I had an incredibly positive experience at Delamere and I’m very grateful for my time there which has been transformative. The programme is extremely well structured and thoughtfully designed - a really well-rounded mix of therapy, group work, education and peer support. The staff are kind, dedicated and create a safe, supportive environment where real change feels possible. I want to give special thanks to Mark, my therapist, and Gary, my mentor. Their honesty and approach made a huge difference to my recovery. I felt seen, challenged in the right ways, and supported to build real clarity and confidence. I made meaningful progress and left feeling stronger, clearer and had regained hope for the future. The only area I feel could be improved is the level of psychiatric support. During my stay, patients were offered one 15-minute appointment with the psychiatrist, which felt brief especially for those with more complex mental health needs. I would have valued more collaboration and communication around medication decisions. Strengthening this aspect of care would make an already excellent programme even better. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for my time at Delamere and would definitely recommend the centre to others seeking recovery support.

My partner is under the care of Dr Iftikhar for heart failure. Following a procedure performed by Dr Fazal we visited today for a check up. I have to say I find the doctor to be very thorough, informative and knowledgeable , he is direct ( in a positive way ) and he answered any queries we had in a very clear and concise manner which I appreciate . He is approachable and as a very concerned partner this Doctor has particularly helped with alleviating much of the stress that comes with your family being unwell. The visit revealed that the operation was a complete success and in order to optimise the results the doctor is revisiting his medication doses to go along with the positive results that the tests revealed today. He certainly aims for the best possible result whether that is through surgery or medications .

When you finally decide to go ahead with the breast reduction surgery that you’ve considered for years, choosing your surgeon is such a big decision & I am so glad I chose Mr Andrew Pieri. From the first phone conversation he made me feel completely at ease, he is professional, warm & genuinely caring. He is super talented at what he does and creates the most amazing results - I cannot recommend him & his team enough. The results at my 2 week check up blew me away. I had seen varying results from other surgeons online so I prepared myself with low expectations but honestly I couldn’t be happier. Perfect shape, nipple size and placement, and very neat scars, some even barely noticeable already. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Truly life changing.

10/10 experience. We had our 10 year old son assessed for ADHD. From the moment i called to enquire about the process and what are the steps involved to the actually assessment, everyone has been amazing. Steven in the front office walked me through the entire process, what to expect, costings etc. he was polite, kind and very professional. Dr Hollie Hearfield who did the assessment was lovely. She was so good with our son, she explained everything to us as to what the next steps are. I cannot recommend you enough to others who might be thinking of going private. Its an overwhelming decision to make and it has been nothing but informative and easy with Berkley's. Keep up the amazing service that your staff deliver x

Unfortunately my high blood pressure caused some problems and delayed the first cataract operation to my left eye, after 4-5 weeks weeks I had surgery on my first eye and 5-6 weeks later my second eye was done. Without exception all of the staff I met at Newmedica were friendly, helpful, and very caring. The consultant who carried out the procedure on both eyes (Mr. Kamran Khan) took the time to explain the procedure and answer my questions. During the procedures he was reassuring and calmly explained what was happening. Both procedures were carried out successfully and my sight is so much better now. I would like to give a big thank you to Mr Kamran Khan and his team for all the care and attention I received.

It was a privilege to have both of my babies delivered by Charlotte. She is intelligent, compassionate, and has an infectious positivity. I felt reassured and uplifted every time I saw her. My second pregnancy became high risk, which was understandably a very stressful time for our family. Charlotte supported and reassured us day and night, working tirelessly to minimise and manage the risks. Thanks to her care, we welcomed a perfectly healthy baby boy at 37 weeks, for which we are incredibly grateful. I also recovered very well from my C-section, and the scar has healed beautifully. I am deeply thankful to Charlotte and would recommend her wholeheartedly.

I loved all the staff that took care of me. I was very well looked after. My only small complaint was the lady that brought the food around kept leaving my door open and blocked half the TV and at one point my partner was helping me on the toilet with the bathroom door open and she walked in to ask if we wanted a cup of tea then left my room door open so anyone in the hall way could see me on the toilet, he was holding me up so couldn't go and close the door right away which made me feel a little bit conscious. Other than that the care staff were amazing surgeon and anaesthetist were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

During this time Mr Jowett also requested further information which combined with a very thorough physical examination allowed him to make his diagnosis. I then quickly received a letter confirming Mr Jowett's findings. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and Mr Jowett's valuable guidance.

I was extremely nervous having had a bad cataract surgery experience previously. However the staff went out of the way to make me feel comfortable, with a particular shout out to Bruce who was calm, funny, knowledgeable and held my hand throughout the procedure. Mr Ainsworth was warm and kind, it was good to meet him before the surgery. The whole procedure was explained and was over so quickly. It was a very personalised experience and my recovery has been quick and straightforward. I cannot recommend Newmedica highly enough, particularly for nervous patients.

I had a great experience with Dr. Aradhna Gupta and her team. I was seen right on time, and the receptionist was very accommodating when I needed to adjust my appointment time. Dr. Gupta was friendly and welcoming, as was her assistant, which made the visit very comfortable. She gave me a thorough check-up and took X-rays to ensure everything was properly assessed. I’m very satisfied with both the examination and the overall service.

Diverse Minds Clinic provided me with an excellent experience. Dr. Cappai, the consultant, has extensive experience and has diagnosed me with ASD and ADHD. It was a challenging and time-consuming assessment, but Dr. Cappai and the team at Diverse Minds Clinic were quite helpful in completing out the documents. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very nice. I cannot recommend enough!!!!

I have struggled with trigger finger in both hands for a while. Mr. Jonathan Hobby has always given me the best advice and treatment. The most recent steroid injections have been a huge success. My middle fingers no longer lock when I'm carrying out daily tasks and the terrible pain in my left middle finger joint has disappeared. A huge relief and it's wonderful not to be in pain.
