Dr Chan, was AMAZING in every sense of the word. After our first meeting it was immediately clear to me that we had to be under his care, he was extremely professionally, knowledgeable and calm - but more importantly he cared, you could tell he genuinely really cared and he took the time to get to know you. Dr Chan took care of me throughout my pregnancy, it was my first an we had lots of unknowns to deal with but he made everything feel so easy at all times. I felt taken care of, and cared for throughout and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The last month of my pregnancy was a tough one and I had some unexpected turns which left me feeling a little anxious about the birth of our first born, but Dr Chan took me completely under his wing and reassured me at all times that I had nothing to worry about… and he was SO RIGHT. Going into the theatre room full of people for my c-section, I was understandably nervous but then seeing chan’s happy (always smiley!) face walk through the door in scrubs made me instantly relax. Having a familiar face made all the difference, I instant knew I was in safe hands and all would be well. I couldn’t imagine ever going into that situation and not having a friendly face that I know on the other end, it’s safe to say that for the next baby and however many more - I will always be using Dr Chan! I cannot recommend him enough, without a doubt the most important investment we made during our pregnancy period. Thank you Dr Chan to you and your amazing team, for everything from the bottom of my heart, I will always be grateful for the safe, calm delivery of our gorgeous little boy! Abigail x

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Dr James Noake at Pure Sports Medicine for his ongoing efforts in diagnosing a long-standing misdiagnosed knee injury following several unsuccessful procedures. Dr Noake identified relevant pathology on imaging that, unfortunately, had been missed by several other private consultants elsewhere. He then carefully administered a diagnostic injection, taking considerable time to ensure pinpoint precision through a cyst and a very small joint space. Dr Noake is clearly a very busy and sought-after clinician, yet he ensured I received an extensive first face-to-face consultation, with ample time in clinic to explore the problem thoroughly using ultrasound. He also went above and beyond by reviewing both previous and updated MRI scans, speaking to me at short notice via Zoom call during the festive period in order to review images and discuss options. I found this attention to detail and direct liaison to be exceptional as more than once I have had to wait 6-weeks between appointments at other private clinics or hospitals. Dr Noake is clearly dedicated to his craft and approaches his work with diligence, precision, and honesty. From the first point of contact, he inspired confidence through his willingness to answer questions, think critically beyond the obvious, and work collaboratively to reach informed decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Noake to anyone seeking help with complex, long-standing, or less common knee or nerve-related injuries.

I have been under the care of Dr Alistair Ring since September 2024, and from my very first visit to The Royal Marsden, I knew I had made the right decision to begin chemotherapy there. During our initial consultation, Dr Ring immediately put me at ease, even though I had just received a difficult test result minutes before our meeting. He took the time to explain the Oncotype test for example and the treatment options available, making it clear that every step of my care would be centred around me. Dr Ring’s attention to detail and his encouragement to ask questions gave me great confidence and helped me feel empowered throughout my treatment. Following chemotherapy, I began medication that induced menopause, and thanks to his early guidance on potential side effects and how to manage them, I felt fully prepared. I also appreciate that he has been open to ongoing conversations about my treatment, including exploring HRT options, this openness means a great deal. The clinical staff at The Royal Marsden have been exceptional. They have consistently provided compassionate, professional care, and I genuinely look forward to seeing them at each follow-up. They remember small details and speak to me as a person, not just a patient, which makes every visit a positive experience. I cannot recommend Dr Ring and The Royal Marsden highly enough. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care and support I have received and continue to receive from the entire team.

Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre

I had two appointments at 24 Portland Place. The first was for an US of my right foot at 11:40, the second one with Mr Losseff at 12:45. No problem with the first one but with it was with the second one. As I finished the US procedure around 12:05, I went to the 2nd floor to wait for Mr Losseff's appointment at 12:45. I asked the receptionist whether he was running late and she responded negatively. As time passed and it was getting near 13:00, I asked the receptionists whether he was running late. Negative answer again. I enquired again around 13:10 as I had to take a train back to Oxford at 14:10. Mr Losseff called me at 13:40 and he was concerned about me not appearing on the screen despite having registered on the main reception desk. As he did not see me on his screen, he saw another patient. He was extremely kind and concerned about timing. He is a kind, and caring person and excellent neurologist. As I complained to the receptionists on the second floor, the problem was with the initial registration on the main reception desk. This has never happened to me, my husband or my youngest daughter who are patients of Cleveland Clinic. It would be good if it does not happen again. Check when patients have more than one appointment please and that they this information is transmitted correctly to the corresponding floors' reception desks. Thank you.

Suffered with gallstones 5 weeks after having my baby, longest with NHS wasn’t ideal for me being a new mum let alone the anxiety of having another gallbladder attack. I booked a consultation at Nuffield for another surgeon originally and I made an error with my dates, by chance Michael had a free appointment the following day ( fate) Booked , attended consultation . Michael was lovely , uofront , honest and very to the point. surgery planned for 18th December ( 3 weeks from consultation ) I was so nervous about the surgery but meeting with Michael on the morning of , he was relaxed , very calming and made me feel at ease. Before I knew it I was back in my room and home by 8pm the same evening. Recovery has been great and had my post op catch up today. Michael you are a wonderful surgeon and your personal relationship with your patients is second to none from following up personally after surgery to putting a very anxious person at ease. I had the best treatment and aftercare from you and would recommend you to anyone having any issues. Thank you so much for everything but most of all getting me back to myself. Kimberley

My experience with CP&R…. has been fantastic…. everyone involved has been so very helpful…Becky….. Angela… Tom…. and my trainer Paddy….. (Patrick)…. he has been beyond amazing… from the start…. nothing but encouraging… always supportive…. I have had quite a few bumps along the way and he has always been so kind…. I feel so much stronger… and more confident…Paddy has a wonderful attitude…. full of kindness and nothing but encouragement…. he works you hard but understands one’s limitations… I cannot praise him highly enough…. and I shall never forget this experience…. he has become a lifelong friend…. and I wish him all the luck in the world going forwards…. I reckon CP&R are very lucky to have him!…. I would also like to say a thank you to you all but to Tom who stepped in a few times and was also so encouraging… and I always loved his texts of support…. Thank you!… Becky and Angela .. thank you too for all your support… although it’s been a much longer journey than I had realised…. out of hard times…… has come a lot of good …meeting you all!…. so a huge never ending thank you….

Both myself and my daughter have been patients of Dr Bakshi for over a year and he has helped us hugely. Recently my 18 month old was suffering from back to back viruses and worsening rashes. I contacted Dr Bakshi in desperation just before Christmas as the treatment advice from the GP was not working, and it was looking like we would be unable to travel and see family while she was so unwell. Dr Bakshi identified 2 types of skin infection and was able to advise the correct regimen of creams to use, and we were able to see our family at Christmas. Thank you so much for your kindness and empathy, and for always going above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Bakshi for both adults and children; he is one of the kindest and most helpful and knowledgeable consultants I have come across, and his secretary Rahul is also lovely and very responsive and helpful.

Dr Rohan Jagathesan

I came to Dr Jagathesan with symptoms that had been presenting since teenage years but had never been investigated by GPs. After talking these symptoms through with Dr Jagathesan he was very sympathetic to my concern and provided clear suggestions as to possible causes and outlined a set of tests to explore these possibilities as well as an extra round of tests if deemed necessary by the initial results. Once the tests were completed Dr Jagathesan was very clear in communicating the results, which were that my heart was structurally fine and showed no irregularities in the tests done. As such my symptoms were likely caused by anxiety and not life threatening. Dr Jagathesan’s communication and care throughout was fantastic presenting me clearly with facts and data whilst also being sympathetic to my concerns.

Arrived fifteen minutes before the agreed appointment time as requested. Waited a further 20 minutes before being taken into the pre Investigation booth. Advised to remove certain clothing and jewellery which I did. Ifudbt catch what the nurse ? Assistant quite says as she spoke so quickly. A reversed to this a that. I waited in the booty a further 10 -15 minutes. I opened the door. No one around. I went back into reception as I didn’t know where I should be. Wondering whether I should have returned to the reception. An assistant checked my details. Then a further assistant arrived and took me back to the booth. Scan itself. Could not understand the therapist heard part but again so quick. But held in there. Need more clarity clearer instructions. Speak slowly.

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Mrs Polly Ford was fine. I am very disappointed to wait a year and half to see someone about chronic pain that is effecting my every day life terrible. Leaving unable to work and care for my child how a mother should.. and I’m told to go back to my gp for pain med.. my dr ASKs me what i need regarding pain meds they are great, women with this condition need guidance and support. A plan is n place ?? It’s like a free for all with pain meds ?! Madness its Not just drugs… we need with this condition.. so sad.. i know NHS is on its knees. Im so greatful for everyone that works for them. They do the best they can with what they have. However my care needs are not being meet by Gynaecology. And I do request to speak to somebody else.

Welcoming and helpful. Only one lift was working and the remaining one was noisy and slow but there was a notice advising of this. The coffee machine in wait area was out of order Reception staff were kind and helpful but sometimes difficult to understand accent. One set of chairs in a sub waiting area was under a shelf which meant I knocked my head. Appeared clean and efficient and was quiet on day of my visit. Preoperative bloods were done straight after consultation which is very good and in fact results appeared next day. That's good service. Overall allowing for things that happen a positive experience.

I had an excellent experience under the care of Consultant Divya Mathews. She performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes with outstanding skill and precision. From the first consultation through to post-operative care, she was calm, reassuring, and very clear in her explanations, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. The results have been excellent, and my vision has improved significantly beyond my expectations. I am truly grateful for her expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional eye care.

Excellent service from Montrose. Everyone has been really friendly and the organisation has been 10/10, especially as the assessments fell over the Christmas period. Dr Roberta Radcliffe-Birds was also brilliant. We felt listened too and my daughter was made to feel extremely comfortable during her assessment. The report and follow up appointment was very thorough and will help us make positive changes for our daughter. From referral to assessment and follow up, the whole process has been easy, timely and professional. I would highly recommend.

Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital

No problems with check in or with the meeting with Mr Krkovic. However the hospital is showing signs of neglect. The loo in the corridor outside Trinity Suite had no paper towels and and a completely overflowed waste bin. The coffee machine in Trinity was broken in October and is still broken in January. The former quite serious, the latter not serious but to be not fixed over so many months suggests neglect and that always raises the possibility that things I can't see are also neglected. SIte management needs shake-up.

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Parkash Lohana in December 2025 and I am delighted with the results. All the staff here are so kind and friendly. Special shout out to Roslyn for how well she looked after me (and my very anxious mum!) on the day, Bernadette, Lisa, but everyone has been amazing. I'm still healing and had to come in for a same day appointment to have something checked and Belinda totally put me at ease and gave me really clear information. Honestly couldn't fault a single element of my experience!
