She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

From our very first appointment, she made me feel listened to, understood, and reassured during what can be a confusing and overwhelming time. Her knowledge, calm approach, and clear explanations helped me make sense of my symptoms and feel confident about the next steps. She took the time to tailor my care to me as an individual, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Thanks to her support and guidance, I feel far more informed, supported, and positive about managing this transition. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any woman at the start of their menopause journey.

I ruptured my Achilles tendon playing squash last September. My consultant surgeon strongly recommended Physio Remedies, who have an excellent reputation for helping athletes recover and return to sport in the best possible condition. I’m being treated by Naomi Murray, who closely follows the latest international research on Achilles injuries, which is very reassuring. The rehab plan has always been clear, progress has been excellent, and follow-up is very responsive whenever I have questions. Her patients’ recovery and long-term outcomes are clearly a genuine priority for her. The facilities at the Lansdowne Club are also outstanding and make a real difference to the quality of the rehabilitation. I would definitely recommend Physio Remedies.

All staff, from reception to nurses and surgeons, I found to be friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I was generally rather nervous about the whole process, this being the very first time I experienced any form of surgery or a stay in hospital. However, I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding and felt well advised at all times, allowing me to make informed decisions at my own pace, without being pressured. I had to wait a bit longer than I had anticipated for surgery but by comparison to the NHS, it was efficient and slick. It is early days to comment properly on my shoulder replacement but things are progressing well although slowly and I am hopeful for the future.

The staff were nice and supportive but the doctor Ravi Ratnavel was unprofessional in both visits. He had no empathy towards me as his patient, didn’t show that he cared at all. He gets defensive when asked questions and eventually told me he lost fascination in my condition. He also said I’m obsessing for asking questions within my rights as a patient, especially as his inputs have not been considerate caring or consistent. The administration and governance committee decided that his behavior is aligned with quality care so I would not recommend this clinic to anyone

I had a very positive experience with Mr. Hodges throughout the removal of my cyst. From the initial consultation to being booked in for surgery, the process was extremely efficient and well organised. The consultant was excellent. I felt listened to and reassured, and my options were explained thoroughly and clearly in a way I could easily understand. The surgery was carried out promptly, and I was well supported with several follow up check ups afterwards. Overall, I felt well cared for at every stage and would highly recommend Mr. Hodges.

My second visit to Clinic and Dr James Thing. This time for issues with ankle. Dr Thing asked questions regarding the ankle and a few exercises to ascertain problem areas and carried out ultra sound and explained this to me. Best option forward was injection which was pain free and advice on what to watch out for etc. Also recommended a follow up with podiatrist at portobello too. Great service for start to finish special mention to Luvena who was most helpful and professional.
