WOW amazing! I have worn glasses since I was 16 (53 years), initially to see the blackboard! Recently my eyesight deteriorated due to cataracts and I was referred to Visio. I was very nervous about having the operation but in retrospect should not have worried, it really was not stressful. I had Trifocal Lenses fitted by Ms Ranjit Sandhu and would describe the result as amazing and transformational. I was hoping for my eyesight to return to my pre cataract vision, it did far more than this as I now have excellent unaided vision for distance as well as for near. I now have better vision than I have ever had before, and don’t need glasses anymore! I was advised before the operation that a side effect may be an increase in Halo & Glare when driving at night, however, I have not experienced this and am very comfortable with my night driving vision. In summary my vision has been transformed thanks to Visio and I would highly recommend them.

I booked a consultation with Daleswood Aesthetics online and attended to discuss one of their treatments (Emsella). The treatment was explained fully and I booked a course of six treatments. I have had two treatments so far and I am very impressed with the level of service and how professional all of the team are. They pay attention to detail and ensure your experience with them is outstanding. The treatment rooms are clean, modern and impressive. The treatments they offer are leading edge and deliver results. Dr Parwez was highly professional throughout my treatment with him (diagnosis of and surgery to repair torn meniscus). The surgery itself went well and my knee feels so much better despite some mild discomfort at the 6 weeks checkup. Sometime I found it hard to understand Dr Parwaz’s explanations: overly technical, quiet and muffled in delivery, I often left a little confused as to what he was trying to tell me. My last visit to him (the 6week checkup) I drove 1hr for 12mins with him. This may be the norm but I left feeling a little rushed and perhaps a patient ‘now off the books’. Despite this I couldn’t be more happy with my knee and hope recovery continues. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Dr Parwaz to others.

We paid £240 to the consultant and gained no extra knowledge or benefit. She basically couldn’t help because she said I needed fertility and not recurrent miscarriage. She said there was a fertility consultant there I should have booked with. Then why not offer to not charge me and book me with right person? Isn’t that what healthcare should be about rather than about taking my money? There is no triage service in place to make sure I got the right appointment. I feel robbed at a time where I am vulnerable.

I was uncomfortable with my dentures (recently made by another dentist) . Sorry I can't remember the dentist's name but he was absolutely brilliant. He spent half an hour working on them until they fitted perfectly. I can't thank him enough I'm able to enjoy eating again, it's made a huge difference. I was also concerned about a tooth and he was very reassuring even took xrays. Brilliant dentist, professional, patient and a friendly attitude. Thanks so much.

Very well organised beforehand so that I was clearly aware of what to expect from my TURP and what choices I had such as Local or general aenaethestic. Recovery also straightforward and teh nurses of my aftercare were knowledgeable and profession. My only complaint would be the time between entry to my room and the actual going to surgery - some 5 hours. meaning a lot of waiting around and fasting for around 14 hours, But this was perhaps a minor complaint.

I came in for an ankle issue to see DR Carmichael, I found him very informative and confident on the issue I had. He advised me of the issue and of the solutions to my injury, we elected for surgery and the wound is very neat and tidy hardly noticeable. Post surgery again very informative of my recovery as in the wound itself and the movement in my ankle joint and the fact that it all felt as it should as opposed to when I came in first.

This time he showed me various exercises relevant to my current situation. I did the exercises with his supervisio0n and I found that most valuable as he could show me what I got ok and how I could do the exercise better
