Excellent. I am currently undergoing IVF treatment with Professor Yacoub Khalaf at Guys Hospital in London. A few days ago Prof. Khalaf successfully collected 3 eggs, which I am very happy about. So far I am very impressed and completely satisfied with the high quality of medical care at the IVF clinic at Guys Hospital directed by Prof. Khalif. Previously I have undergone IVF treatments at one NHS and two private clinics in London, and I can confidently say that the integrity, honesty and personal care I have received from Prof Khalaf is exceptional, and well beyond that of the other clinics. The staff is well trained, and the process has been very efficient and easy. Unlike the other clinics they have not prescribed unnecessary medication or unnecessary scans. As a result the experience at Guys has been less emotionally and physically intrusive. My husband and I can recommend Prof Khalaf very highly.

I took my daughter for a blood test today with Dr. Nimah Bholah, and we had an outstanding experience. My daughter has had difficult and painful blood draws in the past, so she was quite nervous. But Dr. Bholah was incredibly reassuring, gentle, and patient throughout the whole process. To our surprise, my daughter felt no pain or discomfort at all, it was the most relaxed she has ever been during a blood test. Dr. Bholah explained everything clearly, helped her feel at ease, and showed real care and professionalism. My daughter even said she would happily come back to see the same doctor again whenever she needs blood work. That alone says everything about the quality of care we received. Thank you, Dr. Bholah, for making what is usually a stressful experience into such a positive one. Truly exceptional service.

I visited Mr Whittaker following sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Following diagnosis and discussion of treatment options, he performed a series of intratympanic corticosteroid injections. They resulted in a partial recovery of my hearing -- a very good outcome under the circumstances. Jonathan was very helpful, he clearly explained the conditions in both my eyes, one with muscle problems, the other with astigmatism, plus both are long and short sighted and both have cataracts. Quite complicated but he really helped me understsnd it all! Also I was lucky there was a free slot for a cataract operation in my right eye the next day, which he also explained thoroughly, so kind and helpful, made me ferl far less nervous and more at ease about the treatment.

Saara Majid is my dentist. I cannot overpraise her attentiveness throughout the appointment. The main purpose was a filling, so a local numbing injection was required. There was minimal discomfort. Afterwards, Saara assisted me into my parka, led me to the patient toilet, waited until I emerged, conducted me back to reception to a suitable chair where I could await my taxi, prior to handing over to a receptionist.

I arrived at 9.05 for an appointment at 9.30 am. Checked in and waited approx 3 minutes and was called by Mr Sapare and escorted to his room. After an examination and explanation of my before and after surgery he gave me advice on how to proceed to full recovery. I was back in my companions car by 9.20. I would recommend any one if offered the the chance to attend the Spire Hospital to go and get treated there.
