The staff at the hospital were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. They understood the importance of admission for surgery to the patient and were very supportive. All of the clinical and medical staff were first class, but the support staff were also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and I was well looked after. The menu options were very good and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this excellent hospital.

I went because I’d had an issue with my left ear for around 6-12 months I was give a quick examination and the wax was sucked out, I was sent for a hearing test and an mri scan in my ear canal. On my return visit I was prescribed some steroid drops which resolved the issue in around 48 hours and even though I completed the bottle I’ve had no problems since, this was all done within a short period of time and wasn’t drawn out.

The experience was very good. However it would be very helpful if X-Ray, MRIs, were confirmed with a text., including date and time of appointment. Also Outpatient reminders do not include the actual time of the appointment and with whom which again would be extremely helpful and may well reduce number of missed appointments.
