Attended for a blood test. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with blood tests over the years. This is primarily because I have very small and narrow veins which disappear with the touch of a needle..☹️ I find the whole experience extremely painful and distressing … I explained all of this to Debbie, the wonderful and kind nurse who attended me. She was brilliant! Totally put me at ease and was incredibly supportive and gentle. I was definitely a challenge for her as my veins were completely uncooperative per usual. But she took her time and used the smallest needle possible to minimise any discomfort. She succeeded in the end and managed to get enough blood for a full blood count!! Miraculous! I am so very grateful to Debbie for turning a potentially very upsetting and negative experience into a positive outcome. She has helped me to regain a little more confidence in having my blood taken again. Thank you Debbie! 😊

Mr Floyd is a consumate professional. From the moment he walks in with his old fashioned leather briefcase, yoh know you are safe in the hands of a surgeon who sees you as an individual, with hopes and needs that are intensely personal. He really LISTENS, and HEARS....then he goes on to show his true artistry by producing a result that is better even than your wildest dreams!! From my mother to my daughters, my husband to my best friend, and especially to me, my new boobs are completely perfect! This is my second time around (the last was 17 years ago) and the chap who did the first op was good, but Mr Floyd is in a different league. Yoh can absolutely trust that he will do the best by you, don't hesitate, plastic surgeons dont get better than this!

Rishi did a great surgery on my badly shattered clavicle which was broken in multiple places. It was pinned together nicely without needing to take bone graph from elsewhere on my body. He also did some ligament reconstruction and soft tissue repair. The scar was very neat and healed well and I'm very pleased with the result. I don't notice the plate and I'm expecting a full recovery. The whole process was also quick and efficient. Surgery was 2 days after initial consultation. He explained the process clearly and candidly which was reassuring. If I were to break the other clavicle I know who my preferred surgeon would be.

The waiting area had few chairs and not enough for the people waiting. The people around there that gave me paperwork and told me where to wait, were polite and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was really distressing, I couldn't ask questions and didn't discussed with me the plan, just set up steps without getting me involved on her treatment plan. This experience was very negative from what I expected when you go to a professional asking for advice and reviewing if your body is working well. When undertaking base line assessment prior to the procedure, this was conducted in the reception area. During this taking place, 3 other people arrived and seated themselves in the reception area. We were unclear if they were members of the public, staff or other appointments. They were not introduced to us as observers for my treatment. The introduction didn't occur until Prof Zveorov arrived, then introductions were made and my family was made aware they were from other institutions to learn and observe. The support and treatment were excellent.

As a private patient self funding I went through the paper work and had to wait only a couple of minutes before I was taken through for the Echocardiogram. The same sonographer had carried out the procedure the year before and she was so welcoming which immediately put me at ease. She was efficient and professional and I had every confidence in her.
