The first consultation with Mr Bagawati was excellent, clear and professional, options were discussed and the best course of action decided. I had an MRI scan and a nerve root block procedure. I did have reservations about back procedures, but the explanations and professionalism of Mr Bhagawati and the team were second to none. The procedure was a success with immediate benifits. I have been very happy and grateful through the whole experience.

Mr Hisham Abouzeid was just incredible from initial consultation right through to all my tests, procedure and now on my follow up. He explains everything so clearly and really listened to me. He was easy to speak to and just very understanding. On the day of my surgery he came and saw me before the surgery and after to explain everything to me. The nurses working alongside him spoke so highly of him! I walked into his office with a list of issues and I’m leaving with my diagnosis and treatment. I am so happy he was my doctor!

Usually it is always very well done, on all aspects. On this occasion I was told to be in at 11.00, but when I got there I found that I should have been told to be in for 11.30. Apparently there was some error. Not a major problem, but a bit annoying.
