⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly blown away by this service I’m nearly 80 now, and I can’t even count how many doctor visits I’ve had in my life, but MyDoctor by Northern Health honestly left me a bit blown away. I wasn’t expecting much — you get used to being rushed through at my age — but I came off the call feeling like someone had finally taken the time to actually explain my own health to me. It felt different from the moment it started. No rushing, no talking over me, no making me feel like I was being dramatic. Just calm, proper care. I felt listened to in a way I haven’t in years. I actually felt like… well, like a person again, not someone they’re trying to hurry out the door. For the first time I understand what’s been setting things off, and what I need to do next time before it all gets too much. That alone is worth gold to me. I’ve been muddling along for years without this clarity. I’m honestly amazed. At my age you don’t expect to be surprised by much anymore, but this really did it. I’ll absolutely be using MyDoctor again — I wish I’d found it sooner.

I am 6 weeks post back decompression surgery. Having suffered for 18months I was recommend to see Carl Hardwidge and wow am I pleased I did! He has literally changed my life which had become so miserable with constant pain. I saw Carl 3 times before I had the surgery and never once was I rushed and he explained everything in detail that was going to happen. Carl really is the easiest person to talk to and has a wonderful funny sense of humour On the day of surgery Carl came to my room and went through everything again and made sure I was ok This was the theme post surgery, Carl visited twice a day for the 4 days I was in hospital, to check how I was doing and generally to just have a chat, even if he did moan on occasions that I wasn’t eating enough 😝 I can literally not recommend Carl enough and I will be forever grateful of his expertise in fixing me! The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

I have had a niggley back for some time due to swimming and playing netball and not done anything about it. However I have got much stiffer and one side of my lower back became painful so reached out to Oseteopath West. Lisa diagnosed my sacroilliac joint was disfunctioning (lol) and did some.hands on treatment and dry needling. All I can say is wow as the pain has gone and more importantly I know what is going on and what I need to do to.prevent this on going. Thank you Lisa for your professional service. I will be back if I need to and will definitely recommend your services.

The team on the OCD ward incredibly kind caring and compassionate. It's like being part of a family, including the other 5 patients here. Although, it was challenging at times, I've learnt so much about my condition and I now realise that my beliefs does not necessarily mean it's true. If you're suffering with OCD and feel like you're alone or you have nowhere else to turn to, I highly recommend the Nightingale's 28 day inpatient stay.
