Excellent bedside manner with a true desire to get to the bottom of a problem. Free from the often occurring "I am so brilliant vibes" that I at times got from other consultants. Refreshing down to earth, approachable, very friendly. Most importantly, excellent listening skills, does not try to convenience you of a diagnosis after only hearing a quarter but appears to be thorough before making up his mind. Excellent communicator, who gets a patient fully involved, showing pictures to explain and explaining what he sees on a screen. I initially was a bit apprehensive thinking, hmmm has not got 3 decades of experience like some practitioners I saw in the past. On reflection, a good thing, still greatly motivated to make a difference and passionate about what he does. Deos not leave you feel watching the clock (he went over time, thank you) or rushed. Overall so far a positive experience (first consultation). I usually don't leave long feedbacks but if someone "goes the extra mile", so will I. Most importantly, if you had negative experiences before with consultants causing you pain/flare ups in the night and following day(s) due to handling you roughly during an examination, then give Dr Raiman a try. He very carefully moved my limbs with utmost consideration during the necessary examination, which helps building trust.

As I was not in London at the time of the injury, he immediately accommodated an online consultation and ensured continuity of care until I could return. Over the summer, my travel schedule was complicated and unpredictable, yet Dr Berber was consistently flexible and responsive, arranging follow-up appointments and imaging around my movements. He and his team proactively coordinated scans to closely monitor progress, always with the aim of minimising intervention while ensuring proper healing. His readiness to adapt, combined with clear communication and careful clinical judgment, made a potentially stressful situation feel very well managed. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, availability, and thoughtful approach to care.

I recently had a consultation with Dr Tan, and I was truly impressed by the level of care she provided. She showed exceptional compassion and empathy, listened carefully to every concern, and addressed each point thoroughly and individually. No question felt rushed or unwelcome. This review honestly doesn’t do justice to the standard of service we received. I left the appointment feeling completely reassured and confident that I was in the safest hands. Speaking with her felt like talking to someone I had known for years—she was patient and so attentive. The waiting area had few chairs and not enough for the people waiting. The people around there that gave me paperwork and told me where to wait, were polite and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was really distressing, I couldn't ask questions and didn't discussed with me the plan, just set up steps without getting me involved on her treatment plan. This experience was very negative from what I expected when you go to a professional asking for advice and reviewing if your body is working well. My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

I found the GP we visited to be welcoming and friendly, he was very informative and honest with things however I found the reception staff to be the opposite they were not very welcoming and I felt that they were closed of from any type of communication or request I did not like that they were so miserable no smiles just blank I didn't like the experience or the feeling I felt when walking into the practise but the doctor was great.
