I had an excellent experience with Dr Vakharia. I have a long history of endometriosis and was referred to him specifically by another gynae to further investigate my condition. From the very beginning, he never dismissed me or made me feel that my symptoms were insignificant. He listened carefully, addressed all of my concerns, and involved me in every decision regarding next steps. My surgery was successful, and during my post-operative appointment, Dr Vakharia took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood what had been done and what to expect moving forward. I have immense respect for him. During my recovery, I went through a particularly difficult period with significant pain and multiple concerns. After I sent an email outlining my worries, Dr Vakharia personally called me—even though I did not have a scheduled appointment—just to check in and talk through what I was experiencing and what I should and shouldn’t do. That small but incredibly meaningful gesture went above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for it. Endometriosis is a very challenging condition to live with, but I never once felt ignored or neglected under Dr Vakharia’s care. I was treated with genuine respect, kindness, and reassurance, and all of my concerns were consistently addressed. He said something to me that no other doctor ever has: he encouraged me not to live my life in fear and to trust the process and the success of the surgery. Hearing that from a doctor was deeply comforting. I am truly thankful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr Vakharia to anyone considering a gynaecologist. He is compassionate, attentive, and fully present throughout the entire process.

I had a really great experience at this private GP appointment and couldn’t fault it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The whole appointment felt calm and well organised, with no rushing at all. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if I ever need to — a truly positive experience from start to finish.

Having waited for an appointment for approximately two years, I felt nervous and apprehensive the morning of my appointment. Despite this, after a few moments speaking with Doctor Pirjamali, I felt more calm. Although we discussed some difficult topics such as grief and an eating disorder, he maintained an easy-going, nonjudgemental, professional and informative manner. Our chat was thorough and after the appointment had come to a natural end, I felt relieved knowing that no stone had been left unturned. Doctor Pirjamali came across as kind and extremely knowledgeable in the areas of ADHD and ( although he referred me to speak further to the titration team regarding this) ADHD medication. I I highly recommend him as a Doctor, especially if you are nervous.

Having been to several medical professionals in my life, I can honestly say the care provided by Dr Katie Cowie is exceptional. She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

I was treated extremely kindly and it made such a difference. Everyone who works there deserves a massive thank you. I didn’t feel judged, not once. Respectful, polite and friendly and very, very prepared. I felt that I was in safe hands and I really appreciated all the security protocols. My only suggestion to make things even better, would be to have an indoor waiting area available for clients who are asked to arrive at 7am. It was not much fun waiting in the dark, in the rain, in the cold to be let in for 20 odd minutes. But as soon as that hurdle was overcome, everything went so well and a lot of that was because of the efforts of the team. They’re great. I really loved my sandwich too!

Mr Challand was amazing from start to finish, he made me feel so at ease in a subject that is so personal to myself. Mr Challand thoroughly explained all treatment options in a professional manner yet in layman’s terms so that I understood fully what treatment operations are available and the full extent of my condition. The appointment was not rushed and Mr Challand answered all my questions at a high level and has made me feel so at ease.

I have suffered from droopy eyebrows for a number of years now and had a consultation with Ewa to discuss what could be done to correct this. Ewa explained the various options available to me and the advantages and disadvantages of each. I decided on the direct brow lift and I am amazed and delighted with the result. Lifting the brows has opened up my eyes and I no longer look tired but refreshed. Ewa took maticulous care over the finer details of the lift including the shape of the brows, which has made all the difference. Thank you.

My partner and I came to the Agora for a fertility assessment as we've been trying to conceive for a couple of years. The doctor was kind in explaining our results and gave a clear plan of what they recommend moving forwards. I chose the clinic based on the good reviews and we are so happy that we did. All the staff we have come across have been very nice and answered any questions that we had. We feel comfortable choosing the Agora for IVF even though this is an unknown road ahead, i feel supported.

I chose galaxy lenses for my cataract surgery and am now very happy with the results. No need whatsoever for any glasses. The staff were all very kind and supportive, along with Mr Hove the surgeon who was quick and efficient with the procedure. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of this procedure to not be anxious, it is quick and painless and though your vision is a little blurry after it doesn't take long to resolve. ICU I was treated like an animal left under the cold AC in a cramped room, the ICU nurse was on her phone taking ages to come to help when you press the call bell. The nurse team is the worst I’ve experienced in my life I genuinely thought I was going to die in this hospital they don’t respect you ethically unsafe and keep you in prolonged pain for days
