I can’t recommend Debra highly enough as a physio. I had physio for my middle child 5 years ago with Debra and again with my now 10 month old baby. Debra is calm, patient, and so knowledgeable, which instantly put both me and my baby at ease. She has a wonderful way of engaging with babies, turning each session into something that feels more like play than therapy, while still being incredibly effective. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how we can support our baby’s progress at home, which has been so reassuring as a parent. We’ve always seen such positive progress under her care, and I’m so grateful to have had her support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debra to any parent looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy paediatric physio.

Excellent by all standards, Dr Charlotte Frise is the best Dr I have ever had in the UK and I am very proud to mention her as my Doctor. She has been very patient with my care and saw through my pre-pregnancy, antenatal and post natal complications. Even though I was going through the worst moments of my life, she motivated and kept reassuring me everything was going to be okay. Am so overwhelmed with the love and perfection exhibited. Am so grateful to have been cared for my her. God bless her abundantly!!! Hoping to meet her again in 2years time to plan another pregnancy. With her as my Doctor am sure I will sail through again and again.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

Both occasions on visiting the practice have been fantastic. Having a fear of the dentist isn’t great, but the reassurance from the staff is absolutely second to none. Talking through the steps to give you an indication of what’s going on etc. checking in constantly to make sure everything is ok with the procedure taking place! The staff are professional and very friendly, the practice is probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t have a normal sterile dentist feel to it! Again a great experience for someone who isn’t particularly keen on visiting the dentist.

I came to Mr Hodges to get both my lower wisdom teeth extracted. He was diligent and recommended 3D X-rays to see how close the teeth were to the nerve. He gave great advise about which treatment was best and the surgery went very well. Post operation recovery went smoother than expected and I was back to normal after a week and a half. I would highly recommend Mr Hodges.

I called the ECS hub as I was keen to avoid a long wait in ED after failing off my horse and sustaining facial injuries. I was seen very quickly and had my wounds cleaned and glued. I was given self-care advice and a prescription for antibiotics. I was extremely impressed with the service I received and won’t hesitate to visit the hub again if I need to.
