My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My initial contact was with Tracey Lomax (Manager), and from the very beginning she offered a level of care and attention that truly stood out. I had written a long list of questions—around eight—and she took the time to highlight and respond to every single one. When I later sent even more questions regarding my chosen procedure (a Coronary CT Angiogram), she continued to provide thorough, reassuring answers. My intention was simply to undergo a non-invasive heart assessment at the age of 53—much like purchasing travel insurance, you prepare for the worst but hope for the best. Tracey reassured me that this was absolutely the right place for such an assessment. I had already enquired with two other providers, including Alliance Medical, but their responses felt robotic and impersonal. The level of genuine care here made all the difference. I also want to highlight the professionalism of the radiologist, who carried out the scan with great precision and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. In addition, the nurse who took my blood samples three days prior to the scan was equally kind and professional—and the fact that these pre-scan blood tests were fully included in the cost was a significant and appreciated gesture. Dr. Gavin Lewis was the consultant who saw me both before and after the scan, with the consultation arranged on the same day. His explanation of the results was clear, calm, and reassuring. Both my wife and I left feeling confident about the future and grateful for the guidance he provided—including helpful advice on maintaining a healthy heart and speaking with my GP about medication adjustments. The final report arrived at my home within seven days, and a copy was also sent directly to my GP. My medication was promptly reviewed, updated, and delivered straight to my home. I am taking the time to write such a detailed review because they genuinely deserve it. They put real effort into caring for me, and I want to acknowledge that level of dedication. I am so grateful to Delamere for my 4-week stay. The facilities are truly incredible - comfortable, well-appointed and a palpable feeling of safety. The staff are such caring, friendly and interesting people - with the relevant experience to truly empathise and help with our unique circumstances. The food is world-class, with a wide range of options and affordances for those with dietary restrictions. The suite of experiential options will introduce you to new therapeutic experiences, many of which you may take away with you. The curriculum is focussed and has real depth, and is taught by professionals with real experience of addiction. The clinical staff are wonderfully attentive and caring, and will move mountains to make you comfortable. I am so pleased to have made the decision to stay at Delamere and would recommend it whole heartedly to anyone who wants to make a change.

I went to OSD Hemel Hempstead to get my cast removed following my rhinoplasty. When we got there, we were taken straight to the room & were left there for about 20mins for the nurse to find the equipment, upon her return the appointment was rushed and no information was provided for my aftercare. I was asking many questions however, she seemed reluctant to answer any (as simple as, how long do I need to tape for - she couldn’t answer). Following a conversation with my surgeons direct nurse, I found out that the nurse at OSD had not taped my nose correctly, nor removed the glue from my face. I felt rushed out of the appointment & not very well looked after. My surgeon came to review my nose post cast removal which was reassuring & he mentioned that the OSD nurse would provide me with all the information I’d need - she did not.

I reached out to TCM after I was told that I had a very low AMH and AFC and that I would likely go through early menopause. This caused me a lot of stress as I had always had regular periods and had never considered that I may have fertility troubles. Prof Au talked me through my results and educated me on AMH as a poor predictor for menopause. He advised me that I would need further bloods to fully assess my fertility and I was able to request them from my GP. Following this he reviewed my bloods with me again, without charge, and advised me that everything was normal and I did not need to be seen at TCM. I am very grateful for all the help, support and education. Thank you!

Fast and efficient xperience. However 10 mins before my lung biopsy going into theatre an extra £985 was billed to me for my lung function test which was never shown in the estimate for Portland place. Surely this cost is known before as I had and paid my £850 for my ct scan on the same day. How is this not shown on an estimate for My visit and sent me the morning of my surgery, utterly disappointed in the treatment and delay in informing me of this for such a short test of 20minutes. If I had known about this extra hidden cost of nearly £1000 I may have pulled out of the whole treatment as this has now depleted my savvings
