Daleswood Health is like a breath of fresh air in the midst of health services in the UK. My GP tries to the best they can but frankly they just cannot be flexible and I'd spend visits trying to to fit in their calendar, leaving me waiting for a rushed 10 minute appointment only to then refer me somewhere else. Something had to change. I'm lucky enough that I can spend a little to get a great service and Daleswood Health really deliver exceptional service. My recent visit was for a mole removal. In and out within 50 minutes and the mole had been removed, fantastic service from Dr Oliver Denton and also not forgetting Mary on reception. So glad I've found them. Definitely my go to for health services and fully recommended from me.

HCA should be proud of the quality of patient staff. I was well looked after well by everyone. I sincerely hope reviews like this are picked up and the staff in question are praised DIRECTLY by MANAGEMENT (as I know that Mr Haq gives them feedback). All too often I see pictures of management and statements of values etc but the front facing staff don’t get the praise and recognition they deserve. I have full confidence in Mr Haq who gave me full confidence in the care and health actions throughout the process. I also single out Dr Robert Gardiner (spelling?) who showed quick thinking, attentiveness and high emotional intelligence when I was in the drop in clinic leading to hospital admission.

I have chronic pain (left elbow, right wrist, and lower back) due to sports injuries and less-than-ideal posture from long working hours in finance. I first met Simon at the Canary Wharf clinic in 2018, and he has since become my go-to physio. Not only does he provide effective pain relief, he also helps me understand the root causes so I can manage the pain myself. I highly recommend him to anyone who works long hours and also trains hard at the gym. Went to see him first week of Jan 2026 becasue my wrist was a bit flared up last month, and he's as good as usual!

I have not had a very positive experience at all and feel that the diagnosis is not accurate and the reasons given and report are not satisfactory - despite the report saying what i said word for word the analysis is simply not effective and does not align with my symptoms - there was no point having a consultation of the doctor only went off the forms and did not correlate information - also there was no understanding of why i thought i was adhd - i have done extensive research in this field and it would have been better to have an adhd checklist than the autism on

I was welcome by the receptionist. I saw George Dashfield, Audiologist . George made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He carried out my balance testing explaining each one in detail which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries . He was so thorough and guided me throughout the examinations. His manner is impeccable . By far one of the nicest professional I have come crossed in some time. I took the decision to have the cataracts removed from both eyes at the same time thereby reducing recovery time. It was an excellent decision - the care and professionalism provided by Clarity was excellent with clear and concise instructions. The administration of the necessary eye drops was all consuming for four weeks but well worth the effort. The difference in vision is quite astounding. Thank you Clarity.

The 12-month or so wait time was out of Ravi’s hands and in fact the timing of the procedure worked well for me in the end due to it being right before the Christmas holidays. Everyone at Spire Wellesley was fab, even if my discharge at the end of the day took longer than expected it wasn’t a problem and I was really pleased with all the care and professionalism provided by everyone. Dr Rouhani is knowledgeable, efficient and has an air of quiet confidence. She made the experience easy and was also very open to seeing if I had any other dermatological issues unrelated to the one I presented with, as she was happy to look at those too. She explains things in a clear manner. Overall a 5* experience. I would not look elsewhere for another Dermatologist!

Overall I am satisfied with the service but I don't always feel like my consultant is as prepared for the consultation as he should be given how much it costs. I would expect him to have familiarised himself with my notes and previous conversations that we have had about treatment options. I find that I sometimes have to go over the same ground that we have discussed before.
