I’ve been working with Simon Cabot for a few months on an ongoing elbow issue that was affecting my tennis and gym training. Coming from a finance background, I spend a lot of time at a desk, but I’m also very active with sports — tennis, basketball, and strength training — so finding someone who understands both performance and recovery was key. Simon quickly pinpointed the root of the problem and built a structured program that combined rehabilitation with plyometric and strength sessions. The improvement has been noticeable — not only has the pain subsided, but my movement and power on court have also improved. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who blends deep technical knowledge with practical, sport-specific training.

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. I was more than happy with my visit. The nurse who carried out my skin examination was very friendly & of neat & tidy appearance. She put me at ease straight away & explained fully what was going to take place before the examination went ahead. When she did begin she went very slowly along each part of my body taking care to explain what any marks were & answering any of my queries fully. When it was over she gave me advice regarding a lesion on my face & how to treat it. I would be more than happy to use the services of Check4Cancer again.

On arrival I was taken straight away . Staff were so reassuring & explained every step of the proceedings The procedure was done with reassurance from nurses . Afterwards I had Tea & a scone. The nurse went through all the recovery process & explained what I had to do I also was given all this information in a folder with the meds I had to use. The Kingsbridge phoned me the following day to ask how I was feeling & if I needed any information. I was Very happy with my consultant & amethyst too. All staff were so pleasant.

I particularly appreciate that she makes me an integral part of the choices made: she explains and discusses her advice on referrals, and then afterwards she takes the time to answer any questions on the consultants recommendations or terminology in the consultant's report, and further clarify the pros and cons of recommended procedures; she does this patiently and without condescension.

The appointment was for an electocardiogram and ECG. The technician was very helpful, pleasant and thorough, but I did find difficulty in lying on either side as I have lost weight and felt the pressure from the table. Very pleased that my wife was able to come in and view the procedure, so any questions asked she could help with if necessary as I have poor hearing. I was able to see Dr O'Sullivan with the results quickly and it was beneficial to us that our son-in-law Kevin was able to be present as well as my wife.
