I had my varicose vein scan with Louis and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident that I was being properly looked after. Louis explained everything in a really easy-to-understand way and talked me through the scan as it was happening, which helped put me completely at ease. The ultrasound was very thorough, and it was clear he really knows what he’s doing, nothing felt rushed, and he took his time to check everything properly. What I appreciated most was how calm and reassuring Louis was throughout the appointment. He made sure I understood what was going on, what the scan showed, and what the next steps might be, without using complicated medical language or making it feel overwhelming. The whole appointment felt professional but friendly, and I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the advice I was given. Over the moon with my experience from start to finish. I did a lot of research before hand for surgery to replace my previous implants, looking for someone who specialised in breast surgery. At my consultation Andrew really listened to what I was looking to achieve and advised what he thought would look right on my frame but keeping the look I was after. On my surgery day all the staff at the freeman were so lovely and helpful. My surgery was abit more complicated than it was meant to be as one of the old implants had ruptured but I was in good hands! Everything after surgery has been fine and I knew that if I needed any help his PA Helen was only a message away. I had my last appointment at the new clinic at team valley and it looks amazing! I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking for breast surgery!

Professor George was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I explained the breathing difficulties I have been experiencing and that I had already seen several consultants without any success. He had clearly reviewed my notes beforehand and was well prepared for the appointment. He arranged the necessary tests straight away and was very reassuring throughout. He explained the next steps clearly and took the time to dictate a summary of our discussion during the consultation to ensure nothing was missed and that we were fully aligned. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience. Professor George is thorough and highly experienced, and I feel confident that my care is in the right hands.

When I first started looking for an endometriosis specialist and came across Mr Raza and all the positive reviews, I wondered: ‘can he really be that great?!’. The answer: yes he was. I had stage 4 DIE and a frozen pelvis. Mr Raza not only had the technical skill and expertise to deal with a complex case (with minimally invasive and cutting edge surgery) but also showed so much care and compassion, which gave me so much confidence and reassurance going into my surgery. The whole experience, including the recovery, has been so so positive and I would fully recommend him.

My appointments with Dr Mallek were extremely reassuring (I went to see him with some blood pressure test results that concerned me). At the first appointment, when I was feeling most anxious, Dr Mallek listened with a thoughtful and kind approach. He took a careful history, did some tests and gave me some comfort based on this. He also recommended some extra checks, to be thorough. On receiving the results of these tests (all of which showed no evident medical problem), he provided guidance that was clear and helpful. The actual visit with dentist (Simon Robertson) was at is normal excellent standard by explaining what dental work was required to resolve the situation of which he completed explaining each task as he progressed with no drama or problems. Mr Van Wyk was friendly and easy to talk to . He listened to my problem and made a careful examination and diagnosis. He offered a wait and see strategy rathe than an immediate treatment which I found abit disappointing but how wrong I was! His timely advice avoided me needing surgery because the problem solved itself after a few weeks. I would not hesitate to consult him again or to recommend him highly to others.
