Approximately 6 months ago, my sister was diagnosed with oral cancer which had spread to her cervical lymph nodes. Since this time, we have seen Mr Alibhai a number of times both prior and after the extensive surgery he performed on her. Having worked in health care now for nearly 20 years, I have met several consultants from specialties across the board. Mr Alibhai is by far one of the best in a number of ways. His knowledge and expertise is second to none - this came across in his explanation of the diagnosis and meticulous detail and success of the surgery. He has a warm and compassionate manner while being honest about a difficult diagnosis and the reality of this. Each and every time he has seen my sister, he has spent ample time with her and provided her with reassurance and answered all her questions. Mr Alibhai made a massive difference to my sister in all the time he spent with them with the exceptional care and respect he have them. I was keen to recognise the outstanding care my family received by Mr Alibhai .He is clearly an exceptional professional and massive asset to any organisation he works with.

Professor Kotecha was amazing, really professional and helpful throughout the entire journey. Starting with clear explanations of the procedure, what to expect for recovery and how to speed up healing and minimise pain as much as possible. He was really flexible with getting me booked in straight away, and the surgery went really smoothly. With only minimal pain afterwards, which I managed with Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. His post-op advice was great, clearly explaining and answering any questions I had. He has chosen a really great support team that helped in the surgery and recovery. I couldn't recommend him enough for how easy and smooth the process was, and how much the surgery has already improved my sleep apnea just a couple of weeks afterwards.

ADOS 2 Assessment and Autism coaching. After trying to get my adult autism assessment on NHS, I approached London Trusted Therapy to speed my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the professionalism of their staff: from the first moment I contacted them and spoke to Sofi, who took care of onboarding and scheduling, to expert guidance and support through evaluation process and ADOS 2 conducted by Dr Olena. I would recommend London Trusted Therapy to anyone looking for adult autism assessment without a long wait. I have also just started my autism therapeutic coaching with London Trusted Therapy as I was so impressive by how they conducted the diagnostic process. I am very impressed with my coach Becky.

Dr. Robinson was excellent with our 13-year-old daughter. Most doctors direct all their questions to us as parents, but Dr. Robinson spoke directly to her from the start. She asked my daughter how she was feeling, listened carefully to her responses, and treated her with genuine respect. It was clear she values her patients as individuals, regardless of age. My daughter felt heard and taken seriously, which made such a difference. Dr. Robinson struck the perfect balance—keeping us informed while empowering our daughter to be involved in her own care. The administrative processes are not always easy to naviagate but the staff at the hospital are professional and helpful. Staff on reception seem well briefed on what information is needed from patients. Clinical staff - both on the wards and in the CT scanning teams were professional and reassuring. It would be useful - for people accompanying a patient for a procedure - to have some information about facilities available to them. I was at the hospital for 12 hours and the only way to get something to eat was to go out of the hopsital to buy it. It would have been helpful to have some catering available on site - if only by machine.

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

When I was recommended the Life Plus infusion I was shown a price list of 280 for members & 310 for non members & I agreed to proceed . When I paid I was charged 350 and told the price list I had been shown was an old one . The manager offered me £80 credit on any further treatment. Upon reflection I feel I should have been given the £40 reduction today . I also had to endure a neighbour listening to her phone message on loud speaker, when I asked her to use headphones she moved but proceeded to use her phone more quietly which was ok but not great .

I’m very happy with my experience with Erin. I came in with upper back tension and limited shoulder rotation, and after a few months I now have full rotation, much more strength, and far better symmetry. Erin regularly tracked my progress with objective strength data, which was really reassuring. Her colleagues Charlie and Simon were also great—Charlie helped assess symmetry and leg strength with force plates, and Simon’s osteopathy work (especially identifying tension in my first rib) made a big difference to my neck mobility. Highly recommended.

I’d definitely recommend your clinic but was a little disappointed today by the lack of sympathy from the sonographers when I went for my 6 week 4 day scan. I explained that the pregnancy wasn’t viable (I’d had a blood test at your clinic on Saturday and learn by HCG only increased 8% in 48 hrs) and this would be my third miscarriage in 12 months from my IVF pregnancies and I didn’t receive any shock or sympathy for this. It wasn’t a big deal but if the practice wants to be even better some additional warmth and sympathy would go a long way.

I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. I was made to feel very at ease from the first pre op visit and the day of the operation. I was surprised how calm I felt going into surgery. The surgery itself must have been done excellently as I stopped taking any painkillers after 4 days, was walking without crutches for 1km after 6 days and driving after 3 weeks.
