I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

Mr Andraay Leung

My elderly mother has had 2 consultations with Andraay Leung in the last fortnight, one in person and the second over Zoom, both of which I attended with her. Our experience of Mr Leung was excellent. He was punctual, sympathetic to my mother's condition and mobility constraints, and a very good communicator. Mr Leung was well prepared for the first consultation and quickly and clearly explained the relevant issues likely to be causative of my mother's current condition. He made recommendations for a further scan (which my mother was able to have straight away) and clearly outlined potential courses of treatment / action which would follow on from the scan results. Mr Leung was also very accommodating in making arrangements for the follow up consultation, offering a Zoom call which saved my mother having to make an uncomfortable journey to the Harborne Hospital during rush hour. Mr Leung's secretary has been easy to contact and very responsive to emails and calls. My mother has found it very reassuring to have Mr Leung's insight and advice about her current condition and now has a range of clearly explained options about how this can be treated.

I am so grateful to Delamere for my 4-week stay. The facilities are truly incredible - comfortable, well-appointed and a palpable feeling of safety. The staff are such caring, friendly and interesting people - with the relevant experience to truly empathise and help with our unique circumstances. The food is world-class, with a wide range of options and affordances for those with dietary restrictions. The suite of experiential options will introduce you to new therapeutic experiences, many of which you may take away with you. The curriculum is focussed and has real depth, and is taught by professionals with real experience of addiction. The clinical staff are wonderfully attentive and caring, and will move mountains to make you comfortable. I am so pleased to have made the decision to stay at Delamere and would recommend it whole heartedly to anyone who wants to make a change.

Very pleasing experience. I was given plenty of time, and had a thorough examination of my ears, with the removal of wax, followed by a full hearing test. I returned a couple of weeks later, and having been shown several different hearing aids, went for ones that fit into the ear, with no wires or pieces behind the ear. I now have them on a months trial to see how I get on with them. I was quoted a price, which I understand I will pay if these are the correct ones for me, but only when I am totally satisfied. There is then a 3 monthly check included in the price. I believe I can try others if these are not right for me, and Mr Clive who I saw, was most helpful and understanding of a lady who hated the idea of wearing hearing aids!

I was out at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I was quite nervous but all of my questions were answered and I was treated as a real person with feelings rather than just another person coming in for a ‘service’. My hesitations about the cooper coil vs the hormonal one were discussed thoroughly and I ended up making the opposite decision to what I originally thought as it was better suited to me! (Just shows you can do all the research you want but actually having a chat with a doctor will always win). I could t have asked for a better experience- thank you.

Mr Oliver did a total knee replacement on my right knee twelve years ago at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.
