Excellent professionalism and results. Very happy with the experience. Mr. Woodruff puts his patients at ease and explains everything and what to be expected. Very happy with the outcome and the whole process from initial consultation all the way to the procedure.
Having recently undergone eye surgery, I would like to thank Mr Woodruff and his team at The Spire for making my experience as stress-free as possible. I cannot fault the care I received.
The procedure was much less traumatic than I had imagined it would be. The atmosphere in the theatre was relaxed and comfortable
Excellent and very enjoyable to be with A true professional.
I visited Mr Woodruff to get a second opinion. He diagnosed a problem that the first ophthalmologist missed. He made a recommendation for surgery. And I am very happy with the results. My long standing problem is resolved.
All staff were most professional, kind and understanding. My procedure was explained very clearly by Simon.
A first class service. All options for my proposed surgery were explained clearly, including the pros and cons for each. I felt from the outset that Mr Woodruff was completely focussed on what was the best procedure and outcome for me, as an individual patient.
Everything was explained to me clearly. Post op was excellent.
I consulted Mr Simon Woodruff regarding my very droopy eyelid, regarding a ptosis repair. He was extremely kind, helpful and informative, giving me all the pros and cons, particularly regarding recovery time and end result. I was given time to ask questions and was clear about what the surgery entailed. My surgery was completed seven weeks ago and I am delighted with the result. Mr Woodruff is a straightforeward, ‘ down to earth’ surgeon who is extremely skilled and meticulous. It has been a pleasure, and a great relief, to be under his care.
