I attended the Spire as part of my NHS care and was provided an appointment very quickly. Mr Tandon completed an assessment and referred me for an MRI (which was completed the next week). He explained the procedure of a lap chole and to complete a liver shrinking diet prior to the surgery. I was provided with an email of the full details following my preop. On the day of the surgery Mr Tandon completed a pre operative assessment confirming the procedure and any aftercare. Following the procedure I was discharged the same day and followed up in 5 weeks. Mr Tandon explained that the procedure was a success and that he would inform my GP that the treatment was complete. He ensured that all my questions were answered and made me feel at ease. I was pleased with the outcome and any advice he provided.
