Mr Menon treated me with respect, professionalism and compassion in a very organised manner to resolve my health issues. He carried out investigations, and acted to the best of his knowledge and experience to resolve any problems found. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly thank him for my treatment. It actually wasn’t a visit it was a telephone conversation, but was an excellent phone call as Mr Mahon explained what I needed to know and put my mind at rest

It went very well ,but I wished I'd ask more questions as Mr Menon did she once he gets inside if he cannot do the Halo he does the next thing ,but im very concerned this is the operation where pile is removed and you have leave pain at 84 don't think I could do it had so many problems this last 2 years.

Apart from my diagnosis being a massive relief Mr Menon was exceptionally patient …And understanding …I was given time to absorb the information which was delivered discretely in several formats visual verbal and in sign, Using diagrams and his hands to represent my diagnosis I was left in no doubt what so ever.
