Throughout my treatment, from the initial consultation to the operation and follow up appointments Mr Sood has provided a “gold star” service. At the initial consultation he explained the procedure thoroughly and I was encouraged to give thought as to whether or not I wished to proceed with a full hip replacement. Following my agreement to proceed I was swiftly kept informed, stage by stage of developments prior to the operation. On admission day Mr Sood visited me once again ensure I was happy to proceed. The day went very smoothly and I felt relaxed and in extremely capable hands. At post-op appointments he has clearly explained any questions I had and encouraged me with the progress I have been making. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone who is considering hip replacement to seek Mr Sood advice and help.

The staff were all very polite and attentive, even going above and beyond to get me a chocolate milkshake when the kitchen had shut.
