ENT Surgeon Mr Natesh is absolutely fantastic!!! Honestly I cannot put into words how incredible he is at his job. He is a superb ent surgeon who has extensive knowledge in his area of ears nose and throat neck head etc. I am so glad I came across Mr Natesh he is the best no1 ent surgeon. From consultations to pre op to post op he answered all my questions and listened and was kind and patient throughout even when I asked a million questions as im an anxious person. I had fess endoscopic Sinus surgery and chose Mr Natesh because as soon as I had my consultation with him I trusted his expertise and knowledge and got a good feeling about him. I self funded and it was worth it to ensure I got Mr Natesh. I had my follow up and even before my op and after he still contacted me to answer questions that I continously had. He had no judgement and was understanding he whole time. Even when I was scared to do the sinus rinses he reassured me throughout. He explained things clearly so I understood any results and biopsy I got and he never rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered everything I asked. Im so glad I chose to have surgery with Mr Natesh he made me feel reassured and confident. 5*+++ I highly recommend Mr Natesh and hes the only ENT surgeon I will visit if I ever need to again. My first appointment with Dr James Thing went very well though I had to phone the clinic to say that I would be late for my appointment since the taxi broke down on the way. I arrived at the clinic with my husband 15 minutes late, but I was seen by Dr Thing without further delay. He told us that there was a patient who was on hour late on that day perhaps due to the cold weather. Dr Thing checked my medical details, my knee conditions in both legs, examined my knees carefully before looking them closely on the screen. I had bilateral Ostenil Plus Knee injections while the doctor was guided by Ultrasound Scan to insert the needles into the exact area of my knees. I had a little sensation when the needles were inserted but it was done in a gentle manner that I was feeling alright throughout the time of insertion. The whole procedure went smoothly and the doctor said he would see me in a year's time. In the meantime I was to take it easy and rest well for my knees to heal and he would write me an email in three weeks' time to see how I was doing.

Attended for a blood test. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with blood tests over the years. This is primarily because I have very small and narrow veins which disappear with the touch of a needle..☹️ I find the whole experience extremely painful and distressing … I explained all of this to Debbie, the wonderful and kind nurse who attended me. She was brilliant! Totally put me at ease and was incredibly supportive and gentle. I was definitely a challenge for her as my veins were completely uncooperative per usual. But she took her time and used the smallest needle possible to minimise any discomfort. She succeeded in the end and managed to get enough blood for a full blood count!! Miraculous! I am so very grateful to Debbie for turning a potentially very upsetting and negative experience into a positive outcome. She has helped me to regain a little more confidence in having my blood taken again. Thank you Debbie! 😊

Great! Excellent overall experience. Facilities in general good, room, cleanliness, staff and procedure. I really am a fan, and if necessity arises would return with a lot of confidence that things would go well. Two small items of feedback : Negative - situation of the centre is not ideal and some patients get a view of a dingy disused courtyard . This is a minor point ! Food could be a little more interesting. Positive - its both reassuring and positive that the whole experience, especially the excellent staff, are so personal. The patient feels that care is tailored specifically to them. Little danger of removing the wrong leg! Warm human interchanges throughout, which is very, very good!

Cannot tell you about my visit as my reply to asking for an appointment is we don’t have and appointments and try calling on a Monday Tuesday or Thursday. Absolutely disgusting I’d be happy if given a date in a months time . You know you can never either get through on the phone or online to ge pain and with many other issues t an appointment. Spend a hour on hold to be told there are no appointments so I’m living in absolute pain and many other issues what a waste of time

I think the Doctors Lounge is such a great personal investment. You are able to see a doctor quickly, they have all your notes in front of them and have excellent referal doctors should you need further support. I cannot recomend Dr. Nik Chopra and his team more highly. It also means you take pressure off your local GP who can then spend their time with patients who need to use the NHS service. Think outstanding service and value for money.

All the staff at the Spire Hospital were helpful & nothing was too much trouble so that I felt listened to in terms of my needs & any fears I had. I felt reassured that I was in excellent hands when it came to pain relief particularly immediately post op & was encouraged to get out of bed as soon as I was able. The food was enjoyable & there was a good variety which certainly helped my recovery & my room was light & very clean.
