session, a testament to the programme's effectiveness. Lizzie was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable which made the training sessions both highly effective and fun. She was always happy to explain not just what exercise we were doing, but why we were doing it, which was so empowering. She seamlessly integrated practical dietary advice and set clear, achievable tasks and goals between sessions, keeping me engaged and motivated.. I have visited St Joseph’s a number of times for consultations and have always had a good experience. However as a day case today there was quite a wait for the appointment to begin. It was uncomfortable in the waiting area with a cold draught blowing in through sliding doors. The letter stated the admission was at 5pm but were only called in at 5.40pm. The procedure went well and the nurses/assistants were very friendly. The facility was clean and clutter free. However the consultant then went into this busy waiting area and informed my relative, who accompanied me, with the results of the procedure in front of other patients and staff. This was highly inappropriate and the hospital needs to ensure there are private areas to discuss medical information in future. For a privately paying service one would expect there to be better controls and more discretion to be provided for medical procedures.

Firstly, i was offered an appt very quickly following a cancellation - I was really grateful for not having to wait weeks. Dr Farah asked me many questions to understand my medical profile, reviewing my medical history thoroughy - taking into account medications, timings and test results, asking for specific results which i was able to show him on my NHS app. Most of all I felt really comfortable asking my many questions which were answered fully and in terms that I understood. He provided me a longer term plan for my condition that has gave me the reassurance that I was looking for and I received my consultation notes and reports the same evening.

Richard is, without question, the kindest and most effective therapist I’ve ever worked with. His confidence, evidently based on deep knowledge, is paired with his good humour and informal approach to create an extremely comfortable and supportive therapeutic environment. He has, and continues to support me with both the practical, day-to-day steps in my recovery from anorexia, as well as the deep and meaningful work needed to make that recovery robust. For anyone struggling with an eating disorder, I can not recommend and endorse Richard highly enough.

Mr Al-Fhaily was so reassuring at all times. I was worried that I was perhaps wasting his time, but he was patient and reassuring at every step. He helped me to understand that my condition was not unusual, more common than women my age are aware of. Yet, I had left it so long before asking for help. He gave me lots of useful links and advice too. The solution was more simple than I'd dared to hope and I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and time.

Everyone was friendly and the place clean but one of the receptions in radiology was very load speak so you heard all her conversations and calls clear as day. You are asked to to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment but I did have to do anything just wait long as I didn’t get in on time and I can only guess they ran late as two people arrived after and went in before me.
