An inpatient experience at spire Cheshire hospital. Procedures were clearly explained in advance. Care and consideration given at the time of receiving the results. Mr Ramakrishnan has a professional, yet very approachable manner, is very knowledgeable in his chosen field and made me feel supported and cared for at all times.
I had an excellent experience with Dr Ramakrishnan. I consulted him following recurrent and quite severe abdominal pain that had been troubling me for some time. He listened carefully to my history, explained the possible causes clearly and arranged the appropriate investigations promptly, including an MRCP and gastroscopy. Following the gastroscopy, he took the time to show me the findings and explain everything in a very clear and reassuring way. I particularly appreciated his calm manner, thoroughness and willingness to answer my questions without rushing the consultation. After having recurrent symptoms without a clear explanation, it was a great relief to finally understand the likely cause and have a clear treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr Ramakrishnan.
