The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. I explained my concern and was given an urgent appointment. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

I was impressed at how quickly I was treated. Getting an X-ray of my injured shoulder immediately on my first visit and MRI a week later. Mr Adam explained everything very clearly, and sent a written summary. At my third consultation. He administered an injection which helped me have greater mobility of my arm and reduced the pain. This was followed up by a visit to the physiotherapist who gave exercises to strengthen my upper arm muscles. I was impressed with the friendly, efficient and professional service received from all the staff involved in my treatment, as well as by the clear explanations given.

I recently underwent a hemithyroidectomy performed by Mr Tarek Abdel-Aziz, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was anxious about surgery and the potential impact on my voice, but his calm, kind and professional manner gave me complete confidence. Not quite sure where to begin but the service from Mr Kasem and his team around him have been Outstanding,. He is so well respected that they all go above and beyond, from the very first appointment to diagnosis I had all the results in a week. Imaging came in at 7am as he requested the urgency. I had a biopsy and being on top of Christmas he called me each day to say still waiting for news. Late Christmas Eve, he called to say all was clear. I am very lucky but I would 110% recommend Mr Kasem. Thank you.

Mr Harsum took great care and spent time discussing the likely outcome of my cataract operations in terms of the impact on my vision in general. He also gave me several pointers towards avoiding any further deterioration in my eyesight due to macular degeneration, which was over and above the expected benefits of the actual cataract operations. I now have excellent distant vision restored and confidence about the future.

Marris Medical were great from start to end. Booking the appointment was easy, with friendly staff. On the day of the appointment I was taken in earlier, the MRI procedure was explained and completed with ease. I was told I would get my report in 24-48 hours (over the festive period) however received it the same day in the afternoon. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again if needed.

The MRI scan was really quick, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were really kind, and explained every step of the process so I knew what to expect. As it was an abdominal/pelvic MRI scan, I was given gowns and socks to wear during the procedure, so I didn't need to worry about having metal in my clothing. I also received a CD of my scans on request.

Wonderful experience at ACE, where my son has been attending OIT appointments. The centre is welcoming and full of books and toys to keep us entertained through the appointment.
