After suffering a neurological event which was initially feared to be a potential stroke and being released prematurely by an NHS hospital, we managed to book an appointment with Dr. Rakshi the next morning. Dr. Rakshi immediately started asking all the right questions in a personable and calm but highly efficient, sharp way. He provided very clear explanations and observations around my symptoms and the potential causes, and immediately referred us for a same-day MRI and some additional tests. Followed up within less than a week with a follow up appointment which he helped me book personally by slotting me in between other appointments even though the hospital stated his calendar was full. Overall he was fantastic at helping us understand the situation, putting our mind at ease, and understanding next steps. I highly recommend him.

I consulted with Mr Ibrahim in relation to a rotator cuff issue. His approach was to identify non surgical interventions to avoid complex surgical solutions. Unfortunately, my condition did require surgery which was conducted by Mr Ibrahim and his highly professional support team. Throughout this period of diagnosis, interventions and rehabilitation, Mr Ibrahim provided me with explanations of the pro's and con's of alternative treatment paths, was realistic about the risks and outcomes, and was always personable and professional in his manner.

Dr Rajiv Sood was amazing. I struggled to get my 5month baby eczema under control. Went to the GP many times but no improvement. After our consultation with Dr Sood he explained what eczema was and gave us a prescription and explained how to manage the eczema. After using the cream we noticed a big difference within 24 hours. Dr Sood explained how to manage the flare ups. Honestly I would recommend Dr Sood such an amazing caring doctor who truely cares for his patients. As a mother I cannot thank Dr Sood enough.

The hospital and staff were brilliant as always. I don't know where this figures in terms of responsibility but there was a long delay in getting my blood results and I had to chase several times for over a week to get the results with a couple of promises not delivered.
