Dr Subramaniam comes across as a focussed professional, with a friendly demeanour. In consultation, he was informal enough to put my concerns at ease. As the specialist performing the endoscopy, he worked with skill and professionalism at all times. Importantly to me as a patient, he articulated the procedure throughout, and showed both empathy and professionalism throughout the procedure, which included taking a number of biopsies. Post procedure, Dr Subramaniam explained the results in plain English, I would have chosen to understand more detail - but I appreciate that is my preference - and probably not appropriate to most of his patients.

From the first visit, to the procedure and post visit, Dr Ramakrishnan was fantastic! He explained everything so clearly and really made me feel at ease during my procedure. I cannot recommend him more highly. Wonderful bedside manner.
