The Portland Hospital was a wonderful place to safely deliver our beautiful baby boy. Our experience was personalised, with very thorough and caring professionals. Our obstetrician, Dr Kenga Sivarajah, was incredibly knowledgable and kind: someone we could trust implicitely and who was there throughout the entire 22 hour labour to ensure a safe delivery. The Anaesthetic team were quick and very effective with the epidural, ensuring that my pain was well managed throughout, with no side effects from the epidural. The nursing staff, both on the delivery ward and maternity ward, were amazing. Ellie and Scarlet were there every step to make sure I was safe and comfortable during labour. On the birth ward, we had regular nurse check ins and a lot of help with breastfeeding positions and latch. There was the option of the night nursery as well, which we elected not to use. The room was very comfortable with a trundle bed for my partner to sleep and a private bathroom (hugely appreciated immediately post birth). The food was excellent, with an extensive menu. The kitchen was a bit slow on some of the orders, but otherwise very good. Overall, our Portland experience was wonderful and we would hope to deliver there again in future.

I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality care for their children

I had a consultation with Dr Benjamin Salt on 2nd December. I found him pleasant and informative. He began by asking for my experience and history of the varicose veins which were the occasion for my visit. At no stage did I feel rushed rather that I was being given the time to explore not just the physical details but the attitudes which might shape my decision on whether to go ahead. Dr Salt clearly outlined the procedures involved, the risks and the outcomes for the future. I shall read the letter to follow with care and will feel able to make an informed decision. Thank you.

It's always a pleasure to go to the dentist. She sees my husband and daughter and we never have any "dentist dread". She's patient, thoughtful, courteous and always professional. She helps me a lot with joint dysfunction in my ear and has provided me with various mouthguards over the years to help alleviate the pain. She was also excellent when whitening my teeth last year taking the time to guide me through the whole thing. Can not recommend her highly enough and we hope she's our dentist for many years to come.

The doctor was incredibly kind, calm, and patient with our child, which immediately put us at ease. I have been coming for a few years now and have always been happy. However yesterday you had a receptionist that I have not met before who I found to be very abrupt, rude and unhelpful. She told me that I could not book a 4pm appointment as you don't do this. However I have always had a 4pm appointment. She said that she would book me for 4pm, but said that the clinic may be closed and I may not be seen. I usually deal with a very lovely lady called Michaela and this has never been an issue.

Ms Khanjani is just amazing! From the moment we met Shirin we felt re-assured and confident. amazing. I had keyhole surgery for a groin hernia. I was discharged the same day with zero pain and zero discomfort and it stayed like that throughout the recovery ( and no need for any pain relief or laxatives). I was out walking the next day and moderately active ( but avoiding lifting) throughout the recover period. The hernia is now completed fixed As I said to Mr Marshall " it was as though you'd never been in there and it's been fixed my magic".

Miss Mittal Patel listened carefully and with empathy to my story and seemed to be an expert in the use of pessaries. She was entirely honest about my predicament and was the first doctor to explain that instead of a uterine prolapse I had a simpler blade prolapse. Now,at least a month later,I am much more confident that my problem has been solved until possible surgery next year, with the type of pessary she advised me to have fitted.

I was able to book an appointment really quickly. He made me feel at ease at all times. The best thing I valued was the way he explains things - from going over my CT scan and explaining what everything meant and clarifying questions I had. I would highly recommend Mr Erotocritou!
