Initially I booked a consultation with Dr Barbara Kubicka to discuss a decades old skin concern; Dr Barbara is a recommendation from a friend who has been been a longstanding patient of this clinic. My first experience was unhurried and thorough. I was given time to tell my story. A skin scan took place and a treatment plan was discussed. I did not feel pushed or rushed into a booking. As this was going to be my last go at finding a solution for a longstanding skin problem, I made it clear to Dr Barbara and her team. I was wary of invasive solutions because of some past unsatisfactory and costly experiences. Dr Barbara and her therapist understood my concerns, asked the right questions and were realistic in their response. They asked me about my current skincare and products. Apparently one of the products that I currently use is too strong for my skin type, other than that there is nothing to change. There was no hard sale of a skincare regime. I decided to proceed with a course of prescribed facials and was given careful guidance and support to prepare for the first appointment. During the first facial, every step of the way was explained clearly to me, from what it is to what to expect to feel, to the aftercare. There was no outrageous claims of perfection, but as a team to work together with me to realistically take me to a level where I am happier with my skin condition. I am impressed by the qualification, experience and training of the medical team. What they offer is not a spa like experience, but a medical treatment. I am looking forward to this journey and I really hope I will be happier in the long run. Thus far I am happy with the service and support and for this I recommend Clinicbe.

I visited Dr Sunil Chopra a few months ago. I was suffering from an unknown skin issue that was affecting me significantly: after going to my local GP countless times and receiving different diagnosis from 4 different doctors I decided to give the London Dermatology Centre a shot. I did not have private medical insurance but decided it was worth spending money on this due to the adverse impact on my quality of life. Dr Chopra was very friendly, warm and professional. On arriving he listened to my symptoms and checked my skin -- within minutes was able to diagnose and write me a precription to take to my NHS GP. He was able to explain specifically the skin disease I suffered from and also how the NHS GPs had incorrectly diagnosed, and I went home with various prescriptions. Within a week of trying the medications, my symptoms had eased about 90% -- a relief after months of disruption to my life with no conceivable end. 2 months later it seems I am totally healed. I had been experiencing symptoms since at least December and was quite worried, especially after my appointment with the gynaecologist was cancelled on the day at the Maelor hospital and a future appointment would be seven months from my appointment with my GP. This left me feeling anxious, but I was relieved to be able to secure a private appointment. Dr sahu was very pleasant and welcoming. She took the time to explain my symptoms in a way that was clear and easy to understand, which I really appreciated. She was kind and understanding throughout, as was the lovely nurse who assisted her. I have since received my prescription from my GP surgery and have started progressing with the medication. I also have a follow-up appointment booked for 15th April. Overall, I felt well cared for and reassured during my visit.

My daughter who is 13 had an ACL reconstruction and double meniscus repair from Dr. Jimmy Ng, he has been fantastic! He made her feel very safe and comfortable from our very first consultation. He explained everything within depth that he was going to do, to repair her knee and on the day of her surgery again, explained everything in detail and made her feel very comfortable. She was obviously very nervous knowing how much work she needed doing to fix her knee but Jimmy made her feel very calm and safe and made sure to come in and check on her after her surgery had happened. We have just been for her 6 week check up and both Dr. Jimmy Ng and we are very happy with her progress! We cannot thank him enough.
