He conducted a thorough examination and prescribed a cream that finally resolved the infection, giving my son much-needed relief within a week. This was a huge comfort after seeing him in pain for so long. Dr. Hawary also clearly explained the underlying cause of the infection, which was related to circumcision, and helped us understand why proceeding with the procedure sooner would prevent further discomfort and complications. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Hawary was incredibly reassuring. He patiently answered all of our questions, both during in-person consultations and via email, ensuring we felt fully informed and confident about the decision we were making for our child. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Hawary took extra care to reassure us and helped keep us calm, emphasizing that our son was in safe and experienced hands. The surgery itself was quick and smooth. During the recovery period, whenever we had questions or concerns, Dr. Hawary was always responsive, often replying within 10 to 20 minutes, which was immensely reassuring. My son has now fully recovered. All stitches have healed and fallen off naturally, and the final follow-up appointment confirmed that everything is progressing perfectly. Just as Dr. Hawary had assured us, my son made a complete recovery by the fifth week. I highly recommend Dr. Hawary to any parent seeking a compassionate, skilled, and attentive doctor. I received my care at the Spire Regency Hospital in Macclesfield following a unicompartmental knee replacement in November 2025, and the standard of care throughout was excellent. From recovery through to the ward, the post-operative care was consistently compassionate, professional, and attentive. Every member of staff I encountered — from nursing and medical staff to healthcare assistants, physiotherapists, and catering staff — was kind, supportive, and clearly committed to patient wellbeing. Although I didn’t manage to note everyone’s name, those I did were outstanding and a real credit to the hospital. The physiotherapy support was particularly impressive. My post-operative physiotherapist understood exactly how far my knee should be bending at each stage and struck the right balance between encouragement and reassurance. This helped me overcome the understandable mental barriers around pain and guarding, and I was given a clear and structured recovery exercise plan to follow at home.

After trying unsuccessfully to ignore my nagging knee pain I. Was getting out of the chair when it clicked and remained very painful thereafter. I decided to get a professional opinion and selected Mr James Singleton (James) as he specialised in knees and had extensive experience. Following a scan the issue and damage was clearly explained to me and options offered which James told me to take time to think about. I opted for a relatively new treatment called Arthrosamid which involved a painless injection under a local anaesthetic into the knee and 3 months later have gone from not being able to walk very far to 10,000 steps a day and am looking forward to further improvement in the coming months. I would highly recommend James and if I need the other knee done will certainly be contacting him. Thank you.

After having breast cancer I am unable to have HRT, during chemotherapy my hot flushes continued and my insomnia which I had already suffered from for about 7 years got worse, I also take Anastrozole which I feel makes my symptoms worse. I decided to look into a Dr that specialises in menopause and found Dr Ahlund., I made an appointment at the spire which I didn’t have to wait too long for, Dr Ahlund listened to my problem and came up with options to try, I found her very understanding and kind also had plenty of time for me, i left the clinic feeling I had found some help. The appointment was followed up promptly with an email about my appointment and what route of treatment to try. It’s early days yet but I feel positive I will see improvement soon, I would definitely recommend Norfolk menopause.

This is my second surgery in the Cleveland Clinic and once again It was without fault and without equal. All the staff from the nurses, surgeon, anaesthetist, porters & dinner team are so friendly, kind and display genuine care to patients/my family. My surgery with Dr Nikolaos was easy, quick and surprisingly a nice day despite circumstances of my health! He is an amazing professor with a keen interest in rib problems which is rare in itself but he was also very bubbly, reassuring and friendly i look forward to seeing what he publishes next on all things slipped rib syndrome as this painful condition has been very challenging to me and he was the one to fix it! Rishi did a great surgery on my badly shattered clavicle which was broken in multiple places. It was pinned together nicely without needing to take bone graph from elsewhere on my body. He also did some ligament reconstruction and soft tissue repair. The scar was very neat and healed well and I'm very pleased with the result. I don't notice the plate and I'm expecting a full recovery. The whole process was also quick and efficient. Surgery was 2 days after initial consultation. He explained the process clearly and candidly which was reassuring. If I were to break the other clavicle I know who my preferred surgeon would be.

I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.
