I never felt rushed and always felt listened to. Her expertise and attention to detail really show in the results. I am absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out, the implants sit beautifully in a natural, correct position, and the outcome looks and feels amazing. Most importantly, the surgery has given me a huge boost in self-confidence and improved my body image. In November 2025 after quite high PSA test levels I had a meeting with Dr. Milan Anjanappa and his team and I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in the (not at all) light 3-4th stage. Since then, I was given treatment under his advice, surveillance and control, which included hormonal therapy, radiotherapy and brachytherapy. Three months later, I was discharged from the Mount Vernon hospital with a fully and successfully completed treatment according to the last consultation, which I owe entirely to Dr. Milan and his team. As a summary of the overall experience, I can attest to the excellent professionalism, prompt diagnosis and treatment and the adequacy and success of said treatment. I was guided during the whole journey with care, support and information, which is exactly what someone with a devastating diagnosis like mine needs. With the utmost respect and gratitude, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Milan Anjanappa and his team. I wish him health and success in what he's doing to contribute to the fight against this most awful of diseases.

My first appointment was arranged within a week. After my appointment I was offered surgery in exactly one more week. Everything was great, lovely facilities, lovely staff. Everyone was very friendly and constantly being offered coffee etc. On every occasion I was taken either on time or early. I was put at ease and everything was fully explained and what the best lenses for me would be, based on my history and interests. On the day of surgery, everything went fine and there was no pain whatsoever, merely a strange feeling as the surgeon did his stuff. Afterwards I was given advice re eye drops and aftercare and again all great. Everything was fine when I got home, merely discomfort and that soon passed. I had plenty of people checking and following up that all was well. Finally, I had a follow up visit after a few weeks and again everything was great and very professional and I was advised to see my optician and GP. Throughout my time, the service I received was first class.

Following quite a negative experience with the doctor I was an inpatient with at Whiston for a planned Surgery, On the day of my surgery I was introduced to Mr Raslan, who had reviewed my case and completed my surgery. He was very clear in his communications and his patience and bedside manner was excellent. I cannot thank him enough. I saw him at St Helens outpatients on Monday 26th January to review my recovery from surgery, once again Nr Raslan was very informative and supportive answering all my questions prior to discharging me and offering me access to his secretary contact details if I required any further support. Accessing any of my post operative notes at my review worried and concerned me as they had not been updated to the nhs system therefore a couple of my questions to confirm what surgery I had undergone was not available!

Once Again Dr Chiraush Patel was outstandingly professional and kind. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment within an hour of calling. It cannot be overestimated how important it is to patients to have a well trained Doctor with exemplary bedside manner to help the patient to recovery. This is true of all the other GPs at One Stop, but I am lucky enough to see Dr Patel mostly. My standards are very high but Dr Patel exceeds them by miles every time I visit (I only visit sparingly). This is medicine at its very best and reminds me of when GPs were true family Dotors back before fundholding. I am fortunate indeed to have such excellent GPs. Thank you Dr Patel and OSD!

I went as an NHS referral for cataracts and they explained about the various options for both NHS and private. As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

Apart from a reception that were unaware of their visitors - the building and facilities were excellent. Dr. Bradley is a practitioner who has a broad grasp of all areas of HRT treatment. Her extensive knowledge makes you feel very confident about the decisions you make with the doctors assistance. She is never rushed and allows extensive discussion about past and present research. I am extremely impressed by her professionalism. I left after my consultation feeling I had explored all the areas I had questions about but came away with a lot of new information.

I was extremely nervous having had a bad cataract surgery experience previously. However the staff went out of the way to make me feel comfortable, with a particular shout out to Bruce who was calm, funny, knowledgeable and held my hand throughout the procedure. Mr Ainsworth was warm and kind, it was good to meet him before the surgery. The whole procedure was explained and was over so quickly. It was a very personalised experience and my recovery has been quick and straightforward. I cannot recommend Newmedica highly enough, particularly for nervous patients.

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Excellent service, and I thoroughly recommend Centennial

Mr Dimitrios Karadaglis looked after me during my pregnancy when carpal tunnel progressed into acute tendonitis, and a steroid injection was no longer sufficient. He was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain all my options, treating me with genuine respect and care throughout. From my first consultation through to completing surgery, he was consistently professional and did an excellent job of easing my concerns. The staff that dealt with me on the day were amazing. Very nice and made me feel comfortable. There was a slight issue with the connection for the headphones but they quickly resolved it and made me feel comfortable again. The lady who showed me to the room is made for that job :) unfortunately after I did have to chase a few times for my results imagining were trying to be helpful however a receptionist I was put through to was very rude, undermining and probably one of the worse receptionist I’ve come across in a long while.
